Speaker BWelcome to Just Breathe.
Speaker BI am so happy that you are with me today.
Speaker BI have a another really, really fun guest to bring to you today.
Speaker BJennifer is actually a great friend of mine and we are in a coaching group together, which is how we met.
Speaker BAnd I have just been absolutely fascinated by Jennifer's path, how she's gotten to where she is now, what she's teaching, what she's doing for people.
Speaker BAnd I just want to give you a little bit of a bio about her as well as some.
Speaker BSome feedback that people have had who have actually worked with Jennifer, which I think is just lovely in addition to myself, because I have just lots of things to say.
Speaker BBut essentially what Jennifer does now is she helps women discover their.
Speaker BThe power of their purpose by tapping into their truths, honing their intuition, and trusting themselves so they can have the clarity and confidence to create the next level of success they desire.
Speaker BSo what I really like about this is it really goes into so many areas of our lives, right?
Speaker BLike that big word intuition, which I love and I talk about so much.
Speaker BYou have just.
Speaker BJennifer has just tapped right into this and I love it.
Speaker BIt's awesome.
Speaker BBut she's already been working with clients with what she's been doing, and I just wanted to read a couple of things that people have said about her, which I think are just beautiful.
Speaker BChiffon Myers says Jennifer was amazing.
Speaker BFirst off, I totally connected with her immediately.
Speaker BHer warm and inviting personality make it so easy to just relax and be open.
Speaker BOur first session, I didn't have many questions, but she knew exactly what I needed to hear.
Speaker BIt was amazing.
Speaker BThe second meeting, we had a bit more direction and again, she knew exactly what I needed to hear and it resonated so well.
Speaker BJennifer is the real deal and you will not be disappointed.
Speaker BAnd then we have Shawna Madison who says, I am so grateful for her intuitive guidance and I recommend talking with before an upcoming project or event if you are facing a fork in the road or need extra support.
Speaker BSo I'm really excited just to kind of get into the.
Speaker BThe details and the talking about what you do and your path to what you do.
Speaker BSo thank you so much for being Here with me today and joining me on.
Speaker BOn my show.
Speaker CWell, Heather, I'm just thrilled to be here.
Speaker CAnd it's so fun to hear the kind words people say.
Speaker CI mean, like, I read those.
Speaker CI knew they said them, but it just hits a little deeper when somebody else reads them back to you.
Speaker CSo thank you for that.
Speaker CThat was so kind.
Speaker BYou're welcome.
Speaker BIt is fun, isn't it, to hear what people.
Speaker BYou're exactly right.
Speaker BIt always kind of hits differently.
Speaker BAnd you're like, oh, that's so nice.
Speaker CThat is so nice.
Speaker BOh, my goodness.
Speaker BWell, you've had, I think, just kind of a fascinating life path, and you've done a lot of different, interesting things.
Speaker BAnd I'm wondering, I know we probably could talk about this alone for, like, 90 minutes, but could you just give, like, the quick, like, snapshot of what you have done in your life and what kind of brought you to where you are right now?
Speaker COkay, so the first thing I want to say is, I was born on a Monday.
Speaker CMy first time in church was the next Sunday.
Speaker CI've always believed.
Speaker CI've always believed in God, Jesus, and the holy Spirit.
Speaker CNever really considered a different belief system.
Speaker CSo growing up, you know, you learn to pray.
Speaker CLuckily, I was in a very open church, very liberal Christian disciples of Christ.
Speaker CAnd I remember kindergarten.
Speaker CI prayed diligently that I would be hit by a bus and die.
Speaker CSo I didn't have to go to kindergarten.
Speaker CNow, I have no idea why I was so scared of kindergarten, But I remember distinctly praying every time we went by the school, My mom would say, you have to be able to count.
Speaker CYou have to know the Alphabet and your address and phone number.
Speaker CAnd I think, dear God in heaven, please have me hit by a bus.
Speaker CWell, apparently God had different plans because I made it through kindergarten and in high school and the whole bit.
Speaker CSo fast forward a little bit.
Speaker CI got a little savvy with that praying.
