VOICEOVER:

Baby, it's time to Review That Review!

CHELSEY DONN:

Hello

TREY GERRALD:

Well, hello and welcome once again to Review That Review.

TREY GERRALD:

We are the podcast that is dedicated to reviewing,

CHELSEY DONN:

reviews,

TREY GERRALD:

that is Chelsey Donn,

CHELSEY DONN:

and that is Trey Gerrald.

TREY GERRALD:

and when we come together, we are 'I.

VOICEOVER:

The review.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's your turn this week.

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey.

CHELSEY DONN:

Would you like to get something off your chest?

CHELSEY DONN:

It is your opportunity to.

VOICEOVER:

Lodge, A, Complaint.

TREY GERRALD:

Yes, 'I most certainly am ready to Lodge.

TREY GERRALD:

This Complaint 'I, you know, less than half an hour ago was at my local grocery store.

TREY GERRALD:

And can we just take A' moment to discuss the aggression that takes place between

TREY GERRALD:

'I cannot take it.

TREY GERRALD:

'I understand.

TREY GERRALD:

For some reason, it's just A' universal law that every grocery store has to have more

TREY GERRALD:

For whatever reason, they could have eight registers.

TREY GERRALD:

They're only gonna have two checkout workers.

TREY GERRALD:

Donn don't know why that is.

TREY GERRALD:

That's just some law in the universe.

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I recognize it's always very stressful, everyone.

TREY GERRALD:

By the time you are checking out at A' Grocery store, you've already spent enough time searching,

TREY GERRALD:

You've gotten everything you've had to substitute items because they're sold out.

TREY GERRALD:

There's A' lot going on and no one wants to spend time necessarily extra time at the grocery

TREY GERRALD:

But then when it comes to.

TREY GERRALD:

Getting very, very close.

TREY GERRALD:

And 'I, remember during C O v 'I when everyone was wearing masks, there would

TREY GERRALD:

But we are fully back in the full swing of things.

TREY GERRALD:

We got angry people.

TREY GERRALD:

It's always older people for some reason, maybe that's my area.

TREY GERRALD:

They get so close to you.

TREY GERRALD:

They are up against your little booty booty.

TREY GERRALD:

You are like trapped in this tiny little aisle of like magazines and gum and snicker

TREY GERRALD:

And there is this.

TREY GERRALD:

Like radiating energy of, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Wanna put my stuff up there?

TREY GERRALD:

Hurry up.

TREY GERRALD:

Hurry up.

TREY GERRALD:

'I, it is so anxiety producing for me.

TREY GERRALD:

'I, get so stressed out and then you finally complete the transaction.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Now you have to bag everything really, really fast because the person now has moved on and now

TREY GERRALD:

And so I'm over here rushing and rushing, rushing.

TREY GERRALD:

They're like holding everything up.

TREY GERRALD:

It's like 'I hate it.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, 'I, get that.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I also feel like, you know, like in the bagging stage when you look at the

CHELSEY DONN:

Because if they go to the next person, like, thank you so much for your patience.

CHELSEY DONN:

You know, like, well then maybe 'I was the problem.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I should have gone grocery shopping, you know, sooner.

CHELSEY DONN:

So that 'I didn't run outta so much stuff.

CHELSEY DONN:

The person behind me that had five items didn't have to wait in line,

TREY GERRALD:

well, that's right.

TREY GERRALD:

That's right.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause we have those express lanes and we also have the self checkouts 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I used to not be A' fan of the self checkout 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think we even complained about it one time, but now I'm like all about the self checkout.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think 'I do as well tend to go to those if like 'I want to be quick?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I mean it is annoying.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause 'I feel like there's never anywhere adequate to like collect your things.

CHELSEY DONN:

That's the problem with A' self checkout, which is A' whole nother Complaint.

CHELSEY DONN:

But 'I mean there.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's not perfect, but at least there's an element of control.

TREY GERRALD:

That's true.

TREY GERRALD:

There's this perfect analogy.

