Now I sold $60,000 coaching packages in every realm.
Speaker AThe whole healing is the same.
Speaker ASo sales is actually like they say, sales is the first coaching conversation you ever have with the client.
Speaker AIt's also healing.
Speaker AI consistently made half a million to three quarters of a million a year working with about 20.
Speaker ASo I had multiple gym owners from across the nation reach out to me basically by systems.
Speaker ASo not only was I building my own systems at LA Fitness, I was consulting for other gyms building their system.
Speaker BHello and welcome to the Evolving Potential podcast.
Speaker BThis is episode number 31.
Speaker BToday I have on the show Isaac Ho.
Speaker BIsaac is a health expert, gym owner and sales and mindset coach specializing in high ticket sales.
Speaker BIsaac became a personal trainer at the age of 17, got certified in boxing and kickboxing and got some mentors and became the head trainer of LA Fitness where we met.
Speaker BBy the age of 22, he took a leap and started his own gym for which he was able to make six figures in his first year.
Speaker BHe hired business coaches, mindset coaches, sales coaches and more.
Speaker BEnded up moving into high ticket sales and mindset coaching to start selling nearly $20,000 packages.
Speaker BAs he became the expert, others sought his help and he began consulting and business coaching.
Speaker BAnd outside of his desire to grow his business, he's accumulated enough certifications to fill his gym wall.
Speaker BFrom functional diagnostic nutrition to enneagram to neural link to counter strain.
Speaker BI could go on and on.
Speaker BHe's now the owner still of a business called biometry and regularly coaches people as well as lets his business run through successful systems.
Speaker BSo thank you for being here, Isaac.
Speaker AHey, thanks for having me, Todd.
Speaker ASo good to be here with you.
Speaker BAbsolutely, man.
Speaker BSo let's go straight into how do you start a business after being the head trainer?
Speaker BHow do you go from trainer mindset to becoming a business owner and then six figures?
Speaker BLike what?
Speaker BWhat the heck?
Speaker AFunny, man.
Speaker AIt's like I never wanted to be a business owner.
Speaker ASo like when I started personal training at 17, I just wanted people to personal train with me, right?
Speaker AAnd so I was at, you remember Bally Total Fitness?
Speaker AThis is way back.
Speaker AThis is like in the data.
Speaker ASo yeah, so like Valley Total Fitness, that's where I started.
Speaker AAnd it was like there was something called PT Fundamentals and they're like, okay, who can sell, who can sell their first training package?
Speaker AAnd I got an award from PT Fundamentals for being the best in sales.
Speaker ANow all I did was manage to sell the first out of all the 50 people that came in on the new hires.
Speaker ABut I was the first one to sell.
Speaker AAnd that was like the last sale I actually ever made.
Speaker ALike at Valley.
Speaker AIt was so bad, dude.
Speaker ALike I made like two sales total.
Speaker AAnd so I was like, I really want people to train with me, but there's something about just giving people information, it doesn't work.
Speaker AAnd so people would do these consults.
Speaker AIt was, I was the cold caller.
Speaker ALike you signed up at the gym, I would take the call up and I'd say, hey, you have a free personal training package.
Speaker ASo I did that at 17 and 18, so like you can imagine, great for my self esteem.
Speaker AAnd so I was bringing all these people in on this super skinny kid because my background's in kickboxing.
Speaker AIt's a weight class thing.
Speaker AThey don't look like I belong in the gym.
Speaker AI look like this really skinny kid that's given out fitness oriented.
Speaker ALike why is this kid?
Speaker AIt was not like a fun time for me.
Speaker AI just really wanted to serve people.
Speaker AI wanted to help them have the kind of transformation I had.
Speaker ABecause I was overweight when I was eight years old, I was 155 pounds.
Speaker ASo you know, you know what that's like because you have an amazing transformation story.
Speaker BBeen there.
Speaker AI wanted people to have the same kind of experience I did in my body where I started feeling good enough to either wear certain clothes, take off layers, just have this experience.
Speaker ABut I couldn't get anyone to sign up with me.
Speaker AAnd so I went to LA Fitness.
Speaker AAnd you and I talked about this before.
Speaker AIt's like this huge miracle where like I actually quit personal training was at tcc.
Speaker AA community college guy comes up to me from B and is like, I'm not there anymore.
Speaker AHe's like, come to LA Fitness, I'll get you a job here.
Speaker AYou don't have to sell.
Speaker ASo I went to LA Fitness because I didn't have to sell.
Speaker AThen what happened is the longer I was there, the more I realized that there was a ceiling to how much I'd be able to help people.
Speaker ASo you remember I had the kettlebells, I had the sleds, I had the sandbag safety, squat bar, trap bar.
Speaker AI had a, like a whole gym inside of LA Fitness because I was really focused on delivering the top best experience.
Speaker AI was going to seminars I couldn't afford to go to, living at home, doing all sorts of crazy stuff.
Speaker AAnd so when they said, hey, you have to go back to one on one personal training, that is when I drew the line.
Speaker AI was like, no, I can't do that.
Speaker AAnymore because I've been training four people on custom programs for years at that point.
Speaker AAnd I flew to California and I studied with the gym.
Speaker AIt was like rated the number one gym in the United States.
Speaker AIt was called Results Fitness.
Speaker AI studied with them on their program design course and that's how I would have four people on separate programs, all doing their own plyo work, all doing their own, they called it elasticity work, all doing their own strength work.
Speaker AAnd I was used to that output and I was studying with Olympic strength coaches.
Speaker AI had a great mentor called Tim Vagin, who introduced me to Luca Holtzovar.
Speaker ASo my level of training, my level of desire was so peaked that when they were like, like, I was just at that job because I'd been there.
Speaker AAnd I took a huge leap of faith when they said, hey, like basically closing the door and you being able to practice the way that you practice fitness with people, I was like, well, I don't want to do that.
Speaker AI didn't know what I was going to do.
Speaker ABut I just told people in my life, like, that door is closing.
Speaker AYou know, you know what?
Speaker AThat's like, hey, that door is closing for me.
Speaker AI'm going into a new door.
Speaker AAnd so then what happened was there's this trainer and he said, hey, why don't you just bring any clients that want to work with you to my gym and you just run some classes for me and we'll just call that a trade.
Speaker AYou can use my space and you can have rent free access.
Speaker AYou just have to come in and run some classes for me.
Speaker ABecause he wanted to have a business, not a job.
Speaker AAnd at that point, how many trainers?
Speaker AAnd so he was like, here's an opportunity.
Speaker AI'll help this guy get a business and then I'll also have more of a business.
Speaker ASo then that relationship turned into something and I ran into a same kind of peak thing there where he was like, oh, I had to redo all his programming because people were getting hurt.
Speaker AAnd then people started coming to my classes and it got to a point where I had like 50 something people in my boot camp, man.
Speaker AAnd he had like 10.
Speaker AAnd he goes, where's my gym?
Speaker AI know how many members I have.
Speaker AWhere are they?
Speaker AHe realized really fast that if I left it was gonna be bad for him.
Speaker AAnd so he texted me overnight one night and he was just like, hey, you don't have to come in and run any classes anymore.
Speaker AYou can still work with your clients.
Speaker AYou just have to do it after like 8:30pm when I'm done with all my classes, right?
Speaker AAnd I was like, well, that's not gonna work for me, because I was putting my clients inside of the training program.
Speaker AThat's what I was rewriting the training program.
Speaker AI was customizing things for them.
Speaker AAnd so how I really became a business owner, man, was that it kind of was left no choice.
Speaker AI was left no choice where I wanted to go in my life.
Speaker AAnd a lot of times, I'll meet people at seminars, and they'll be like, wow, how did you know?
Speaker ALike, you had to go on your own path when you were young?
Speaker AAnd I was like, well, I didn't know.
Speaker AYou know, I started as a personal trainer at 17.
Speaker AI studied network administration.
Speaker AWhen I was 15.
Speaker APeople were like, wow, how did you know that computers wasn't for you?
Speaker AAnd I was like, well, I just hated it every day.
Speaker AAnd I didn't go, I'm so cool.
Speaker AI'm an entrepreneur.
Speaker AI'm a rogue.
Speaker AI'm like a.
Speaker AYou know, I'm an outlier.
Speaker ALike, there is none of that in my life.
Speaker AIt was simply going, what's around me right now, that makes sense for me.
Speaker AWe talk about flow.
Speaker AThat's something you talk a lot about.
Speaker AAnd I just went like, which of these things can I get myself to flow towards?
Speaker AThat feels like it lights me up.
Speaker AWe'll talk about dopamine later.
Speaker AWe have to, because if we talk about plant medicine, we got to talk about dopamine.
Speaker ABut, yeah, it's the same ideas.
Speaker ALike, you can get high on your own supply of dopamine.
Speaker AThat's actually what you do.
Speaker AWhen you follow flow state, you can get so high that you can become manic, which is something that's actually happened to me before.
Speaker AOkay, then if you look at what an antipsychosis medication is, it actually is just a dopamine reducer.
Speaker ASo, like, that's all inside of metabolism.
Speaker ASo, anyway, we'll probably get into that.
Speaker AThe long story short, man, is that I had a lot of mentors.
Speaker ALike, every time I wanted to go somewhere, I found someone who already did it.
Speaker AI sold seven $60,000 coaching packages in every realm.
Speaker AHealth and fitness, business consulting, emotional wellness.
Speaker AA lot of people go, you can sell $60,000 emotional wellness programs.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AYou can.
Speaker AThat's just like processing emotions.
Speaker AYou can sell $60,000 GI programs.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AYou can sell 60,000.
Speaker AIt's like, sales is sales, and then showing up is showing up.
Speaker ABut you have to understand is the fundamentals that makes that available.
Speaker AAnd we talked about beyond effort Right.
Speaker AThat was something in your email.
Speaker AYou're like, I want to talk about beyond effort.
Speaker ABecause effort is just table stakes.
Speaker ALike, I was sleeping in my car.
Speaker AI was not able to make it home.
Speaker AI was so tired.
Speaker AYou've been there, you know that.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYou fall asleep at your table.
Speaker AThat's just old table stakes.
Speaker ASo, like, when people are like, oh, I'm a hard worker, it's like, that's awesome.
