If you were to ask me what one thing prevents people from having more success, from transforming their problems into solutions, from creating miracles in their life, and it is this topic for today. If you've been in personal growth for a while, you understand that in order to become a wealthy person, you cannot continue to focus on your financial insecurity. In order to become a healthy person, you can't continue to focus on your chronic health problems and your physical pains in order for you to attract your soulmate, you cannot keep focusing your attention on you being alone or believing that there are no good men or women left out there. You have to bring your attention to what it is that you desire. Because where your focus goes, energy flows and you actually create your own reality. Right? This was the fundamental tenant to Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich thoughts are things and you're creating your reality. But there's a real challenge here because all that sounds good when you say it fast. But when I had two homes in foreclosure and a bunch of credit card debt and a couple of bucks in my bank account, how was I supposed to focus my attention on prosperity and abundance and having a lot of money when that wasn't my reality? So we're going to break this down today because it is the most important thing to understand if you want to create change in your life. And for this we're going to look at two things. Number one, how reality actually works from a quantum standpoint. And number two, the concept of third and fourth dimension by the great mystic Neville Goddard. One of the most powerful and popular episodes when I talked about how to create from the fourth dimension, I think that's a great place for us to start today to acknowledge that there are actually two realities taking place simultaneously. One is a third dimensional reality. That's what Neville Goddard calls it. The third dimensional reality is what we generally refer to exclusively as reality. It's a reality that is detectable by our five senses. It is a material reality. It is a physical reality. It's what we see, it's what we smell, it's what we taste, it's what we touch, it's what we hear. This is what you would ordinarily call your life, your present life circumstances. And so this is where the challenge is if you are wanting to create again. I'll use money as an example, a lot of money in your life. And the idea is that I have to bring my attention and focus my attention on having lots of money, but I don't have a lot of money in my third dimensional reality. Where do I put my attention? How can I get my attention on off of my financial insecurity, where there's nowhere else to place it. And this is where Neville's concept of the fourth dimension is so important. He says there's a fourth dimensional reality that is equally valid to the third dimensional reality. You can think of it as two realities existing in parallel, but we usually don't pay any attention to it because we can't detect it through our five senses. But what he says is that this is a waveform or energetic reality. It is a reality of potential, meaning it hasn't manifested yet. It hasn't moved over into the third dimensional five senses reality, but it's still there. It's a reality of potential. It's immaterial. He also talks about it As a reality of imagination. Some mystics refer to this as the field or the field of consciousness, the quantum field, the unified field. Physics actually helps us understand the possibility of this fourth dimensional reality existing simultaneous to our third dimensional one. Because when you take a look at the material reality, when you look at the physical stuff of the world and you look at it under microscope, under deep microscopic observation, we can see that this material reality. You know, right now I'm speaking on my microphone. If you're following along on YouTube, I'm sitting at my table. You're listening to this episode on a device. What physics tells us is that very physical device you have is made up of molecules. It's made up of molecules. Molecules are made up of atoms. But if you remember from your fifth or sixth grade science class, an atom has a nucleus where there's protons and neutrons. And then orbiting around the nucleus of the atom are electrons. But the space is very vast. I remember my science teacher explaining, like proportionally, if the nucleus of an atom were the equivalent of a basketball, it would sit in the middle of a football field. And then the electron would be the equivalent of a tennis ball orbiting around the parking lot. Like lots of sports metaphors in this, in this physics explanation. But you get the point. It's 99.99999999% space. It's mostly nothing. It's mostly space. So this is a very unusual thing about our reality. We experience reality as very physical, but most of the physical stuff, most of the material reality is space. Yet our five senses are interpreting this mostly space reality into something very physical. It's kind of curious, right? Like you're 99.9% space, yet there you are, I can't put my hand through you. That's why Einstein said reality is an illusion, albeit a persistent one. And then what's even more interesting is that when we go, we look at the tiny pieces of the atomic, you look at the electron, and then you look at the pieces of the electron and the quarks and all the smaller pieces and smaller, yet