Join me as we explore modern rituals, self-leadership, the gene keys, and the art of elevating your health, wealth, love, and leadership. It's time to elevate. Let's dive in.

Hello, hello and welcome back beautiful souls. my goodness. Today we're doing something fun and that is we are decoding Beyonce's Gene Keys and how she really is such a powerful embodiment of feminine high performance. And firstly, if you're completely fresh and new to Gene Keys,

The way I see the gene keys is that they are your soul's energetic blueprint that reveals your unique path to success, to prosperity, to the impact that you uniquely came here to bring forward. It's not about what society tells you who you're here to be. It's all about you honoring the truth of who you on a soul level came here to be. And I really focus on looking at the gene keys in your unique energetic blueprint through the lens of feminine high performance.

because I'm really focused on how do you elevate in all areas of your life with ease and how do you align your natural gifts with your highest expression and your path of excellence. And so if you would love a deeper introduction into this, definitely check out episodes 14 and 15 where I break all of this down. But for today's episode, I'm excited to share.

that I have been having this feeling to explore experimenting a new series where I decode the gene keys behind women who, in my opinion, my lens, really embody so many of the principles that I'm bringing forward in feminine high performance. So these are women who have really shown that they're here for the long game. They're focused on being legacy-led. They are women who lead with both power and feminine flow.

Alexia (02:11.82)

and who have created success in a way that really honors their fullest expression. And my intention is to show you how these women are fully living their design, and in doing so, it's an invitation for you to reflect on your own unique blueprint. And frankly, when I was tuning into this, I went, who better to start with than Beyonce? In my opinion, she isn't just an icon. She's an incredible global icon, and she's an elevator.

She's someone in my opinion who really embodies her unique design and in doing so inspires others to rise into their own. She's really shown, she's been in the music industry for decades at this point. She's innovated, gone beyond genres. She's gone beyond so many expectations of who she could have been and what people have expected her. Her albums have consistently been bringing new flavors of who she is and new expressions and she's just consistently

sharing powerful messages, and she's really doing it in a way that is in her expression. And you can feel how her magnetism comes from this complete commitment to honoring her unique, authentic expression. And so as I walk through her gene keys, I invite you to listen with curiosity about your own energy. So I'm not sharing Beyonce's, like don't like to give this idea.

of us all looking at other people and then trying to fixate on the way they do things. It's never my intention. What I love about the Genki's and what I'm so focused on is can we be so inspired by the permission slip of other leaders who elevate us because they become permission slips for us to realize the power of us truly shining in our unique design. So as I share her themes, I really want to invite you that there's aspects to her by her living out her

her unique areas of genius that she naturally allows us to shine even more in. And as we go through her keys, can it just be this loving invitation? If there's any part of you that's afraid of being too much, too much of anything, too bold, too loud, too expressive, too anything, can her embodiment be a reminder that the more she's living out her codes, can we see the impact she has?

Alexia (04:33.74)

And so today I'm going to be breaking down four codes of her unique Gene Keys, so her unique blueprint. And these are the same four codes that I focus on that are the foundation of feminine high performance. And this is what I explore in my signature experience, Illuminate, which you can find more details about in the show notes below. without further ado, let's dive in. OK, so let's begin with Beyonce's mission code, which is GeneKey64.

And one thing to understand about the gene keys, whether you've heard me say this before and it's just a loving reminder, or if you're completely new to the gene keys, it'll be important to note, is every gene key has three different frequencies that you'll hear me talk about. The shadow, which in other words is the challenge, the gift frequency, which is your zone of genius, and the city, which is your frequency of your highest expression embodiment. So.

For Gene Key 64, this progression moves from the shadow of confusion to the gift of imagination to the city of illumination. And we see this key expressing itself so much throughout Beyonce's career in multiple powerful ways. But first and foremost, just something that's always stood out to me about Beyonce and why I think she's such a powerful one to bring here is

she has really paved an industry of her own. And how we can see this so specifically is in how she approaches musical genres. Like she literally just won, just last month, the Grammy for the greatest country album of the year, right? Like as someone who has been across so many different genres, she's consistently let herself experiment and reinvent herself and never get caught in one box. And as she even shares in her own words,

From the start of my career and on every album, I have always mixed genres. I believe genres are traps that box us in and separate us. That is a quote from her. And I just find this quote so powerful and such an invitation for all of us. In seeing how the way she shows up and how she leads reminds all of us that in whatever industry we're in and whatever social norms that we can find ourselves feeling boxed in, there's always an opportunity.

Alexia (06:53.762)

to see beyond the confusion frequency, the shadow frequency of confusion of mental models that label us. And for her, right, industry labels that could have kept her feeling like this was her one lane she was allowed to move in. And instead, she allowed her gift of imagination to support her with transcending boundaries and to create entirely new sound landscapes. And really seeing how

Through that, she is an illumination in her city frequency. She is an illumination of what's possible when you step outside any norms and really come from a deeply channeled place of following unique expression. And I think another really profound example, I was really tuning into my experience of Beyonce on my journey. And what's been so beautiful as you look at her history, I mean, her career, she's been in this for decades at this point. And I remember this one moment.

back in 2013 when she came out with her visual album, the self-named visual album. And in particular, one of the videos was a song, Pretty Hurts, if you're familiar with it. And it was so revolutionary at the time, because one, at the time, I don't remember any other artists having visual albums. It was just so unheard of for that in particular. And that I remember watching this particular video and also watching the impact of this particular video.

on so many other women in my life. And what was so powerful is you can see how through this one video and through this one song, at least through my way it translated for me, you can see how she takes, again, the shadow, the confusing and contradictory beauty standards that have affected her most likely personally, which is what you can feel is probably what inspired this entire song in the first place. And she transforms.

what could have just been confusing and something frustrating for her and transforms them into her artistic expression. And she created such a powerful visual statement that illuminates a deeper truth. And in the video, she portrays this. I wonder if you remember this video. She portrays a beauty pageant contestant going through the motions of fitting into the narrow standards of what's expected while you can see that this woman is visibly breaking down under the pressure through

Alexia (09:12.194)

her imagery and how she shows and tells the story, you can see that she's illuminating how these impossibly intense standards of perfection have disconnected women from their authentic power. And what's remarkable is that she didn't just critique the beauty industry and the beauty standards. It's that I love that she opened up a re-imagination and she gave us a conversation through her artistry, right? The lyrics, some of the lyrics from that song that I remember will never have always stood out to me are,

Perfection is a disease of a nation. I mean, just that, right? Perfection is a disease of a nation, right? And this other line that was, it's the soul that needs the surgery. Like just some of these lyrics she also brought in to me just illuminate the connection between what has been something that has likely been her personal pain and has created.

confusion for her, I'm sure, on her journey, yet she really alchemized it into a gift where she was able to use her imagination to create clarity and illuminate truth that had a ripple effect on so many other women. She created conversations through this process. And so can you see, you know, if she had stayed in her shadow frequency and just believed every mental model she'd been told of what's possible, if she had had other people tell her,

These are the limitations of who you can be, the way you can be in this industry. But instead, she really honored that she had never, there's never been a Beyonce. There's no other Beyonce that you can be like, yeah, she's exactly the same. She's the modern day version of so-and-so. Beyonce is a unique expression that has no one, you can't even compare her to somebody else, because she's just created a complete lane and expression of her own.

And what I love is she's just such an embodiment and an invitation for all of us to come out of any mental confusion, any mental models that limit us and really invites us to tap into our imagination. And she creates clarity for us to illuminate the deeper truths that we are uniquely here to embody in our leadership. So I love that I'm going to, with every one of her codes, I'm going to give an invitation, a question.

Alexia (11:25.163)

that aligns with what she and her embodiment are inviting all of us to connect with within ourselves, thanks to her showing up in her highest expression. So where in our lives, so where in your life are you experiencing confusion? Any mental limitations that could be transformed through your imagination? What painful or limiting experiences might actually be doorways to helping others if you approached them with Beyonce's

illuminating perspective. If you honored that there's actually this opportunity for you to illuminate and a very important truth. And I just want to really invite this like land this like she's here in her mission code to be seen as someone who is a walking invitation of honoring imagination, honoring the creativity of our imaginations and expressing them as a way to illuminate deep truth. So can you feel that see that and really just honor?

by her showing up and doing this work, which she has created for so many others. And then when I also look at her chart, what's so interesting is then if we move on to her money code. So this is her code that's here to give a lot of insights into how she's here to attract prosperity and create authentic prosperity. And for her, her code is genekey48, which moves from the shadow of inadequacy to the gift of resourcefulness to the city of wisdom.

And this is so fascinating to me because in its shadow state, GeneKey 48, the shadow of inadequacy manifests as a feeling oftentimes of not feeling like enough, right? Never feeling like you have enough, you know, not enough resources, not enough talent, never having enough time. Like it really is that energy. But in its gift expression of resourcefulness, it transforms into this incredible

ability to see potential and value where others miss it, to trust that at every next step you take on your journey, you will have the inner resources to create from. And if you look at how Beyonce has built her career and her overarching empire, if we want to call it that, she's expanded so much of her money and her prosperity, not just through her music. She's done it through fashion, through Ivy Park. She now has a whiskey company. She has a haircare line.

