Speaker ASo you guys can see that and just kind of get a feel of what an energy session looks like, because I know that I couldn't fathom, like, what would happen.

Speaker BSo I think a lot of people.
Speaker AHave just been curious what.
Speaker AWhat is.
Speaker ASo that's why we are playing this for you today, which I think it.
Speaker BWas really nice of you to be like, the guinea pig or like the vulnerable one, because we recorded both of our sessions.
Speaker BMine was really, really personal.

Speaker AThere's no way we could, like, fix yours to leave out, like, question.

Speaker AAnd actually, I would say that my fail.

Speaker AOur last travel, it was a dark and stormy day.

Speaker AAnd so we're trying to find the place to meet Terry.
Speaker AAnd it really is only two minutes away from our hotel.
Speaker AAnd we had planned on walking, but again, dark and stormy.
Speaker BRainy.
Speaker AEquipment heavy.
Speaker DYeah.
Speaker AAnd so we're like, oh, we're going to drive and for some reason, that was confusing.
Speaker AAnd then on, like, while we're driving there, I get a call from my mom, who was watching the kids and the dogs.
Speaker AAnd she's frantic.
Speaker AShe's, like, unable to make words.
Speaker AAnd she's like, oh, my gosh, the dog just got into a fight.
Speaker AOne of the puppies attacked Kaya.
Speaker AKaya's, like, the oldest dog of the pack.
Speaker AShe's, like, 13.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, that doesn't make any sense.
Speaker ALike, Kaya usually bullies the puppies, so I don't understand, like, what has happened.
Speaker ASo I'm flustered because I'm like, well, I can't assess how bad it is.
Speaker ALike, you're making it sound like, oh, she's been mauled and she's, like, dying.
Speaker AAt least that's what I heard.
Speaker BYeah, it definitely was a little bit, maybe a teensy weensy overreaction on that part.
Speaker AOkay, okay.
Speaker AI was like, maybe.
Speaker CI.
Speaker ALike, I got.
Speaker CSorry.
Speaker AI do love you, but no, I mean, I could see if I were there, I also would have been in, like, this, like, shock.
Speaker BYeah, she was probably in shock.
Speaker AOh, yeah.
Speaker BAnd I know for sure that, like, Emelia, she's the one that called, right?
Speaker BOh, I don't remember.
Speaker AOne of the kids.
Speaker AI guess you're right.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BI think there was some shock there, too.

Speaker AAnd she didn't know, like, really what was going on.
Speaker AShe goes, I'll get Mimi.
Speaker AAnd yeah, so Mom's, like, explaining, like, oh, the puppy was latched onto her, like, trying to kill Kaya, and Kaya was gonna die, and blood.
Speaker AThere's blood.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, okay, all right, well, I need to see the puncture wounds to know if she needs to go, like, right now.
Speaker ALike, what do they look like?
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AThere's blood everywhere.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, okay, well, let's try, like, a FaceTime.
Speaker AAnd show me the wounds and that.
Speaker AThey were struggling to do that, but every.
Speaker AYou know, everyone's emotions are.
Speaker AAre heightened.
Speaker AAnd so I was like, well, I don't know what to do.
Speaker ASomeone's gonna have to go who is calm and, like, assess this.
Speaker AAnd so I'm like, who can go?
Speaker AWho can go?
Speaker AI try.
Speaker AAndrew.
Speaker AAnd he was gonna leave work and go.
Speaker ABut he also was, like, an hour away at minimum.
Speaker AAnd so then I was like, oh, let me call my stepdad.
Speaker ALike, can you help her?
Speaker AI forgot he was out of town.
Speaker AAnd so I was like, figure it out.
Speaker AI guess.
Speaker AI don't know, because, like, we were, like, in the parking lot.
Speaker BYeah, it was.
Speaker BIt was kind of like, I don't know, I can't do this right now.
Speaker BBut you did see a picture, and you were like, okay, that's not.
Speaker BIt's not amazing.
Speaker BThere was blood, but you were kind of like, it's going to be okay, but I have to go in.
Speaker BBut you were still kind of freaking out because every.
Speaker BThere was so many emotions.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd I think I left it as.
Speaker AI was able to do that because I left it as.
Speaker AAndrew, can you go and assess this for me?
Speaker AAnd he said, yeah.
Speaker AI was like, okay.
Speaker BHe said, I'll leave work now.
Speaker AAnd he.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd I said, just touch base with Mom.
Speaker AY'all figure it out.
Speaker AI can't right now.
Speaker AI gotta go.
Speaker AAnd so I was able to, like, feel like, okay, I can't do anything about it, but there's someone calm and can go and assess it.
Speaker AAnd then we were, like, trying to get in the building, and all the doors were locked.
Speaker AAnd she's, like, raining so hard, so hard.
Speaker AAnd she's like, type this code in.
Speaker AType this code in.