smaller, yet smaller. We get to a point where we actually just see fluctuating energy. Sometimes it's a particle, sometimes it's an energetic wave. It's very strange. In fact, quantum explains it as quantum weirdness or strangeness. So we can see when we look deeply at the physical reality that it begins to migrate into what Neville Goddard talked about, which is a fourth dimensional energet waveform potential type of reality. Very much like if you've seen the Movie, the Matrix. It's kind of like those zeros and ones that form into a physical world. So Neville says there's a third dimensional reality and a fourth dimensional reality. Your third dimensional reality you experience as past, present and future. Your fourth dimensional reality has no time. All things that ever has, that ever have, that ever will be exist in this fourth dimensional space. All ideas exists in this fourth dimensional field. Your future exists in this fourth dimensional field. Your past exists in this fourth dimensional field. And what he would say is all of reality, past, present and future exists right here, right now. Now we're starting to get into this because this gives us something to begin to direct our attention to. What Neville is saying is the million dollars you want is right here, right now. You just can't detect it with your five senses. Now you go. Well, thanks, Neville. What can I do with a potential of a million dollars? What can I do with a bunch of energetic million dollars? I need the actual million dollars to go buy my dream home or to pay down my credit card. Sounds great, Neville. That my healthy body exists as potential right now. But how do I realize that potential? So that potential is real for me, so I can get out of pain and get out of my chronic health condition. I want to manifest my soulmate. It's very difficult for me to cuddle with the potential of my soulmate right here, right now. So. But let's just acknowledge there's a third dimensional reality, a fourth dimensional reality. And what Neville is saying is that a part of your potential reality has materialized right now as your current reality. And what you're wanting to do is you're wanting to essentially pull a different fourth dimensional potential into your third dimensional space. How do we do that? Again, personal growth tells us we have to learn how to bring our attention to what it is that we want. Well, being open to the idea that there is a fourth dimensional reality that exists right here, right now gives you a place to put your attention other than on the absence of what you want, other than on your financial insecurity, other than on your chronic health condition or the absence of your loved one. You can actually place your attention on the fourth dimensional space. So what does that mean? How do I focus on abundance, health or love when nothing in my current reality reflects it? And the answer is you can't perceive the thing you want because you're looking for it in only the 3D, not in the 4D, where it already exists. So when you perceive the absence of what you want, it's not real absence, it's only the absence of it in material expression, not the absence of it in existence. And so here we can begin to shift our perception. Your dream home, your healed body, your soulmate, they already exist in energetic form here and now. And so as you can begin to acknowledge this, you start playing your reality game completely different. Because you can bring your attention to the vibrational version of the thing, not as a fantasy, but as the unseen, realer than real version. And so this starts to create an anticipation. I'll tell you a quick story. If you've listened to other episodes, you know that in 2017 I was diagnosed with extraordinary levels of mercury in my body from an all fish diet. Went to a Tony Robbins event. Tony Robbins was like, stop eating meat, just go eat fish. Fish is healthier. That's what I did. Tony Robbins and I ended up with astronomical levels of mercury in our bodies. Thank you, Tony. So I then went on this health journey of trying to detox mercury from my system. Then I found out I was mold sensitive, had mold on my system one thing after another. And I had these chronic health conditions for about seven years. As I started to understand that I couldn't keep focusing my attention on my health problems, if I even try to solve my health problems, I'm focusing my attention on my health problems. And I understood from a metaphysical standpoint, from a personal development standpoint, that the solution was to bring my attention to me as healthy. But I didn't have any evidence in my third dimensional reality for me as healthy. You picking up what I'm laying down here? So when I discovered Neville's fourth dimensional concept and really bought into it, because I think quantum also suggests that there is another non physical reality equally valid to the physical reality, I started saying, okay, got it. I am healthy right here, right now. That's not what I'm experiencing in my third dimensional reality, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. So I am healthy right here, right now. And I know that as I continue to acknowledge that I am healthy right here, right now, and to notice whenever I'm focusing on my illness or my pain or even trying to solve my problem, but instead say no, I am healthy right now, that I will become healthy. That as I continue to