Speaker CAnd I was trying out for cheerleader because I lived in north Texas, and everybody is a cheerleader in north Texas.
Speaker CAnd I prayed diligently.
Speaker CDear God, I want to make cheerleader, but if I don't make cheerleader, would you please show me why I'm glad I didn't?
Speaker CWell, I never made cheerleader.
Speaker CAnd then we would have a crazy cold snap, and I would be in the stands all bundled up, and there those little cheerleaders will be down there freezing their butts.
Speaker CAnd I go, that was my sign.
Speaker CThank you.
Speaker CGlad I didn't make cheerleader.
Speaker CSo little things like this happen.
Speaker CAnd as you know, you get a little older and life happens and you don't pay attention to those messages along the way.
Speaker CEvery now and then something big would happen and you'd think, oh yeah, somebody's looking out for me.
Speaker CI don't know who, but you know, and you just go about your life, you live your life.
Speaker CAnd one time my godmother said, you know, sometimes when God talks to you, it's really calm and gentle and it doesn't make any sense.
Speaker CAnd you think, ah, whatever.
Speaker CAnd then there are times where there's this really harsh voice just, you know, snipping at your heels, that's the devil.
Speaker CAnd I'm like, okay.
Speaker CBecause she doesn't go to a liberal church.
Speaker CShe's in a very strict fundamentalist church.
Speaker CAnd so she said one day I was folding laundry and her house had a basement.
Speaker CAnd all of a sudden I had this message, this house could burn to the ground and you could lose it all.
Speaker CAnd I thought, well, that's really weird.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CThree months later, we are out of town.
Speaker CMy 18 year old son's home alone.
Speaker CWe get a call in the middle of the night, your son is fine, the house is a total loss.
Speaker CAnd the neighbor's dog started barking in the middle of the night.
Speaker CThe neighbor got up because the dog never barked, went outside and her three level, you know, tri level house is in flames.
Speaker CThey bang on the door, get 18 year old son out, he comes out and they all stand there and watch the house burn to the ground.
Speaker CJust like random.
Speaker CAnd she said, when I got that call and I knew my son was okay, I just thought, yeah, I knew that was gonna happen.
Speaker CLike I didn't freak out, I knew it was gonna happen.
Speaker CSo I started paying attention because by now I'm grown and so I start trying to pay attention to those little things.
Speaker CAnd I was sick and I had bronchitis and I smoked.
Speaker CAnd when you smoke and have bronchitis, you just keep smoking and you're coughing up a lung and you still smoke.
Speaker CSo don't judge me.
Speaker CI've quit since then, but I was still smoking and I woke up sick and I am just coughing up a lung, smoking a cigarette, drinking a glass of juice, trying to decide, do I go to work, do I stay home?
Speaker CAnd this soft, gentle voice said, stay home and take care of yourself.
Speaker CAnd I was like, oh really?
Speaker CAnd this very harsh voice said, you need to go to work, you have things to do.
Speaker CAnd then got so judgey as to list everything I needed to do that day.
Speaker CAnd so Back and forth.
Speaker CIt was kind of like angel on one shoulder, devil on the other.
Speaker CSo finally, after about 15 minutes, I thought, okay, I'm going to compromise.
Speaker CI'm gonna go in at noon.
Speaker CI'll stay home half a day.
Speaker CSo I call my boss's secretary, Teresa.
Speaker CShe answers the phone and I was like, hey, Teresa, this is Jennifer.
Speaker CShe goes, oh my God, you sound terrible.
Speaker CYou're not coming in.
Speaker CAnd I said, yeah, I'm gonna try to come in.
Speaker CI'm gonna try to come in at noon.
Speaker CAnd she goes, okay, well, that is the last time I ever talked to Teresa.
Speaker CBecause that was 7:15, 7:30 in the morning.
Speaker CAnd at 9:02am, the Oklahoma City Murrah Federal Building was bombed.
Speaker CAnd that was my building.
Speaker CAnd everybody I sat with, including Teresa, were killed.
Speaker CThat day.
Speaker C35 from my office were killed.
Speaker CAnd I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was not my day.
Speaker CI.
Speaker CI don't.