Speaker AAnd we're like, it's not working.
Speaker BSo we ran around to the front of the building and we knocked.
Speaker BAnd then she was done.
Speaker BShe's like, oh, no.
Speaker BI guess the cleaners or somebody came in, like, yeah.
Speaker ALocked the door.
Speaker BAnd I didn't.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AIt was just like, I'm still, like, so flustered.
Speaker AI'm like, God, this really sucks.

Speaker AAnd I remember thinking, we should just.
Speaker AI can't do this.
Speaker ABut then, like, we walked into her.
Speaker AHer space, and it's, like, really calming.
Speaker CIt actually was.
Speaker BIt smelled good.
Speaker AIt was clean.
Speaker BLike, obviously it was clean.
Speaker ALike, yeah.
Speaker BBut, like, it was just something so neat and tidy and calm.
Speaker CHomey.
Speaker BYeah, even.
Speaker ABut there was definitely a calming presence, like, walked in, and I was like, okay, I can breathe.
Speaker AThis feels good.
Speaker AAnd by time I got on the table for my reading, I was like, I'm good.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ABut it was a whole.
Speaker AA whole moment.
Speaker AAnd I really, really could have easily, like, allowed myself to spin out of control and be like, yeah, I can't do this.
Speaker AI mean, I know we came all the way here for this, but I can't.
Speaker BIt was a lot right then, and, like, you not being able to be there and, like, you have no control.
Speaker BYou're like, that's also a really scary feeling, too.
Speaker BLike, there's nothing you can do.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AWhat I.
Speaker AWhat can I Do.
Speaker AUsually I'm the one that has to answer all the pet questions.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, I don't even know what's going on.
Speaker AI can't see.
Speaker ASo it was interesting.

Speaker ABut I was very aware of us walking to the bathroom.
Speaker AAnd I know they were mopping and there was no wet floor sign out.

Speaker BI was like, oh, my God, this is so embarrassing.

Speaker AGuys, this wasn't like a slip and, like, land on the floor.
Speaker ANo, this was a go.
Speaker ALike, whole body didn't know it was coming.
Speaker BOne leg, one knee.

Speaker BOh, and my wrist, actually, I forgot about that.
Speaker BBut yeah.
Speaker BSo I was like, oh, my God.
Speaker BI'm sure everyone back at the table, like, for sure heard that.
Speaker CBut they didn't.
Speaker BSo maybe it was just in my mind.
Speaker BI was just embarrassed.
Speaker AMaybe you're, you know, you're like that.
Speaker BYou know, I was embarrassed.
Speaker BAnd then when you were Like, I'm like, don't draw attention to me.
Speaker AYou were really embarrassed.
Speaker AAnd so we go into the bathroom, and I'm sitting here, like, going over this in my head.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, there wasn't a sign out there.
Speaker AAnd I was like, that's a problem.
Speaker AAlso.
Speaker CNo.
Speaker BThere were three employees standing there, and no one asked if I was okay.
Speaker CNo.
Speaker BAnd so then they all just kind of were staring.
Speaker AAnd so I'm like, oh, we're gonna say something.
Speaker ALike, this is ridiculous.
Speaker ALike, they didn't say anything.
Speaker AThey didn't check on you, and there was no wet floor sign for you to acknowledge.
Speaker AAnd when we came out of the bathroom, guess what was on the ground?
Speaker BA wet floor sign.
Speaker DAnd.
Speaker AAnd who was in front of the wet.
Speaker BThe manager.
Speaker AAnd what did he do?
Speaker BWhat did he do?
Speaker BI think he didn't do anything.
Speaker CHe didn't.
Speaker AHe just stared at us as we walked to our table.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BLike, oh, do you see the sign?
Speaker ADo they.
Speaker BAre they going to say anything to us?
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CHuh.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BSo it was kind of weird, and I was pissed.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BAnd then also, one of our other friends who was there that night was like, I'm mad that we didn't get a free meal.
Speaker BI mean, but it's not about the free meal.
Speaker ALike, it's the fact that it happened.
Speaker AAnd instead of addressing it, the, like, tried to cover it up and pretend it didn't happen.
Speaker AUnless you complain.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd that is fucked up.
Speaker AAs, like, a leader, you should be like, oh, my gosh, I'm so sorry this happened.

