Kate Harlow:Hello, beautiful. Welcome back to the new truth. Happy,
Kate Harlow:International Women's Day one week and two days ago, I hope
Kate Harlow:that wherever you are in the world that you have been
Kate Harlow:celebrating the magnitude of what it means to be a woman like
Kate Harlow:I think patriarchy is quite comical, because patriarchy a
Kate Harlow:system that favors men versus matriarchy, which actually isn't
Kate Harlow:women in charge. Matriarchy means the collective,
Kate Harlow:collaborative. We're all equal, we're all the same, we're all
Kate Harlow:working together. Wouldn't that be nice? But patriarchy, you
Kate Harlow:know, over the years, has has squished women more and more and
Kate Harlow:more and more over the centuries. And how, you know, we
Kate Harlow:all are born and, you know, grow up feeling wildly expressed when
Kate Harlow:we're little and then get repressed by the systems, and
Kate Harlow:yet, there's nothing. There's no force more powerful on planet
Kate Harlow:earth like not to compare. I know there's guys that listen to
Kate Harlow:this podcast. You're all you're amazing too. We're all amazing.
Kate Harlow:Human Life couldn't be created without both of us. So there's
Kate Harlow:not, it's not like one's better than the other. But all I'm
Kate Harlow:saying here is like we're pretty fucking extraordinary women.
Kate Harlow:Like, think about it, human life would not exist well with both,
Kate Harlow:but we birth. Okay, I haven't physically done this myself, but
Kate Harlow:to have to hats off to all the women who have we birth human
Kate Harlow:life. We have the capacity to grow a human inside of us and to
Kate Harlow:birth it into the world, and then it's its own little soul.
Kate Harlow:Okay, I know this isn't new information, but really, why are
Kate Harlow:we not celebrating that? Why do we not make that a bigger deal?
Kate Harlow:It's so crazy. Like, why is it when it's our birthdays, we're
Kate Harlow:not honoring our moms and thinking about, like, holy crap,
Kate Harlow:you did that. You grew me like, What? Women are fucking amazing.
Kate Harlow:So that's where I want to start today. Wasn't planning on it,
Kate Harlow:but I've just been reflecting on my the last week of my journey
Kate Harlow:here in Nairobi, reconnecting with my community and on
Kate Harlow:International Women's Day. If you follow me on Instagram, you
Kate Harlow:would have seen I went to a dance event with my unbelievable
Kate Harlow:dance teacher, sky. She's so amazing. She has this UN like,
Kate Harlow:just extraordinary way of leading women, where everyone is
Kate Harlow:dancing. There were 100 women in the room, Kenyan women, women
Kate Harlow:from all over the world who live in Kenya, probably some
Kate Harlow:tourists, I don't know. And she leads us in these dance
Kate Harlow:workouts, and we're playing songs like we're listening to,
Kate Harlow:like Rihanna, not Rihanna. Oh, my God, what's her name? Mary J
Kate Harlow:Blige, all the legends. Maybe there was Rihanna, I don't know.
Kate Harlow:Mary J Blige was there, and Celine Dion was there, and
Kate Harlow:Beyonce was there. And, you know, all the legends that we
Kate Harlow:grew up with, Whitney Houston, and we were dancing Britney
Kate Harlow:Spears. That was fun. We were dancing all together, 100 women
Kate Harlow:in a room, and we were all in sync, like, if you see the
Kate Harlow:videos on Instagram, it's actually quite extraordinary
Kate Harlow:what she's able to do. My dance teacher and create this. And
Kate Harlow:we're not dancers. We're just like doing a workout class. It's
Kate Harlow:got some dancing. It was so profound, but just a reminder
Kate Harlow:of, like, how how much women are starving for connection. It's
Kate Harlow:one of the reasons why I love Nairobi so much, is it's it's
Kate Harlow:just like bubbling with so much connection and so many amazing
Kate Harlow:things to do. And it really attracts amazing humans, like
Kate Harlow:Kenyans are my favorite people on planet Earth. And then
Kate Harlow:everyone I meet that's not Kenyan who moved to Kenya is
Kate Harlow:pretty extraordinary, because they had the courage to leave
Kate Harlow:wherever they were from and move to Africa. So it's just it draws
Kate Harlow:in such an incredible, amazing group of humans. And when women
Kate Harlow:gather here, it's just off the charts. Like we were all we all
Kate Harlow:had sparkles on our faces. There was a glitter bar, and we were
Kate Harlow:all doing each other sparkles like feels like high school or
Kate Harlow:like a dance competition, and just all in cohesion together,
Kate Harlow:all in community together. That's the matriarch. It's like,
Kate Harlow:let's do this together. There and we're going to make magic
Kate Harlow:together. So we are experiencing some stressful times on planet
Kate Harlow:Earth. Yes, and you know, astrologically, it's like all
Kate Harlow:part of the plan. There's nothing abnormal happening right
Kate Harlow:now, as Abraham Hicks says, says, everything's going exactly
Kate Harlow:as as it's supposed to. But the more we put our attention on how
Kate Harlow:things shouldn't be how they are, the more we are suffering.
Kate Harlow:So today's episode is all about how to navigate these stressful
Kate Harlow:times. I've come up with some keys to support you. But you
Kate Harlow:know, of course, listen to the new truth from the very
Kate Harlow:beginning, because every episode, I think, will help you
Kate Harlow:navigate stressful times. But the first thing I want to say
Kate Harlow:is, as women, I know the men listening to men need men also,
Kate Harlow:but as women, we need each other, and we need women who are
Kate Harlow:not just women, but women who are vibing high. And I don't
Kate Harlow:mean like fantasy high, where they're like fake and or drunk
Kate Harlow:or high on drugs, but I mean women who are taking
Kate Harlow:responsibility for their life, for their path, for their
Kate Harlow:hearts, for their feelings, it is essential for us to surround
Kate Harlow:ourselves with women, but not just any woman, Right? How many
Kate Harlow:of your relationships are rooted in especially with what's
Kate Harlow:happening in the world? Like just pay attention to your
Kate Harlow:conversations. Are you What are you talking about with people
Kate Harlow:right now? Are you talking about what's happening in the world?