Speaker CI didn't know why.
Speaker CI still don't know why.
Speaker CIt wasn't my day.
Speaker CAnd the people who did perish, it was theirs.
Speaker CAnd I don't know why.
Speaker CThere are questions that can never be answered.
Speaker CAnd I've been asked along the way, did you have a lot of survivor's guilt?
Speaker CYou know, how did you get out of bed?
Speaker CI never had an ounce of survivor's guilt because the Old Testament, the Bible says, God knows the number of days we'll walk the earth before we ever saw one.
Speaker CSo I was pretty confident I was supposed to be there, and I was pretty sure I got a message from above.
Speaker CNow, was it God?
Speaker CWas it a guardian angel?
Speaker CWas it the Holy Spirit?
Speaker CI don't know and I don't rightly care.
Speaker CWhatever your belief system is on how you get messages, take it that, I mean, it's right.
Speaker CThere's no wrong here.
Speaker CBut I know I wasn't supposed to be there.
Speaker CSo fast forward, fast forward.
Speaker CYears go by, I keep working, and I am at a training.
Speaker CThis woman comes out right after lunch.
Speaker CShe's five foot nothing in four inch heels, probably a $2,000 tailored suit.
Speaker CI worked for the federal government.
Speaker CShe was obviously a contractor.
Speaker CAnd she walks in the middle of this huge ballroom with like 100 participants.
Speaker CAnd she goes, hello, my name is Heather.
Speaker CAnd this afternoon.
Speaker CAnd I thought, oh my word, I could do better.
Speaker CLike, I could do better than that.
Speaker CI don't even need to know the material, but I could make a bigger impact than that.
Speaker CFast forward a few more years.
Speaker CI'm on a plane, I'm visiting with this lady.
Speaker CAnd I said, she's like, what do you do?
Speaker CAnd I was like, well, I work for the federal government, but I think I want to retire early and I want to be a trainer because I can do better than some of those.
Speaker CAnd she goes, well, you know, you've just opened it up to the universe.
Speaker CYou want to do something differently.
Speaker CAnd.
Speaker CAnd it.
Speaker CIt's all going to happen, and doors will just keep presenting themselves until you finally say yes.
Speaker CAnd I was like, this is a wackadoodle.
Speaker CLike, she is out there.
Speaker CFast forward a couple years.
Speaker COur.
Speaker CMy boss's boss called me and said, hey, they need you to be a navigator and travel the country.
Speaker CAnd I went, yeah, no.
Speaker CAnd she goes, no.
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CReally?
Speaker CAnd I went, no.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CWhen you work for the federal government, you really can't say no.
Speaker CBut in the end, so I did it.
Speaker CI traveled the country for a whole year, in and out of offices, the most hostile offices, because federal employees don't want to change, right?
Speaker CAnd I'm doing a whole change initiative.
Speaker CAnd I get back to the office on a Friday, and I find out Wednesday they're doing an entire reorganization.
Speaker CI can really relocate or retire.
Speaker CAnd I was like, I am out of there.
Speaker CSo all these little signs, all these little things happen along the way were like, preparing me to retire early, which I did.
Speaker CSo I start doing leadership development training because that's.
Speaker CThat's what I knew.
Speaker CThat's what I was good at.
Speaker CAnd along the way, I met a woman who called herself a spiritual intuitive.
Speaker CAnd I was like, I don't know what that is, but okay, we have a call.
Speaker CAnd I fell in love with her.
Speaker CHer name's Sabrina.
Speaker CAnd I worked with her, and she deals in healing childhood trauma.
Speaker CAnd I didn't even know I had any childhood trauma, but guess what?
Speaker CI guess it did.
Speaker CSo we're working our way through childhood trauma.
Speaker CAnd one day she said, you know, Jennifer, you could do this work.
Speaker CAnd I thought, not gonna do this work.
Speaker CSo time goes by and, you know, like, I'm a really good trainer, and I do.
Speaker CI live in Oklahoma, and I train for the great state of Oklahoma.
Speaker CI'm one of their favorite trainers.
Speaker CAnytime I go to a state conference, you know, I get good reviews.
