Speaker:Hello there, Modern Man. Do you find that your erection are
Speaker:great one day and gone the next. Well, it's not random. It's
Speaker:almost always fixable without jumping straight to medication.
Speaker:Stay all the way to the end, because I'm going to show you
Speaker:what is the real problem and what you can do to fix it.
Speaker:What is hit or miss really mean? Let me ask you this, are you
Speaker:still getting morning erection or your solo erection better
Speaker:than with a partner or without a partner? Is it worse when you're
Speaker:stressed or with a new partner? Well, let me tell you this,
Speaker:intermittent ED, sometimes between the age of 35 to 65, is
Speaker:actually common, and it very often improve with just simple
Speaker:lifestyle changes and reducing your stress.

Speaker:should stop smoking or vaping, it will also help with less
Speaker:damage to the blood vessels, and also stop the damage to the
Speaker:blood flow, because stopping smoking and vaping is going to
Speaker:be your highest ROI move to increase your blood flow. Yes, I
Speaker:know it's hard, and I know that it's challenging. My mom was a
Speaker:smoker, and it actually caused her to have a heart attack that
Speaker:caused her to die when she was 57 years old. I know how hard it
Speaker:was, and I watched her struggle with stopping smoking and then
Speaker:returning again after a year or two. So what I want you to do is
Speaker:pause and rate yourself 1 to 10. What you're going to do is
Speaker:you're going to start with changing your diet, the

Speaker:prostate or nerve damage, then that's when you need to go see a
