Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda. And there is literally no one like you. No like, literally no one like you. Do you get the power of that statement? There is no one that has your exact experience, your exact family legacy, your exact DNA, your exact thoughts, feelings, desires, wants. No one. No one has that but you. And I like to think, and perhaps this supports you, is that I like to think that every desire is something that is gifted to me, that is propelling me, that is moving me. And everything that I've been given, that makes up me is here for my greatest good. Here to support me, here to help me become who I'm meant to be. Good, bad, whatever, Everything. Everything, everything. Think about that for a minute. If every single thing in your entire life was outlined, created to support you and become who you're meant to be, then how would you look at the worst of the worst, the best of the best? How would you look at it all? Everything, everything, everything is here for your good. You are unique above all else. There is nobody like you. And you were created like this and went through your life so far the way you have in order to do what you're meant to do here. Whether that's learn to love better, whether that's to become the best parent you can be, whether that's mastering money, whether that's understanding self care, whether that's spreading joy, whatever it is. And I guarantee the thing that you're here for, for most of us, is a thing that you think you cannot have the thing you cannot be the thing you do not know. I mean, if I think about myself, I never ever once when I was growing up said, I'm afraid or I'm scared. If you would have talked about fear with me, I would have been like, whatever. Like, no. I grew up in a family that there was no permission to have feelings. I grew up in a society, in a culture, in a city, how we grew up. There was no feelings. There was no crying, there was no, there was none of that. None of it at all. So you, my friend, you, my sweet, sweet friend, I look at myself and think to myself, here is somebody who specializes in fear and embraces emotions and supports other people to become emotional masters and helps them see fear for what it is and so that they're not afraid, not run by fear, but those things were. I would never have done that. I never thought that, done that, becoming a coach, no way. So I promise you, and I want you to think about this, if you really decided to really embrace everything that's ever happened to you and really believe good, bad, ugly, etc. The whole thing. And really owned it and said, I know there is good in this. I know it has a purpose. And it is your job to find that purpose. To find. To find it. To find the good, to find the gold, to find the silver lining. To find it in every single thing that's happened to you. Yes, even the worst, most horrible thing. And when it's the worst, most horrible thing, it may be simply that you have more compassion for others or you've learned to use your voice because of that. Or what did you have to learn? What did you finally grasp because that horrible thing happened? And, oh, by the way, same with the good. So many of us have a hard time with the good. The shoe's gonna drop. Something bad's gonna happen. We don't embrace the good. So what if, my friend, what if everything, everything, everything was created for your good? Because you, my friend, are unique. There is nobody on this planet. Never has been, never will be. That is exactly like you. And that means your job is to live as you let things move through you and claim your life that's yours and yours alone. What if you embraced fully, embraced it all? Until next time, be fearless. I love you.
