Welcome back to another edition of health hack. And I'm rounding out my series of quotes here with a quote that I heard at a conference or saying that I heard at a conference that I was at about six years ago now. And the speaker said, every single person is put on this planet, to never stop learning to be of service, and to find your passion. And that you don't have to know the how you just need to know the why. And that really resonated with me because I had a dream, a dream of starting a nonprofit foundation to keep girls in school in Africa and lower the rate of teenage marriages and break the poverty cycle, one girl, one family, one village at a time. And I'd had that dream for about four years, and done nothing with it because I didn't know how to get started. And when I heard that message that you just have to know your why I realized that I simply need to start speaking my why out loud to other people, and the How would fall into place. And so I left that conference. And I picked up the phone and I called the only two people that I knew in Canada that had started a nonprofit. And I asked them, if they would show me how to start a nonprofit. And they asked me, what is it that you're wanting to do? And when I told them, they said, that's amazing. We'll do it with you. And we can piggyback it on the nonprofit we already started. Which is, which was building and operating preschools in Africa, and use the same staff that they already had in place running those preschools. And so within a month, we had launched our nonprofit, had staff on the ground. And we're already starting to fund our first girls in finishing high school.So what is it that you dream

of? What would you like to do in your life? Are you staying stuck and trying to figure out the how and not having all the answers? Or do you just want to focus on your why that driving passion that burns deeply inside you that if you start sharing that with people, you're going to have the right people fall into place that can support you in making it happen.