Speaker CI'm.
Speaker CI'm good at this, but I can't find consistent success.
Speaker CIt's like, it comes and it goes, and I get a big gig, and then I get nothing.
Speaker CAnd it just has been a roller coaster.
Speaker CSo through this spiritual journey with Sabrina, I end up meeting another Gal named deanne.
Speaker CAnd deanne says, oh, I'm doing a program this spring.
Speaker CAnd I was like, oh, yeah, I want to do it.
Speaker CWell, I didn't know.
Speaker CI just say yes.
Speaker CI didn't know I was going to learn to read Akashic Records.
Speaker CAnd Akashic records are the messages on your soul.
Speaker CSo think of it as a library.
Speaker CFloor to ceiling, coast to coast, north, south, east and west of messages on your soul.
Speaker CAnd so I learned to tap in with your guides.
Speaker CAnd I'm very good at getting very specific answers to specific questions.
Speaker CSome people are like, oh, I don't know what I want to know.
Speaker CAnd then I don't get specific answers because some practitioners, they can pull stuff out.
Speaker CMe, I do better with, with structure.
Speaker COh, wait, I worked for the federal government, so I can read Akashic records.
Speaker CI put in this networking group I'm in.
Speaker CI just got the designation as soul care coach.
Speaker CHow fun does that sound, right?
Speaker CAnd I can read Akashic records.
Speaker CI'm opening up some spots on my calendar for free if anybod is interested.
Speaker CThey were gone in 30 minutes, maybe an hour.
Speaker CI had never offered anything to anybody that anybody would take.
Speaker CIt didn't matter what it was.
Speaker CIt was a no.
Speaker CEverybody was in.
Speaker CAnd I was like, man, I, I, I might have something here.
Speaker CSo I have the first call, and the first gal says, can I write you a testimonial?
Speaker CWhat?
Speaker CWhat?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CSo, blah, blah, blah, time goes on.
Speaker CI have the opportunity to study Holy Fire Reiki, which is energy, healing energy work.
Speaker CAnd I, I did that.
Speaker CIt was amazing.
Speaker CBut I was not sure how to combine those two.
Speaker CLike, Akashic records and Reiki.
Speaker CLike, how does that work?
Speaker CAnd I was listening to an audiobook.
Speaker CLove audiobooks.
Speaker CAnd it's called the Emotion Code.
Speaker CAnd he's talking on this, in this book, he's a chiropractor and developed the system of releasing trapped emotions.
Speaker CAnd I was like, holy crapoli, that sounds amazing.
Speaker CBack it up to Sabrina, childhood trauma, right?
Speaker CI was like, oh, my gosh.
Speaker CSo I'm at a conference, I meet this gal, and she goes, oh, yeah, I do emotion code work all the time.
Speaker CSo I hired her.
Speaker CAfter I did several sessions with her, it finally came together.
Speaker CAnd I was like, this is it.
Speaker CI can open up someone's akashic records.
Speaker CBecause anything you do with the spiritual realm with you, with your guides, your guardian angels, your masters and teachers, and pass on loved ones, it's going to heighten the experience.
Speaker CAnd then I can do emotion code.
Speaker CAnd body code work.
Speaker CEmotion code is releasing the trapped emotions that are keeping you from.
Speaker CYour very best.
Speaker CBody code is realigning imbalances and misalignments in your physical body.
Speaker CIt's all done energetically so that your body has an opportunity to heal.
Speaker CDoes it replace Western medicine?
Speaker CAbsolutely not.
Speaker CI believe it's a both.
Speaker CAnd you don't just do one or just do the other.
Speaker CI think they come together beautifully.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker CAnd then I end the session with some holy fire Reiki to kind of calm the energy, get rid of what, you know, you no longer need.
Speaker CAnd I've had some extraordinary results with clients with money blocks, with anxiety.
Speaker CI've had some people who had traumatic events that prohibit them from sleeping.
Speaker CAnd in one session, literally sleeping all night, every night, because we released what was trapped.
Speaker CSo in 28 minutes or less, that's kind of like my journey, how I ended up here.