TREY GERRALD:

Do you remember at like, uh, theme parks or county fairs, whenever there would be like the log flume.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

You know, like you would get in those like little log things and you would go

TREY GERRALD:

They're sloshing.

TREY GERRALD:

It's like there's, there's like this

TREY GERRALD:

congestion.

TREY GERRALD:

Yes.

TREY GERRALD:

That's what it feels like every time someone is in front of me and behind me, checking

TREY GERRALD:

'I hate it.

TREY GERRALD:

It makes the whole process even worse.

CHELSEY DONN:

Is your grocery store open late?

TREY GERRALD:

Oh,

CHELSEY DONN:

recommend A' late night shop, even though some of the stuff has been picked through.

CHELSEY DONN:

Sometimes they actually will have like A' delivery at night, which is great, but like

CHELSEY DONN:

So I've shopped before at like 1130 at night just because 'I was like

CHELSEY DONN:

What?

CHELSEY DONN:

A' pleasure.

TREY GERRALD:

Maybe it is timing too, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Really, it just occurs to me that it just, there needs to be someone bagging as well.

TREY GERRALD:

'I think that expedites everything.

CHELSEY DONN:

For sure.

CHELSEY DONN:

That's where Trader Joe's really has it, right?

CHELSEY DONN:

With the three bells.

CHELSEY DONN:

They're like, do you need bags?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yes.

CHELSEY DONN:

Ding, ding, ding.

CHELSEY DONN:

Somebody's over there bagging you.

CHELSEY DONN:

They really got it right over

TREY GERRALD:

that's true.

TREY GERRALD:

'I agree.

CHELSEY DONN:

But 'I, hear you.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's stressful.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I hate being in 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Hate any of that feeling of like someone breathing down my

TREY GERRALD:

Oh.

CHELSEY DONN:

and 'I can feel your anxiety.

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I have my own.

CHELSEY DONN:

So 'I don't need yours.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh, it's the worst.

TREY GERRALD:

It's the worst.

TREY GERRALD:

And I'm still buzzing from it.

TREY GERRALD:

Still buzzing.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I get that?

TREY GERRALD:

Well, thank you for letting me get that off my chest.

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD, should we sage emotionally, but although it may not be A', saging

TREY GERRALD:

But shall we jump into your online review?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yes.

CHELSEY DONN:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

Review.

VOICEOVER:

That, Review,

CHELSEY DONN:

As you know, we are your trusty review Queens.

CHELSEY DONN:

We bring in reviews from the internet that we feel need to be inspected.

TREY GERRALD:

We read you A' review, then we break it down together and rate the impact of

TREY GERRALD:

It's A', very regal process that we call.

VOICEOVER:

Assess, That, Kvetch.

TREY GERRALD:

I'm so excited because today 'I get to hear what you have prepared.

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD, what have you got for us?

CHELSEY DONN:

All right, so 'I have brought in A' four star Yelp review for Pack Sun.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh, my childhood,

CHELSEY DONN:

remember PAC's Sun growing up?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I Feel like 'I spent an absurd amount of time in Pacific Sun, which is what

CHELSEY DONN:

'I don't know why.

CHELSEY DONN:

It was like part of that whole.

CHELSEY DONN:

Going to the mall by yourself.

CHELSEY DONN:

Culture 'I wanna say that?

CHELSEY DONN:

It was just like, we gotta go to Pacific Sun, we gotta go to Spencer's.

CHELSEY DONN:

There was just like certain spa like places we knew that we had A' hit up.

CHELSEY DONN:

So to give us A' little bit of nostalgia.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I figured I'd bring in A' review for Paxon.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I Just wanna give you guys A' teeny quick background in case you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't know what Pacific Sun is, but was founded in 1980 as Pacific Sunwear.

CHELSEY DONN:

The PAC Sun brand has evolved well beyond beachwear.

CHELSEY DONN:

Today, PAC Sun is A' leading lifestyle brand, offering an exclusive collection

TREY GERRALD:

Mm.

CHELSEY DONN:

A' real, like surfer slash 'I would say, um, like skateboardy

TREY GERRALD:

'I was gonna say

CHELSEY DONN:

vibe.

