BrianOh, I remember this pretty vividly, actually.

BrianI think I was at the Phoenix airport last New Year's, like, around New Year's, and it took 45 minutes to get my Starbucks.

BrianYou kind of get no man's land when that happens, too, like, because you can't go back through the line and be like, cancel my order, because you've already paid for it.