Speaker AThat gets you at the table to play.
Speaker ANow you want to understand what else you need?
Speaker AWell, you need identity, you need mentorship, you need to understand the laws of the universe, you need to understand dimensions, you need to understand.
Speaker AThere's something inside of trimetrics that I talk about.
Speaker AYou need to understand soft skills, hard skills.
Speaker ASo I put some of these things down in front of me because those are things that maybe you'd want to talk about.
Speaker ABut yeah, answer to your question, yeah.
Speaker BAnd so was that something really challenging for you to get into the mindset of, I'm going to build now a system instead of just working harder?
Speaker BBecause you've probably been working very hard, working multiple clients back to back to back.
Speaker BNow all of a sudden you're a gym owner and working hard is an endless pursuit that can burn you right straight into the ground.
Speaker AI was super fortunate, man, that my mentors, they started me off on a model that was very low.
Speaker AIt was like we were making, we were making pizzas, dude.
Speaker AWe weren't making five star meals, you know?
Speaker ASo like my clients who that I have the blessing of working with, like, I got one client's got over 200 employees, 16 Domino's stores.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo, you know, multiple seven figures a month.
Speaker AThey don't make a complex product.
Speaker AThey make pizzas even.
Speaker AThat's hard for 200 people to run a month, right?
Speaker ALike 200 people, like, he doesn't even know the first name of a lot of people that work for him, unfortunately.
Speaker ASo, like I was making pizza.
Speaker ASo, like behind me, I got my first training team.
Speaker AMan, I was so blessed.
Speaker AAt like 23, I got like five people working for me.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAt 23, got a great picture.
Speaker AI just love it.
Speaker AIt was gift, it was framed.
Speaker AIt was given to me by one of my great friends and a trainer of mine.
Speaker AI built a boot camp system.
Speaker ABecause the first thing I did when I was working to be able to train four people at one time, I built drop down menus in Google sheets, like custom.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd then gym owners started coming to me, consulting with me, going like, I want to be able to do that?
Speaker AHow are you able to show up and then just pick an exercise based off of that category?
Speaker AAnd I was like, why built a system?
Speaker AAnd so I had multiple gym owners from across the nation reach out to me and basically buy systems from me.
Speaker ASo not only was I building my own systems at LA Fitness, I was consulting for other gyms, building their systems.
Speaker AWhen I went to Results Fitness program design seminar, I met a guy and he was just like, dude, I don't know how your brain works like this.
Speaker AI don't know how you do this.
Speaker AAnd I helped him do his homework for the class.
Speaker AAnd later on, he hired me to consult and build his systems out multiple times through the.
Speaker AThrough the years.
Speaker AAnd so I've just been consulting for people for so long, man.
Speaker ASince I was like 22 or 20, 21 when I was at LA Fitness.
Speaker A20 and 21, I was consulting four systems.
Speaker AAnd so when I made the boot camp system, I built a really complex boot camp.
Speaker ALike, even by today's standards, it would be way complex.
Speaker AWe got density training, we got lactic acid training.
Speaker AWe got metabolic disruption between lactic acid.
Speaker AMy boot camps ripped.
Speaker AAnd so if you go to my website and you look at my before and afters and you see people, it's like, that's great.
Speaker AAnd then I eventually outgrew that because I'm.
Speaker AI kept learning, I didn't stop learning.
Speaker AAnd I'm a Titleist performance coach.
Speaker AI've got so many different certs.
Speaker ALike, the problem becomes.
Speaker AIt's like you get into steel mace, you become in the steel club.
Speaker ALike, when.
Speaker AI don't know if you know.
Speaker AOn it by Aubrey Marcus.
Speaker AA lot of people know Joe Rogan's podcast and things like that.
Speaker ALike, I'm certified in their training systems, their steel Mace, their steel club to durability.
Speaker AWhen I went there and I took their course, I rewrote their steel Mace program for them that weekend because it was just not well organized and it wasn't as teachable as, like, they just hadn't been teaching as many people.
Speaker AAnd I had a good grasp on those kind of things.
Speaker ASo I love systems.
Speaker ALike, systems have always been my thing.
Speaker AAnd fortunately for me, like, we talked a little bit about this, it's like every system, if you're making a pizza, it's different than being an artist.
Speaker ASo when we talk about business, it's like people think business is scale and systems.
Speaker AWhen people say they want a business, a lot of times what they really say is, is I want to be my own Boss.
Speaker AAnd I'm willing to have a job that's different.
Speaker ASo, like, my business that I own is my gym.
Speaker AI don't go there and I don't fulfill, okay, my art.
Speaker AMy values are around healing and performance.
Speaker AI don't scale those.
Speaker AThe reason I don't scale those is because the best things can't be scaled.
Speaker ABest things can't be scaled.
Speaker ASo the best Michelin star restaurant dinners is like, you go there because you want that specific chef to cook it in that specific way.
Speaker ANow, they can get very close.
Speaker AYou can have someone else make it, but like, hugs from your kids.
Speaker ADon't scale.
Speaker AWe all know that they say the best things from God don't scale.
Speaker AThat's something that I've heard multi people that are almost billionaires tell me.
Speaker AAnd they're like, a lot of men and a lot of dads and a lot of business owners are trying to get everything to scale.
Speaker AUnderstand that, like, if you want to build something for scale that's systemized like a domino's pizza, that's different.
Speaker AAnd that means, like, I'll tell you, a lot of these guys that are really wealthy, they're fantastic people, they walk around really dead inside.
Speaker ABecause the domino pizza does not feed the values.
Speaker ADoesn't feed their values.
Speaker AThey have to go get those values met somewhere else.
Speaker ABut having 200 employees and having just that kind of business structure, it takes a lot of focus, it takes a lot of energy.
Speaker AAnd if you're down even just a little bit as the owner, like, people start to sense that.
Speaker AAnd so they can't be down, but they have to find a way to lift themselves up.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker ABecause they can't get their values met in their business.
Speaker AThe business is set by corporate standards.
Speaker AEverything's set.
Speaker ATheir pricing set, their cost is set, their promotions are set.
Speaker APricing, everything, okay?
Speaker AAnd so a lot of people don't understand.
Speaker AIt's like, if you want a business, go create a burger shop, Create a decent burger, not the best burger, and then scale that burger shop and hire teenagers to do it.
Speaker AThat's a great business.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AIf you want to be an artist and you want to live your values in your business, then you need to become a completely different animal.
Speaker ASo, like, I'm the kind of animal where it's like, I consistently made half a million to three quarters of a million a year working with about 20 clients.
Speaker AThat's the kind of animal that I am.
Speaker AAnd that's because I'm like, an artist, okay?
Speaker ANow people are like, you want to scale that.
Speaker AI want to scale that.
Speaker AI'll tell you what I would scale.
Speaker AI would scale some of my simple products or my simple businesses.
Speaker APeople come to me for GI stuff.
Speaker AI'm like, cool, I got some scalable stuff you can do.
Speaker ABut if we're going to look at blood work and we're going to look at stool and we're going to look at urine and we're going to look at all these other things inside of human performance, now we're looking at it at a doctor's level and eventually AI is going to be able to help us scale that.
Speaker AAI is great for that.
Speaker ABut until we get to that point where we're so confident in a brain being that smart that you can see scale that to make it a good burger.
Speaker AIt's not the business that has the skills.
Speaker AAnd I know that there are people that do it, but I've seen people that are top Instagram people.
Speaker AAnd I've had clients go to them and get health and fitness protocols for their medical, for their children.
Speaker AAnd they have gotten zero results on that.
Speaker AIn fact, they got worse.
Speaker AAnd I've looked at those programs with my consultants.
Speaker AIt's the same exact copy paste program given to that person for over a year.
Speaker AYou hear this all the time about fitness.
Speaker APeople just copy paste, copy paste, the same thing.
Speaker AThey say it's custom.
Speaker ANothing's custom.
Speaker ADo doctors do that too?
Speaker AAll the time.
Speaker AI'm talking about medical doctors.
Speaker AI'm talking about functional medicine.
Speaker AI'm talking about naturopath.
Speaker ADoctors do this.
Speaker AAnd so there's a difference between you and.
Speaker AI talk a lot about integrity.
Speaker ALike it doesn't align with my values to do it that way.
Speaker ANow some people, it's totally fine and like they go to bed and they rest their head and they're like, I got a business and you know, I sleep on my bank account and all those things.
Speaker ABut for me, for my soul.
Speaker AWe're going to talk about spirit later.
Speaker AEarth.
Speaker ASo ancestral soul, eternal soul, doesn't work for me.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AWe can talk about those three souls, you know, if that's something.
Speaker BSo I want to go back to it sounds like what you were describing was something like a minimum viable product.
Speaker BSo like creating something, it's just, it's just easy, it's simple.
Speaker BIt's not all crazy, it's not all super hard to fulfill.
Speaker BNice and simple.
Speaker BCreate a business system.
Speaker BSo I think a lot of people are convinced that, as you said, they are business owners.
Speaker BAnd so now they have some sort of sense of freedom.
Speaker BBut most likely they're self employed, which means they're, they're their own boss, which means they actually don't have any time off, which means they're actually working their asses off, which is not any better.
Speaker BIt's actually sometimes worse for people.
Speaker BOften worse for people.
Speaker BSo how does someone go from self employed to business owner with business systems?
Speaker BHow do they start learning this stuff as you have?
Speaker AWell, the minimum viable product is something you have to accept, right?
Speaker AIt's like no one goes to Orange Theory Fitness because it has the best workouts on the planet, right?
Speaker ABut you go and you get something.
Speaker AThey got a minimum product.
Speaker AIt's like, you know, your wife was part of a kickboxing franchise.
Speaker AIt's like I trained with a kickboxer who owned the world champion title before N Fairtex.
Speaker ASo literally he lost his title to Fairtex and then no one could be fair text now everyone else.
Speaker AIt's like he can't.
Speaker AHe doesn't go in and create a product that is like a franchise product.
Speaker AEverything he does is at such a high level.
Speaker AAnd if he wanted to scale, then he has to be like, ah, I've got a white belt and I've got a yellow belt.
Speaker AAnd here's the testing.
Speaker AAnd if these kids can pass the testing, like the only way you could move up past the rank I was at in Muay Thai kickboxing was you had to go fight someone.
Speaker AAnd if you fought enough times, then he would let you advance.
Speaker AThere's no other way.
Speaker AHe's like, you want a red sash, you go fight someone.
Speaker AHe's like, because how are you going to say you can demonstrate it unless I see you beat someone in the ring?
Speaker AYou see what I'm saying?
Speaker AAnd so like, how scalable is that to have your clients coming on the street?
Speaker AI'm trying to lose 20 pounds, okay?
Speaker AI want to feel good about my progression.
Speaker AAwesome.
Speaker ALet's put you in the ring and see how hard you can get hit in the face, right?
Speaker AAnd so it doesn't scale like that way.
Speaker AAnd so you just have to be able to.
Speaker AWilling to say, like, this is what the product is for.
Speaker AFor this is the minimum viable product.
Speaker AThis is the expectation I have, this is the outcome for this specific kind of person.
Speaker AAnd then can I make it repeatable?
Speaker AYou know, I've tried both.
Speaker ALike, I took my son to a kickboxing class.
Speaker AIt was Bass Rudin.
Speaker AYou know Bass Rudin, Okay.
Speaker AI took him to Boss Rudin's franchise program.
Speaker AI Don't any of those.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AIt was horrible.
Speaker AIt was horrible.
Speaker ANot because boss made something terrible.
Speaker AIt was like.
Speaker AIt was.
Speaker AIt was just simply that the instructor was there wearing his white T shirt.
Speaker AJust like not gonna.
Speaker ANot gonna demo anything and just have the kids start running around and doing old stuff.
Speaker ANo instruction at all.
Speaker AKids were hitting the bag with no gloves on as part of circus.
Speaker AJust cutting their hands up, you know.
Speaker AAnd I was like, okay, I understand that there are 20 kids here and this place is making money.
Speaker ANot my value.
Speaker ALike, I didn't get into martial arts or sign my child up for martial arts because I wanted an exercise program.
Speaker AA lot of people do that.
Speaker ALike, the art of the martial art is that you instill still values and principles inside you.
Speaker AYeah, this.
Speaker AI learned this from Martin Rooney.
Speaker AI'm at level two training for Warrior coach under Martin Rooney.
Speaker AWe ran the training for Warrior franchise out of our gym.
Speaker BJust amazing, amazing program.
Speaker ACoach.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AYou know, I did that.
Speaker BI did the level one.
Speaker BI did the level one.
Speaker AI did level two at Parisi speed school with Martin when he was still there.
Speaker AThat was an amazing experience in New Jersey, Newark.
Speaker AAnd then I got to go to his house and see the letters from Hasbro.
Speaker AHe inspired them to make the Transformer movies because they weren't making enough money on toys.
Speaker AAnd so he actually came in and did a speech to the organization and said, you're bigger than a toy.
Speaker AYou stand for this vision.
Speaker AAnd he wrote that speech and inspired them to make the movies that saved them.
Speaker AAnd he had the letter from the president thanking him for that.
Speaker AI saw it in his house.
Speaker AIt's super cool.
Speaker AHad these amazing, beautiful experiences that I appreciate.
Speaker ABut that's something that.
Speaker AThat Martin taught me.
Speaker AHe was like, you have to teach people the art inside of the Marshall.
Speaker APeople are coming to lift weights and they don't have the art inside them.
Speaker AThey don't understand that this is about the other 248 hours a day that they're not in the gym.
Speaker AThey think that they're going to here for two to four hours and that's going to change.
Speaker AAnd if they do that, it's okay.
Speaker ABut he's like, if you change what's going on, which is what you and I both love to do in coaching, change what's going on inside here.
Speaker ASo every decision is different, every value is aligned.
Speaker ANow you're teaching something that's high ticket.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo that leads me right to the thing of then what.
Speaker BWhat have you seen in all of your years?
Speaker BFrom through business coaching as well as personal training.
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker BPeople are constantly sabotaging themselves.
Speaker BThey.
Speaker BThey say that they want the strategy, they say they want the plan, and then you give it to them, and then they don't do it.
Speaker BLike, what's up with that?
Speaker ALet's break this down into three areas because it's really interesting.
Speaker ASo I'm a therapist too, right?
Speaker ASo, like healing people that want to heal.
Speaker AAnd I'm talking about from emotional abuse, physical abuse.
Speaker ASo number one, if you've got any kind of pain in your body, okay.
Speaker AAnd I'm also talking about, I help women that can't conceive, that have miscarriages.
Speaker AI've helped multiple women actually be able to hold their term and have children.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd I do that through neuroimmune, and I do that through coaching.
Speaker ASo there's, there's multiple aspects that are required.
Speaker AYou have to understand the immune system.
Speaker ABasically, if you have an allergy, you can't have a baby.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AThat.
Speaker AThat's how it works.
Speaker ABecause your immune system starts to attack the fetus.
Speaker AThink about that.
Speaker BOh, gosh.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ASo you have to understand neuroimmune to really help people with that.
Speaker ABut when it comes to that kind of healing, that person has to take full responsibility, full ownership if they have any blame.
Speaker ALike, I'm this way, or society has made me this way, or society is holding me back, or we're just.
Speaker ASo how many healers you talk to that blame the way the world is.
Speaker AAh, the world's too fast paced.
Speaker AOh, everyone's so disconnected.
Speaker AOh, everyone's so out of sync.
Speaker AThat's a person who can't heal.
Speaker ABecause what they're actually saying is, I haven't forgiven the experience that I witness in other people.
Speaker AAnd so I hold that lack of forgiveness, that sin in my own heart.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd if you know anything about forgiveness prayers, that's super toxic because not only do you carry the sin inside you, but you cast the sin onto them.
Speaker AI can share some, some interesting things about forgiveness experiences, but I've seen literally clients lose three pant sizes by having someone pray forgiveness prayers for them.
Speaker AIt's crazy.
Speaker AOvernight, their clothes don't fit.
Speaker AYou know, there's so much inside of inflammation.
Speaker AI mean, that was one of the first coaching programs I did was I taught people how to get out of pain by managing their mindset.
Speaker AAnd instead of having knee pain because they overused their knee, they had knee pain because they had a right knee, which is male.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AMale is right female Is left side.
Speaker AYour wife probably knows this from ayurvedic herbalism, right?
Speaker ASo they have a right side issue around pain, and it's around their son.
Speaker AAnd what is it around when my son doesn't call me on Christmas?
Speaker ASo what are they really saying is the way that I try to get through life by relying on my son isn't working, and so it causes me pain.
Speaker ASo that's really what they're trying to heal.
Speaker AAnd just by healing that her pain went away in her knee.
Speaker AI had done so much manual, so much counter strain, so much advanced physical therapy.
Speaker AHer therapist had done so much work with her, still couldn't get her out of pain.
Speaker AWe start talking about her son, we start isolating the problem.
Speaker AI started doing testing around her bioenergy field.
Speaker ABoom, gone.
Speaker ASo sabotage is blameless.
Speaker ALike, so in that specific instance, that lady was blaming her son for why she was unhappy.
Speaker AShe was just like, he doesn't call me.
Speaker AI'm angry at him.
Speaker AHe doesn't love me.
Speaker AI'm angry at him.
Speaker AOh, what am I really mad at?
Speaker AI'm mad at myself because somehow I lost the communication and the connection.
Speaker AThink about what that does as a human being, A spirit inside a body that says, I've messed up.
Speaker AThis relationship creates all this pain, all this dysregulation.
Speaker AYour wife talks a lot about nervous system.
Speaker AYeah, nervous system is really important.
Speaker AThe energy that precedes the nervous system is actually the spirit.
Speaker ASpirit's the electric, conductive life force.
Speaker ASo before it becomes cellular and becomes acetylcholine, it starts off as what?
Speaker ASpiritual energy.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ASo if you just track it, then you understand, like, how do I fix any problem with someone?
Speaker AWell, it's going to start off spiritually.
Speaker AAnd if that electrical chain is dysregulated, it's like one light.
Speaker ALike, we'll just talk about it now.
Speaker ALike, what's sabotaging people.
Speaker AIt's one light.
Speaker ASo when you shine a light, the light source is the strongest of the light source.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ANow, if I'm standing back here, like, I have a light on me right now, it's like if I'm closer to the light, you can see me better.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AWe're all the way back here away from the light.
Speaker AAnd that is.
Speaker AThat is our earth soul.
Speaker AThat's this soul that when you came into this planet, you took a breath.
Speaker AThat's your earth soul.
Speaker ANow, if I get closer to the light, that's my ancestral soul.
Speaker AThat's everything I inherited from my parents.
Speaker AThat's every decision I've made in this lifetime.
Speaker AIt's all the genes that I have.
Speaker AIt's all the energy of the ancestral, okay?
Speaker AAnd if I get right onto the light, I'm at the light source now.
Speaker AI'm in touch with my eternal soul.
Speaker AAnd so they call these three different souls, but they're all one soul.
Speaker AHey, Leo.
Speaker ANo, Leo.
Speaker AThank you.
Speaker AI told him earlier.
Speaker ASorry about that.
Speaker AAre you good?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo it's all one soul, and it's three wavelengths as they travel.
Speaker AAnd so if you're like, what is my problem?
Speaker AWhy am I blocked?
Speaker AWell, real simple.
Speaker AIt's like, do you have blame around your family line and your ancestral soul?
Speaker AOkay, do you have blame around you as a human being and what you're experiencing in this day and age, with your ethnicity and your race and the decisions you've made in your life to this point, with the people in your life?
Speaker ADo you have blame around your relationship with your creator, your eternal soul?
Speaker AAnd if you have any of those, you believe something about yourself and you'll never out create what you believe to be true about yourself.
Speaker AAnd you know that from psychology.
Speaker ASo if we come down into the bottom of the field and we play in the.
Speaker AIn the grass with people, it's like, oh, I'm playing this psychology game.
Speaker AAnd it's like, well, what am I trying to do here?
Speaker AI'm trying to get them to believe something that's beneficial for them.
Speaker AIf I go up from above the grass and I'm looking down at them, then it's like, oh, how do these people really feel about themselves in the world?
Speaker AAnd how does their Earth soul accept that?
Speaker AAnd if I get into the stratosphere of the ozone, I'm even higher up now.
Speaker AI'm like, if I consider everything this person's been through in their genes and their genetics, just say they've got any Native American blood in them, and people took something from them that was theirs and they never felt like they reclaimed that, and they're bitter.
Speaker AWell, now that ancestral soul is not doing so good.
Speaker ANow we got sabotage inside an ancestral level.
Speaker AGot feelings around loss and grief and mourning that are locked into the genetics that never got processed.
Speaker AIf we go even higher into the eternal soul and we look at what do they believe about the entire world, the entire universe?
Speaker AWhat do they believe about God, their creator?
Speaker AWhat do they live about?
Speaker AAll higher energies that are gods, if any of that is impure and manifests inside them, what makes really hard to play in the grass?
Speaker BThat's crazy.
Speaker BSo how, how do you feel like you really get people to come to terms with some of this stuff?
Speaker BBecause that's, I mean, to get.
Speaker BThey think they know the answer perhaps.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BAnd you can't just ask them, are you blaming this?
Speaker BAre you blaming that?
Speaker BCan't ask them.
Speaker BAnd so.
Speaker BYeah, so yeah, you can't ask them.
Speaker AYeah, so you ask them.
Speaker ASo this is an example.
Speaker ALet's say we'll just create a scenario.
Speaker AYou want to do a little role play?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo just come up with like a common scenario where a client's coming to you because you work with a lot of different people and they're stagnated in their business.
Speaker AJust bring me a problem and we'll just.
Speaker BYeah, so I'm just really, really struggling.
Speaker BI don't know, you know, who to, who to trust right now.
Speaker BAnd I'm, I'm trying to get help, but I, I kind of want to do everything myself, you know, because I feel like that's just works best for me and I, I just know that I can't.
Speaker BSo I don't know what to do anymore.
Speaker AYeah, that sounds really difficult.
Speaker AHow's it feel to do everything yourself?
Speaker AIs that working?
Speaker BUh, not.
Speaker BNot really.
Speaker BIt's just very overwhelming.
Speaker AThat's cool.
Speaker ASo it's overwhelming.
Speaker ASo do you want a life of overwhelm?
Speaker BI can't say I do.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker ANo, I don't.
Speaker AI don't think you do because you're here right now.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo let me ask you this.
Speaker AWe just learn things and so like what you're learned right now, what you're doing and overwhelmed, that's not you.
Speaker ASo tell me.
Speaker AIt's like you grew up, who in your life, mom, dad, parent, guardian, did everything themselves because they couldn't let go and they were afraid.
Speaker AWho was it?
Speaker BDad?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo your dad's running your life right now from your ancestral line.
Speaker ASo do you want your dad to determine your life outcomes?
Speaker BNo, definitely not.
Speaker BDefinitely not.
Speaker ASo that's how fast we do it.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo that's, that's, that's how I do it anyway.
Speaker AAnd it's like they bring me something and I acknowledge, like if we systemize it.
Speaker ABecause you're, we're talking about systems, okay.
Speaker AThe system that I have, okay, now you got to dance in the system because human beings are not fixed.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo if I build a specific system for an outcome, I have an expectation.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo like if I say we're going to make a bunch of pizzas, you better have a Bunch of ingredients and a bunch of specific ovens to follow the system.
Speaker AHuman beings are not fixed like that.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker ASo you got to build the world's most complex systems that are invisible because you don't know the expectation of what's going to show up in front of you.
Speaker ABut psychiatrists know this all the time because you got someone who was raped is very different than someone who's drug abused, someone who was left, someone who was cheated on.
Speaker AYou see, the expectation is completely different.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABut if we follow it the same way, it's like this one.
Speaker AThey have to acknowledge that they have a problem.
Speaker AThey want to change.
Speaker AYou know this.
Speaker ASo it was like you told me the problem.
Speaker AI try to do everything myself.
Speaker ACool.
Speaker AWell, is that serving me?
Speaker ANow if I say, is that serving you?
Speaker ATo most people, they'll be like, I have no idea what that means or why'd you say that?
Speaker ASo I don't say that.
Speaker AInstead, I would just said like, oh, it's like, do you want to do that?
Speaker AIs that how you want it to play out?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo I don't want to use a word that distracts their mind from the simplicity of the NLP that I'm using.
Speaker AIf you want to talk about nlp, okay, that's really important because a lot of coaches take coaching courses.
Speaker AThey go, we're just here to see what's serving you.
Speaker AI'm like, as soon as you say that word, serving you.
Speaker APeople have so much around service.
Speaker AI don't know if you knew that.
Speaker ANow, I was a busser and it was one of the best jobs I ever had.
Speaker AI was a Mongolian.
Speaker AReal show.
Speaker AI love service.
Speaker ABut a lot of people do not like the word servant.
Speaker AOh, they hate it.
Speaker AMe, I love the idea of being a high servant.
Speaker AIt's like a high servant of the high house gets to wear the best clothes.
Speaker AAnd they do it because they represent the house and the house is the highest level of service.
Speaker AAnd so when you wear something like this, it's not for you.
Speaker AIt's because you're reminding the person in front of you that you are serving them at a high level and they are worthy of receiving service of someone that is in a tuxedo.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker AMentality is a whole mindset.
Speaker ABut a lot of people don't understand that.
Speaker ASo you lose them with the languages.
Speaker ASo I pick every word very specifically.
Speaker ASo once that person is like, no, that's not the outcome I want, then they have to understand that they're borrowing that from a different spirit.
Speaker ATheir earth spirit right now is saying, I don't like that way this is playing out.
Speaker AThat's why I'm paying money to try not to be here.
Speaker AThat's why I'm spending time, energy, I'm spending my life source right now as an earth spirit to figure this out.
Speaker AYou see that whether it's overweight, whether it's business, whether it's anything.
Speaker AAnd then the second thing they say is, but I don't understand how spirituality works.
Speaker AAnd so I'm going to try to figure it out with my same way I've been figuring it out.
Speaker ASo then simply I just go, oh, well, did you want to look at this?
Speaker AOkay, great.
Speaker ASo let me just introduce an idea here that you got some borrowed energy.
Speaker AThat's it.
Speaker AYou borrowed it from up the stream, up the wavelength.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo now you borrowed it from whom?
Speaker AAncestral.
Speaker AWho was it?
Speaker AIt was my dad.
Speaker AOh, cool.
Speaker AYou borrowed that from your dad.
Speaker AAwesome.
Speaker ASo now do you want to keep living in that wavelength or do you want to move a little bit so that wavelength passes you and you can look at your eternal soul and you can say, that's actually what I want to receive prosperity and abundance.
Speaker AAnd then I will give you a very practical way to do that if we're in that conversation.
Speaker ACool, Cheers.
Speaker AHopefully you like that.
Speaker BNo, I do, I do.
Speaker BAnd like, and you know, in personal story, you know, to.
Speaker BAnd I'm sorry Sam, but I'm gonna say is like, so I did NLP course.
Speaker BI did a week long NLP course in Vegas.
Speaker BAnd when I came back, I did some practice with Sam and there's a specific technique, it was releasing negative emotions.
Speaker BAnd we went through and I don't remember the exact word, the order matters very much so.
Speaker BBut it was like releasing fear, releasing anger, releasing guilt.
Speaker BAnd within three weeks, I don't want to exaggerate, let's say, let's say three to four weeks, five weeks maybe she lost 30 pounds.
Speaker BLike it was just like, what in the hell?
Speaker AAnd she.
Speaker BAnd, and it was, and it was so weird because we went through and it was like there was no specific.
Speaker BLike if you go back and try to figure out where it's coming from and you're doing like visualizations and stuff.
Speaker BIt was like this blob in the middle of nowhere.
Speaker BBut it, but it was, but it, it meant so much.
Speaker BIt was like attached to so much.
Speaker BAnd it was like.
Speaker BAnd all of a sudden like we, we, we move past this, we learn from it, and all of a sudden it's like, the fuck was that?
Speaker BI don't even know.
Speaker BAnd then it's like, whatever that was, it was attached.
Speaker BIt was the very powerful energy that was going on.
Speaker BAnd it was.
Speaker BIt was holding her down and she was gaining weight and all these things.
Speaker BAnd now all of a sudden it's like, get rid of it.
Speaker BAnd I'm like, what?
Speaker BI. Yeah, I've been.
Speaker BI've.
Speaker BI've loved NLP ever since.
Speaker BSo I haven't used enough of it and in coaching people one on one.
Speaker BBut I have been trying really hard to figure out how to take these concepts and make them more practical for people to learn from, because it is literally life changing.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AWhen healing, that blob is called the steel point.
Speaker AS T I L L it's still is like you hit this mucus and nothing happens.
Speaker AAnd if you're measuring bioenergy, you can measure exactly when it happens.
Speaker ALike, I know when it happens with something, but for a lot of people, they're just like.
Speaker AFor some reason it was just like murky and then all of a sudden it dropped away and there was a transformation.
Speaker AThat's called the still point.
Speaker ASo when I manipulate tissues, I actually hold things until it's still and then I'll feel the transformation happen underneath my hands.
Speaker AAnd then when I let it go, the body changes shape.
Speaker AAnd so it hap.
Speaker AThe same healing concept happens when you're doing somatic therapy like nlp.
Speaker AIt happens when you do coaching with someone.
Speaker AIt happens when you put your hands on tissues.
Speaker AAll healing is actually the same.
Speaker AThat's why it's like, it's really funny because we're like, oh, Isaac does sales and mindset and he owns a gym and he's a therapist.
Speaker ASo it's like, why does he do these specific things?
Speaker APeople think they're different.
Speaker AThey're not different.
Speaker AThey're the same exact thing.
Speaker ANow the avatar is different because if the avatar is coming because they want to have kids, it's different than the avatar that's coming because they're back so bad they can't work in their business.
Speaker AAnd that's different than the avatar that wants to lose a hundred pounds.
Speaker AAnd that's different than the avatar that's trying to build a business at the next level by not just working harder.
Speaker AThey want to move beyond effort.
Speaker AThey all have to heal something, though.
Speaker ASo all healing is the same.
Speaker AAnd so sales is actually healing.
Speaker AI don't know if you knew that.
Speaker ALike, they say sales is the first coaching conversation you ever have with the client.
Speaker AIt's also healing.
Speaker ABecause if they're going to leave something of lower in their past to say, yes, I'm going to work with you, then they are going to heal.
Speaker AAnd the only way they can make the decision to heal is to actually say, I'm willing to let that go.
Speaker AI'm willing to take a leap of faith into the next level of my evolution in the soul that I want to live in.
Speaker AAnd then that then says, yes, I'm ready to move forward.
Speaker AAnd then they give you a piece of faith, which is a down payment.
Speaker AThink about it.
Speaker AWhat is that?
Speaker AThat is bringing something to the altar.
Speaker AThat's all that is.
Speaker AAnd, like, how many people, like, well, I'm not going to give you a down payment, but I'm a yes.
Speaker AHow well does that work?
Speaker AWell, that's because that person's basically saying, I want the transformation, but I have no faith, not willing to bring anything to the altar.
Speaker ASo you have to bring something to the altar.
Speaker AAnd it's just so simple.
Speaker ASo, like, a lot of people don't realize, like, all sales is actually healing.
Speaker AAnd so whether I'm, you know, working with anybody, we're always selling an idea, like, of someone's best interest.
Speaker ALike, I think this is in your best interest.
Speaker AWhat do you think?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AIs it or is it not?
Speaker AYou got to tell me because it's your life.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd then they say, yeah, it is.
Speaker AIt is in my best interest.
Speaker AI don't want to be overwhelmed.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AWell, then we can work with that.
Speaker AAnd then we can just.
Speaker AYou tell me where it came from.
Speaker AAnd then people know.
Speaker AOh, it was my dad.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AAnd then what did he teach you by watching?
Speaker AHe taught me that I had to do everything myself because other people are going to mess it up.
Speaker AAnd that if I let go for a bit, calamity is going to happen.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo, like, do you think what you believe comes true?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AThen if you want that to be the reality, it will be.
Speaker AOr we can do some things and it can be different.
Speaker AI could talk about that all day, man.
Speaker AI love doing that.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BSo how do you.
Speaker BHow would you say that you'd handle somebody who you.
Speaker BYou know, that they need a healing, that they need to embrace what it is that you can offer, that you can help, that they're.
Speaker BThey're dealing with some sort of pain or suffering, but there's just a lot of resistance there.
Speaker BLike, do you feel like you go into the resistance, or do you feel like you kind of let people wait until they're more, you know, at a ready place.
Speaker AThat question, Todd, that is, like, the most insightful question.
Speaker ASo if you look at behavior styles, like disc, right.
Speaker AYou have a high D, like a dominant.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo this is the only time someone's a high D. They need you to call them on their.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThat's super important because they are the most alpha thing in the universe.
Speaker AThey are afraid of everything in their life.
Speaker AThey've made themselves to be super alpha.
Speaker AAnd if you're not more alpha than them, they cannot hear you because they need a bigger primate to come in and say, I am.
Speaker AI am the bees.
Speaker AEffing knees.
Speaker AAnd you are not the bees.
Speaker AAnd if you want to be the bees after knees, you gotta stop doing the little you're doing and do the big.
Speaker AAnd then people are like, oh, my God.
Speaker AI've been waiting my whole life to hear that.
Speaker AWhy is that?
Speaker AWell, that person's a high D. Okay?
Speaker ANow, if you're not a high D, you're one of the other three types, which is like 80 to 90% of the rest of the world, then.
Speaker ANo, you don't do that.
Speaker AInstead, here's what you do.
Speaker AIt's like this.
Speaker ALet's say you're just throw up some resistance, and I'll just do it in real time because that's the easiest way for the viewer to kind of understand.
Speaker BSure.
Speaker ALet's just say you're feeling overwhelmed, but you don't actually want to deal with it.
Speaker ASo just say some, some things.
Speaker AKind of like you might see a client that you're like, they're a little resistant.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo I just, I just don't know.
Speaker BI, I'm not sure if I'm ready to move forward yet.
Speaker BI just feel like, you know, I, I, I need to think about it some more.
Speaker BFor sure.
Speaker ASure.
Speaker AIt's cool, man.
Speaker AYeah, I think, I think you do have to think about it.
Speaker ALet's just sit here and let's just let you feel that, man.
Speaker BIt's tough.
Speaker BI don't, I don't know what to.
Speaker AYeah, well, they have to do well.
Speaker AThey have to feel the resistance.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd so, like, if I come in there and I push on someone that's pushing, then all we're gonna do is push against each other.
Speaker ABut it's like, oh, yeah, totally.
Speaker ANo, it's like, how long have you been struggling with doing everything yourself?
Speaker AYou're like, my whole life, dude.
Speaker ALet's just sit with that.
Speaker AOh, my gosh.
Speaker AYour whole life, dude.
Speaker AYou want, like, am I Gonna change that for you.
Speaker AAre we gonna do that right now?
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AI don't know, bro.
Speaker AAre we gonna change your whole life right now in three seconds?
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker ACan we just be with you, man?
Speaker AAnd how frustrating this is.
Speaker ALet's just sit here, man.
Speaker AAs long as it takes.
Speaker AI just want to be here with you.
Speaker AI just want to witness your frustration.
Speaker AAnd I just close my eyes and I just feel with them.
Speaker AAnd you know what happens, man?
Speaker APretty soon they feel a little bit better.
Speaker ANow there's less resistance, isn't there?
Speaker AHow you feeling now?
Speaker AAre you feeling any better?
Speaker ACan I do anything for you, man?
Speaker ANot just tired of it.
Speaker AI feel you, man.
Speaker ALet's just be with your tiredness.
Speaker ASee, I'm not trying to change anything.
Speaker AI just want to acknowledge.
Speaker ABecause if you understand dimensions, witnessing is in the.
Speaker AI believe in the 10th.
Speaker AI have a sheet I got to download and I created like a dimensional portal chart.
Speaker AIf you understand that, then you realize it's like our job as spirits is not to change other spirits.
Speaker AI don't know if people knew that.
Speaker AThey think we're here to change people.
Speaker AIt's really funny.
Speaker ANo, we're not.
Speaker AWe're just here to live our values and then let people with those values come to ours.
Speaker ASo, like, one of my values is healing.
Speaker AIt's love.
Speaker AI want to love someone until they love themselves.
Speaker AAnd then one day they just go, dude, you showed me how to love myself.
Speaker AAnd so it's like you're hurting right now because you have an expectation that you should be big pajamas.
Speaker AAnd because you're not big pajamas, because you're doing everything yourself, you kind of hate yourself rough, man.
Speaker AAnd now you feel resistant because you resist yourself when you close your eyes.
Speaker AI don't want to make that any worse for you.
Speaker AI just want to be here with you.
Speaker ALet's just be here with you.
Speaker AAnd let's just feel that already.
Speaker AWhen you're ready.
Speaker AAnd if it doesn't change and you're not ready, that's also great too, man.
Speaker ABecause what it.
Speaker AYou know what's going to happen if I push you?
Speaker AOh, I'm going to wait for it to buffer.
Speaker AVery good.
Speaker BWhat's gonna happen if you push me?
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AIs it back now?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AIf I push you, it's not you, it's me.
Speaker AIf you get pulled to it because you want to do it now, it's you.
Speaker AAnd I'm not here to imprint my soul onto your soul.
Speaker AThat would be.
Speaker AThat would be A cool thing for me to do if I have a huge ego.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ABut it's not.
Speaker AWhat I'm actually here to do is, is stamp my soul onto your soul and make your life my life.
Speaker AAnd I learned that the hard way plenty of times.
Speaker AIn fact, plan medicine taught me that.
Speaker ABecause having a big ego and doing all these different things, it was like, dude, I can heal people.
Speaker AI can do, like, I can change anyone.
Speaker AOkay, well, let's just ask God, the Creator.
Speaker ADid he make human beings to come down here and.
Speaker AAnd change the other human beings because one human being knew better than the other human beings?
Speaker AIs that really what God, our Creator, designed us for?
Speaker ABut see, I thought with my ego and my earth soul, that that's.
Speaker AI was like, wow, he made me.
Speaker AI've helped people walk again.
Speaker AI've helped people have children again.
Speaker AI've helped people see again.
Speaker AHe made me in his image to give this healing.
Speaker ASo anyone I meet should get this healing.
Speaker AAnd then the more spirituality that I discovered, the more I realized, no, you know what that is?
Speaker AThat's one of the seven principalities, the seven deadly sins.
Speaker AThat's pride.
Speaker AWhenever we get prideful, we become sinful.
Speaker AWhenever we become sinful, our soul takes on shadow.
Speaker AWhen we take on shadow, then we follow the seven deadly sins.
Speaker AAnd there's no light under those principalities.
Speaker ASo I know that's going into a completely different direction.
Speaker ABut if you want to meld mindset and you want to meld coaching and you want to meld performance and you want to meld metabolism and you want to meld spirituality, that's what it looks like.
Speaker AIt looks like that in a real conversation.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BSo then with that being said, I know that you have, like, trainers that work underneath you and you've gained.
Speaker BYou're talking about psychology, you're talking about healing, you're talking about sales techniques kind of all being going hand in hand.
Speaker BIs that.
Speaker BIs that something that you.
Speaker BYou teach them?
Speaker AI do, yeah, I teach them.
Speaker AAnd I only teach the ones that want to learn it.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABecause like a trainer, if all.
Speaker AIf all massage therapist knew was lymphatic massage, they could have a great living doing lymphatic massage for people that need lymphatic massage for personal trainer only knew bodybuilding.
Speaker AIt's like, you know, we talk about specificity.
Speaker ALike, that's so important.
Speaker AIt's like there are people that are so good at helping people scale businesses.
Speaker AThey're like, you never want to work a day in your life again.
Speaker AThat's all I do.
Speaker AI'll help you.
Speaker AI'm an exit coach.
Speaker AHow many exit coaches have you met?
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AIt's like, that's awesome.
Speaker ANow do I want to exit?
Speaker ANo, I don't want to exit.
Speaker ALike, I got a friend of mine, he's like, yeah, he's like, I'm selling my franchise for a hundred million dollars.
Speaker AAnd he's like, I have no idea what I'm gonna do with my life.
Speaker AAnd most people will not sell the business because it's too freaking scary for them to not know, right?
Speaker AAnd so that's totally cool.
Speaker AIt's like, not everyone needs to exit.
Speaker AMaybe you just enjoy the $50 million a year that you're making, and you don't sell it for $100 million.
Speaker AYou know what I'm saying?
Speaker ALike, maybe everybody doesn't need to exit.
Speaker ANow, coaches, we get paid for performance.
Speaker AWe get paid to push people.
Speaker AWe get paid to elicit something.
Speaker ASo, like, you go to a bodybuilding coach.
Speaker AI have no choice as a bodybuilding coach to warp all the attachments in your chest until your pecs are striated, and as a result, you're not gonna be able to get your hands behind your back and lift them into shoulder extension.
Speaker ABut, hey, I have to do that because you paid me.
Speaker AYou see what I'm saying?
Speaker AIt's like dieting.
Speaker AIt's like I have to make you weigh every single morsel of food and the hydration so you can show up shredded so that you have a little bit of water between your skin on the day you show up, but you're not too flat.
Speaker ALike, I have to do that because that's the role that I'm in.
Speaker AI'm a performance coach, okay?
Speaker AAnd I understand that game.
Speaker AI've done that.
Speaker AI'm not here for that.
Speaker AIt's like, I'm here.
Speaker ALike, you got something you want to solve, and you really want to solve it.
Speaker AYou come to me, I give you the practical to do it, but I give you the spiritual on how to do it too.
Speaker AAnd then I'll do it in a psychological way where you actually want to do it and you realize why you're doing.
Speaker AAnd, like, that's the game that I'm here to play.
Speaker AI'm not here to force you to alpha yourself into some kind of alternative state.
Speaker AAnd I'm not here to get you to work yourself into something.
Speaker AYou know, One of the coolest coaches I had, it was so funny.
Speaker AHe was just.
Speaker AHe was a.
Speaker AHe was like us.
Speaker AHe was, you know, the ab Vibrator.
Speaker AThose are his abs on the ab vibrator.
Speaker AThat was my last business coach.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo he's just super jacked.
Speaker AAnd so people would hire him for shows all the time.
Speaker AHe's like, here's what's going to happen.
Speaker AYou're gonna get up there, you're gonna look the best in your life, then you're going to feel like absolute shit.
Speaker AAnd you're going to feel like you never look good enough and you might lose because someone else just thought something political.
Speaker AAnd he's like, and then you're just going to hate yourself and you're going to have body.
Speaker AHe's like, and if you want to do that, you can pay me and I'll do it.
Speaker AHe's like, and I'm not here to tell you what you should want.
Speaker AI'm just going to tell you what's going to happen when you get there.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker AAnd I was like, well, thank you for being so honest.
Speaker AI really appreciate that and I would love to, you know, And I also don't need to say that to someone.
Speaker AIt's like there are positives to that too now.
Speaker ALike, are there.
Speaker AAre there sacrifices made in every single arena in life?
Speaker AYes, there is.
Speaker ALike, you've heard about the four burner method, I'm sure, right?
Speaker AYou have four.
Speaker AOh, okay.
Speaker AThere's four burners, and you only have gas for three of the burners, and they are your business, they are your body, they are your family, and they, they are your friends.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AGas.
Speaker AYou only have gas for three of these to stay on.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd so like Jeff Bezos.
Speaker AIt's like super jacked body now divorced, whatever, Right?
Speaker AIt's like, okay, was it the guy from Meta?
Speaker ANot great with names.
Speaker BMark Zuckerberg.
Speaker AMark Zuckerberg.
Speaker AIt's like, great with his body, great with his business.
Speaker AFriends and family say he's like a ghost show.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AOkay, so it's like you only have so much gas for these.
Speaker AThere's a sacrifice that's meant to be made.
Speaker ASo then it just comes down to business as sport.
Speaker ASo if you're playing a sport like soccer, you're going to eat your knees up.
Speaker AThere's no way around it.
Speaker AYou're kicking, you're twisting, you're running, you're sprinting.
Speaker AI'm going to wait for the buffer to catch because I think it froze.
Speaker BYeah, thanks.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AIf you're playing a sport like soccer, then you're running, you're sprinting, you're kicking, you're rotating well, you can eat your knees up, you can eat your ankles up, those kind of things.
Speaker AThat's just part of your sports sacrifice that you have to make.
Speaker ASo if somebody comes in and they say, my business, I'm going to sacrifice so I can exit for 100 million, because that's how I want to roll.
Speaker AThat's awesome.
Speaker ADo that.
Speaker AI'm not here to tell you what you should need.
Speaker AAnd then you probably want to find someone who has done that already that can help you do that.
Speaker AI'm not the person for that.
Speaker AI'm not.
Speaker AI'm not someone who builds minimum viable product and scales and systemizes.
Speaker AI'm someone who takes an impossible concept to understand and makes it not only possible to understand it, but systemize it.
Speaker ADifferent people.
Speaker BYeah, 100%.
Speaker BAnd so have you had in your gym months, maybe even months and months in a row where things are just a struggle, where it just didn't seem like it might work out?
Speaker BOr was it just kind of even
Speaker Asmooth at the beginning?
Speaker AOh, no, no, no.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThis is great.
Speaker AI'm so glad we're talking about this.
Speaker ASo I'm like, someone who has incredibly bad anxiety, and so I am an anxious performer.
Speaker ASo I'm like, oh, I don't like where things are right now.
Speaker ASo I'm going to make a spreadsheet, and then I'm going to make, you know.
Speaker AYou know what I'm saying?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AIt's like I got to deal with my anxiety by getting into some.
Speaker ASome kind of performative action.
Speaker AAnd so at the beginning, when I started, no, it was really bad.
Speaker AI, like, took a $10,000 something loan out from my brother.
Speaker AHe did it interest free.
Speaker AHe was super generous.
Speaker AThat's how I bought horse stall mats and things like that.
Speaker AAnd then we built, like, my clients built me a wooden structure dude.
Speaker AWith piping just to hang suspension trainers off of.
Speaker ALike, they were so generous.
Speaker AI was so blessed, man.
Speaker ALike, people were coming in late at night just working for me because I was giving back to the community.
Speaker ARight, Right.
Speaker AI never could have done it without them giving back to me.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd that's something that I acknowledge, and it's really important for me to say as a soul that, like, people gave to me, which is why I'm here.
Speaker ALuca Hosar, he mentored me at no cost for a long time until I made enough money and then I joined his mastermind, the pack.
Speaker AI'm just eternally grateful to him.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo, like, I had so many.
Speaker ASame with Tim B. Tim Bagan, Olympic strength Coach, I interned for him, he let me intern for him.
Speaker AIn exchange, he mentored.
Speaker AAnd so like, I was given great things from community and culture to get me here.
Speaker ASo like, you know, I don't want there to be any mistake about it.
Speaker AIt's like, I didn't, I'm not like floating through the air and God's like got his hand on my back and he's just carrying.
Speaker APeople gave.
Speaker AYeah, I know, right?
Speaker APeople gave me love and people continue to give me love and people continue to feed me and people continue to nurture me and I continue to do my best to give back as someone who has gifts and talents that God has given to.
Speaker AAnd so did I have struggles.
Speaker AYeah, lots, lots of struggles, man.
Speaker AAnd I.
Speaker AEvery struggle is a lesson.
Speaker ASo like for a while when I was like, oh, I have a website, but it's not performing, you know what I learned lesson wise SEO.
Speaker AReally important.
Speaker ALike, just because you have a website doesn't mean that people that you're ranking.
Speaker AAnd if you're not ranking the top three and you're a local business, you're in trouble.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd the second thing is, what are the reviews?
Speaker AIf I go to the reviews, do the reviews, not only do I need good reviews, but I need reviews that my client would actually want to read.
Speaker AMy potential client, right.
Speaker ADo I have pictures?
Speaker AYou know, like, we can just keep going down.
Speaker ABut it's like I had to learn all these things.
Speaker ALike one of the things that we did as an SEO thing is we wrote all these articles about personal training for certifications and like, so Google now sees us as an authoritative website.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ABut that doesn't mean that people that visit are local people wanting to hire a personal trainer.
Speaker AIt means we're getting a ton of traffic, but it's not this specific traffic.
Speaker AHowever, because that traffic is supporting the site overall, the buoyancy of the site is in the top three and will stay in the top three.
Speaker ABut it doesn't mean that because I got a thousand visitors that a thousand.
Speaker ALike I get visitors from Denmark reading my site.
Speaker APeople wanting to be personal trainers.
Speaker AYou see what I'm saying?
Speaker AThat's not a client that I'm necessarily wanting to get.
Speaker AI'm looking for a Tacoma resident who's interested in pain management and fat loss.
Speaker AThat's completely different than someone in Denmark who thinks, I would love to be a personal trainer because I'm tired of working at this bakery.
Speaker AYeah, these are real examples of people.
Speaker ASo you just have to learn the Lesson.
Speaker AAnd so one of the most valuable things when I hired the mindset coach that I worked with, that I ran his program is I had so much anxiety, man, I think I was 29 when I hired him.
Speaker A$60,000 a year, $5,000 a month.
Speaker ADidn't have the money to hire him.
Speaker AI worked with him for five years, by the way, so that just tells you how much.
Speaker AAnd I made every penny back, so don't worry.
Speaker AAnd if you invest $60,000 with the right coach, you'll make every penny back, too.
Speaker AOr you'll get something even more invaluable, which is spiritual ascension, which, you know, that just saves a ton of time having to discover.
Speaker ALike, you know, we talked about this the other day.
Speaker AIt's like, I would rather discover a lesson at 37 than wait till I'm 67 and discover the same lesson, because now I don't get as many years to actualize that lesson.
Speaker ANot a good thing for me, anyway.
Speaker ABut some people, they're just not ready for it, so they'll never get the lesson right.