Kate Harlow:Are you talking are you arguing with reality? Are you talking
Kate Harlow:about all the horrible things that are happening and how
Kate Harlow:fucked the world is now? Crazy Donald Trump is remember I
Kate Harlow:shared the story. I don't know if it was last week or the week
Kate Harlow:before, about how I had before, about how I had my little temper
Kate Harlow:tantrum meltdown to my bestie on the phone, and I was like, The
Kate Harlow:world is crazy, and why are we here? I don't want to be here.
Kate Harlow:And I was going through one of those moments. The difference
Kate Harlow:between me and it me doing that, and how most people do it is I
Kate Harlow:am intentionally processing something, allowing that part of
Kate Harlow:myself that had taken over that day to get really loud, inviting
Kate Harlow:her in, welcoming her to the party, letting her be heard by
Kate Harlow:my best friend, who I know can hold space for me but not jump
Kate Harlow:in the pit with me. That's the difference. She didn't jump in
Kate Harlow:the pit with me. She just held space. I hear you. I know, yeah,
Kate Harlow:it's crazy. I hear you, yeah, tell me more. And as I was doing
Kate Harlow:that, I hold it. Was holding my Heart and Holding my belly, and
Kate Harlow:I with my hands, and I was like, I've got you. And I felt it
Kate Harlow:fully. And then I went to bed and I did a little like Angel
Kate Harlow:cleansing healing session on myself, put on some healing
Kate Harlow:frequency, said a prayer to my angels, and went to sleep and
Kate Harlow:woke up feeling amazing the next day, and never again did I speak
Kate Harlow:those words since that time. So that's a big difference between
Kate Harlow:taking responsibility for because, of course, we're still
Kate Harlow:going to be affected. This is not about not being affected.
Kate Harlow:It's impossible, like we're we're in fantasy if we're not
Kate Harlow:affected at all. However, when something arises, it's inviting
Kate Harlow:you to meet it. It's inviting when, when you are activated,
Kate Harlow:that is an invitation to go deeper into your relationship
Kate Harlow:with yourself, to go deeper into your relationship with this old
Kate Harlow:trauma that is there. But if you just stay in the story, which
Kate Harlow:most people do, you are creating your own suffering. My love, it
Kate Harlow:is so unnatural for us to know everything that's happening in
Kate Harlow:the world and all the horrible things occurring. And, you know,
Kate Harlow:I think about these systems like the government and the media and
Kate Harlow:all these these guys that are in cahoots to keep people in fear
Kate Harlow:and, you know, controlling the world. Whoever's in charge, I
Kate Harlow:don't know. I don't know who's in charge. I mean, I've heard,
Kate Harlow:but I don't know. But these systems are designed to keep
Kate Harlow:people in fear, to keep people scared, and, and then to keep
Kate Harlow:people divided and, and we're divided from each other, yes,
Kate Harlow:like, politically, look how divided people are right now.
Kate Harlow:Economically, people are so divided. We're divided in so
Kate Harlow:many ways, and the systems are constantly programming us to
Kate Harlow:keep dividing ourselves. But when you're really plugged into
Kate Harlow:your divinity, that your soul, your source energy, we'll call
Kate Harlow:it or or your connection, your interconnectedness to the
Kate Harlow:universe, to the Divine matrix, to the quantum field, when
Kate Harlow:you're really connected to who you truly are, not your
Kate Harlow:conditioned self, not this little robot that you've been
Kate Harlow:taught to
Kate Harlow:be, but your sovereign soul, heroine self, when you are
Kate Harlow:plugged into that Part of you, you do not take the bait. You do
Kate Harlow:not have people cannot control you. You go your own way, right?
Kate Harlow:And that's when, like the people that I know, and there's a lot
Kate Harlow:of them, it might seem like a time where everybody is
Kate Harlow:suffering, but I actually am surrounded by people who are
Kate Harlow:thriving right now, and the same was true in covid tons. The
Kate Harlow:people were suffering, and I was surrounded by people who are
Kate Harlow:thriving and who are taking that time as an opportunity to grow,
Kate Harlow:to develop, to evolve, to pivot to to to keep deepening in their
Kate Harlow:relationship with themselves and each other. Because when we're
Kate Harlow:connected to our divinity, we're also connected to everybody
Kate Harlow:else. We're not separate. It's like then, it's like nature. I
Kate Harlow:just actually watched this crazy reel last night that my brother
Kate Harlow:sent me. My brother's having an awakening right now. It's so
Kate Harlow:cute. I was hoping for that he had a massive heart attack a
Kate Harlow:couple of years ago. I think I shared that on the podcast, and
Kate Harlow:his awakening didn't happen right away. And I was like,
Kate Harlow:isn't that a near death experience? Like he actually did
Kate Harlow:die for a few minutes. And so was hoping that he was gonna
Kate Harlow:come back around and, like, be enlightened after and he was
Kate Harlow:totally not. He was exact same guy, complaining victim
Kate Harlow:mentality, blaming everyone. And it didn't happen until very
Kate Harlow:recently. He's having like, a health awakening where he's
Kate Harlow:sending me non stop Instagram reels about, like, different
Kate Harlow:with different health Teachers speaking out about all the
Kate Harlow:bullshit health stuff that's keeping people sick and all the
Kate Harlow:industries that are keeping people sick. It's so cute.