Alexia (13:49.13)

She's done it in so many different ways. And if you think about it, like each of those are industries that she could have gone into from a place of not feeling enough. Like she could have definitely never even started certain initiatives because she could have felt like, well, that's not my place. That's not something I specifically know about. But you can see how she's tapped into these different industries, these different business ventures through honoring and recognizing what she uniquely can bring forward.

She honors what she has to provide and brings it out. And in her own words, she says, I try to choose integrity over shortcuts. I've learned that true success isn't about leaning on a name. It's about crafting something genuine, something that can hold its own. And just honoring those words she shares, like honoring how that in of itself is such wisdom for us all. To me, this perfectly embodies and captures the wisdom

frequency of GeneKey 48, which is in my contemplation of it, the understanding that true prosperity comes from honoring our inherent value that we came here to channel a frequency. And the importance of it is that we stay in integrity with our unique channel and that we don't just try to make quick moves or go for quick gains to prove something or to see if some sort of

quick external validation. It's really about honoring that you're growing and with every growth edge, there's new things you are learning and going to get even more embodied in. And you can't bypass that each step gives you the next level of resourcefulness to handle the next step. And if you look at Beyonce and her record breaking Grammy wins, it wasn't always just about collecting accolades. It was also her

resourcefulness, her ability to excel across multiple genres, to tap into new bounds of possibility that other artists maybe had that potential within them, but they couldn't get past in some version, maybe this feeling of inadequacy, this feeling of not having enough being enough, not having the talent to actually go and just experiment with it and try it. And so what I love again, is I'm going to give an interesting question to have as an invitation for you.

Alexia (16:10.526)

in alignment with what Beyonce to me really gives us all an invitation to explore within ourselves. So where in your life are you operating from a place of perceived inadequacy rather than recognizing your innate resourcefulness? How might embracing the gift of GeneKey 48, so the gift of trusting that in every moment and every next step, you have the resources within you to handle what's coming your way.

How can you embrace this gift and allow it to transform your relationship with abundance, your relationship with resource, your ability to really honor the abundance that you can uniquely cultivate? I find a big thing with this gene key is oftentimes there can also be this tendency to not start something or not to even go for something you want because there can be this feeling that you have to wait and there's this fear.

of not being able to control the future of what happens instead of just really embracing that if you trust that next step, you're gonna learn what you need to learn so you can handle the next step and then it continues on that way. Okay, and then we are gonna explore Beyonce's meaning code, which is gene key five, which, my gosh, when I saw that she has this gene key, I went, of course.

Because what I love with this Genki is she is such a permission slip for all of us to honor the power of timing and like honoring that we're building things that are timeless and to honor the gift of patience. So in its shadow frequency, Genki 5 can show up as restlessness, constantly rushing, trying to force timelines, you know, that undercurrent constant feeling of needing to like go faster, do more all the time.

But in its gift expression, it becomes this beautiful divine patience, which understands that everything unfolds in perfect divine timing. And when I think about her career and her relationship with time, while I feel like if, I mean, not that I've been in the music industry, but from what I gauge about the music industry and have experienced even just in the creative industry myself, I would imagine she's had to meet times when it could have felt like the music industry demanded more constant content.

Alexia (18:24.63)

There are probably times where people put pressure like, why don't you produce this record faster? Why don't you do this project, that project? And when I think about her, I feel like you really see how she goes through these seasons and she can even disappear for a period of time. And then she'll come out with this massive new project and how she cultivates things meticulously over time. And you can feel in her frequency and just even how she talks about her work that she...

doesn't move from a reactive expression. You can see how even Cowboy Carter, this album that's come out, this incredible album that is now completely gone and become this award-winning album, wasn't a reactive move. I think I saw that it took her over five years to work on this album. And so it's been a culmination project. And even in her own words, I can see how she's even expressing this evolution of feeling the pressure and really honoring her timing. She says, there was a time.

when I was pushing myself to meet unrealistic deadlines. She says a few more things and then she says, but I've paid my dues a hundred times over. I have worked harder than anyone I know. And now I work smarter. And when I connect with this quote that she's saying, something I feel so deeply is she's sharing with us the quintessential journey from the shadow to the gift of Genki5 because I would imagine from what she's sharing, right? She went through this constant working hard, constantly having to do more energy.

