Speaker:We're seeing more young men with ED. And just know, if you're
Speaker:young, you have ED, it is so easily reversible with just
Speaker:changing your diet and exercising. But mainly, most men
Speaker:are healthy when they're young. The reason why we're seeing more
Speaker:younger men with ED is porn consumption, two smoking or
Speaker:vaping, marijuana. Marijuana, when you smoke too much and it's
Speaker:not too good for you. And how much too much depends on the
Speaker:person smoking, vaping marijuana, porn and then no
Speaker:exercise, sedentary. Because most young guys, like my son,
Speaker:you know, they like to play video games. They like to be in
Speaker:front of the computer, either video games or Netflix binging.
Speaker:So all that is what affect erection for young men. When I
Speaker:say young, it's about less than 35. But when you're about 35
Speaker:plus to 65, 70, then it's more medical problem that give you
Speaker:ED. More like high blood pressure, high cholesterol,
Speaker:diabetes, heart problem. Because you kind of live a while and
Speaker:your diet is not good, you're not exercising, time, and all
Speaker:that happen. Then you start having all these conditions
Speaker:which then affect your blood flow. So older population, more
Speaker:physical causes. Younger men, more lifestyle choices. Guys, if
Speaker:you're under 35 you and start to see your erection is not as
Speaker:good. Just kind of check the boxes and you're doing porn, are
Speaker:you doing vaping, marijuana, are you exercising at all? And if
Speaker:all that is good, then it's probably, it's psychological,
Speaker:probably stress, probably performance anxiety. If that's
Speaker:the case, then you can get help by seeing a psychologist, who a
Speaker:sex therapist, who can help you overcome that as well. And then

Speaker:you're younger, you may not need it as much. So Randy here asked,