Kate Harlow:Anyways, okay, no, I went on a sidebar about my brother. We
Kate Harlow:were talking about taking responsibility and where you put
Kate Harlow:your attention, and how the systems, yes, how the systems
Kate Harlow:want to keep us in fear, right? These systems are designed to
Kate Harlow:keep us separate from each other and separate from the truth of
Kate Harlow:who we are. We're surrounded by them. And even, like, you know,
Kate Harlow:all the like, the stuff about the Epstein files and this
Kate Harlow:country's gone to war in that country. I mean, there's so many
Kate Harlow:countries in war right now that we don't even know about, but we
Kate Harlow:only know about the certain ones they want us to know. But like,
Kate Harlow:anyways, I'm not gonna go down the rabbit hole, because
Kate Harlow:honestly, I Okay. I will admit there was a time, because I'm a
Kate Harlow:truth seeker. There was a time during covid where people were
Kate Harlow:sending me conspiracy, quote, unquote. That is a gaslighting
Kate Harlow:word that's designed to negate people's other theories, by the
Kate Harlow:way, designed by the government. But people were sending me all
Kate Harlow:these videos, and I was going dark down the rabbit hole, all
Kate Harlow:the stuff that's being revealed right now, what I was exposed to
Kate Harlow:during covid, and people were like, You're crazy. That's not
Kate Harlow:true. And like, now it is. But I did, I realized I am. It's also
Kate Harlow:the same energy going deep down those rabbit holes is exact same
Kate Harlow:energy as watching the news. So this brings me to my second
Kate Harlow:point. Actually, didn't really drive home the first one. I'm
Kate Harlow:going to come back to it. But the second point is cleaning up
Kate Harlow:your consumption. Because even the conspiracy videos, it's the
Kate Harlow:same thing. It's like, okay, and I don't even call them
Kate Harlow:conspiracies. We'll call them alternative theories. If you
Kate Harlow:were like, I am very investigative, there is a part
Kate Harlow:of me that wants to know the truth. And is like, Wait,
Kate Harlow:something is off about this, and whenever something feels off, I
Kate Harlow:want to know the truth. Will we ever fully know the truth?
Kate Harlow:Probably not. This is it's a game. It's a reality TV show. It
Kate Harlow:is a video game. This life, I get to choose what game I'm
Kate Harlow:playing. And when I went down those rabbit holes in 2020 and
Kate Harlow:became, all of a sudden, I was like, the friend that was the
Kate Harlow:conspiracy theorist, the crazy one at the table, and I got
Kate Harlow:intense, like I was really attached. I had crazy anxiety,
Kate Harlow:and all of a sudden I couldn't sleep at night, and I was like,
Kate Harlow:spinning my wheels, and I was going nuts. So is that better
Kate Harlow:than watching the news? No, it's just the opposite side of the
Kate Harlow:pendulum. It's like, where is my attention? Where I'm putting my
Kate Harlow:attention matters more than you could ever know. So the second
Kate Harlow:point, the second key to navigating stressful times, is
Kate Harlow:to clean your consumption. Notice what you're putting into
Kate Harlow:your subconscious, like people are obsessed with true crime.
Kate Harlow:Okay? This is choose your own adventure. You get to choose
Kate Harlow:what you want to do, but whatever you watch programs your
Kate Harlow:subconscious mind. So I even used to watch Emily in Paris and
Kate Harlow:like really light shows bridgerton, those shows are full
Kate Harlow:of fantasy. Fantasy like what what we're supposed to look
Kate Harlow:like, fantasy of what love is supposed to be, of what life is
Kate Harlow:supposed to be. It is so they're, they're, they're still
Kate Harlow:affecting us, right? Reality TV shows, like, oh, I don't watch
Kate Harlow:the news, but I watch love Island. Or love is blind. It's
Kate Harlow:like that that is so toxic, unless studying it from the lens
Kate Harlow:of like, oh, what saboteur archetype is that, if you're
Kate Harlow:using it as a tool to grow, okay, different. And again, I am
Kate Harlow:not saying any of this to shame you or blame you or tell you to
Kate Harlow:what to do. You choose your own adventure. I support you doing
Kate Harlow:what's best for you. I'm just going to plant some seeds today,
Kate Harlow:and maybe they'll come to fruition now. Maybe they'll come
Kate Harlow:to fruition 10 years from now. It doesn't matter. Maybe they'll
Kate Harlow:never will. But these are things that have really helped me clean
Kate Harlow:up my frequency. So cleaning your consumption. What do you
Kate Harlow:consume? And I will include food in this, right? Everything you
Kate Harlow:put into your body, physically, spiritually, emotionally,
Kate Harlow:mentally, what are you putting into your body? So shows are you
Kate Harlow:watching? Shows that keep us separate from people. For. Your
Kate Harlow:keep you separate from your divinity, separate from your
Kate Harlow:soul, separate from yourself, even watching TV, it's like we
Kate Harlow:puts us into a passive learning state, and you're like a zombie.
Kate Harlow:So like, how much time are you spending doing that? Right? If
Kate Harlow:you're doing it Okay, once we were having movie night once a
Kate Harlow:month, or once a week, or something. Fine. But how much,
Kate Harlow:how much time, like, people spend so much time watching
Kate Harlow:shows nowadays. What are you watching? I'm like, if we're
Kate Harlow:gonna watch anything, watch Planet Earth videos with David
Kate Harlow:Attenborough, the legend of all legends, and learn about the
Kate Harlow:profound power and magic of nature. Because you are nature.
Kate Harlow:You are not separate from it. Oh, this that's, I forgot.
Kate Harlow:That's where I was going with my brother. Okay, I'm gonna go into
Kate Harlow:that nature. So he sent me this reel. It was so good. It was
Kate Harlow:about how we are nature, and yet, humans are being sent
Kate Harlow:bills. They're being sent they're like we have been put in
Kate Harlow:this crazy prison system where animals just get to be free.
Kate Harlow:They don't have to pay to live on planet Earth. They just get
Kate Harlow:to be free. And we are, you know, enslaved by this system
Kate Harlow:that keeps us oppressed, that keeps us repressed, and that is,
Kate Harlow:I mean, it was really profound. But anyways, that's part of my
Kate Harlow:brother's awakening, sending me that. So what are you watching
Kate Harlow:that's having you feel limited, right? Think about all the fear
Kate Harlow:based messaging in shows, in movies like, What are you
Kate Harlow:watching, and how does it make you feel? Right? If you feel if
Kate Harlow:you're watching something and you feel inspired or expanded
Kate Harlow:after great I'm so particular now, like, I only watch YouTube
Kate Harlow:when I feel like really resting and watching something. And I'll
Kate Harlow:watch Greg Braden, or I'll watch I'll watch Bruce Lipton, or I'll
Kate Harlow:watch an old Alan Watts video. I watch spiritual teachers that
Kate Harlow:keep expanding what I believe is possible, to keep teaching me
Kate Harlow:about quantum science, quantum physics and neuroplasticity and
Kate Harlow:how we create our own reality. Like that's what I will spend my
Kate Harlow:time watching. I will not spend my time watching things, and I
Kate Harlow:can't even watch Netflix anymore. It's not and it wasn't
Kate Harlow:even before I loved watching it on rest days. I'm a projector. I
Kate Harlow:love to rest, and whenever I was resting, I would just like,
Kate Harlow:watch a few episodes of a show. And I can't even do that
Kate Harlow:anymore, because it just doesn't feel good. It feels like
Kate Harlow:pointless. I'm like, why am I watching these fake people on
Kate Harlow:the screen have all these dramatic problems, like it's
Kate Harlow:drama, right? Your saboteur loves drama, so she's going to
Kate Harlow:get off on watching dramatic shows. But then the more
Kate Harlow:dramatic shows you're watching, the more drama is happening
Kate Harlow:inside of you, right? It's actually feeding your saboteur.
Kate Harlow:So here's the question, What am I consuming, and is it feeding
Kate Harlow:my saboteur, or is it feeding my heroin and not heroin, the drug,
Kate Harlow:you know what I mean? Is it feeding my soul, right? So even
Kate Harlow:with food, right? Am I feeding it my saboteur? So for something
Kate Harlow:like alcohol and again, non judgment, like you do you. I
Kate Harlow:used to love having wine for sensuality, and it was a part of
Kate Harlow:my journey. And now it's just not, I'll have it once in a blue
Kate Harlow:moon, but it's just like, I don't like how it feels anymore,
Kate Harlow:because my frequency feels so clean and it feels like it dims
Kate Harlow:it down, and I'm not interested in being dimmed down.
Kate Harlow:So everything you put into your body or you put into your mind
Kate Harlow:has an impact, right? So is it your saboteur putting it in in
Kate Harlow:your body or your mind. Or is it your heroin? Your heroine will
Kate Harlow:put things into your body and mind that feels so nourishing,
Kate Harlow:not just to your palate, not just your anxiety, right? If you
Kate Harlow:have anxiety, your heroin is like tending to the anxiety,
Kate Harlow:stop pouring gasoline on it. So if you're having a couple
Kate Harlow:glasses of wine and numb your anxiety, it's going to be worse
Kate Harlow:tomorrow, right? So that's pouring gasoline on it versus
Kate Harlow:actually learning how to be with your feelings. Learning how to
Kate Harlow:be this is what I teach in all of my programs, learning how to
Kate Harlow:be in relationship with these younger parts of you that need
Kate Harlow:your love. They don't need a drunk mom. They need a divine
Kate Harlow:mama who is your heroine, to love her up when those, these
Kate Harlow:little parts arise, when you feel triggered or activated,
Kate Harlow:that is so important, right? So is it your saboteur just taking
Kate Harlow:the quick fix? That's what Netflix is. That's what social
Kate Harlow:media is. Scrolling on social media, what are you putting into
Kate Harlow:your mind? Are you focusing? Are you watching the news? Are you
Kate Harlow:not watching the news on the news, but you're watching the
Kate Harlow:news on social media, right? It's like, where do you spend
Kate Harlow:your time and energy? And so coming back to the first point,
Kate Harlow:it's all about having refining your community and your the
Kate Harlow:frequency of your community and who you surround yourself with.
Kate Harlow:Women need women. We need community more, I think more
Kate Harlow:than men. Men are hunters. We are gatherers. The gatherers
Kate Harlow:need to be with our people. Women need women. We fucking
Kate Harlow:need each other, but we need each other empowered. We need
Kate Harlow:each other sovereign. We need each other, loving ourselves and
Kate Harlow:loving each other and cheering each other on. We don't need
Kate Harlow:each other, and our saboteur is jealous. Competing, gossiping,
Kate Harlow:complaining, bonding through sacrifice, bonding through
Kate Harlow:control, bonding through perfectionism, bonding through
Kate Harlow:fakeness, bonding through hiding, bonding through talking
Kate Harlow:about all the shit happening in the world and being victims of
Kate Harlow:it like that is not serving you. You are the nobody is coming to
Kate Harlow:rescue you, my love, we you have been fed messages your whole
Kate Harlow:entire life, that one day a prince is going to come rescue
Kate Harlow:you. He's a lot of money, he's going to have a white horse, and
Kate Harlow:he's going to save you, he's going to throw you on the back,
Kate Harlow:and you're going to ride off in the sunset, and you're going to
Kate Harlow:live happily ever after. That, on some level, is still in the
Kate Harlow:back of every woman's subconscious mind, that someday
Kate Harlow:someone's going to come along and make it all better. But the
Kate Harlow:truth is, nobody is coming to make it better except you. And
Kate Harlow:it's not even you. It's your heroine. It's your soul, right?
Kate Harlow:You have to start letting her lead, or else you will be
Kate Harlow:creating your own suffering forever, right? Times are hard.
Kate Harlow:Times have been hard forever. My God, like every I said this on,
Kate Harlow:I think the New Year's episode, it's like every New Year's Eve
Kate Harlow:for the past, as long as I've been doing this work, everyone's
Kate Harlow:like, Oh, down with 2017 what that was? A shit show. Can't
Kate Harlow:wait for the next year. And we're in fantasy about the
Kate Harlow:future, and we're throwing out the baby with the bath water,
Kate Harlow:throwing out the past, right? We're constantly disregarding,
Kate Harlow:we're constantly discounting what happened and being in a
Kate Harlow:fantasy of the future, which means we're missing everything.
Kate Harlow:You're missing the magic and the medicine and the beauty that's
Kate Harlow:in the painful moments when you learn to be with your pain, and
Kate Harlow:you're also missing all of the magic and pleasure and joy and
Kate Harlow:beauty that's all around you. When you're too busy blaming the
Kate Harlow:past and jumping into the future and fantasizing about the
Kate Harlow:future, you have to learn how to be here right now and be with
Kate Harlow:yourself and surround yourself with other women who are doing
Kate Harlow:the same. So if you're ready to up level your community. I don't
Kate Harlow:know if you heard the commercial at the beginning of this

Kate Harlow:reclamation call last night for my reclamation program that I
Kate Harlow:run once a year, and all the women were just like the the
Kate Harlow:sisterhood and the deep, empowering friendships that have
Kate Harlow:developed inside of that community are off the charts.
Kate Harlow:They are flying across the world to meet each other, going on
Kate Harlow:trips together, have and then saying, like, I never want to
Kate Harlow:travel with anyone who's not a heroine again, because women who
Kate Harlow:are in their heroine, quote, unquote, aka, living from their
Kate Harlow:sovereignty and their soul and their wholeness, taking
Kate Harlow:responsibility for their pain and their wounded little parts
Kate Harlow:that arise. It is so much more enjoyable to be in deep
Kate Harlow:relationship. I mean, it's not even possible to deep, be in
Kate Harlow:deep relationship with women who are in their saboteurs. You
Kate Harlow:might think you have a close friendship, quote, unquote, but
Kate Harlow:to be with women who are sovereign is a totally different
Kate Harlow:ball game. And I think of I look around at my life now, every
Kate Harlow:woman in my life is sovereign, and I wouldn't have it any other
Kate Harlow:way, like I have no interest in being in close relationship with
Kate Harlow:anyone who doesn't take responsibility for themselves
Kate Harlow:and doesn't, doesn't co create their life with the universe,
Kate Harlow:rather than living in this victim mentality that the world
Kate Harlow:sucks and we're all going, it's all going to shit and like we're
Kate Harlow:all screwed, right? If you're just surrounded by people who
Kate Harlow:are just talking about the problem, the problems only
Kate Harlow:getting bigger. You are not contributing to the solution.
Kate Harlow:The solution is being the change in the world. You wish to see my
Kate Harlow:favorite frickin quote, thank you, Gandhi, I say that every
Kate Harlow:call, every every podcast, yeah, be the change in the world you
Kate Harlow:wish to see your frequency matters and who you surround
Kate Harlow:yourself with is everything. So notice what part of you shows up
Kate Harlow:in your friendships and relationships, if you're showing
Kate Harlow:up gossiping and complaining and blaming and being in victim
Kate Harlow:mentality about what's happening in the world, and that's all
Kate Harlow:you're having conversations with about right now. Look in the
Kate Harlow:mirror and check yourself. It's time to clean up your vibration
Kate Harlow:and your consumption so that you can be that woman who attracts
Kate Harlow:other women who are empowered and sovereign. It does not
Kate Harlow:matter what is happening in the world, you can absolutely Thrive
Kate Harlow:no matter what. Covid was a tremendous time of growth,
Kate Harlow:growth for me, so many new things were born during covid,
Kate Harlow:the reclamation expanded love masterclass, the new truth
Kate Harlow:podcast, like I took my live event business and I turned it
Kate Harlow:into an awesome. Online business so that I could reach a whole
Kate Harlow:lot more women. So covid became this incubator time where I got
Kate Harlow:to work and I did things that would expand my purpose and
Kate Harlow:expand my heart and expand my joy and expand my community,
Kate Harlow:rather than just being a victim of what was happening. Did that
Kate Harlow:mean I felt good in every day and I wasn't scared in moments?
Kate Harlow:And feeling my feels no but when I feel scared or feel my feels,
Kate Harlow:I know it's a young part of me, and I know how to be with her
Kate Harlow:and how to help her move through it. So it is so important that
Kate Harlow:you are mindful with who you surround yourself with, that you
Kate Harlow:take responsibility for how you're showing up in your
Kate Harlow:friendships, and then you spend time investing in the
Kate Harlow:friendships that you feel empowered by, that you feel
Kate Harlow:inspired by, women who actually spark you, who are standing for
Kate Harlow:something, who are living a life that inspires you. That's how
Kate Harlow:you need to spend your time with okay, I know I talked about the
Kate Harlow:event that I didn't go too far into it. So the march 29 8am,
Kate Harlow:the new truth celebration. The point of this event is to
Kate Harlow:celebrate all of us, to celebrate the new truth, to
Kate Harlow:celebrate the last year that I've held it on my own, even
Kate Harlow:though Regina, my saboteur, said, No, don't do it. Nobody

Kate Harlow:one is clean up the frequency of your community, if you're
Kate Harlow:surrounded by people who blame, who complain, who talk about all
Kate Harlow:the things going on in the world, and that's what they
Kate Harlow:spend their attention on. And these are the conversations
Kate Harlow:you're having. And you know people that say things like, Oh,
Kate Harlow:you have to stay informed. It's so irresponsible to not be
Kate Harlow:informed. Why? So you can suffer. You will be informed.