TREY GERRALD:

It makes me think of those.

TREY GERRALD:

What are those shoes that are black and white?

TREY GERRALD:

Checkers?

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh, oh Vans,

TREY GERRALD:

It makes me think of Vans.

CHELSEY DONN:

for sure.

TREY GERRALD:

Do they exist outside of malls?

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Well, this one that I'm reading about is at the Third Street Promenade, which

CHELSEY DONN:

So Donn don't know if you'd consider this to be A' standalone.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's in A' shopping area.

TREY GERRALD:

It does make me think of malls.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, it definitely has mall vibes, like old school, nineties mall vibes.

CHELSEY DONN:

So anyway, 'I found this review written by Megan S.

CHELSEY DONN:

Here we go, four stars.

CHELSEY DONN:

It always pays to window Shop.

CHELSEY DONN:

Late one night after grabbing A' smoothie at Pinkberry A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Couple stores down.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I Spied, A' Little Sun Beach dress in the lit window of this packed sun store.

CHELSEY DONN:

It literally jumped out at me saying, 'I am perfect for the wedding.

CHELSEY DONN:

You have this weekend.

CHELSEY DONN:

Buy me.

CHELSEY DONN:

You don't have anything like me at home.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank goodness the store was closed.

TREY GERRALD:

What.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I really showed my shopping addiction.

CHELSEY DONN:

Who was boss?

CHELSEY DONN:

to two days later, 'I just happened to be biking around Santa Monica and 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Find myself magically in front of the Pack Sun store again,

TREY GERRALD:

What.

CHELSEY DONN:

staring at that lovely little dress.

CHELSEY DONN:

Fine.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'll go in just to see if they have it in my size from the moment 'I entered.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I knew this wasn't your typical Promenade retail shop.

CHELSEY DONN:

Not only was everyone truly accommodating and sincere, they actually were doing their jobs.

CHELSEY DONN:

All the merchandise was arranged well, the store was clean and inviting, and above all, A' steal.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I would much rather spend my money on beachy basics here, that at the h and

CHELSEY DONN:

First, the sales girl checked all over the store and in the back for my size, and

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't think they do this for you at any store because they don't.

CHELSEY DONN:

Displays are displays and it's usually A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Look, don't touch policy.

CHELSEY DONN:

They may have been changing out their mannequins that night, but still most retail employees won't

CHELSEY DONN:

Trust me, 'I know 'I was one easy transaction where 'I felt like 'I was actually valued as A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Customer check 39 50 for A' sundress.

CHELSEY DONN:

That kept me cool and cute in the hot Texas sun.

CHELSEY DONN:

Double check.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thanks.

CHELSEY DONN:

Shopping addiction.

CHELSEY DONN:

That high is gonna last for A', while I'll definitely head back to

CHELSEY DONN:

Perfect for summer in Southern California.

TREY GERRALD:

How does Megan spell her name?

CHELSEY DONN:

No, H M E G, A' N Ss,

TREY GERRALD:

Megan.

CHELSEY DONN:

Megan.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh, Megan really lives up to the name Megan.

TREY GERRALD:

For me,

CHELSEY DONN:

Why, what's typical Megan, for you?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I have A' couple friends named Megan, so I'm curious.

TREY GERRALD:

just this whole unnecessary backstory about A' shopping addiction.

TREY GERRALD:

Like what is the point in that?

TREY GERRALD:

why do we need to know?

TREY GERRALD:

'I also love that like 'I 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Guess the whole narrative about like 'I have A' shopping, addiction,

TREY GERRALD:

Like it was closed, I'm leaving.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh no.

TREY GERRALD:

'I was like being pulled by the universe to go back here on the.

TREY GERRALD:

Bike, like, you know, where you're biking to, and then it's also like, it's packed sun.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, and you're looking at A', A' sundress.

TREY GERRALD:

Like the fact that it was $39, like, was exactly what 'I was

CHELSEY DONN:

Right.

CHELSEY DONN:

39 50.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

so I'm just, I'm questioning two things.

