Melissa Deally:

Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue sharing with you some favorite books that I have read this year and today. The book that I want to share with you is called The Last Lecture by Randy posh, and this is a book all about lessons in living. And what I really love about it is the fact that it's an inspiring and heartfelt memoir that captures the wisdom, humor and life lessons of a professor aka Randy posh facing terminal cancer. And it's originally based on the lecture that he gave as his last lecture, which many professors do and he delivered at Carnegie Mellon University. And ironically, it truly did become his last lecture, because he had been very recently diagnosed with prostate cancer at that time. So the book explores themes of overcoming obstacles, achieving childhood dreams, living with purpose, and leaving a legacy for your children. And throughout the book, he shares personal anecdotes, practical advice, and encourages the reader to embrace life, fully, cherish relationships and find joy in every moment. The book truly has an optimistic outlook, because Randy posh had that optimistic outlook, and you feel it as you read the book, and his profound reflections make this book a must read for anyone seeking motivation and a perspective on what truly matters in life. So I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did, it really is a beautiful read. And again, it is called The Last Lecture by Randy posh, and it is a great eye opener to truly live every day of your life to the fullest. Enjoy.