Speaker CAnd now I still do leadership training when people ask.
Speaker CBut, yeah, this is where I am now.
Speaker CI'm in the woo world.
Speaker CI'm the woo for the non woo.
Speaker BThat is the perfect.
Speaker BI think that should be your tagline.
Speaker BI love that.
Speaker BWell, that's such a great description because I think.
Speaker BI mean, all of it.
Speaker BAmazing story.
Speaker BBut that is such a great description.
Speaker BSo that I think there are a lot of people are like.
Speaker BI don't know, like, tell me more about this.
Speaker BI mean, I think all of us have a little bit of skepticism and art in us, right.
Speaker BBut this is definitely.
Speaker BAnd you have worked on number of people with a wide.
Speaker BRanging from being, like, completely open, right.
Speaker BTo being 100% skeptical, like, meh.
Speaker BAll right, I'm just doing this for you as a favor.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BAnd on every single one of those people, you have been able to make some difference, which is extraordinary and in all different ways.
Speaker BAnd on animals, I'd like to say everyone on animals I have, my dogs are lining up because I need Jennifer to get rid of their anxiety because they drive me insane.
Speaker BSo they're next in line for something currently MacKenzie's vest that has both music and the calming scent of lavender attached to it.
Speaker BStill not quite doing the job.
Speaker BSo she needs a little.
Speaker CJamie, I don't think I've worked on your dogs, have I?
Speaker BYou have not worked on my dogs yet.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker BThey're next.
Speaker BJust.
Speaker BYou've just seen them wander in and out of the room as we've been.
Speaker CWell, and when you talk about a skeptic, I.
Speaker CThis woman did the most beautiful testimonial for me.
Speaker CIt's on my YouTube channel.
Speaker CAnd her name's Melanie.
Speaker CAnd we were having a coffee chat, because if you're in these networking things, you meet somebody and you're like, oh, I want to know more.
Speaker CLet's chat.
Speaker CAnd she was like, akashic Records.
Speaker CI don't know what that is.
Speaker CLike, I don't know what that is and what you're talking.
Speaker CShe didn't say it like that, but I had to be dramatic.
Speaker BThat's good.
Speaker CAnd I was like, well, Jimmy, just open your records.
Speaker CLet's ask a few questions.
Speaker CLet's see what's happening.
Speaker CAnd poof.
Speaker CI mean, some very glaring clear messages were given to me.
Speaker CI'm clairaudient, so I hear things.
Speaker CI hear the words, the messages through words.
Speaker CAnd she stopped me and she goes, how do I work with you?
Speaker CHow much does it cost?
Speaker CWhen do we start?
Speaker CHow often do we meet?
Speaker CAnd I was like, I wasn't even quite ready at that moment.
Speaker CAnd I was like, okay, this is what I charge.
Speaker CThis is what we're going to do.
Speaker CSo we had lovely experiences together.
Speaker CFast forward a few months.
Speaker CI called her and I was like, hey, I wanted to touch base.
Speaker CAnd she goes, oh, my God, I have made more money in the last 30 days than I have ever.
Speaker CI've never had a month that big.
Speaker CAnd I was like, yay.
Speaker BOh, my gosh.
Speaker CBut she had ancestral blocks, she had money blocks, she had blocks related to her.
Speaker CI'm going to say role in the family.
Speaker CA lot of us that are over, I'm gonna say 50, 50 and up 100 for sure.
Speaker CAnd some even younger.
Speaker CWe're raised that you're supposed to take care of the household, and you can only do so much to contribute to the household.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CYou can't, in and of yourself, have a successful business.
Speaker CSo, yeah.
Speaker CAnd I want to say the coolest, most amazing pieces of this are it can be very, very fast.
Speaker CAnd you are not re traumatized by whatever got you to where you are.
Speaker BAnd that's really key.
Speaker BI think that's a really important thing.
Speaker BThank you for saying that.
Speaker BBecause it's not a rehashing of.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BI mean, I know we've done a number of sessions together, and a lot of times it's, can you recall?
Speaker BAnd regardless of whether I can recall something from whatever stage we're looking at, it's irrelevant.