Speaker CYeah, and the Claire sentient is I just know.
Speaker CSo throughout your session, I'm going to say, Samantha, I don't care what you say.
Speaker CI can feel this.
Speaker CI know it.
Speaker CAnd it literally is.
Speaker CWhat I'm looking for is what's in.
Speaker DYour energy field, what is holding you back from dot, dot, dot.
Speaker DBecause you're saying, you know, I could get frustrated, or, why does this keep happening?
Speaker DOr how can I get to this other place that I want to be?
Speaker CAnd that's where the subconscious is holding you from being able to get to that place.
Speaker CSo people come to me because I can shift that energy.
Speaker CI can shift within that blueprint of what's going on from your childhood.
Speaker DAnd that's usually from the childhood.
Speaker DIt doesn't mean that you have emotionally or physically abusive parents.
Speaker DIt's nothing like that.
Speaker DI mean, that could be part of someone's history, but it's not for everyone.
Speaker DAnd you could have an interaction with mom.
Speaker DShe's on the phone, you're drawing her a picture, and this is an example.
Speaker CAnd then you say, okay, Mom, I have this picture.
Speaker COkay, Samantha, I'll be right with you.
Speaker CAnd she forgets.
Speaker CThen what it ends up happening is that you determine, all right, what can I do to be seen and heard?
Speaker CAnd so then you start doing extra things in your life as a little girl.
Speaker CYou start doing certain things to be seen and however that looks like.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CBut as an adult, you go to work and you're really organized and you're getting your job done.
Speaker CAnd then you realize, wow, your co workers need some help.
Speaker CSo you're like, hey, I can help you and help this one and help that.
Speaker CWhen you go home and you're exhausted and you're like, why am I the only one working so hard?
Speaker CWell, it was because your mom didn't give you the attention you needed, quote, unquote, at the time.
Speaker CAnd that you chose to say, I have to work harder.
Speaker CAnd that's what it shows up as an adult.
Speaker CYou feeling like you're working harder than others.
Speaker CAnd that's just an example of many, many things as something as simple as your mom forgetting to come back to you.
Speaker COkay, so it's not all emotional and physical in our childhood is the things that we say we wanted at that time and didn't get.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CThat's also your interpretation of what's going on in your surroundings as well.
Speaker CSo there are five ways to pick up limiting beliefs.
Speaker CMom and dad or mom and dad, like figures, like grandparents, God, someone else and something else.
Speaker CYou have a very strong mom block.
Speaker AMe?
Speaker CYes, Very strong mom block.
Speaker CAnd a block is the limiting belief.
Speaker CAnd I'm going to pick it up and I'm going to share with you.
Speaker CBut when I start, I'm gonna start with the hand on the stomach, hand on the heart.
Speaker CAnd then I'm just gonna start breathing a certain way.
Speaker CAnd then I'm gonna start seeing movies and hearing things, and I'm gonna share it with you.
Speaker CMost of my things that I share is what I'm seeing.
Speaker CAnd then I might ask yes or no questions.
Speaker CAnd then I might say, what's going on when you were at a certain age?
Speaker CBecause I'll pick that up as well.
Speaker CWell, and there's a little fear in that, too.
Speaker CSo I just felt it.
Speaker CMy stomach did a little ripple.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CLike, oh, what's going to be shown Today.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker CAll right, so you ready?
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CAll right, here we go.
Speaker CSo your mom was very overprotective, huh?
Speaker CYeah, yeah.
Speaker CAnd, and as a child we'll think, oh, this is a safety zone.
Speaker CHowever, what can happen is that overprotective, especially moms can give a child a sense of, of feeling a little reserved or.
Speaker CWell, I'll give you a list of them.
Speaker CProcrastination, the fear of making decisions because what if it's wrong?
Speaker DTaking too long to make a decision because you have to reel it in your head to figure out which direction.
Speaker CYou want to go in.
Speaker CSo you're overanalyzing too much.
Speaker CBecause when you have that protective parent.
Speaker DWhen it's overprotective, what I ended up.
Speaker CSeeing was energy wall, like right here.
Speaker CAnd it felt really tight, like, oh, she's got you under that protection bubble.
Speaker CAnd so you'll find yourself saying, and for you, oh, I can feel it, like there's some fear in your heart.
Speaker CSo feelings of.
Speaker CWhen it comes to love or loving something, not just a physical person, it can be a career, it could be, you know that a party you're organizing, you'd love it.
Speaker CYou want to make sure it's all perfect and it's okay.
Speaker AMaybe just a little.
Speaker CThere you go.
Speaker CSo, and, and that's how it can show itself up when you have an overprotective parent.
Speaker CAnd so you've worked through some of it, but if I give it a score, a percentage, 80%.
Speaker CYou still, you're, you're troubled, you're meaning it's not free flowing enough for you and you probably get frustrated with yourself, with, you know, here I am with this pattern I'm trying to get out of my head, but I want it to be right.
Speaker CCan we get it right?
Speaker CCan we be it right?
Speaker CYeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker CSo I can feel it.
Speaker CBut you know, everything is great.
Speaker CThere's no right or wrong.
Speaker CEven though.
Speaker CBecause when you're, what you do is you'll end up putting it in a box.
Speaker CMeaning your end result.
Speaker CI want it to look like X, Y and Z.
Speaker CBut what happens if it's like better than what you're putting here?
Speaker DRight?
Speaker DSo let's say an example.
Speaker DYou know, if I do this job, I want to make $100.
Speaker DWell, what if you could make a hundred thousand?
Speaker DYou see?
Speaker DSo we have to be more broader in what we're looking our end result to be.
Speaker DSo, meaning if your end result was focused on an emotion.
Speaker DRight.
Speaker CSo give you an example.
Speaker DIf you had a million dollars in A bank.
Speaker DThe emotion attached to that is comfort, is stability, is adventure.
Speaker DBecause we got it, we don't have to worry.
Speaker CYou know, if I get a flat tire, I can buy a new car.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker DSo we want to focus on the feeling of what you want your end result to be, and then everything around what you're trying to attract will naturally come with it, like you're a magnet.
Speaker DSo if you're saying, I want my podcast to have, you know, million followers, then that's fun, excitement, laughter, dancing, like.
Speaker CAnd.
Speaker CAnd feeling accomplished.
Speaker DRight.
Speaker CAnd feeling like you're giving back to the community and feeling like people are getting something out of it, which can feel a sense of.
Speaker COf.
Speaker DOf enlightenment, fulfillment, gratitude, all of that.
Speaker DRight.
Speaker DSo before you have a project, have this feeling first.
Speaker CGo into it with that.
Speaker CYou'll have your million followers.
Speaker CIt works just like that.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CYou have a lot of fear.
Speaker CSo the solar plexus is the portal of emotions.
Speaker CBut I feel it so fast, I can't even move my hand fast enough.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CAnd that.
Speaker CThat is the feeling of fear when it's like.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CI'm not saying that a person walks around going, oh, I'm afraid of, like, a little timid mouse.
Speaker CIt's not like that.
Speaker CWhat happens is that you're living life, but having a sense of will.
Speaker CI could.
Speaker CI.
Speaker CShould I.
Speaker CYou're already questioning before it's even happening.
Speaker CDo you find yourself.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CSo when you're questioning stuff, you're already causing a sense of fear.
Speaker CI feel that so much in my.
Speaker CIt just went right there in my solar plexus.
Speaker CMeaning.
Speaker CYes, you're spot on.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CAnd so don't question life.