TREY GERRALD:

Like what is, is the shopping addiction, Megan being too hard on themself or like,

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, 'I mean 'I guess.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm just trying to think of what the point of all that was.

CHELSEY DONN:

The only thing 'I can think of is that they're, they're saying like, 'I just

CHELSEY DONN:

You know, like 'I know that I'm an impulse buyer and 'I go to the

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I was sort of saved in this moment by the store being closed,

CHELSEY DONN:

But then 'I just couldn't stop thinking about this dress so much so that

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

You know, 'I also blame Megan here because if you have A' shopping

TREY GERRALD:

That's like dangling the carrot,

TREY GERRALD:

honey.

CHELSEY DONN:

it's true.

TREY GERRALD:

then I'm also very curious, 'I actually want to know Megan's retail history.

CHELSEY DONN:

Well, Megan tells us that they worked in retail,

TREY GERRALD:

'I know

CHELSEY DONN:

that that's why they were so impressed about the whole mannequin thing.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause they know that they wouldn't, they weren't allowed to do that or something.

TREY GERRALD:

They were so taken, like the first sentence, once they got into

CHELSEY DONN:

Right,

TREY GERRALD:

addiction and biking.

TREY GERRALD:

They say 'I was surprised at people actually doing their job.

CHELSEY DONN:

Right, which 'I will say, the only thing that 'I am getting from that

CHELSEY DONN:

It was also one of those jobs that, it was like college student summer

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I feel like A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Lot of those people weren't really working.

CHELSEY DONN:

They were like stoned, you know?

CHELSEY DONN:

And.

TREY GERRALD:

shells, 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, 'I had A' hookah shell necklace and laughing and having inside

TREY GERRALD:

It's interesting because Pac Sun also makes me think of Hollister, which

CHELSEY DONN:

Um, 'I have, but not for me, like, for like my, like niece and nephews.

TREY GERRALD:

Because 'I have an experience that they are aggressive Salespeople like

CHELSEY DONN:

totally.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Wonder if that's A' different, like 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Wonder if they work off commission.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

'I Wonder, but 'I 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Guess 'I Do agree with Megan?

TREY GERRALD:

'cause, 'cause 'I wrote it down to sort of question like, should is the bar so

TREY GERRALD:

But 'I guess, maybe if 'I went to A' Pakistan, 'I do have A' story ingrained in

CHELSEY DONN:

and there is also something about this h and m Forever 21 fast fashion trend

CHELSEY DONN:

'I mean you're lucky.

CHELSEY DONN:

If you could like find something and get into A' fitting room and like get out, like customer

TREY GERRALD:

Right.

TREY GERRALD:

You're not at A' Bloomingdale's.

TREY GERRALD:

It does make me think of Old Navy 'cause 'I feel like if 'I went to an Old Navy,

TREY GERRALD:

But 'I 'I do wanna pose the question.

TREY GERRALD:

Have you ever asked for the thing that's on the mannequin?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I do feel like I've been in A' situation because I'm like an unusual

CHELSEY DONN:

So if it happened to be on A' mannequin, 'I, do think I've had A' salesperson

CHELSEY DONN:

And then they could always switch it out for like A' medium, and then give me the extra large

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah, it's, I've never entertained the idea that it's A'

TREY GERRALD:

Look, don't touch policy.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Do think that it kind of goes along with the customer service of it all.

CHELSEY DONN:

Are you drinking?

CHELSEY DONN:

A' Martini?

TREY GERRALD:

'I 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Am A'

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh my God.

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh my God.

CHELSEY DONN:

Hai so fancy.

TREY GERRALD:

'I needed it after that shopping

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh yeah, yeah, totally.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I was just gonna say maybe it's just all under the umbrella of like, wow, look

CHELSEY DONN:

Like they really took this extra time from A' place that you would

CHELSEY DONN:

The only thing that 'I have to say about that is 'I get the feeling that these

CHELSEY DONN:

Like they're not gonna be the same people there all the time.

CHELSEY DONN:

So 'I wonder, and this review admittedly like is kind of old, so 'I wonder

TREY GERRALD:

'I mean it does stand out to me as Meghan got an incredible salesperson,

CHELSEY DONN:

And it's not like Megan says, and I've been back five

TREY GERRALD:

Well 'I do wish that they had mentioned the salesperson's name.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause usually you have A' name tag.

TREY GERRALD:

So wait, okay, so then here's my question.

TREY GERRALD:

Why is it four and not five stars

CHELSEY DONN:

Good question.

CHELSEY DONN:

There's nothing in here that's negative at all.

TREY GERRALD:

at all?

TREY GERRALD:

'I mean they were pulled magnetically by the energy of the universe To go

CHELSEY DONN:

You're right.

TREY GERRALD:

It exceeded every expectation they had, including A' policy that

CHELSEY DONN:

That's A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Really good point.

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Wonder if it's just that Megan is like A', super harsh critic and there need to be like 'I don't

CHELSEY DONN:

Five star from her.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

'I Wonder, that's A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Great question.

TREY GERRALD:

What would warrant five stars for Meghan 'I?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, that is, that's, I'm glad that you brought that up because

CHELSEY DONN:

Maybe the fact that it was closed the first time, but the way that Megan posts

TREY GERRALD:

Well, I'm hearing in Meghan's review the value here, the uniqueness is they just far

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah,

TREY GERRALD:

is like new to me 'cause 'I haven't really entertained.

TREY GERRALD:

Go into A' packed sun in

CHELSEY DONN:

sure.

CHELSEY DONN:

Me either.

TREY GERRALD:

Spelling, grammar was good,

CHELSEY DONN:

Very good.

CHELSEY DONN:

Solid

TREY GERRALD:

'I mean 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think they're being truthful.

TREY GERRALD:

'I, 'I, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think the whole backstory of shopping addiction is unnecessary.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I do think that it's Megan trying to write A' like funny, interesting review though.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I do think Megan's like, let's talk about shopping addiction, shall

CHELSEY DONN:

Like it's A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Little bit 'I think trying to ingratiate herself to the reader.

TREY GERRALD:

agree and 'I think we sort of hit on earlier.

TREY GERRALD:

It's sort of hard to determine how typical this will be, maybe because we both are

CHELSEY DONN:

Right.

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I also like 'I know that Megan said that she loved this dress and she loved it from the window.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I do kind of wish that maybe Megan would've been like, the fabric was such great quality

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause 'I do feel like A', lot of the facts that are in here do feel very specific to Megan, right.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

'I agree.

CHELSEY DONN:

Other than the fact that she saw this dress and she loved it, maybe

CHELSEY DONN:

But other than that, I'm like not running back to Pac Sun.

TREY GERRALD:

Right.

TREY GERRALD:

'I was entertained.

TREY GERRALD:

'I mean 'I, 'I, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think Meghan is funny.

TREY GERRALD:

'I have some critiques about what's necessary, but I'm, I'm ultimately

CHELSEY DONN:

Same.

CHELSEY DONN:

All right.

CHELSEY DONN:

Do we think we can crown Megan?

TREY GERRALD:

let's do it.

CHELSEY DONN:

All right.

CHELSEY DONN:

Let's do it.

TREY GERRALD:

Get ready, Megan.

TREY GERRALD:

Get down on one knee.

TREY GERRALD:

Get ready to be crowned.

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD and 'I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards, and in an effort

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating

VOICEOVER:

school.

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh wow.

CHELSEY DONN:

Interesting.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm holding up three and A' half crowns.

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey is holding up four and A' half crowns, which is surprising to me.

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey, you go first.

CHELSEY DONN:

Why four?

CHELSEY DONN:

And A' half crowns for such A', Megan.

TREY GERRALD:

You know, 'I, 'I forgot to mention this, but 'I also love that

TREY GERRALD:

God, 'I love Pinkberry.

CHELSEY DONN:

Me too.

TREY GERRALD:

God 'I, love

CHELSEY DONN:

Ooh.

CHELSEY DONN:

Now 'I want Pinkberry 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think I'm gonna have to get myself some Pinkberry after we record.

TREY GERRALD:

God.