focus my attention on that fourth dimensional potential, my attention will crystallize or materialize the energetic potential into material form and in some way shape or form all experience being healthy. I don't know how, I don't know when, but I will be healthy. And this actually became my mantra. I know that Right now, I am healthy. I don't know how, I don't know when, but I know that I am going to experience myself in full health. Well, time went on and I was spending less time trying to solve my health problems. I still didn't feel particularly well. I was spending more time feeding attention into the equally valid realization that I am healthy right here, right now. And I had an idea one day, and that idea was to actually work with ChatGPT, sharing all my symptoms and sharing my genetics. ChatGPT said, well, based on what you shared with me, these are the tests I recommend you run. I went and ran a bunch of tests. Now, keep in mind, I had worked with some of the best doctors in the world, but I was still focusing my attention on the absence of my wellness or the problem of my health. Health. So it didn't matter who I met, nothing seemed to work. But now I had shifted my attention. As a result of that, I had this idea. I started using ChatGPT. I went and ran these labs, I uploaded the information into ChatGPT, and it said, hey, it's clear what your problem is. And I was clear on what it was saying. I had mitochondrial dysfunction. I had neurotransmitter dysfunction. I had some gut challenges. It was just enough small little things in different pockets of my overall system that it was creating burnout that no one doctor could put their finger on. And I literally built a healing protocol and a custom supplementation plan and a phase detoxification framework. And now I'm 95% better as a result of shifting my attention to the fact that there was a version of me that was healed right here, right now, over a period of time and not that long, my fourth dimensional potential became my third dimensional reality. This is what reality hacking is. It is realizing that in fact, there are two valid realities occurring simultaneously. Just because one is immaterial does not make it invalid. And so I began focusing on energetic existence rather than sensory absence. And that accelerated the materialization of my desired reality into my third dimensional experience. And so the identity shift here is you stop trying to manifest by solving a problem and you start perceiving through the lens of someone who already knows their outcome is real. And so this has become one of the biggest reality hacks for me. I've used it for my wealth, I've used it for my family. When my wife and I, my wife Carol and I, we were having relationship challenges, I knew that what existed right here, right now, even though I was experiencing the opposite of that, was a relationship Between David and Carol, that was honest, that was patient, that was loving, that was intimate. And I held that vision. And every time I started to notice the absence of it, I brought myself back to my energetic reality. I've also used this to accelerate the implementation of my mission in the world. You know, we started out as a coaching company. Now we're building a whole portfolio of companies that are transforming health, transforming finance, transforming media, really beginning to build the new backbone of a new economic system, a new citizenship model for human beings. Because I know it exists right here, right now, and I'm able to bring my attention to it. And as I do that, my consciousness fuels the fourth dimension and the fourth dimension projects itself into my third dimensional reality. A lot of people when they learn about the third dimensional and fourth dimensional realities say, but Dave, that doesn't make any sense because I'm always experiencing the same thing over and over in terms of my third dimension. How can my 3D reality be a byproduct of the fourth dimension? Because the fourth dimension is always streaming in. And the answer is, because you keep paying attention to your third dimensional reality. So that's what you keep activating over and over and over again from the fourth dimensional space. You cannot create something different in your life if you're paying attention to the life that you have. And so this is, it's not even a trick. This is the proper understanding of the nature of reality, which, when you accept it, gives you permission to start bringing your attention away from your third dimensional existence, withdrawing your senses from the third dimensional what is, and putting your senses and your attention towards the fourth dimensional potential of possibility. And as you do that consistently, it must materialize into your third dimensional reality, whether it's your health, whether it's wealth, whether it's relationship, spiritual connection, more clarity, grow your business, make a greater impact in the world it must become. And this is why so many people are stuck in a Groundhog Day type of existence, wrestling with their third dimensional reality, paying too much attention to the facts of what is, as opposed to the facts of what could be. The question is, are you going to continue to feed your attention into really yesterday's news, which is your current reality, or are you going to start bringing your attention towards what's possible for you in the fourth dimensional field?
