Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today I want us to.

Speaker A

Anytime we're having a negative thought, anytime we're beating ourselves up, anytime we're having judgment, anytime we think that we should be different than the way we are, anytime time we're not in the present moment in full self acceptance, I want us to say, and I love me exactly as I am.

Speaker A

So what does that mean?

Speaker A

I'm going to show you.

Speaker A

So let me say I think of a.

Speaker A

Let's say a thought goes through me that says, oh God, I wish I would have done that differently.

Speaker A

Then I am going to immediately say as fast as I can, and I love me fully and completely, or I accept myself as is, or I love all of me.

Speaker A

Maybe I have a feeling like, oh God, I feel so crappy today.

Speaker A

And I love me.

Speaker A

I love all of me.

Speaker A

I accept all parts of me.

Speaker A

So after any thought that you have, any feeling that you feel, or any body sensation, anything that you want to turn away from, avoid, get rid of, instead, what I want you to do is any.

Speaker A

As you notice you're having this thought anytime you notice a feeling, et cetera, I want you to repeat a phrase once, twice, three times.

Speaker A

And it can be something as simple as and I love me.

Speaker A

Or it can be as simple as I accept myself fully, including this too.

Speaker A

Or I'm willing to see myself exactly as I am and love all of me.

Speaker A

Again, I want you to come up with a statement.

Speaker A

You can use one of the ones I shared just now, or you can come up with your own.

Speaker A

And what I want you to hear is there is no sentence afterwards, like, well, I'm okay.

Speaker A

No, no.

Speaker A

This is about loving and accepting all of you.

Speaker A

All the parts of you that nothing's left out.

Speaker A

So if you have a negative thought, if you beat yourself up right, oh God, I shouldn't have done it like that.

Speaker A

Oh man.

Speaker A

And I love all of me.

Speaker A

Or traffic light and somebody cuts in front of you and you're like, ah, jerk.

Speaker A

I want you to say, and I love all of me.

Speaker A

So no matter what you're thinking or feeling today or what perceptions, judgments, et cetera that you are experiencing today, I want you to follow it with and I love me today.

Speaker A

I love all of me today.

Speaker A

I accept all of me today.

Speaker A

Because we want to quit leaving parts of ourselves out.

Speaker A

We want to start seeing ourselves with loving, accepting eyes and start speaking to ourselves that way, no matter what we're doing.

Speaker A

So let's say we find ourselves.

Speaker A

Let's say somebody gives us the wrong change.

Speaker A

And there's part of you that like, wants to, like, keep the wrong change because it's more than what they should be giving you.

Speaker A

And that little voice inside of you says, oh, you better not do that.

Speaker A

That's not the right thing to do.

Speaker A

Maybe you, of course, decide to make sure that you say, oh, this is the wrong change as well as you can.

Speaker A

And when you start beating yourself up, if you start beating yourself up afterwards like that, you even had the thought of keeping the change again.

Speaker A

See yourself through innocent eyes and say, I'm willing to love all of me.

Speaker A

I love all of me.

Speaker A

I accept all of me.

Speaker A

That part too is part of me.

Speaker A

That part of me that wants more.

Speaker A

The part of me that doesn't have enough.

Speaker A

The part of me that is lonely.

Speaker A

The part of me that wants more.

Speaker A

The part of me that wants to be better.

Speaker A

The part of me.

Speaker A

All those parts of you are part of you too.

Speaker A

And the more that you love and accept all of the parts of you, the more those parts, it's almost like they quiet down, they dissolve a little bit.

Speaker A

They no longer are harsh and you no longer actually have to do it as often.

Speaker A

It actually becomes a different experience for yourself.

Speaker A

So today I want you to practice after every thought, every feeling, every experience, et cetera, where you're putting yourself down in any way or judging yourself or judging somebody else or thinking you should be different than the way you are or trying to be a perfectionist, et cetera.

Speaker A

Or maybe you're procrastinating again, whatever it is, feeling anxious, overwhelmed.

Speaker A

Oh, I'm so anxious today.

Speaker A

And I love me.

Speaker A

I love me exactly as I am.

Speaker A

I accept all of me, including my anxiety.

Speaker A

Oh, I'm so procrastinating.

Speaker A

I love me.

Speaker A

And I am willing to accept all of me.

Speaker A

I accept my procrastination too.

Speaker A

Right?

Speaker A

All of it.

Speaker A

Doesn't mean we can't change.

Speaker A

It doesn't mean we can't do something different.

Speaker A

Yet we also must accept it so that we don't push it away or try to deny that part of ourselves.

Speaker A

So you have a task in front of you today.

Speaker A

A beautiful, amazing, light, inspiring task.

Speaker A

I invite you to do it wholeheartedly.

Speaker A

Wholeheartedly.

Speaker A

And whether you believe it or not, do it.

Speaker A

Whether you believe me or not, do it.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you, Sam.