Speaker ABut I hired him, and a lot of what I brought to him was my rage, was my anger, was my frustration about the instability of being an entrepreneur.
Speaker ASee, I didn't realize that I'd signed up to be an entrepreneur.
Speaker AAnd so when shit got wavy, I took a nosedive.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker AI got into negative thinking.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AAnd then the next thing would.
Speaker AWould undulate, would happen.
Speaker AI'd get out of it, and then I'd be on a high.
Speaker AAnd so I just rode this high and this low and this high and this low.
Speaker AAnd that wasn't good for anyone.
Speaker ASure wasn't good for me.
Speaker AAnd I just learned, like, oh, you know what?
Speaker AJust as long as you're high, you will be low, because it's a pendulum.
Speaker ASo you got to learn to love and embrace the low.
Speaker AJust like the high.
Speaker AAnd it doesn't mean that you're positive about the low.
Speaker AYou can still be like, man, it really sucks that I'm in this situation, and I would love to have this.
Speaker ABut, like, that's a whole skill set that entrepreneurs have to learn.
Speaker AAnd, like, if you're an entrepreneur and you only can embrace the high, you are going to not only be manic, but you're also going to totally blow yourself out because you have no realistic grounding, because you can't be in the low and learn the lessons.
Speaker AThink about how bad that is.
Speaker AAnd so then, instead of taking one loss, you stack your business completely based on losses, and then there's no integrity or structure.
Speaker AAll integrity means the structure.
Speaker ASo you don't have a structure that would hold itself right.
Speaker AAnd then that doesn't work either.
Speaker ASo, you know, that's actually one of the reasons why, like, everything that I've sold high ticket in, I actually will stay with the teacher until the teacher releases me.
Speaker AThat's just the thing I do.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo, like, my mindset coach, I was the head in his program, and he was like, I have nothing left to teach you.
Speaker ASo he released me.
Speaker AMy classical guitar teacher, same thing.
Speaker AI played until I went to an adjudication.
Speaker AI said, here's how I thought I performed.
Speaker AHe was like, I didn't think you performed like that at all.
Speaker APapers came back the weekend.
Speaker AHe literally said, we don't have a lesson today.
Speaker AYou were right, I was wrong, and.
Speaker AAnd you're.
Speaker AYou're more musical than me.
Speaker AAnd so I have nothing left to teach you.
Speaker ASo there's no more lessons.
Speaker AYou got to go train with a concert artist if you want to be a classical guitar.
Speaker ASo I train with the teacher until they tell me that they have expired or I just don't have the clients right now to bring to get the new lessons.
Speaker AThat's just, you know, how I like to work.
Speaker ABut I'm also someone who, like, I'm an artist.
Speaker AI'm an artist who can build systems and understands minimum viable products and has systems.
Speaker ABut, like, I'm.
Speaker AI'm a soul, and I'm gonna live this lifetime this way.
Speaker AAnd I don't want it to be commoditized.
Speaker AI want it to be something very special.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker B100.
Speaker BSo what was.
Speaker BDo you think it was more of a perspective shift that this gentleman shared with you that allowed you to just accept things?
Speaker BOr was it more like you knew that things are going to be hard, and so you utilized certain tools, certain, you know, things to get through the hard times.
Speaker AThat's so great, man.
Speaker AVery insightful psychological question.
Speaker AI appreciate.
Speaker ASo it was both.
Speaker AIt was one.
Speaker AHe had to explain the concept and the model of the dip, and then I had to live it as an experience until when the dip happened, I didn't get emotional about it anymore because I knew I was going to come out of the dip, and I just learned to look for the lessons.
Speaker AAnd then I built something that in psychology, we call confidence.
Speaker AConfidence in myself that I was able to navigate dips and that things were going to be okay because I didn't grow up in a very positive environment.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd so when I hit a dip, it was like world ending because my parents would make the world end.
Speaker ASo I thought as an entrepreneur that like, oh, every time something happened, wood was going to end even though it had never ended.
Speaker AMakes sense.
Speaker ASo I had to build a whole new level of confidence in myself.
Speaker AAnd so, one, I needed someone to explain the model.
Speaker ATwo, I needed someone to hold the space and witness me being an anxious freakout, which is really important.
Speaker AThat's why I said he, like, he didn't push me to improve.
Speaker AHe stood there in the space and loved me through the experience that I needed to have.
Speaker ASee the difference.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AHe helped me metabolize what I was going through.
Speaker ABecause when we perform, when we do any exercise, when we do anything where we're pushing ourselves, we're going into a direction, like we're doing a curl.
Speaker ABut all the stuff happening in the tissues and the cells and all the things happening to the neurological system, we have to metabolize that.
Speaker AAnd then later on we're like, oh, that was so hard.
Speaker AMy arm hurts so bad.
Speaker AI couldn't lift my son.
Speaker ADa, da, da.
Speaker AIt's like I tore my pec.
Speaker AThen it's like, you have to be with that because if you never do, the body doesn't heal.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker AAnd so all the anxiety and all the stuff I'd had from starting a business at 17 and growing up with all the trauma that I did, like, I need someone to help hold space to allow me to metabolize that a little bit.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd that's why I worked with him for half a decade.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABecause I just had a lot of stuff to metabolize.
Speaker AAnd it's not like in my first, you know, week of working with him, I sold my first six month, $18,000, paid in full program for fitness.
Speaker AAnd then I just kept selling them.
Speaker AIt doesn't mean that I didn't have some bad dips.
Speaker AIt doesn't mean I didn't have times where my bank account was low.
Speaker AIt doesn't mean I didn't need grace.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AWhat it means is that if you look at my total revenue since I hired him is I'm way, way, way up.
Speaker AYou know, I haven't paid him in, let's see, if I worked on 29, 33, 34.
Speaker AI haven't paid him $60,000 in like three years.
Speaker AAnd I made, you know, half a million bucks like last year.
Speaker AWhatever.
Speaker AYou see what I'm saying?
Speaker ASo it's like, I'm up.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AWe have to look at it.
Speaker AWe have to look at it like that.
Speaker AAnd even.
Speaker AEven if I was paying them 60k a year now, I'd still be up.
Speaker AThere's just lessons that we.
Speaker AThat we have to learn, and we have to metabolize a lot of this.
Speaker ASo that's.
Speaker AThat's something that I actually didn't understand, Todd.
Speaker AAs a performance coach, I thought we could just keep pushing and we could kind of be there for someone, and that was enough.
Speaker AI didn't understand until I started working with my psychiatrist, who a really fantastic doctor, that when you push someone, they still go through all those experiences and they have to metabolize it.
Speaker AAnd there's a really specific process for metabolizing that.
Speaker AIt's A human being did not know that.
Speaker ASo I thought you could just talk about your feelings, and as long as you had someone that would let you talk about your feelings, you could keep pushing yourself.
Speaker AI didn't realize that there's actually a whole metabolism process to being a human being going through any experience.
Speaker AThat was a shocker for me, man.
Speaker AAnd that's something that, you know, I appreciate being able to share with you on this podcast because, you know, you're.
Speaker AYou're so many people listening to this are probably thinking about performance, and they don't realize what can happen.
Speaker ALike, I've been performing since I was 17.
Speaker AI'm 37, 20 years of high performance.
Speaker AHow do you metabolize that?
Speaker ALike, a lot of people don't know that that even exists.
Speaker AI didn't know it existed until I started working with this doctor.
Speaker BJeez.
Speaker BSo I have to ask, and this may be a harder question, but, like, when you're in a dip and there's a confidence there, at what point do.
Speaker BHow do you know that you're going to come out of the dip?
Speaker AWhat.
Speaker BWhat signs do you have?
Speaker BHow do you.
Speaker BHow do you maintain a sense of almost feeling delusional at times where it's like, you know, is.
Speaker BAm I.
Speaker BAm I actually coming out of this dip?
Speaker BLike, what did you do?
Speaker BWhat was the.
Speaker BI know, similar process, but I'm just kind of curious.
Speaker AYeah, I give you.
Speaker AI'll give you a couple dips.
Speaker ASo, like, the first dip I hit in the fitness business was that that guy texted me and said, oh, you can't train your clients anymore at my gym, right?
Speaker ASo, like, that's a pretty big dip because these clients were paying me monthly, and now I went overnight to having $0.
Speaker AThat's a pretty bad dip.
Speaker AAnd the only way I could earn dollars is if I found another gym to go to.
Speaker AAnd what I just did was I was like, well, that's not going to work.
Speaker ASo I got to figure out how to mobilize.
Speaker AAnd I told my network.
Speaker AAnd you know what my network did is they rallied around me and my parents actually found a place that I could rent.
Speaker ANow, it was not ideal.
Speaker AIt was like half junk space, half you.
Speaker AYou were there.
Speaker AGym space.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo like they found that and they were just like, hey, you can rent this for 1200 bucks a month.
Speaker AThe guy will lend it to you on a month to month.
Speaker AAnd I was just like, I wasn't paying 1200amonth before, so I wasn't planning on that.
Speaker ABut I was like, 1200 bucks minus something is better than nothing, right?
Speaker AAnd then I also told myself, like, if I had to go work as a waiter in the evenings just to make enough money to cover the rent, I was willing to do that.
Speaker AAnd so, like, there is a willingness to move forward.
Speaker AAnd I looked at what, what, what was brought to me at that point that was brought to me now.
Speaker AI could have said, nah, that feels too risky now.
Speaker AWhat If I pay 1200 bucks and I lose clients and I have to work at the restaurant?
Speaker AI didn't say any of that.
Speaker AAnd the reason why is I had a vision and I had a dream.
Speaker ANow where it gets harder a lot of times is our visions and our dreams get bigger and we become less.
Speaker ALess in the clouds, you could say, about our vision, in our dream, and more grounded in our past experiences.
Speaker AAnd so that was difficult for me to go from being a trainer to a life coach and to go from be.
Speaker AThat was a big jump.
Speaker AAnd the reason why is I had so much invested in my identity as a personal trainer and a therapist.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AAnd so then to become a life coach and sell that as high ticket, that was a big suspension.
Speaker ALike, right now, one of the things that I'm really focused on is becoming a speaker.
