Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

Let's take a nice deep breath.

Speaker A

How wonderful it is to breathe, is it not?

Speaker A

How wonderful it is to breathe consciously with awareness.

Speaker A

Today I just want you to imagine that how easy it is that your breath breathes you.

Speaker A

You don't have to think about it, you don't have to worry about it.

Speaker A

One thing checked off your list that you don't have to think a thing about.

Speaker A

And ah, yes, you can give it attention, you can give it awareness, you can give it a moment of time to anchor yourself into it, to do it more deeply, to be more awake to it.

Speaker A

Yes, of course, be more mindful of that breath.

Speaker A

Deeply, lovingly.

Speaker A

Yeah, that breath is breathing.

Speaker A

You see how easy life can be when you don't worry about things that are not yours to worry about, when you don't fret about things that aren't yours to fret about.

Speaker A

Just allowing it to do its work through you as you.

Speaker A

And yes, turn your attention towards it.

Speaker A

And several times a day or while you're listening to Love Notes from Rhonda, you just sit and take a few deep breaths so that you give that extra attention.

Speaker A

Clear out the bottom of your lungs, clear out the sides of your lungs.

Speaker A

Breathe deeply.

Speaker A

Reoxygenate yourself deeply, deeply, deeply.

Speaker A

So today, today is breathing day.

Speaker A

Taking lovely wonderful breaths with awareness.

Speaker A

Just take a nice deep breath, Nice deep breath.

Speaker A

And if you're willing, you can let yourself soak into the couch or chair or bed, wherever you are.

Speaker A

And just let that breathing, that breath breathe.

Speaker A

You.

Speaker A

Just allow yourself to lean in, lean in that chair, that couch, that car seat, that bed, wherever you are, just lean into it and just breathe.

Speaker A

You know, your breath is always here to help regulate your emotional life.

Speaker A

Isn't it wonderful how we're made that we are actually made with the things that we need in order to help regulate ourselves?

Speaker A

Your breath is one of your greatest regulators.

Speaker A

When you're nervous, take a deep breath.

Speaker A

It helps regulate your system.

Speaker A

When you're overwhelmed, take a deep breath, Let it regulate your emotional system.

Speaker A

Let it help regulate you.

Speaker A

So think of these lovely lungs of yours and this amazing breath and you have full permission at any time just to stop and breathe.

Speaker A

And what's so really cool about it is that you can breathe anywhere.

Speaker A

You can breathe in a meeting, you can breathe on the phone, you can breathe in the bathroom, you can breathe on a walk, right?

Speaker A

You can breathe anywhere, consciously, mindfully, or just be awake to the breath moving in and out of you.

Speaker A

Sometimes I count my breaths you know, breathe 1, 2, 3, 4 in, hold it for two, breathe out.

Speaker A

Six hold it for two and I change it up.

Speaker A

Sometimes I breathe four up, four in, four hold four down, four, you know, breathe out and then four on the bottom.

Speaker A

You can regulate yourself.

Speaker A

You can find your rhythm of breath that supports you in getting back inside of you to remember the truth of who you are.

Speaker A

We're given this tool the day we were born.

Speaker A

How wonderful it is that we have this regulation tool right with us that we don't have to let our feelings run away from us or our thoughts decide for us.

Speaker A

We actually can stop and breathe anytime and take our power back today.

Speaker A

Use your breath to get back in your body, to take back your power and to regulate your emotions.

Speaker A

It's a gift already been given.

Speaker A

Use it.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