Speaker BI mean, it's just kind of additional information.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BIt doesn't matter because whether I can remember it or not, it's still being cleared.
Speaker BAnd that's what is Absolutely amazing.
Speaker BAnd I will tell y'all that I have come to Jen with a pain in my hand, migraines, a pain in my back.
Speaker BThat was my first one with my back one.
Speaker BThat weird back pain, the migraines one.
Speaker BI didn't even speak to her.
Speaker BWe texted amazing.
Speaker BReally totally amazing.
Speaker BAnd it's just so interesting because we all know that, I mean, we're all learning and learning more and more about how mind and body work.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BHow all mind, body, spirit are all connected.
Speaker BThe all these things are not.
Speaker BThey don't exist on their own.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BSo to, it's really not that far fetched of an idea to think that something that you went through, whether it was a mental thing or an emotional thing or a spiritual thing, can affect you physically.
Speaker CAbsolutely.
Speaker CAnd for the non woo listeners who have hung in with us, if you're still the people who are non woo at all, I want to say Albert Einstein, one of the greatest scientific minds we have or had, but we're still living with the consequences of his brilliance, said, the future of medicine is in frequencies.
Speaker CAnd frequencies are energy.
Speaker CEverything is energy.
Speaker CThere's scientific research saying that our physical bodies are actually made up of 94% energy.
Speaker CSo it's all energy and it's just learning how to move and impact and use the energy.
Speaker CI have a woman I've worked with quite a bit, she had hip replacement and all of a sudden she woke up from surgery and she could not lift her right leg.
Speaker CShe couldn't lift it.
Speaker CShe couldn't use the gas pedal to drive a car.
Speaker CIt's been catastrophic for her.
Speaker CSo I said, hey, let's see if this will help.
Speaker CAnd disclaimer.
Speaker CI am not a doctor.
Speaker CThis is not a replacement for medical treatment.
Speaker CIf you have physical therapists going on, keep going.
Speaker CThis is just both and not an either or.
Speaker BRight, right.
Speaker CAnd we're working through her stuff.
Speaker CThis is all your subconscious mind talking, you know, and guiding.
Speaker CAnd this one muscle of the hip came up and she goes.
Speaker CAnd she's a biochemist by education and career, so she knows all about the body and how everything works together.
Speaker CShe goes, yeah, that's not, that's not what I would have picked.
Speaker CI said, well, girlfriend, I, I wouldn't have picked it either.
Speaker CI don't even know what it is.
Speaker CBut this is what, this is what came up.
Speaker CThis is what's coming up.
Speaker CAnd the next day she texted me and she goes, I lifted my foot an inch.
Speaker CShe had not been able to lift her leg for two years.
Speaker BOh, My gosh.
Speaker CAnd in two more sessions, she can now lift it eight inches and she can step up on a curb with that foot, which she hasn't been able to do in two years.
Speaker CLike once she gets up, she can walk, but you use different muscles to lift your leg than to walk.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CSo anyway, that it's just been life changing for her and I'm, I'm so grateful that I can be a catalyst for that healing.
Speaker CBecause you realign what's not aligned in the body and the body has an opportunity to heal.
Speaker BIt's extraordinary.
Speaker BSo what would you do with someone who came to you with something that was more of a, instead of a physical pain, like a stress, like dealing with, whether it's a stress about money or a stress about a relationship, something like that.
Speaker BIs that something that can be healed or guided with this type of work?
Speaker CAbsolutely.
Speaker CWith Melanie, the testimonial that she did, it didn't readily appear that it was a money block or an abundance block or something like that.
Speaker CBut that bubbled up through the work and we cleared that and she started making more money than she ever had.
Speaker CAnother client said, you know, my parents like they lost, they lost our house when I was a little kid and we lived in a tent for a while in my grandparents backyard and they started a business and lost it.
Speaker CAnd I think I just must have some real blocks around what abundance and wealth is because like I was raised where you can't keep it.
Speaker CAnd I was like, okay.
Speaker CSo we go in and we're clearing these things and memories are coming up, right?
Speaker CBut not in a bad way.