Kate Harlow:There's going to be things that you will be informed as, but you
Kate Harlow:do not need to spend all your time and energy there. You
Kate Harlow:whatever you put your attention on expands, right? So if we want
Kate Harlow:to change the world, are we going to change the world by
Kate Harlow:talking about the problem over and over and over again and then
Kate Harlow:blaming all the people in charge? How is that going to
Kate Harlow:change anything that's not changing anything? This is the
Kate Harlow:awakening. If we look at astrology. That's what's
Kate Harlow:happening right now. The powers that be are getting louder and
Kate Harlow:they're getting more aggressive and they're getting more intense
Kate Harlow:because they're about to implode this. Old systems are falling
Kate Harlow:away so that new ones can be born, and consciousness on
Kate Harlow:planet Earth is rising drastically. So this is the time
Kate Harlow:to take responsibility for your consciousness, for your
Kate Harlow:frequency, for your attention. Wherever you put your attention
Kate Harlow:is what your energy frequency becomes. What radio station are
Kate Harlow:you choosing? You're choosing it. My loves. So clean up your
Kate Harlow:community and your network. Don't just blame the people in
Kate Harlow:your life. Also clean up how you're showing up inside of your
Kate Harlow:friendships and who you're showing up as, but start to go
Kate Harlow:hang out with women that inspire you. Come to the new truth
Kate Harlow:event, go to yoga studios, go to sound baths, go to places where
Kate Harlow:you know you're going to find people who are actually,
Kate Harlow:intentionally taking responsibility for themselves in
Kate Harlow:their lives, who are healthy, who are vibrating, who are
Kate Harlow:expansive, who inspire you. That's number one. Number two is
Kate Harlow:clean your consumption, which we already talked about, notice
Kate Harlow:what you put in your body, and again, not from shame or blame,
Kate Harlow:but just know, start to pay attention. Maybe get a little a
Kate Harlow:little diary and start logging. How do you feel after you watch
Kate Harlow:Netflix? How do you feel after you watch reality TV? How do you
Kate Harlow:feel after you watch the news? How do you feel after scrolling
Kate Harlow:on Facebook. How do you feel after scrolling on social media?
Kate Harlow:How do you feel after drinking alcohol? How do you feel after
Kate Harlow:eating I don't know gluten. I was allergic to gluten forever,
Kate Harlow:and it wasn't until I started getting rashes on my face that I
Kate Harlow:actually gave it up. It's like, was so hard, but now I'm like,
Kate Harlow:now I feel amazing not having it. So it's like, what are you
Kate Harlow:putting in your body that you know is hurting? You just start
Kate Harlow:to track it right. Start to track it, and then start to
Kate Harlow:track the things you do for your soul, like meditation, like
Kate Harlow:movement, like dance classes, like Improv Theater, like
Kate Harlow:musical theaters, like yoga, like. Tai Chi, like walks in the
Kate Harlow:forest, like traveling, like come into the immersion. Notice
Kate Harlow:all the things that you're doing for your soul and how you feel
Kate Harlow:after that. Right pay attention. Do a meditation every single
Kate Harlow:morning right now, I'm doing one with my friend Leah. She does
Kate Harlow:these amazing kriyas, Kirchen kriya, which is, I think, from
Kate Harlow:Kundalini. And it's like chanting and singing in the
Kate Harlow:morning for 11 minutes. So beautiful. And I feel amazing
Kate Harlow:after so notice that, you know, I notice if I end up watching
Kate Harlow:even a YouTube video of a spiritual teacher before bed, I
Kate Harlow:have a restless sleep. If I eat dinner too late, I have a
Kate Harlow:restless sleep. And if I don't have any technology in my room
Kate Harlow:and I'm not watching anything, I have an amazing sleep. If I'm
Kate Harlow:talking to my angels before bed and talking to my nervous system
Kate Harlow:before bed and putting my hands on my body and setting
Kate Harlow:intentions, I have an amazing sleep. Wow, isn't it wild we
Kate Harlow:have it's like, actually quite simple cleaning up our
Kate Harlow:frequency, but we make it so complicated, and our saboteurs
Kate Harlow:are so attached to all the habits that make us feel bad. So
Kate Harlow:clean those habits up. We are on information overload right now.
Kate Harlow:We're not supposed to be consuming all the messages we're
Kate Harlow:consuming and everything that's happening in the world. It's
Kate Harlow:insane. So shut the information down. The less information
Kate Harlow:you're consuming, the better. Then you'll be able to tap into
Kate Harlow:your inner sage and your inner wisdom, like there's so much
Kate Harlow:wisdom inside of you that you've not even tapped into if you're
Kate Harlow:so busy listening to everyone else. So get quiet, meditate
Kate Harlow:instead of listening to the frickin news or like true
Kate Harlow:crimes, or like reality, drama, TV, like, what are you putting
Kate Harlow:into your subconscious? You Your mind, your saboteur mind, will
Kate Harlow:tell you it doesn't affect you, but it does so start to pay
Kate Harlow:attention. Just start to notice. And if you just feel shitty all
Kate Harlow:the time, and your nervous system is very dysregulated, you
Kate Harlow:won't even notice. It's like when you do a cleanse, and then
Kate Harlow:you try and add back sugar after or alcohol or gluten or whatever
Kate Harlow:it you notice the impact. My friend, who's obsessed with
Kate Harlow:gluten everything, she cut it out for like, a week, and then
Kate Harlow:she had a bowl of pasta, and she was like, Oh my God. I feel like
Kate Harlow:I'm like, I feel like I'm turning into a zombie, and all
Kate Harlow:of a sudden I'm like, gonna fall off my chair like it was so
Kate Harlow:obvious to her. But before that, she was like,
Kate Harlow:gluten is not bad for me. I feel amazing. So if you don't cut
Kate Harlow:things out, you can't know how what the impact is that they're
Kate Harlow:having. But intuitively, you know your body knows, your heart
Kate Harlow:knows. So clean it up. Take responsibility for how you feel,
Kate Harlow:my loves, you can clean it up. Clean up the people you surround
Kate Harlow:yourself with. Clean up the food. Clean up the Netflix.
