Welcome back to another edition of health hack as I continue talking about the benefits of detoxing. Now, you might not make the connection between doing a detox and improving mental clarity. But many of us are running around doing our very best throughout the day. And yet, we're in a state of brain fog. And we don't understand why. Or we're just not able to focus on a specific task at hand. And we're trying to do too many things at once. And did you know that some of this can be caused by the toxic load in our body, it can create that brain fog and that inability to concentrate. It can also mess with our sleep leaving us feel feeling low energy, when we wake up in the morning, the body naturally detoxes overnight. But if the liver is overwhelmed, and it can't actually perform its job properly, because it's so overwhelmed. And undernourished due to our soils are depleted, or our nutrient depleted soil systems that we can get woken up in the night because the liver is working so hard to try to detox the body. And when we actually help reset the liver with a functional medicine, detox so that it can do its job with more ease and support you, you get better sleep, you wake up you have more energy, you get more mental clarity and focus and that results in results in better productivity.
