How does that feel?

Does that feel like, yes, I am worthy?

Or do you have doubt, apprehension and wonder if you really are worthy?

See, worthiness, I invite you to contemplate.

This is a choice and it comes from your philosophy of life.

If you come from a philosophy based in fear that you believe that you have to earn to deserve and do something in a particular way and have particular people love you or particular people respect you or appreciate you, or a particular outcome to happen in order for you to earn deserve, claim worthy, then I'm going to tell you something right now.

You will never feel worthy because worthy doesn't come from outside of you.

Worthy cannot be earned, it cannot be gained with every action you take.

Worthy, claiming your worth and your value comes from a deep spiritual place of knowing that because you are alive, because you breathe, because you are here, that you have a worthiness about you.

Just because you are, you are worthy, my friend.

And you have been instilled with desires and dreams that have been given to you by the great beyond.

Whether you call that God or source or light.

I believe our desires come from a place that is beyond us.

Our truest desires, our truest dreams, our truest purpose, our truest passions come from something outside of us that is bigger than us and of course is part and parcel of us.

And like I said, whether you call that God or source or light or essence, but because you breathe, because you are alive, because you are listening to my voice right now, you already are worthy.

There is nothing to get, there is nothing to earn, there is nothing to deserve.

You are worthy as you are, exactly as you are.

Whether you ate a pizza last night, whether you haven't exercised for two weeks, whether you just got fired from a job, whether you're in a relationship that you wish you weren't in, or you just don't know how to fix it, whether you've just failed or made a mistake, so called mistake that you think, oh my gosh, now it proves I'm not worthy.

That is all conversation that is fake and false and an illusion.

It is not real, it is not true.

So you get to decide today.

You get to decide today.

I am worthy.

I have worth and value exactly as I am.

I don't have to get anything, do anything, earn anything.

I am worthy and I have worth.

Because I live.

Because inside of me is the spark of spirit itself.

Spark of God itself.

Spark of light itself.

I am worthy.

I have value.

Today, decide to claim it as your own.

No one can give it to you and you can't go get it.

You just have to decide.

You already have it.