Kate Harlow:Clean up the Botox. Said, with love, I know you're all being
Kate Harlow:bombarded with messages that we're not supposed to age and
Kate Harlow:we're supposed to stay the same forever and freeze ourselves in
Kate Harlow:time. I haven't talked about Botox in a long time, but it is
Kate Harlow:the second most toxic chemical on planet Earth, and it's
Kate Harlow:freezing your ability to express yourself. I can't even watch TV
Kate Harlow:anymore, for that's part of the reason I can't watch shows.
Kate Harlow:Everyone has so much Botox they don't even you can't even see
Kate Harlow:them. Feeling that has such an impact on your psychology and
Kate Harlow:your heart and your nervous system and your anxiety. Oh, my
Kate Harlow:God. Like more than we could ever know. We got to start
Kate Harlow:talking about that more. It is so toxic for emotionally,
Kate Harlow:physically, spiritually, it is toxic on every level, and is not
Kate Harlow:your fault. We are so brainwashed by by that industry,
Kate Harlow:by the beauty industry, but I mean, we're just by this
Kate Harlow:Hollywood. We're brainwashed by everyone that we're all supposed
Kate Harlow:to be like zombie robots. We're turning into AI. It's crazy.
Kate Harlow:Everyone's scared AI is going to take over. We're literally
Kate Harlow:becoming it. So be mindful. If you were like I said this on an
Kate Harlow:episode a long time ago about body love. This is true with
Kate Harlow:food, with alcohol, with Botox, with Netflix. It's like, what is
Kate Harlow:the most loving thing I could do is this choice rooted in self
Kate Harlow:love. There's no way women say, Oh yeah, my Botox is for
Kate Harlow:confidence, so that's self love. I'm sorry, freezing your ability
Kate Harlow:to express yourself and injecting the second most toxic
Kate Harlow:chemical on planet Earth to your face and the right in front of
Kate Harlow:your brain. Like the long term studies are not even out yet,
Kate Harlow:because this trend is new, that that is not the like if you were
Kate Harlow:actually rooted in self love, you would never, ever do
Kate Harlow:something like that. So again, said with love, not your fault.
Kate Harlow:I'm not judging you. I'm just offering something. Because if
Kate Harlow:you're stressed out and you're overwhelmed and you're exhausted
Kate Harlow:and you feel like shit, and you don't think that has an impact
Kate Harlow:on you. I have five clients who had breast implants removed in
Kate Harlow:the last two years, and the day they got their breast implants
Kate Harlow:removed, they felt like a brand new person. They felt like their
Kate Harlow:energy was back. They could breathe again. They could feel
Kate Harlow:again like the. Actual damage that has. Our body will never
Kate Harlow:stop fighting a foreign object, object that's in it, and Botox
Kate Harlow:and injections are the same thing. It's a foreign object.
Kate Harlow:Your body is never going to stop trying to push it out and trying
Kate Harlow:to get rid of it. So but, but we're fed so many messages that
Kate Harlow:brainwash us to believe something else. So again, do
Kate Harlow:what feels right for you. Perhaps this is seeds for the
Kate Harlow:future, said with so much love, but you get to create your own
Kate Harlow:reality. And if you're consuming a bunch of toxic shit, you are
Kate Harlow:going to create your own stress. So coming to the last key,
Kate Harlow:becoming a caretaker of your frequency, that is the last key,
Kate Harlow:the number one key of navigating stressful times, right? You can
Kate Harlow:stay in the external world and get pulled here and pulled there
Kate Harlow:and swept here and swept there and up and down and high and low
Kate Harlow:and around and around, and that's an option. Or you can
Kate Harlow:devote your self to feeling good. That's what all of my
Kate Harlow:programs teach women how to do the reclamation, the immersion.
