Today I have a microdose meditation for you to help you reset. When you feel ready, you can settle into a comfortable position and as you do, you may wish to close your eyes, or since you're always at choice, you can leave them open if that feels a bit safe for to do so, and we'll drop in. Let's begin with a generous breath in.
See if you can breathe up through your nose if you can. And now release the breath out, breathing out fully through your mouth.
Sometimes we need a soft reset, a quiet control, alt, delete. For the soul, or if you happen to be on a Mac command option escape. As you find the natural rhythm of the breath, remember to breathe in gently and breathe out slowly, and as you settle into the natural rhythm of the breath. I'll invite you to visualize those three keys on your computer.
Allow yourself to feel that the control button is about letting go of the illusion of control. You may wish to say quietly to yourself. I release what I cannot change.
With the alt button, you can sense that's about choosing an alternative path, a new mindset. You may wish to say, I give myself permission to shift, and the delete key, you can sense that it means. That you can delete what no longer serves you, and you can say, I clear the clutter mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Allow this visualization to settle as you continue to breathe in slowly and breathe out fully. Knowing that you're not starting over, you are simply resetting with wisdom.
And when you feel ready, you can begin to ease your attention and slowly flutter the eyes open and begin to wiggle. Those fingers and toes, and you can even give your body a little stretch. Thanks for practicing with me and doing a little control alt delete to help us put a beautiful ripple into the world.
