[00:00:00] Welcome back to Selling Your Expertise. It's Friday, and today's episode is all about turning insight into action. So earlier this week, I asked you to make your love list a short list of people that you already know you already talked to, you already feel in alignment. And today I wanna give you three questions to help you refine that list and get ready to reach out if you haven't already.

So, connecting with your love list. Let's break it down. Question number one, who have I helped paid or unpaid in the last six months? That's six months. There's ps like it says in my book, there is no statute of limitations on relationships. Sometimes we forget that the connections we have with people, whether it was troubleshoot, shooting something or being in a group zoom room together or giving them advice is still valuable.

That counts, right? Here's your, here's your second [00:01:00] question. Question number two. Who's asked me for my opinion or advice in the last six months? These are people you already see and that they already see you as a resource, as a trusted advisor. That's a warm door that you can walk through. Okay. Question number three, who do I genuinely want to collaborate with?

So think about strategic partners, podcast hosts, business buddies. These aren't just potential clients, they're potential amplifiers. So here's the key. You don't need a hundred people. You need three. Five, I mean max 10. This is not about blasting a pitch. It's about reconnecting and seeing what opens up.

So here's your action step. Pick one person from your list and send them a message today. Something simple like, [00:02:00] Hey, I was thinking of you. Has that project you were working on going. That's it. Keep it simple. If you need help with what to say, once they reply, well. Grab my free gift on my ask me coach.com.

Everything is linked up there. It works even if you hate selling. Next week we're talking about how to warm people up so they're ready to hear from you and about what you actually do wanna offer them. See you next week.
