Today in Love Notes from Rhonda, we're going to do an extra special practice.

It's called thank you.

Thank you.

Today, I want you to practice saying thank you to any moment of awareness, any moment of awareness where you see something, where you feel something, where you experience something, to say thank you.

Thank you for that moment of awareness.

Thank you for waking me up.

Thank you.

I see it.

Thank you.

I feel it.

Now, notice I didn't say thank you for all the good things.

I didn't say thank you for all the happiness.

I said thank you.

No matter what it is.

I say thank you to anything that feels, and I experience it as the flow, right?

So if the door is easy to open when it might be hard, you know, like, might have had a tug on it, and then all of a sudden, it became easy.

I say thank you when I find a parking spot.

I say thank you.

When I stop and just have a deep breath.

I say thank you.

When I pet Jezebel.

I say thank you.

When I wake up in the morning, I say thank you.

And when I go to bed at night, I say thank you.

When a call comes in, I say thank you.

When I write a check, I say thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Now, I'm not sure who you're gonna say thank you to.

I say thank you to the thing that's larger than me.

I call it God.

For 20 years, I couldn't say the word God.

So maybe for you, it's spirit or universe or energy or light or other or the field source.

So many names for the thing that is larger than us.

But when I say thank you to that thing that is larger than me that I feel comfortable calling God, now I know what I'm saying thank you for is the connection to that thing that is larger than me.

And in turn, thank you that I am connected to you.

So you and I, right here, we're connected right now.

Thank you.

Right now, you can take the energy that I am sending off to you.

You can feel the energy that I'm gifting you with today.

I'm giving you energy right now.

Hearing my voice right now.

Hearing my voice right now, take my energy, claim it as yours, and say thank you.

Thank you.

Somebody smiles at you, thank you.

A client cancels, and you need a little extra time.

Say thank you.

The sun comes in the window just right.

Say thank you.

The shoes are easy to slip on.

Say thank you.

You run in the closet to get something to wear, and you find your favorite sweater.

Say thank you.

When an episode has been released from your favorite for your fever TV show.

Say thank you.

Thank the universe for any time your life has a moment of grace, of bliss, of ease.

Thank you.

They say claim the moment that you want to repeat and that's why we mark it with a thank you.