I can imagine probably early in her career, she may have had to push against time. She's probably met a lot of pressure in different ways, but I love the way she said, and now I work smarter. And to me, that just feels like a good expression of her gift frequency, which would trust that if she has patience and she honors her timing, it's not about getting more done. It's about honoring how things get done in the way they get done over the divine timing for how they're meant to come out in her natural rhythm.

And that is also the gift of patience in this key, is it also isn't that she's been sitting around being passive and just waiting for things to happen for her, right? Like think that's a very key thing to name. She's been someone showing up for her calling. She's been in active alignment with her natural rhythms, which to me is why her work feels timeless rather than trendy. Like when I think about it, many of us can be randomly listening to a song of hers from any different album. And I still feel like

Alexia (20:43.304)

songs that she released a decade ago, they play and I still feel like I can find something about it now that hits a specific chord in me. And that's so beautiful. And so as we connect with this and as we connect to her honoring of patients, I love to let this invitation and what she's inviting us all to ground to thanks to her showing up as an expression of her gift frequency of patience and timelessness. Where in your life are you trying to force outcomes?

on some sort of external pressure artificial timeline and where can you shift into being more patient and what would shift if you approach your sense of meaning your sense of purpose with Beyonce's level of patience and trust and divine timing because you can see the key about the meaning code is this is what supports her on a soul level with finding meaning and fulfillment on the journey. This is the difference between someone who gets all the accolades does all the things and someone who truly

receives the external results while also enjoying the journey. And when I connect with her and connect with her journey, you can see she's genuinely someone who's found a lot of meaning to the work she does. And I feel like such a big part of what I see and how she's expressed herself is that she's given us a gift of seeing someone who's honored her gift of patience and knowing to trust the divine timeline and her long-term legacy. And then finally, the last quote I wanted to share of hers, just to say, yeah, there's so much I could share.

about her genes keys, can't even tell you there's so much more I want to, yet I really also want to honor this and just give a tidbit and really honor what wants to come through for this. so finally, Beyonce's magnetism code is gene key 39, which transform from the shadow of provocation to the gift of dynamism to the city frequency of liberation. And this key governs

From my interpretation of it, a lot of what it has to do with is the way we relate to using our energy and also the way we honor the impact it has on others. So in the shadow expression, I find that some of the ways I've seen it play out as it can manifest is just unnecessarily poking people, meaning like unnecessary provocation or using energy to create some sense of tension or drama.

Alexia (22:57.876)

You know, but it's in its gift, right? There's like a way, you know, you might have an opinion, but you just decide to poke somebody with it instead of really offering a space to draw people in. It's like you want to poke them instead of actually drawing them into a curiosity is how I would see it. But in the gift frequency of dynamism, it becomes this like a person with this gift becomes this like really dynamic energy that naturally draws other in in this very magnetic way. And when I so I had the gift of seeing Beyonce live in Paris.

two years ago and it was so impactful for me. And because one of the things I really saw in her is this Genki. I felt like in her presence and just feeling the magnitude of the room and the energy in the room of the stadium that she truly is a walking permission slip of liberation. And what I felt most in her is I feel that she's liberated in how she expresses the energy that wants to move through her. Like in her show,

I felt like I got to have an invitation to see so many facets of expression. I felt like in that one show, I saw her be the most feminine, beautiful, flowy, soft figure. Then I saw her go into a powerhouse, dynamic, intense, gritty energy. Then she was back in this like mothery energy. And then she had her daughter on stage and you could feel the sense of pride she has around her daughter and being a mother and...

She just really invited this opportunity for all of us to feel liberated. When I think about her presence, it's not even just what she says or how she sings, it's her energy that just is a walking expression of be who you are, share what you care about, and let's see it. And a quote I found of hers is that she says, I only work on what liberates me. And I really feel this in her.

Like when I feel that expression I saw with her on stage, there's such an essence to her that's honoring that she does her expression because that story, would imagine that creative expression that wants to come through is something that's liberating her first and foremost. And because she's doing it from that perspective, it naturally liberates as a channel for anyone who receives her craft, her artistry, her expression.

Alexia (25:17.704)

And to me, again, this just really captures the highest expression of G and Key 39, especially from a magnetism perspective, because this key is all about giving insight into how is she here to authentically attract aligned people in her life? How is she here to know whether or not an opportunity is aligned? Right. And that quote she said is everything. Like she's tuned in, tapped into her highest frequency because she said, quote, I only work on what liberates me, end quote. That is

a beautiful divine expression of her truly knowing that if she focuses from that energy, of course, who she works with, what she works on will be actually aligned with the truth of her magnetism. And yeah, I just can feel that in her. can feel that even when I was in that stadium that she's not just trying to provoke a reaction in people or poke controversial topics. It really felt like she was creating from a place of freedom.

and that she was creating a permission slip for all of us to feel liberated, to be who we are and to express ourselves fully. And so what would it look like in your life to create only from a place of liberation rather than obligation or external validation? Is there any work in your life? Is there any relationships in your life that you have to get honest about saying, hmm, is there anywhere where I'm not actually fully liberated? And it's important to release it, shift it, refine it, and what have you. And so we'll...

