Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue talking about hydration, and today I'm talking about move with ease. Although I'm not talking about moving your body as an exercise, I'm talking about your bowels and I see so many people who are struggling with constipation. And one of the first things you can do if you're struggling with constipation is increase your hydration as it softens stools, allowing them to become easier to pass or move. And so hence the name of move with ease. And the other thing that it helps with is reducing bloating. A lot of people are struggling with bloating and if you drink water prior to eating a meal, it can promote proper digestion. And in fact, if you put the juice of half a lemon or half a lime into that water prior to eating, it will actually turn on digestion for you and help support your body and being able to break down your meal. So drink the lemon water 10 to 15 minutes before eating and it will help promote digestion and reduce your risk of bloating and help you move with ease.
