Do you know there are three things that you are doing that

Speaker:

will sabotage your erection? Stop doing it or consider

lessening it. Let's dive into this. I'm Dr Anne Truong. I'm a

sexual health specialist. I've treated over 7000 men with ED.

What's the first one? The one that you use every day, that you

Speaker:

don't even know about it, that is really maybe killing your

Speaker:

So number two, is your everyday toothpaste. The toothpaste that

Speaker:

you use every day, if it has fluoride in it, it is gonna

Speaker:

decrease your nitric oxide content. Again, fluoride does

Speaker:

the same thing that the mouthwash does. The fluoride

Speaker:

toothpaste does the same thing as the mouthwash, is that it

Speaker:

kills the bacteria in your mouth. And you guys know we need

Speaker:

bacteria in our body in order for us to digest our food, for

Speaker:

us to make necessary vitamins in our body. So therefore, when you

Speaker:

use fluoride toothpaste, you're gonna decrease your nitric oxide

Speaker:

erection. First thing is fluoride mouthwash. Mouthwash

Speaker:

content, which then decrease blood flow, which is not good

Speaker:

for the erection.

Speaker:

Then what the heck is number four? Well, number four, that's

Speaker:

what I'm using too. I have, and my husband, have an ulcer, so we

Speaker:

have to take a medicine, like an antacid medicine here, which is

Speaker:

omeprazole. Which decreases the production of the acid in our

Speaker:

stomach, so that way it doesn't irritate the ulcer. But when you

Speaker:

decrease the acid in your stomach, you make less nitric

Speaker:

oxide, because you need acid in your stomach to convert it to

Speaker:

nitric oxide. And when I'm gonna be finished with this in about a

Speaker:

that has fluoride in it, what it does is that, when it has

Speaker:

few weeks, and then I'll stop taking it and start replenishing

Speaker:

my nitric oxide. So let's say you go, well, I need that

Speaker:

medicine. I have an ulcer. I have reflux. Well, oftentimes if

Speaker:

you have an ulcer or reflux, then it's because of stress, or

Speaker:

it's also diet related as well.

Speaker:

So you're like, Okay, Dr Anne, all right, I heard you talked

Speaker:

about not taking fluoride mouthwash. You can get a

non-fluoride mouthwash. You can check the link down here below,

the products I recommend that doesn't have any fluoride

mouthwash, and you can get that on Amazon. And then, number two,

Speaker:

you can buy non-fluoride toothpaste as well. I myself use

Speaker:

non fluoride toothpaste. Check the link down below. I use that

Speaker:

fluoride in your mouthwash, it kills the bacteria in your

Speaker:

every day as well as non fluoride mouthwash. Then you

Speaker:

say, well, I need my antacid medicine, or else I'm not gonna

Speaker:

feel good. Whereas there are things that you can do to help

Speaker:

heal those symptoms or either reflux or ulcer, is to be on a

Speaker:

Mediterranean diet. Mediterranean diet is a diet

Speaker:

that focuses on more vegetables and lean meat, and when you eat

Speaker:

vegetables and lean meat, it will actually decrease the acid

Speaker:

production in your stomach, so that way you're not getting that

Speaker:

reflux. And so that will kind of help with the acidity. And

Speaker:

Mediterranean diet, it focuses on fruit as well, which then is

Speaker:

less irritating on the stomach lining. And Mediterranean diet

Speaker:

mouth, which you need, because the bacteria in your mouth will

Speaker:

is also anti inflammatory, so it helps with healing as well. And

Speaker:

inflammation just not good for your healing and not good for

Speaker:

your blood flow as well too. So it's also good for increasing

Speaker:

blood flow.

Speaker:

Along with the Mediterranean diet, you can also add

Speaker:

intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting means that

Speaker:

you just stop eating for certain length of hours at a time. Most

Speaker:

of the time, we recommend 12 hours, meaning if you stop

Speaker:

eating after 8pm and start eating at 8am when you wake up,

Speaker:

what happened if you don't eat at night, then your stomach not

Speaker:

bloodstream. And nitric oxide help open up blood vessels for

Speaker:

gonna have any food in it, and it's gonna stop secreting acid,

Speaker:

so it will help with the reflux symptoms at night as well too.

Speaker:

You could certainly drink water, just no food. Try to work up to

Speaker:

16 hours. But also, when you do intermittent fasting, will also

Speaker:

give your body the opportunity to kind of clean up the dead

Speaker:

cells in the body and to heal and replenish yourself again.

Speaker:

Another thing you can do is that all of this, you know, the

Speaker:

reason why you can use mouthwash, or the fluoride

Speaker:

mouthwash, or the fluoride toothpaste, or the antacids such

Speaker:

as omeprazole, Pepcid, Zantac and Nexium, is that it decreases

Speaker:

nitric oxide. Well, you can kind of go around that by taking

Speaker:

nitric oxide supplements, like the one that we recommend here.

Speaker:

more blood flow and blood flow everywhere, particularly down

Speaker:

where you need it the most, in your penis to help you with your

is great. So you can add that in your diet, take the supplement,

decrease the use of fluoride mouthwash, decrease use of

fluoride toothpaste, and by that time, you probably don't need

Speaker:

the antacid anymore, and therefore you can get off of

Speaker:

this and then enjoy the benefit of taking one less medicine like

Speaker:

myself.

Speaker:

So just three things that you are doing probably every day,

Speaker:

that you are not even aware that you're sabotaging and kind of

Speaker:

killing your erection. But guys, if you have ED, you need

Speaker:

everything in your favor to make sure that you're not sabotaging

Speaker:

your erection. That you want to do everything you can to improve

Speaker:

your erection. So most of the time it's doing simple things,

Speaker:

erection. But if you use the mouthwash here, that will

Speaker:

like I just mentioned, at this time. And combine that with

Speaker:

sleep, seven hours sleep at night, and doing the breathing

Speaker:

day. I'm not talking you're doing woo woo things or things

And just know there are simple things that you can do in

sex life back again.