Together, these four gene keys that I have shared with you of Beyonce are an extraordinary expression of getting an inside scoop on someone who I feel is really showing up a lot in her gift frequencies. It's not to diminish that at every growth and on her journey and continually in her life, she will meet the shadows. That's the thing with the gene keys that I love is it's not a system that acts like you just go from point A to point B on the journey. It's very much a system that honors

that at every next growth edge, we lovingly sometimes have to walk back through the next frequency of our shadow to meet our gift. Sometimes we are all invited to walk through the dark to meet the next level of the light. And so with her, what I just want to sum up is it's so beautiful to see that her mission code really is, which gives insight into what she's here to be seen doing. Her brand is here to invite us all with GeneKey64 to transform confusion into illumination through imagination.

Alexia (27:41.438)

Right, her money code, her natural most authentic expression that's going to support her with calling in resources and an experience of prosperity is Gene Key 48, which turns feelings of inadequacy and that expression into wisdom through the gift of resourcefulness. Her meaning code, what she's here to feel the deepest sense of fulfillment doing and showing up for in her life and who she is and how she not only

exists but how she's being in the world evolves through letting go of impatience and moving into a sense of deep timelessness through the gift of patience. And lastly, her magnetism code and the way she's here to attract the most aligned opportunities, most aligned relationships is GeneKey39, which is here to transmute provocation into liberation through dynamism, the gift of dynamism.

And I just want to, as I wrap up here, I do want to just, as you can tell, I'm loving these quotes of hers, but I want to honor something else she said, a quote I found of hers. Because again, I just feel like it sums up and it feels like an invitation for all of us. And it just so deeply aligns with everything I stand for related to feminine high performance. And so Beyonce says, I get excited about love, legacy, and longevity. Do I love what I'm trying to create for the love of it is the question. And end quote.

And so this is what happens when someone aligns with their design rather than fighting against it. I find that this question of are you focused on doing, creating, showing up, being in life, grounded in love is what you're trying to create is how you're trying to serve. Are the people you surround yourself with are the actions and behaviors you take are the words you speak expressions of love. And I want to just honor Beyonce as she is our

delightful elevator of this conversation for just being a walking, beautiful example for any of us to see what's possible when someone really leans in and trust their unique blueprint and plays the long game of mastery and honors that it doesn't mean life is here to always be easy at all. Everyone has their shadows. So just the way we're all talking about her gifts here, I really honor the courage, the resilience, the awareness.

Alexia (30:04.416)

it's taken, would imagine, on her side to move through her shadow frequencies, to stand true to herself, and to really be who she's chosen to be in this life. Because I feel like we all have our divine design that we were given. The big question is, are you choosing to live aligned with it? And so I'll wrap up by simply saying, if you are interested in decoding your unique blueprint, your unique keys for success,

wealth and impact. Illuminate is where we explore these exact same codes in your unique design. So this is my signature Gene Keys experience where we together will reveal your natural blueprint for prosperity, aligned leadership, so you can expand with ease instead of force. And so you can truly in your unique way, not because you're here to be Beyonce, but you're here to be your own version of Beyonce in.

terms of stepping fully into your highest path of excellence. So if this feels a line for you, I invite you to book your session now through the link in the show notes. And more than anything, I just want to wrap up by saying that one of the many reasons I love doing this work with women like you is seeing how quickly everything can shift when you finally see yourself in the fullness of who you are, in your beautiful

shadows that you came here uniquely to alchemize in your divine gifts that you are here to shine a light and be a walking permission slip to others by embodying and through your city frequency through the actual frequency you are naturally here to be a ripple effect of expression in any room, any experience you're part of. And what I love is suddenly I find the more you know your design, the resistance you've been feeling in taking action, going for what you truly want.

attracting the most aligned relationships and feeling deep sense of connection just starts to fade away. And the strengths that come naturally to you start to have context and the path forward becomes clear, not because you're following someone else's blueprint or someone else's way of doing it, but because you're finally honoring who you are, who you came to be and your unique path. Join me for Illuminate if this is feeling like it would be aligned for you and let's decode your unique keys together. And until next time, I hope you