Speaker CIt was like matter of fact versus emotionally.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker CAnd she reaches out a couple months later and goes, oh, by the way, did I tell you, after we worked together, I had decided I wanted to offer a program, high end, $25,000 a piece.
Speaker CAnd the next week somebody called me out of the clear blue and said, will you do this for me and what would you charge?
Speaker CAnd I said $25,000.
Speaker CAnd she said, I made a hundred thousand in a month off four clients because we cleared what was blocking her so abundance.
Speaker CYes, I believe absolutely.
Speaker COne client I was working with and we were, oh, kind of towards the end of time, but we had a little bit.
Speaker CAnd I said, well, is there something else you want to work on?
Speaker CAnd she goes, well, I don't feel that my husband's being supportive.
Speaker CLike he's trying to be supportive, but I don't think he is.
Speaker CAnd this sounds crazy, but through this work, Dr.
Speaker CBradley Nelson has Learned you can become allergic to anything.
Speaker CAnd she had developed pretty much an idea allergy to hanging out with her husband.
Speaker CAnd through this work, it came up.
Speaker CAnd one of the things that can happen is you become physically repulsed by your partner's cologne or perfume.
Speaker CAnd she goes, you're just not going to believe me.
Speaker CI said, girlfriend, I will believe anything.
Speaker CAnd she said, the last month, I've been so disappointed in my husband because he has not been as supportive as I.
Speaker CAs I wanted.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker CAnd I thought he should be.
Speaker CI have not been able to stand his cologne that he's worn for years.
Speaker CAnd I literally went in and said, you have to get rid of it.
Speaker CI cannot stand that smell.
Speaker BOh, my gosh.
Speaker CAnd I was like, well, sweetie, if you liked that before, let's clear that out and see if you can like your husband and his cologne.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker CAnd.
Speaker CAnd it's.
Speaker CIt sounds totally nuts, but it is the reality.
Speaker CAnxiety is paralyzing for people.
Speaker CAbsolutely paralyzing.
Speaker CAnd to be able to have a calmness where when you lay down and go to sleep.
Speaker CI had a friend who.
Speaker CHer husband killed himself, and she found him, and she would lay down at night, and as soon as she fell asleep, that was the image that showed up.
Speaker CAnd then she was wide awake.
Speaker CAnd so I said, well, let's just see if this will help.
Speaker CAnd two or three weeks pass, and we usually talk all the time.
Speaker CIt just hadn't come up.
Speaker CAnd finally I said, hey, have you been sleeping?
Speaker CShe goes, oh, my God.
Speaker CI haven't had that image one time, which, I mean, that is.
Speaker CYou know, you have to sleep to heal.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker CAnd if you're not sleeping, you can't heal.
Speaker CWhatever it is.
Speaker CEmotional, physical, whatever.
Speaker BWhatever it is.
Speaker BExactly.
Speaker CI'm a big sleeper, so.
Speaker BYeah, me too.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CI mean, kind of like the sky's the limit.
Speaker CHowever, we're asking your subconscious if the body code or emotion code can help.
Speaker CAnd your subconscious guides us along the way.
Speaker BI love that.
Speaker CMm.
Speaker CMm.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker CIt's magical work.
Speaker CI love it.
Speaker BI mean, it really is.
Speaker BAnd I don't, you know, neither one of us, because we both use this word.
Speaker BAnd I always.
Speaker BI'm very careful about using the word magical, but in the way that it's just like.
Speaker BIt's so incredible that it works, that it's really.
Speaker BYou just can't believe it.
Speaker BIt's really hard to wrap your head around.
Speaker BI'm sure.
Speaker BI mean, every time you do it, I'm sure you're like, wow, that's amazing.
Speaker BI mean, I Think it's just extraordinary.
Speaker BAnd the reason I really, really wanted you to come on here and share all of these stories and all about your work is because I think this is so relatable to people who are listening, to everyone who is listening, because in one way or another, we're all trying to figure something out all the time, right?
Speaker BAnd whether it's we're just learning new information and we're trying to, like, figure out process, or we're trying to support, you know, our child in some way, and that's just heavy and that's stressful and that's hard, and we need guidance.
