Speaker AYou don't have to think about it, you don't have to worry about it.
Speaker AOne thing checked off your list that you don't have to think a thing about.
Speaker AAnd ah, yes, you can give it attention, you can give it awareness, you can give it a moment of time to anchor yourself into it, to do it more deeply, to be more awake to it.
Speaker AYes, of course, be more mindful of that breath.
Speaker ADeeply, lovingly.
Speaker AYeah, that breath is breathing.
Speaker AYou see how easy life can be when you don't worry about things that are not yours to worry about, when you don't fret about things that aren't yours to fret about.
Speaker AJust allowing it to do its work through you as you.
Speaker AAnd yes, turn your attention towards it.
Speaker AAnd several times a day or while you're listening to Love Notes from Rhonda, you just sit and take a few deep breaths so that you give that extra attention.
Speaker AClear out the bottom of your lungs, clear out the sides of your lungs.
Speaker ABreathe deeply.

Speaker ASo think of these lovely lungs of yours and this amazing breath and you have full permission at any time just to stop and breathe.
Speaker AAnd what's so really cool about it is that you can breathe anywhere.
Speaker AYou can breathe in a meeting, you can breathe on the phone, you can breathe in the bathroom, you can breathe on a walk, right?
Speaker AYou can breathe anywhere, consciously, mindfully, or just be awake to the breath moving in and out of you.
Speaker ASometimes I count my breaths you know, breathe 1, 2, 3, 4 in, hold it for two, breathe out.
Speaker ASix hold it for two and I change it up.
Speaker ASometimes I breathe four up, four in, four hold four down, four, you know, breathe out and then four on the bottom.
Speaker AYou can regulate yourself.
Speaker AYou can find your rhythm of breath that supports you in getting back inside of you to remember the truth of who you are.
