Hey everybody. It's NJ here, the host of the NJ podcast, and it's motivational Mondays in a body. And this is part of the everyday series where we share inspiration for you to have a great Monday and go out there and crush a week. I honestly believe that a Monday is the best day of the week because it allows us to recalibrate briefly. And since I was a dollar intentions to go out there and crush the week and on today's episode, I'd like to talk about pain causes, change pain causes change. Dean Coon said pain can be endured and defeated only if it is embraced, denied, or feared. It grows. Pain is a form of suffering or torment there, like different forms of pain, extrinsic pain, pain of the outside manifests as a distressful, painful sensation, anywhere in the body, perhaps it's a back pain or a pleading. This pain is easier to heal or treat than intrinsic pain. Medically intrinsic pain pertains to an injury that all paid that is entirely inside the body. But the intrinsic pain I'm referring to is a metaphorical and mental or emotional side. It can be caused by the death of a loved one. Being retrenched from work and expectation are being met or any sort of significant emotional events, such intrinsic pain can be responsible for defining our highest values and moving us to achieve our goals and live inspired, successful lives. We place high value on the things we believe our old lives lack a man in pain because the governments are failure. The pain of not living their dreams or the suffering of those they loved, or the world going without what they could offer are all things that have driven successful people to achieve great Heights in their endeavors. Many great works of art business inventions and world-changing events were spurred from broken hearts, bankruptcy, rejection, and tragedy. Here are a few basics to age you and using a page. Firstly define and embrace your pain defined and to brace your back. What is the painful experience? You didn't do it. Write it down and accepted. You may have been raised by a single parents and long for the parents who left embrace this pain as a reality. Secondly, observe which value is paid, defines, observe which value is paid. Defines. What specific value in your hierarchy does this pay? Make it. What specific value can you link to the emotions generated by this significant event? If the pain is related to social connections or relationships, it could explain why your family or relationships ranked so highly in your hierarchy of value. Firstly, what can you do to ensure that your paid yields positive results? What can you do to ensure that your pain yields positive results? There are two types of pain, destructive pain, and constructive pain. Use your pain constructively to push you forward. If you had a family member who passed away while helping you to finish school, use your pages by you to achieve the best academic results possible. Lastly out last, the pain outlasted, the pain painful experiences can last days, weeks, months, and years, but eventually through concentrated efforts, the negative emotions will start to subside. Purpose and success will replace them. Be sure to art class, the pain. Once you have identified your pain. You will move towards understanding your purpose and you will move towards becoming a more motivated, successful person. I know that many of us, if not all of us have been going through a lot of painful experiences, some we cannot even begin to fathom or. COVID may not have been kind to us. We have may have lost family members. We may have lost jobs. We may have had our businesses closed down. We may have had our significant others decide that they're going to leave us and start a relationship elsewhere. Or we may be living with the excruciating pain that's of regret that we have not made the most of our time as we could have, because we were either NACY or not. But I want you to know that you should not let a good crisis go to waste. Do not let a good crisis go to waste. Do not let this pain that you're going through. God, go to waste. Did the pain that you're going through can either build you up or tear you down. It could either destroy you or spur you to greater Heights of achievements. It can either leave you broke, or if it's, uh, you're onto, uh, reaching high levels of wealth, have make sure that you use this pain constructively to push you forward.
