one thing, that if you do this, it will make your ejaculation

much, much better than it is right now. So if you're not

So in today's episode, what is that one thing that's going to

Now, what type of physical activity is considered helpful?

Speaker:

help you have better erection and ejaculation? Studies have

Speaker:

You'll be surprised to know that Kegel exercises can be an

Speaker:

exercise as well, or aerobic activities such as running,

Speaker:

cycling, rowing or even boxing as well, can improve erectile

Speaker:

function when you perform it regularly. Now, how regular

Speaker:

should you do this? It's about 40 minutes or 30 minutes, 30 to

Speaker:

40 minutes, four times a week, I would say, probably every other

Speaker:

day. But then you can also consider exercise such as

Speaker:

Pilates, which is low impact, and doing pelvic curl, doing leg

Speaker:

exercises can help with ejaculation and erection. And

Speaker:

strength training, like with weights, like with squats and

Speaker:

pelvic floor exercises, and even exercise such as yoga can help

Speaker:

shown that physical activity lowers the risk of ED, improves

Speaker:

overall body awareness and strengthen the pelvic floor

Speaker:

muscle as long you do about 30 40, minutes of exercises every

Speaker:

other day for four times a week. Like if you do it for about four

Speaker:

to six weeks consistently, you will notice improvement. The key

Speaker:

word is consistently. Yes, consistently and be dedicated to

Speaker:

do it for four to six weeks. Some of my patients will do it

Speaker:

for like, a week, and they say, I haven't notice anything yet.

Speaker:

You know, your body's gonna take time to change. Your body gonna

Speaker:

take time to repair that blood vessel, to improve that blood flow.

Speaker:

Now, studies have shown that if you just do this one thing, such

Speaker:

as physical activity, will improve your erection and

Speaker:

ejaculation. Imagine how good you will be if you add in diet

Speaker:

erection and even ejaculation. Because physical activity or

Speaker:

such as Mediterranean diet. Imagine how will it be if you

Speaker:

stop smoking, stop porn, and if you sleep seven hours at night,

Speaker:

also add in a little bit of meditation. So all of this are

Speaker:

additive upon one another. But I wanted to just mention, if you

Speaker:

have to do one thing, it is the exercise. You also hear me talk

Speaker:

a lot about diet as well, such as the Mediterranean diet. And

Speaker:

you the diet for free. Check it out. It's essentially a diet

Speaker:

rich in vegetables and fruits. And eat what the Earth gives

Speaker:

you, what the Earth grows for you. That's it, really. And then

Speaker:

lean meat, chicken and fish and pork and eat less of red meat

Speaker:

exercise, especially cardiovascular exercise, keeps

Speaker:

maybe once a week or so. But the most important thing is that the

Speaker:

diet and the exercise, the sleep and meditation and stopping

Speaker:

porn, and stopping smoking, all of that will add into a fast and

Speaker:

progressive improvement in your erection. And I have seen

Speaker:

remarkable improvement in our Modern Man Club members who

started doing this, who had decades of ED. And I have seen

Speaker:

it in my own patient who come to my office to receive the Get

Speaker:

So there is hope. There are ways to do it, and this is a research

the heart active and it improve blood flow. And blood flow is

study that look at physical exercises even better than even

Viagra, and even better than any other medication. But yet you

don't hear a lot about it, because you know why? Because

exercise is free, you're not paying to take a medication. No

one is profiting from it at this point. So if you have ED, just

know that start out with doing walking or going to the gym and

doing squat, and just start with the Mediterranean diet, or just

Speaker:

start with stopping processed food. Processed food is anything

Speaker:

crucial for sexual function. Physical activity can even lower

Speaker:

in the bag or a box, and kind of be choosy on what you eat, and

Speaker:

you will see progress. I will assure you that because you do

Speaker:

not have to live with ED. There are other alternatives. That's

Speaker:
