Hello, hello. I feel so enthused to be sharing with you in this episode the tool that has been revolutionary for me, for my client, for my marriage, for the past, mean, gosh, my husband and I have been both doing this tool together for, gosh, at least three or four years now. And I think more than that, no, like five or six now as I think about it. What if you had a tool that gave you a dashboard?
to living as your highest self. A dashboard that is simple, a dashboard that's on one page, a dashboard that lets you stay focused on what truly matters in your life. Over the past few episodes, I've actually ended up creating almost a series. So I would say episodes nine, 10, 11, the three episodes just before this one, we're really here to set you up with grieving your projected future.
setting yourself up for a beautifully intentional year from a place of grounded truth and simplicity. And then the last episode was all about crafting your elevated identity. And so whether I would highly recommend the beauty of going through those episodes in order, but also this is an incredible standalone episode. So in this episode, I'm going to be sharing with you the power of this virtual tracker, how I set myself up for success and actually doing it in a weekly rhythm.
And also I'll go through step by step the five kind of core sections of the tracker and give some examples because I also know it's so nice when you hear examples because it gives you something to respond off of. So first off, let me share why I care about this so much. So I love, I'm here for us living and having big visions. I am a high, I relate to being someone who is a high performer and all of the incredible people in my community in this, this.
world in this community of Elevate Daily, we are high performers. We're those who desire to show up fully to live out our life in our highest potential. And I'm committed to doing so from a place of honoring our pleasure, a place of honoring the truth of who we came here to be and honestly just simplifying all the shoulds and the BS of who we've been told we're conditioned to be. And so for myself, this tracker gives me permission to
Alexia (02:13.654)
ensure that week on week, I get to get honest about who I want to be. And it also feels like for one week, I can experiment. And for one week, I can honor what season of life I'm in. For one week, I can try new things, but also do it from a place that has direction and focus aligned with my highest vision of what I'm really trying to build momentum for. And what I love is I find that through doing this tracker, the same way we know the power of compound interest in the financial world,
This becomes your compound interest that builds, like if you do this week on week on week and you have this visibility to see how you're showing up in your life, what you're prioritizing, what you value. Before you know it, you get to witness the power of the momentum that builds behind you. And then before you know it, these big visions you've had become your reality. And I've seen it for myself over and over again and I've watched it walking alongside incredible visionary leaders over and over and over again.
So if you are a visual person like myself, I would definitely recommend you can find the link in the show notes to download the free downloadable guide that will let you print out this dashboard. You can put it on your iPad. You can do it however ensures that you will actually do it and that you will show up for it and that you can visibly check back in with your tracker on a daily basis. So my husband and I have done it in different ways. I am someone who
loves to be analog. I love printing it out. I love hanging up on my wall sometimes. I love taking it in my journal, folding it up and carrying it in my journal, especially when I'm traveling. He and I have actually had our trackers next to each other during certain seasons, like in COVID when we were inside the house all the time. He's done it on his iPad. You really get to do this your way.
So if you are visual, I would recommend definitely downloading it so you can see it visually as I go through this. And if you are walking or not able to that right now, I would definitely recommend listening and then downloading it when you can after. So, wow, I feel like there's still one piece I wanna name. Let's see. Yeah, before I get into the structure, one other piece I really wanna name is that I find if you're someone who has ever felt like you drown in your to-do list, this is so different.
Alexia (04:30.68)
than a to-do list. What I love is when I really shifted into this awareness of a get to-do list, it really opens my heart. It gives me so much more possibility and it gets me excited about life, which is what we're all here for, is the joy in the journey. And so what I wanna invite is if you've ever tried to do a to-do list, if you've ever tried to do a structure and you're thinking, Lex, I don't like structures, I don't like these things, ugh, this makes me feel...
like I'm ruining the fun of my week and my flow, I would love to give you the invitation to try this out for one month. Do it four times and notice that it's okay if resistance comes up for you. You're not alone. I've walked with a lot of others through that resistance. Yet what I find is freedom lives with boundaries. Freedom lives with commitment and I have watched over and over again that if you take this moment to really set yourself up with a structure, with some boundaries of focus for your week,
you will feel so much more free. You will feel like there's so much more room to flow. And frankly, if you ever relate like I do to feeling like your cognitive load feels heavy, you know, especially for my mothers, you feel like there's a lot in your head, all the different people you're having to take care of and think about, this really helps you ensure that you prioritize taking care of yourself and what matters most. So I really wanna name that, because I know that there can be this sticking point.
with that story and I'd love to give a moment to inhale and honor you in all that you've tried before that maybe hasn't worked or that's felt limiting and just exhale that out and just invite you to open your heart just to try this as a beautiful loving experiment. Okay, now that I've said that, I'm like, yeah, okay, now I feel ready. Now I feel ready to actually walk you through this process. So what you'll see is that there are five core sections of this
tracker of this dashboard. On the top, you'll see there's a section that says, want to be blank this week. This is where you really set yourself up with what is the energy you want to embody this week. If you have listened to episode 10, where you were supported and coming up with your energy words for this year, I would really recommend to keep this simple and just put one of your energy words in this section. for me, as an example, if I was doing that,
Alexia (06:53.676)
Devotion is one of my energy words for this year. So I may just put, I wanna be devoted this week. Or I may, for me, I may make it, because I like a little bit more specificity, I might put something along the lines of, I wanna be deeply devoted to my artistry this week. You feel me? Another example is if you listened to the intentional identity episode, episode 11, just before this episode, and let's say you crafted your elevated identity as,
to be a calm and present parent. You might say in this section, I want to be grounded and present with my family this week. Right, like really set yourself up with a word, a phrase, an embodiment you wanna show up for. This prompt helps you really choose your North Star, the North Star of energy you wanna embody for the next seven days. And the beautiful thing is, it's only for seven days. And so what do you wanna experiment with? What do you wanna show up for?
And what I love is you can either be changing it week on week, if that's the season of life you're in, or you might find that you have the same phrase week on week for a season because that's what you're really here to focus on. Okay, and then once you have that set up, then you choose your three soulful commitments. So I don't focus as much on goals. I think it's important to know what results we desire to create in our life. As an example, someone may say, I want to have
The goal could be rock hard abs, or I want to lose X amount of weight, or I want to have a certain number of clients, or I want to have a certain amount of money. Rather than week on week having that be the thing that you are constantly fixating on, I love to instead invite you to really focus on your commitments. Who and what are you committed to showing up for? Because I find that when I used to fixate so much all the time on the external results,
It would make it's there's so many factors I can't control sometimes and the results piece but the commitments part I can control. That's the part that I can be so devoted to showing up for and is the important piece because if I know that I show in highest service to my most important soulful commitments week on week whatever results come out of that are of highest service and this is what gives me a lot more trust in my own divine timing and trust that all is working out for me. So
Alexia (09:15.736)
Can you feel that shift? That alone can be a massive shift from this episode today. And so when you look at your dashboard, what you'll find is there are three boxes. And for each box, you're going to write a specific soulful commitment. And I like to structure the boxes as the first box is something related to health. The second box is something related to business. And the third box is related to personal growth or life. And so here's what I, as an example,
will put in my health commitment section. I am committed this week to caring for my body with deep intention and presence. Can you feel that? It opens me up and it really makes me feel deeply centered. For business as an example, my commitment could be to stand tall as a transformational speaker and create quality content.
for the personal growth and life section, could be to spend quality time with my husband and people I love, right? That might be a very relationship oriented week. And so that particular week, I really want to prioritize that focus. So honor that your commitments might look different, but the key is choosing areas of your life that matter deeply to you and support ultimately.
the truth of your intentional identity, who you are deeply committed to being, and really let that first step, the first prompt of I wanna be, whatever your word was, whatever your phrase was, be again the North Star and ensuring these commitments really align with what that energy is. And then once you have your three soulful commitments, that's when you get really honest about your aligned actions, your most important specific aligned actions for this particular week that serve your commitment.
So example, for my health section, right, an example of an aligned action that really supports what I wrote as my commitment of to care for my body with deep intention and care would be strength training three times a week. So notice I don't just say strength training. I specifically say strength training three times per week. I might underneath then say yoga two times per week. Get really specific about what are.
Alexia (11:24.172)
the essential aligned actions that really support that commitment statement you have above. As an example, in my business section, my aligned action could be plan and record two podcast episodes. So again, notice I really specify that this is what I want to commit to creating. This is where you get to honor what you're going to actually be doing. Personal growth, right? If my commitment was to spend quality time with my husband and people I love, an aligned action for that week could be to plan a Friday,
evening date night, right? Like write down what are the most important aligned actions. The key is specificity and prioritizing what out of everything truly matters. And notice that some commitments might have five aligned actions that are really important and some may have for that particular week, just two. Like you really want quality over quantity. And now that you've done these first three sections, you really get to already see what really matters for you this week, where you're going to be channeling your beautiful energy.
And I'd love to invite you, if you even look at those three sections now and see that you've made any section overcomplicated or anything is not super important, just cross it out, right? Like I am just always here for your simplicity and for you truly channeling what matters most in your life. Cause that's the quality of life that I'm here for you enjoying and enjoying throughout your journey. So now that you have that, now we get to go to one of my favorite sections, which is your daily rituals and reward section.
So one thing I wanna name is in this section, you're highlighting the most important rituals that you're gonna be doing on a daily basis. And then the reward section doesn't mean, this is a great question I've received many times before, the reward section doesn't mean like, if I do my meditation ritual, it means I'm going to have a chocolate bar as an example. I mean, you can do you and your way here. But what I really like to invite is what is the natural reward, the why behind you doing the ritual in the first place? I find that oftentimes,
And again, something I care about so much and why I'm so big on ritual instead of habits as an example is habits we do on default. Like the whole goal of a habit is to turn it into being a default behavior. Ritual is for your joy, for your presence. And I find that it's so essential that you have clarity on why you're doing the ritual so you actually enjoy it. So for example, I do my morning writing ritual every day. And what I love is the reward of that is clarity.
Alexia (13:50.058)
Every time I do that ritual, I get to feel like I start my day with a clear head, a clear heart, and a focus for that day. And that is the reward I naturally get. And so any day I find that I'm wobbly about doing the ritual, I can look back at my tracker and go, yes, this is the reward I receive every time I do it. And I find that by you actually writing down your reward, setting yourself up for the week, you're just so much more likely to show up to do the things that you know serve your highest self. So that's that.
When I go through my rituals for the week, like to think throughout the day. I like to start with, okay, what are my morning daily rituals, my midday rituals, and then my evening rituals. I just like to do it that way. That's what helps my brain think about what my rituals are. And you may have some weeks where you have just one or two daily rituals. You might have other weeks where you have all seven filled out. This really, again, gets to be your flow. So for example, some others for my morning.
If you're someone who's playing with the morning mirror ritual that I shared in the previous episode, you might put that one as your ritual for this coming week. And that gets to support you with, again, setting up your intentional identity for the week, getting yourself into that energy. And so maybe your reward for that would be showing up as my authentic self. And then as an example, this is a fun one I do with a lot of my clients who write content. You might have a writing ritual. You might have a content sharing ritual.
you might have like, love to ritualize even your work life, your business life. Is there something you do every single day in your business that you can turn into a ritual that brings you more joy in the process? And you can also honor the reward. And then lastly, connecting with your evening. Is there any ritual that would really support you with winding down your day? I know in today's world, so many people talk about mornings. I find for me and honestly something I'll definitely end up sharing some of my evening rituals.
because it's been such a journey for me to really honor the evening even more than the morning. I would definitely recommend, like as an example, a ritual my husband and I have done a lot is to do a gratitude practice together every evening where we just share one thing that we're super grateful for from that particular day with each other before we go to sleep for the night, know, something along those lines. But I really like to have you honor something that's a ritual that helps you wind down for your day and set yourself up for a relaxing dream state.
Alexia (16:15.042)
And again, consistently remind yourself, keep it simple. I really like to invite you that if you've never done anything like this or if this is your first time, start with one ritual on this section, two, and then build it up over time, because I want you ultimately to focus on building momentum. And then the last section you get to connect with at the bottom of the dashboard are two final questions, which are, what was my biggest learning from last week and what's my core focus for the week ahead? This just gets to really help you ground
and notice week on week, what have you grown through? I think the biggest learning piece will always humble me every week because every week I'll realize, oh wow, there really was something really clear from last week that I'm grounding as a learning that I really want to take a moment to honor and celebrate and embody within myself. And then what's my core focus? So after you've done the whole dashboard and this whole weekly tracker, you'll often notice there's a theme or a core area of focus.
that you're gonna have for the week ahead. You might even just put again what your phrase was at the top of the page. For me, if that was me, right, mine would be I want to be deeply devoted to my artistry this week. But you might find that you have a very specific project you're working on, something very specific in your life that you're doing, and this is your space to really honor what is your core focus for the week ahead. And like I've shared, I really wanna invite you to imperfectly perfectly experiment with this.
Try it out, play around with it, notice how to make it your own, but ultimately know that this gets to be a structure that really gets to give you so much more freedom and flow. And what I find is oftentimes we don't see what's not working in our lives because we don't have visibility into what we're doing, how we're doing it, and where our energy is being channeled to. And this particular tracker gives you visibility. And so I found this thing has helped me get so clear.
on things in my health that aren't working, things in my business that aren't working, things in my relationships that need to have some extra care. Like this will really give you the opportunity to ensure that you see what is working, what's not working, what needs more love, what needs more presence, what needs to be let go of, and you name it. And one other key tactical piece I'll name that I just love to give as an invitation is I recommend setting yourself up with a specific time.
Alexia (18:33.344)
every week that you commit to doing this. So my husband and I, as an example, we have our Sundays, we have our sacred Sundays. So our evenings on Sundays are sacred to us. We are committed to not having outside engagements, you know? And so of course there's some weekends, right? And there's some times in your life where you're maybe traveling or things ask for a little bit of flexibility, but in general in our day-to-day life, we honor that the evenings of our Sundays are sacred time where we go through doing this tracker together.
And so have some time. might do it Sunday evenings. You might do it first thing Monday morning. Schedule it. Put it in your calendar. I'm always someone who recommends if you want something to be prioritized, put it in your calendar and watch how again, you do this. I love to give the invitation. Like I said, do this four times, do it for one month and notice what can shift in your life. And I would just love to give an invitation to do this with someone in your life. There's such a
gift and accountability, whether it's your partner, a family member, someone in your life who you desire to elevate with, to really send them this episode, to send them the invitation to do this tracker, and to do this together. And as always, I would love nothing more than if you would send me a DM on Instagram telling me how it's going, what's standing out for you, what you're committed to, as we are truly on this journey of elevation together. And yeah, just thank you more than anything for showing up in this world for...
being committed to embodying your highest self, knowing what a ripple effect it has on the lives of so many that you know and don't know, you're impacting through you being you. And until next time, I hope you elevate your life one intentional day at a time. Big heart hugs your way always.