Speaker CSo let's say the stream is flowing of energy and you control a log comes down into the stream, you're trying to stop the flow of that energy.

Speaker CAnd then when you're walking to the bathroom, how does your feet feel on the floor?
Speaker CAre you going from heel to toe?

Speaker CDo you feel like the right side of your right foot has more pressure than the left?
Speaker CIf you truly practice what I just told you, you will immediately become more aware.
Speaker CYou'll become more aware about your body's feeling of what is going on around you.
Speaker CIt is a very simple process, but you have to do it.
Speaker CIf you really want to make some changes in your life, you have to do it.
Speaker CAnd it can be as simple as becoming more aware.
Speaker CAnd that little process is massive.
Speaker CAnd it's not occasionally it's every single time.
Speaker CYou are very impatient.
Speaker CI can see your fingers doing that.
Speaker CYeah, you can run, girl, but you can't hide from me.
Speaker CI'm scared.
Speaker CSo I see a brick wall in front of your heart, but I see that like an interaction with someone could knock one of the like flick of brick out of it.
Speaker CAnd it doesn't have to be on the end, it could be in the center or you know.
Speaker CAnd I saw someone flick one of the bricks off of your heart.
Speaker CSo it's telling me that you've built up a protection of saying, I'm not going to be hurt again, dad.
Speaker CEnergy.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CI'm not going to be hurt, I'm not going to be disappointed, I'm not going to be blah, blah, blah.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CBut you're in life, living life, saying, I'm protected in my heart, but I could have an interaction with my girlfriend and she just flipped one of those bricks off.
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CBut that brick wall is still solid.
Speaker CEven though one brick was flipped off, another interaction will happen and it put the brick back in.
Speaker CAnd so what a lot of people do is that they'll get hurt somewhere in life.
Speaker CUsually it's childhood, usually it's a caregiver and they'll over protect their heart.
Speaker CAnd so what they're saying is I'm going to protect myself from being hurt again.
Speaker CBut they're also keeping out what it is they want in, which is love.

Speaker CYou drink a lot of a dark fluid.