TREY GERRALD:

'I Wish 'I could order it.

TREY GERRALD:

You know, my sort of critiques here for Megan are, are maybe A', little bit minuscule

TREY GERRALD:

Don't think the whole backstory about shopping addiction added up to anything.

TREY GERRALD:

It took up A', lot of real estate.

TREY GERRALD:

We spent A' lot of time there.

TREY GERRALD:

Um, also 'I Wish that Meghan had had named this Outrageously wonderful

TREY GERRALD:

Pleasure, Megan.

TREY GERRALD:

Sales associate like 'I, wanna know who that is.

TREY GERRALD:

'I want them to get their due, but ultimately here, like, it, it, it piques my interest.

TREY GERRALD:

Maybe 'I would entertain walking back into A' Pakistan.

TREY GERRALD:

If 'I was in A' Mall that had one 'cause maybe 'I would find something

TREY GERRALD:

That's only, you know, $39.

TREY GERRALD:

But Donn don't know why it's four stars.

TREY GERRALD:

'I feel like ultimately it sounds like A' five star review and Donn don't know.

TREY GERRALD:

Megan is maybe A' little too mey for me.

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I took half of A' crown off.

TREY GERRALD:

Why did you say three and A' half?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I said three and A', half 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think for A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Lot of what we talked about mostly that this is A' five star review, not A' four star review.

CHELSEY DONN:

And we didn't really give A' ton of information about the store.

CHELSEY DONN:

That is, I'd say like more.

CHELSEY DONN:

Evergreen or A', little bit more evergreen in terms of like, oh, I'm reading this

CHELSEY DONN:

'I did appreciate the humor, the, you know, bringing us into the shopping addiction and

CHELSEY DONN:

And so that's where A' lot of the three and A' half Crowns are coming from.

CHELSEY DONN:

But 'I think could have been A' little bit stronger.

CHELSEY DONN:

And if you're gonna make it four stars and not five, give me something

CHELSEY DONN:

Hundred percent up to snuff.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Agree.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I like this review from Megan 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think it's, you know, something different.

CHELSEY DONN:

And, uh, 'I love being nostalgic about Paxon

TREY GERRALD:

and boy, do 'I want pink berry

CHELSEY DONN:

and ugh, me too.

CHELSEY DONN:

So that was fun.

TREY GERRALD:

on review?

TREY GERRALD:

Wait.

TREY GERRALD:

How in the world did you land on Pax Sun 'I?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I was um, looking up stores that were at the Third Street Promenade.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause 'I was going there and 'I was gonna be looking for A' gift.

CHELSEY DONN:

And so 'I was just looking at the list of stores there and 'I saw Paxon and 'I was like,

TREY GERRALD:

makes me think of like JCO jeans and like being very cool.

CHELSEY DONN:

Makes me think of like Roxy and you

TREY GERRALD:

Yes.

CHELSEY DONN:

or all that stuff.

CHELSEY DONN:

Ah, so fun and nostalgic.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I did go into Spencer's the other day and 'I felt like it's not as cool as it was when we were kids.

CHELSEY DONN:

Maybe it's just because I'm older now and 'I felt like so rebellious going into Spencer's when

TREY GERRALD:

Oh my

CHELSEY DONN:

kid, like 'I was like, oh, I'm so bad.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm gonna expenses.

TREY GERRALD:

before the internet, SP Spencer's was like where you

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, you get sex toys at Spencer's, but then you could also get like candy.

CHELSEY DONN:

So that's why you could always justify going in there 'cause you're like, oh,

TREY GERRALD:

Do you remember like one of our very first after shows was A' Spencer's review.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yes, 'I do

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, great job ChelseyBD.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank you.

CHELSEY DONN:

Have we done it?

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey?

CHELSEY DONN:

Have we reached the most regal portion of our show?

CHELSEY DONN:

Who are you inducting today?

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey for?

VOICEOVER:

My Royal line is,

TREY GERRALD:

All right, so today 'I must induct something that 'I also

TREY GERRALD:

'I really have to induct the complimentary deodorant that is found at Gems

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay.

