Melissa Deally:

Welcome back to another episode of health hack. As I continue talking about energy in this week's I'm, I'm giving you more tips on boosting your energy. And today I want to talk about energy and workouts. So people often think, well, I have to have energy in order to do my workout. And so if I don't have any energy, and I'm feeling blah, I'm not going to do a workout. However, the reality is, is that workout as long as you don't overdo it, if you go and get your body moving, then that starts pumping blood through your body, it starts pumping oxygen through your body, because of course, the blood is carrying the oxygen to all parts of your body. And very soon, that is causing you to feel really reinvigorated to feel energized. And so even when we're feeling blocked, if we can just get ourselves up off the couch and out and moving our body out into fresh air and getting that oxygen moving through our body, we will feel much more energized. And this is why it's really important to have a workout partner, somebody else that will help you get there on the days that you don't feel like it. And you will get them there on the days they don't feel like it. And so I highly encourage you to think about that have an accountability partner for doing workouts or have some goals or some little reward system that you build for yourself so that each time you do the workout even when you don't feel like it you are benefiting from that not only just from the health benefits of that but from having greater mental clarity, releasing the brain fog and having more energy because you oxygenated your entire body, remember is that the other thing I want you to remember is that nobody ever goes and does a workout and then after the workout says, Gee, I wish I didn't do that workout. Everyone feels better after having done the workout. The hardest part is getting there. So get yourself there have a partner to get you there and know that that is benefiting you in so many positive ways.