Speaker BAnd I just think that you are one of the most extraordinary resources that I have I've come across.
Speaker BAnd I mean, in addition to everything else, I don't mean to, like, boil it down to being a resource, but you're much more than just a resource, but in the sense of, wow, this is amazing.
Speaker BThis is amazing work that you do.
Speaker BAnd it's a gift to everyone who has the opportunity to meet you and to learn what you do.
Speaker BSo I just think that everyone needs to know you.
Speaker BThat's all.
Speaker BThat's all I have to say on that.
Speaker CThank you so much, Heather.
Speaker BSo, yes, and, you know, y'all know that I share.
Speaker BI only share things that I truly believe in.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd I just really.
Speaker BThis sharing you is very, very important.
Speaker BAnd there's still a laundry list of things that, um, I want to work with you on.
Speaker CSo.
Speaker BAnd there we.
Speaker BI mean, I literally.
Speaker BI like, keep thinking I'm like, oh, I want to talk to John about this.
Speaker BAnd, oh, we've got to talk about this.
Speaker BAnd so, yes, lots.
Speaker BLots and lots of stuff.
Speaker BSo I am just.
Speaker BI'm excited.
Speaker BUm, but I'm wondering if there's anything that you would like to share to kind of wrap up what we're talking about.
Speaker BUm, of course, all of your information will be in the show notes, so you all can find Jen's website and anything you need to know about working with her.
Speaker BHer new website is beautiful, by the way.
Speaker BIt's awesome and it actually works.
Speaker BBut I will also have her information on my website shortly.
Speaker BSo, just FYI, be looking for it.
Speaker BYou can find it in either place.
Speaker BBut I will.
Speaker BI will leave the floor to you to kind of close out the way you would like to close out.
Speaker CSo the one thing I would like to say that I wish I had really tapped in sooner was to listening to my intuition.
Speaker CAnd there are various forms of muscle testing to know if something's right for you or not?
Speaker COne is the lean test.
Speaker CAnd you ask a question like, is my name Jennifer?
Speaker CAnd your body leans forward.
Speaker CIs my name Heather?
Speaker CAnd your body leans back and that's like testing it.
Speaker CThere are some little ring tests.
Speaker CIs my name Jennifer?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CIs it Heather?
Speaker CNo.
Speaker CIs it Jennifer?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CNo.
Speaker CHeather?
Speaker CNo.
Speaker CBut what I learned on that is super simple.
Speaker CYou don't have to have a crystal.
Speaker CI only bought this because I thought it was pretty.
Speaker CYou can use a necklace that has a little weight, but you can say, show me a yes and see, it's moving forward and back.
Speaker CShow me a no.
Speaker CIt's going in a circle and it's kind of getting caught on my finger.
Speaker CIs my name Jennifer?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CAm I talking with Heather?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CAm I in Illinois?
Speaker CNo.
Speaker CAm I in Oklahoma?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CDo I have a cat named Luigi?
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CSo you can.
Speaker CAnd I have a necklace around here somewhere.
Speaker CIt's usually in my office, but I think it's in my.
Speaker CI think I actually put it in my bedroom at some point.
Speaker CBut it has a little weight to it.
Speaker CAnd so you just hang it down and ask questions.
Speaker CAnd when you're faced with something kind of big and you're weighing the options, it needs to be clear cut.
Speaker CYes.
Speaker CNo, it can't be.
Speaker CYou know, should, you know, am I going to get pregnant tomorrow?
Speaker CWell, you know, nobody really knows.
Speaker CThat's, you know, that's a hard one.
Speaker CBut other very yes, no type questions, you can get confirmation on what your intuition, what your gut, whatever you want to call it, your messages are saying to you.
Speaker CSo that's what I'll leave you with.
Speaker CYou have more guidance within you than you give yourself credit for.
Speaker BIt's so true.
Speaker BIt's so, so true.
Speaker BAnd listening to that is really important.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BSo thank you.
Speaker BThank you so much for being here today and for sharing not only what you do, but just your.
Speaker BYour beautiful voice with us.
Speaker BI really appreciate it.