CHELSEY DONN:

Fair.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Just think it's really classy, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

You know, there are sort of levels and tears of gems and, and fitness centers.

TREY GERRALD:

When 'I, think of sort of like bottom of the barrel.

TREY GERRALD:

'I personally do think of Planet Fitness, which 'I have been A' member of many times in my life.

TREY GERRALD:

And that is not A' place where they offer any frills luxuries.

CHELSEY DONN:

They're like the Spirit Airlines.

TREY GERRALD:

the Spirit Airlines except for 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Guess they used to have pizza parties once A' month, and they

TREY GERRALD:

Then 'I, think of like fitness and wellness clubs.

TREY GERRALD:

And when you go to A' Spa, it's like they'll 'I don't know what it's like in the ladies,

TREY GERRALD:

Here

TREY GERRALD:

they do have aerosol deodorant sprays, which 'I?

TREY GERRALD:

Think Donn don't know.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Just 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think it's really classy.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think it's like A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Very minimal effort.

TREY GERRALD:

Expenditure.

TREY GERRALD:

Expenditure.

TREY GERRALD:

Expenditure.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Very minimal expenditure that you can show appreciation for your members,

TREY GERRALD:

right?

TREY GERRALD:

'I, it is like this little subtle psychological clue 'I take about the club.

TREY GERRALD:

Honestly, if they offer these little cans of deodorant, because 'I 'I, if you're

TREY GERRALD:

That's like A' whole Complaint waiting to be lodged.

TREY GERRALD:

And if you just have free aerosol deodorant waiting for you in the

TREY GERRALD:

And it's A' little subtle way to show that you are doing something A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Little notch above A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Little extra but like so cheap.

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I really wanna induct all of the gyms that offer complimentary deodorant.

TREY GERRALD:

Because it makes A' difference and like 'I don't remember to pack deodorant.

TREY GERRALD:

You can't leave like A' A' tube of deodorant in your car.

TREY GERRALD:

It's gonna melt like so.

TREY GERRALD:

And Donn don't carry A' Diddy bag with me like 'I don't have like toiletries with me all the time.

TREY GERRALD:

So for that reason, 'I really wanna induct free complimentary gem deodorant,

CHELSEY DONN:

it's free, 'I, love it.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I, also think it's in the gym's best interest,

TREY GERRALD:

right?

CHELSEY DONN:

like why have it super stinky?

CHELSEY DONN:

If you could just offer people free deodorant and make this A' better, better A', better, better

CHELSEY DONN:

So 'I, love that.

CHELSEY DONN:

Try 'I love.

CHELSEY DONN:

Any freebies, 'I love going to A' Spa and getting like even the stupid free comb.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like why 'I don't like 'I have such thick hair, 'I don't need A', tiny comb.

CHELSEY DONN:

But at the same time, there's just like something about being like, okay, 'I could

CHELSEY DONN:

So

TREY GERRALD:

It.

TREY GERRALD:

It's similar to like, 'I was gonna say peanuts, but we don't do peanuts anymore.

TREY GERRALD:

But like pretzels on an airplane.

CHELSEY DONN:

Right.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, we know that this little bag is nothing like 'I paid $300 to be on this flight,

CHELSEY DONN:

But it's something

TREY GERRALD:

snack, it's just so me.

TREY GERRALD:

It's so meaningful.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I agree.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Love that.

CHELSEY DONN:

Good induction.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, thank you.

TREY GERRALD:

That's me spraying aerosol.

CHELSEY DONN:

love

TREY GERRALD:

did A' Queen.

TREY GERRALD:

That is another round on the r ru and rq.

CHELSEY DONN:

What was yours?

TREY GERRALD:

Um, Columbiana

CHELSEY DONN:

Columbiana, that's fancy.

CHELSEY DONN:

But also the Cherry Hill Mall was like A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Really big deal.

CHELSEY DONN:

Everybody would come into town to go to the Cherry Hill Mall, but the Echelon was like the smaller

TREY GERRALD:

Have you ever been to the Short Hills Mall?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I have duh.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

That seems to be very fancy.
