States or territories California Santa Clara Villa Bella Condos Santa Clara Fire responds to reports of displaced concrete at the Villa Bella condominium complex the evening of February 28, evacuating roughly 60 people from the building and asking residents of about 10 nearby homes on Clay street to evacuate due to a potential collapse zone.

The city opens the Community Recreation center as a shelter option for displaced residents on the morning of March 1.