Kate Harlow:My one on one work, it's all about teaching women how to take
Kate Harlow:true responsibility for how they feel and for the frequency that
Kate Harlow:they carry in the world. If you are on drugs, you cannot feel
Kate Harlow:your frequency, you cannot feel your heart. You cannot fully
Kate Harlow:feel your pleasure and your joy and your sadness and your rage
Kate Harlow:and all the beautiful feelings inside of you that need to be
Kate Harlow:felt. So to become a caretaker of your frequency, you need to
Kate Harlow:clean everything up rather than so. Anyway, what I was
Kate Harlow:originally going to say about the doctors is like, they have
Kate Harlow:us be afraid of our feelings. Like, when I have, I have all my
Kate Harlow:clients go off antidepressants, if they're on them, or anti
Kate Harlow:anxiety medication, not because I tell them to, because they get
Kate Harlow:to a place where they feel so good that they're like, but they
Kate Harlow:can feel a ceiling. They're like, there's something capping
Kate Harlow:me here. I can't quite feel everything, but they feel so
Kate Harlow:good because they're in alignment. You're only depressed
Kate Harlow:and anxious because you're out of alignment. So when you learn
Kate Harlow:how to be fully alignment with your soul and your heart and the
Kate Harlow:truth of who you are, you don't need drugs anymore. So when they
Kate Harlow:go off the drugs, they go to the doctor to talk about it, and the
Kate Harlow:doctors are like, Oh, no, no, no. Like, just stay on a small
Kate Harlow:dose. Like you can't go off it. Like you you can't handle your
Kate Harlow:feelings. And it's like, no, actually, I've learned how to be
Kate Harlow:in relationship with my feelings, and that all of my
Kate Harlow:feelings are beautiful and welcome and important. Have you
Kate Harlow:seen the movie Inside Out, like all of your feelings matter,
Kate Harlow:they're all important, and they only run the show if your
Kate Harlow:saboteur is in charge, right? If you're making choices that are
Kate Harlow:out of alignment. The only time you get trapped in one feeling
Kate Harlow:that's that's painful for a long period of time is because you're
Kate Harlow:in a story and you're in your saboteur, and you're keeping it
Kate Harlow:trapped there. So learning how to be in relationships with your
Kate Harlow:feelings is one of the most important life skills you could
Kate Harlow:ever learn. And what does that mean? It means when you're
Kate Harlow:activated, to be able to let your saboteur vent her stories
Kate Harlow:and then get underneath. What am I feeling? I'm feeling anxious,
Kate Harlow:I'm feeling insecure, I'm feeling sad, I'm feeling
Kate Harlow:overwhelmed. Okay, that's the part that we address, through
Kate Harlow:movement, through through embodiment practices, through
Kate Harlow:writing practices, through feeling practices, but where you
Kate Harlow:start to cultivate and activate the feelings so they can be met
Kate Harlow:and felt fully, like a three year old, when you feel your
Kate Harlow:feelings to the bottom, now you come back to your grounded
Kate Harlow:frequency, and now we can increase your vibration, right?
Kate Harlow:You first you feel the muck, you feel all the stuff that's
Kate Harlow:blocking your light and your divinity. So this is how we
Kate Harlow:caretake your frequency. You have to know how to be in
Kate Harlow:relationship with your feelings and how to feel them and express
Kate Harlow:them fully without getting trapped in the story. And then
Kate Harlow:you meditate. You spend time creating space, devoting
Kate Harlow:yourself to your soul, to your divinity, to the source inside
Kate Harlow:of you, to the love that's inside of you, to the beauty
Kate Harlow:that's inside of you. And you learn how to plug in and be with
Kate Harlow:that energy and just be. This skill is, this is one of the
Kate Harlow:things they said in that video about the animals on planet
Kate Harlow:Earth Nate. They don't have to pay rent. They don't have to pay
Kate Harlow:to live on planet Earth. And they, they, they just are.
Kate Harlow:They're the we're. We are the only species that doesn't know
Kate Harlow:how to be but our we are. We are nature. We're supposed to be
Kate Harlow:being, but we're not being. We've been taught to do, do, do,
Kate Harlow:do, do, do, do. So once you've learned how to feel your
Kate Harlow:feelings and regulate your nervous system, now you can
Kate Harlow:expand your capacity to just be. And most people are like, oh,
Kate Harlow:man, I can't be in meditation because they don't know how to
Kate Harlow:be, because your saboteur so loud that you you can't be with
Kate Harlow:yourself. Do you know how much of your life will change when
Kate Harlow:you can be with yourself? I used to not be able to meditate. I
Kate Harlow:spend three hours almost every day singing, and you probably be
Kate Harlow:like, there's no time for that. You create the time, and when
Kate Harlow:you create a life you love, you're in charge of your own
Kate Harlow:schedule. Anyways. So. That's I wasn't born into this. I had
Kate Harlow:created this right? I created this schedule so that I couldn't
Kate Harlow:and even living on the other side of the world with my
Kate Harlow:clients, on the other side of the world, I get to have my
Kate Harlow:mornings all to me. And I go to the gym and I do a class, and
Kate Harlow:then I come before I go to the gym, I meditate and I come back,
Kate Harlow:and I usually meditate for another two hours. I sing in the
Kate Harlow:morning, I do the chanting thing and just a short meditation
Kate Harlow:before the gym, and then I come back and I sing and I cry and I
Kate Harlow:feel, and I do it all with my eyes closed. Sometimes I open my
Kate Harlow:eyes and connect with myself in the mirror. I meditate on a
Kate Harlow:cushion in front of the mirror, but I just am in the present
Kate Harlow:moment, being with myself. That is self love. That is like the
Kate Harlow:ultimate act of self love, but there's layers we have to move
Kate Harlow:through to get there. So if everything I'm saying feels like
Kate Harlow:insane to you, I'm going to give you an invitation right now,

Kate Harlow:Everyone's walking around. How many pregnant women get advice
Kate Harlow:from strangers? Everyone's walking around giving advice to
Kate Harlow:each other, trying to keep them in the in the box, trying to
Kate Harlow:keep them in the system. Really, right? Like everyone who chose
Kate Harlow:to not get vaccinated during covid, people that were
Kate Harlow:vaccinated were like operating on behalf of the government, on
Kate Harlow:behalf of the Health People saying you need to get
Kate Harlow:vaccinated you. And instead of being like, actually look in the
Kate Harlow:mirror. That's for yourself, I'm going to do the thing that's
Kate Harlow:right for me as you're going to do the thing that's right for
Kate Harlow:you, right? This is your life. Nobody's coming to rescue you.
Kate Harlow:There is no man on a white horse not to say you want to have an
Kate Harlow:amazing man show up in your life, but he still can't rescue
Kate Harlow:you from your inner world. You have to clean it up, and this is
Kate Harlow:going to benefit every facet of your life, your marriage, your
Kate Harlow:motherhood, your your friendships, your life's
