Speaker:Okay, modern man. If you can't stay hard, the problem may not
Speaker:be in your head, it's in your blood flow. Do you know that 50%
Speaker:of men over 50 have ED? Yes, guys, 50% of the guys you know
Speaker:over 50 have ED. So in today's episode, I'll explain why blood
Speaker:flow is the number one overlooked factor in erection
Speaker:and what you can do to fix it.
Speaker:An erection is like blood flowing from the heart to your
Speaker:arteries. Arteries mean that the blood vessels that carry blood
Speaker:away from your heart to the end organ. That means that you're
Speaker:not getting enough blood flowing into the penis and staying
Speaker:trapped in the penis. So it has to flow in, and then the muscle
Speaker:in the penis have to expand. And when the corpus cavernosum with
Speaker:the muscle in the penis expand, it will then compress the veins.
Speaker:When this happens, you have an erection. But if the blood flow
Speaker:is weak as an incoming or expansion in the corpus
Speaker:cavernosa, not compressing the veins, that means the erection
Speaker:will be weak and it will fade. So the condition that the veins
Speaker:not being compressed, that means venous leak. So that,
Speaker:fortunately, in a way, it's the most common cause of ED, is
Speaker:venous leak, and you can easily fix that. So stay tuned. I will
Speaker:tell you how to fix that. So this is not about age alone.
Speaker:It's about circulation. And stay tuned. I'll tell you what causes
Speaker:circulation problem. Tired and weak erection means the erection
Speaker:cannot stay for long, and that's when you have an erection, but
Speaker:then you lose it.
Speaker:How do you know you have poor blood flow? It can present as
Speaker:tired or weak erection, or erection that fade during
Speaker:penetration or sex, or you get hard, but then you can't
Speaker:maintain it, or you start to notice morning erection
Speaker:disappearing.

Speaker:If you're struggling in the bedroom, your heart and your
Speaker:arteries may be struggling also. So there are hidden causes of
Speaker:poor circulation you may not know about. There are five of
Speaker:them. They are blood flow killers that you don't realize.
Speaker:And these blood flow killers are also erection killers. Number
Speaker:one high blood pressure. High blood pressure now has a new
Speaker:definition. So if the top number systolic is higher than 130 or
Speaker:the bottom number is higher than 80, then you have high blood
Speaker:pressure. So before, it used to be 140 now it's down to 130. So
Speaker:guys, you really gotta watch your blood pressure, because
Speaker:that is a one of five erection killers.
Speaker:Number two, diabetes, or pre diabetes. If you do a fast and
Speaker:your blood sugar is over 100 consistently, and your
Speaker:hemoglobin A1C is over 5.7 then you're in the pre diabetes
Speaker:range. So you gotta get your blood work checked.
Speaker:Number three, smoking. Smoking is like getting pregnant it's
Speaker:either you smoke or you don't smoke. There's no such thing as
Speaker:I'm smoking just a little bit. If you're smoking, that's an
Speaker:erection killer. Smoking is cumulative over time. But
Speaker:smoking is toxic. Smoking is synthetic. So it kills blood
Speaker:flow. If you're smoking, consider stopping and the other
Speaker:part is alcohol. Moderate your alcohol content, about 14 drinks
Speaker:a week.
Speaker:Number four is lack of exercise at this point, and you're
Speaker:starting to gain weight. So if you're not exercising, at least
Speaker:three to four times a week, and I'm just talking about 30
Speaker:minutes of movement, guys. Whether that's walking from the
Speaker:parking lot where you park and walk into the office, and then
Speaker:walking up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator
Speaker:or walking in your neighborhood or even on a treadmill or
Speaker:elliptical. Movement, got to do at least 30 minutes, three to
Speaker:four times a week. Listen, if you have time to look on your
Speaker:phone for 30 minutes, then you have time for this. In fact,
Speaker:they now have a treadmill. You can walk on the treadmill, but
Speaker:your laptop on a laptop train a treadmill if you work at home,
Speaker:so you can always incorporate movement and exercise in your
Speaker:routine.
Speaker:Number five, poor diet. If you're eating junk food. If
Speaker:you're eating fast food, then you're eating an inflammatory
Speaker:diet. It's gonna raise your cholesterol, it's gonna make you
Speaker:gain weight. So I suggest you follow the Mediterranean diet,
Speaker:which is more lean meat, fruits, and vegetables. So the good news
Speaker:is.
Speaker:Okay, modern man. If you're struggling with weak direction,
Speaker:low energy, the food you eat could be the big part of the
Speaker:problem. One of the best research pathways to boost
Speaker:circulation, support healthy testosterone and improve sexual

Speaker:open up your blood vessel, lower inflammation, and fuel your

Speaker:ahead of myself, but I'm just so passionate that you can really
Speaker:reverse your ED and you can start now, guys. Stop taking
Speaker:those medications. Okay, so number one is exercise, just
Speaker:walking, running up the stairs. Do something to increase your
Speaker:heart rate up. Do some weights. You don't even have to go to the
Speaker:gym. You can get some five pound weight, you get 20 pounds
Speaker:weight, and start doing that. You can even do body resistance.
Speaker:You can do push up. You can do squats, just using your own
Speaker:bodyweight. And then, of course, I want you to start doing Kegel
Speaker:exercises. Check out my video right here, Kegel exercise. I
Speaker:show you how to do the Kegel exercise, because those pelvic
Speaker:floor muscles are critical in maintaining that erection and
Speaker:keeping that blood in your penis. Because if you don't
Speaker:exercise it, there are chance that you will lose your erection
Speaker:because of poor pelvic floor muscles. So I know most men
Speaker:don't exercise those muscles, but they're very important for
Speaker:your erection. I can't stress it enough.
Speaker:Next is diet, Mediterranean diet. Check out the link right

Speaker:full of vegetables and fruits and lean meat. And it has nitric
Speaker:oxide rich food, which is beet, spinach and citrus, so you can
Speaker:eat this on a daily basis. You can increase your nitric oxide

Speaker:And just know that if you have ED, go get your blood test done,
Speaker:check your cholesterol, check your blood sugar, check your
Speaker:testosterone level, check your thyroid. Make sure everything is
Speaker:okay, because it just takes a simple blood work to rule out
Speaker:all that. Because if you treat your ED now there's a high
Speaker:chance you're going to reverse it. You don't want to take those
Speaker:Viagra Cialis, because it's just mandating the problem, which
Speaker:will also make your ED worse. And know that reversing your
Speaker:blood flow can improve not only erection, but really
Speaker:preventative for your heart in the long run. Do you know that
Speaker:67% of men with ED down the road, about five to seven years,
Speaker:even 10 years, they will eventually have a heart attack?
Speaker:Yes, because the blood flow affect the penis first, because
Speaker:the penis blood vessel is only one to two millimeter, the heart
Speaker:blood vessel is four millimeter, so blood flow will start
Speaker:clotting in the smaller vessel before it gets to the bigger
Speaker:vessel. So if you are starting to have ED and you're starting