Speaker ALike, and I am a speaker speaking right now.
Speaker ASo it's going great, right?
Speaker AThat was an intention I set and then you reached out to me and so that now I'm leaving behind.
Speaker AI'm a life coach and I'm a business coach and I'm a therapist and I'm a business owner of a fitness gym and I have systems da da da.
Speaker ASo like, I'm a speaker and I'm a writer and I have a book about spirituality and I have a book about your neurological system in spirituality.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ALike, and I'm going to make that next jump and if I look back on my history, I'm like, well, what has it taken for me to make the jumps is one.
Speaker AI got to find a mentor, too.
Speaker AI got to look at what's showing up for me, and then I have to say yes to it.
Speaker AAnd I have to walk in faith.
Speaker AAnd there's this beautiful acronym my teacher taught me.
Speaker AFaith is for allowing in the how.
Speaker AFaith or allowing in the how.
Speaker AAnd so basically, once I say want something, I have to allow in the how.
Speaker AIf I resist any of that, if I block it, then I'm not going to get it.
Speaker AThat's simple.
Speaker ABecause we block energy, and energy is circuitry, right?
Speaker AAnd so if I release an energy, I want to be a speaker.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker ATodd says, hey, I want you to speak on my podcast.
Speaker AStop.
Speaker ANope, I'm not ready for that.
Speaker AYou know, just stop.
Speaker AI want to be an entrepreneur.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AYou just lost your job.
Speaker AOh, no, I need another job.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker AYou just stopped it.
Speaker ASee how that works?
Speaker AAnd it's like clockwork.
Speaker AIt's cause and effect.
Speaker ABecause if you understand the universal laws which are in inside of beyond effort are universal laws.
Speaker AIf you understand the universal laws, you understand how all this works inside of the dimensions.
Speaker ASo you just don't want to mess it up by accident, because laws are like gravity.
Speaker AAnd so you don't have to know gravity exists to suffer from falling off of a building or a cliff.
Speaker AAnd so that's how the laws are.
Speaker AAnd we talk about the laws all day.
Speaker BBut so.
Speaker BSo I'm curious.
Speaker BOn the opposite end of the spectrum, then, you know, moving away from failure.
Speaker BAnd let's say that you have these amazing sales skills.
Speaker BYou have all these.
Speaker BThese.
Speaker BThese huge vision, lots and lots of skills, lots of certifications.
Speaker BHow do you stop yourself from scaling too big?
Speaker BOr how do you stop yourself from feeling good about where you're at when you could scale super big?
Speaker AAh, that's a great question.
Speaker ASo I think people just need to sit with themselves and have a real conversation with themselves without other voices, like their parents, voice like, you know, the love they didn't get in their life that says, if you do this, you're going to be good enough.
Speaker AI'll tell you a real interesting experience with one of my friends who did ketamine and lsd.
Speaker AAnd I don't know if you ever heard about that process where they set those drips up.
Speaker AAnd he was.
Speaker AHe grew up in an experience where his face.
Speaker AHe had a really rare disease, where his face didn't form correctly.
Speaker AThe sutures of his bones were too soft, and his face actually melted.
Speaker BOh, what?
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd so his whole life, he walked around and kids just tortured him.
Speaker AAnd he just was like, I've got to prove.
Speaker AI got to be the smartest.
Speaker AI got to do everything.
Speaker AAnd when he did ketamine and lsd, he actually saw a vision of himself being bullied by these kids that he hated that just made his life hell.
Speaker AAnd when he observed that, he finally had this feeling, like, why am I letting these kids make me feel like shit about myself?
Speaker AAnd he went, actually, the gift is they pushed me to be the fastest runner, to work the hardest, and now I have all this business success.
Speaker AAnd so instead of wearing that, like, in his life as a burden, he wore it as a gratitude, and it took him medicine to do it.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AAnd I'm not saying everyone needs medicine, but the answer is inside of you.
Speaker AAnd he would not be as successful as he is if he was carrying his life like a chip on his shoulder.
Speaker AAnd even if he did become successful, what would his body do?
Speaker AIt would manifest some kind of illness, like a cancer, because he's got resistance inside him.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd so, like, what someone can do is just very simply just go sit with themselves.
Speaker AAnd what do I as an earth soul without the burden of my ancestral soul, my earth soul, and my eternal soul?
Speaker AWhat am I here to learn in this lifetime?
Speaker AWhat am I really drawn to?
Speaker AAnd for some people, it may not really be about the money.
Speaker ALike, for me, it's not really about the money.
Speaker AI didn't get into personal training to make a bunch of.
Speaker AOf money.
Speaker ANow, it was nice that I did make a bunch of money.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd I'm very grateful that I made a bunch of money.
Speaker ABut I carry my money very simply.
Speaker AIt's like I got the gifts that I got for being a servant of other people, and I represent that as a servant.
Speaker AAnd so I take my money and I spend it on teachers, and I invest into people I believe in, and I learn these things so I can serve at the next level.
Speaker AI just keep doing that over and over again.
Speaker AAnd pretty much the universe is like, listen, Isaac, you don't need to make a lot of money.
Speaker AIt's pretty simple.
Speaker AI just need you to teach what you were able to learn as a system, because the teachers that you learned it from, they couldn't systemize it.
Speaker AAnd so it's too complex for people to learn.
Speaker ABut I gave you the gift of systems, and I gave you all the money so you could hire all the teachers.
Speaker AAnd then give you all the case studies.
Speaker AAnd so I just need you to pass that on to other healers.
Speaker APretty simple, right?
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AAnd can I live off of a couple hundred thousand bucks a year?
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AI can be more than that.
Speaker ANow is the universe giving me more than that?
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AUniverse is giving.
Speaker AI got some incredible things, gifts from clients.
Speaker AOne gave me a timeshare to Kauai two weeks a year, gave me the whole deed.
Speaker AI get to go to Hawaii two weeks every year at the Hilton.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AI got that as a gift.
Speaker AAnd just as a gift for the rest of my life, I give that to my children.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo like I'm always going to be in Hawaii every single year for two weeks or I can go a week at a time and I can take a family, right?
Speaker AAnd it's like, so I got a lot of things that I didn't need and I got them for being of service.
Speaker AAnd that is sales.
Speaker AThat is healing, that is just being of love.
Speaker AAnd that's, to me, that's what spirituality is all about.
Speaker BSo you mentioned ketamine and lsd.
Speaker BAnd so now obviously this is a great point to ask you, you know, you've had some experiences with plant medicine itself, you know, before and after.
Speaker BWhat would you say?
Speaker BWhat would you say, first of all, I guess, what, what have you done?
Speaker BYou don't have to list everything but the one that you've had the most impactful time with.
Speaker BAnd, and what has it really shown you?
Speaker BWhat has it really taught you?
Speaker ADo you know what it feels like to really be in touch with your heart?
Speaker AThat's what MDMA could teach.
Speaker AAnd then do you know how to live your life in a way where you're connected to that heart?
Speaker ACool.
Speaker AThat's mdma if you approach it that way.
Speaker AAnd if I've had lots of people that have used it in party environments, like friends of mine, and they didn't get that experience at all.
Speaker ABut I'm very intentional about my experiences.
Speaker APsilocybin, let's say, okay, it's like, I want to talk to God.
Speaker ANow this is really important.
Speaker AThis is why, like I want to share here is if you do any altered states, expanded states, ayahuasca, whatever, and you go with an intention.
Speaker AI recommend if you do want to have a conversation with God, you say, I want to talk to God, my creator.
Speaker ADon't say God, because there are a million and one gods, okay?
Speaker ASo you will get a low energy form.
Speaker AAnd that's what happened to me, is I said, I want to Talk to God.
Speaker AAnd I got all the principalities pretending they were God, and only by the grace of God my creator, am I even here right now.
Speaker AAnd I learned, unfortunately, or fortunately, I have certain gifts.
Speaker AAnd so I can channel.
Speaker AAnd so that means that if I want to, I can pull a spear right through me and I can start channeling any of the principalities, any rage, any God, any druid, whatever, which brings up a really powerful point.
Speaker AI don't channel and cannot channel God the creator because God the creator is so massive he cannot fit himself into a human shell.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker AOkay, so, like, they were like, could you talk to.
Speaker AI could have a conversation with God your creator for you, and I could tell you what he's saying.
Speaker AI can't channel him through.
Speaker AOkay, but I can channel, like, other forms through.
Speaker AAnd I learned that on psilocybin, and my shaman has never seen anyone else do that.
Speaker ASo I'm not saying you're going to do psilocybin.
Speaker AThat's going to happen for you.
Speaker AIn fact, you've never seen it happen.
Speaker ASo everyone gets different things depending on, you know.
Speaker AAnd I can tell you why I think that is, is like, if you look at a disc trimetric, in my score, I have a perfect zero in two areas.
Speaker AThey are in methods and preference.
Speaker ASo I don't really care what the method is, and I don't have a preference to an outcome most of the time.
Speaker ASo I'm a totally neutral container or something like a channel.
Speaker AAnd you could look at some of these tests and you could equate some practicalities of how someone's going to respond on the same way that you can use a genetic test and figure out how someone's going to process and metabolize a drug.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AYou can.
Speaker AYou can do it.
Speaker AI mean, I love looking at tests with clients.
Speaker AI love looking at disc.
Speaker AI love looking at trimetrics.
Speaker AI like looking at their positive and negative bias.
Speaker AI like looking at all that stuff.
Speaker ABut I learned a lot, man.
Speaker AI learned that you can create all the states.
Speaker AIn fact, I can get.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker ASo I can recreate psilocybin at any moment in my body.
Speaker AIn fact, it happens too often.
Speaker ASo I have a doctor that gives me dopamine reducer.
Speaker ASo I don't do it, because what will happen is that I would.
Speaker AI'll get a little too involved with it, and then I can start bringing in too many different spirits.
Speaker AAnd these spirits, they will give you powers.
Speaker AThe problem is those aren't God's powers.
Speaker AThose are powers of.
Speaker AYou ever hear what a horde is?
Speaker ALike a demon horde.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AOh, okay.
Speaker ASo like in the Bible, they talk about hordes, which are packs of demons.
Speaker ALike, demons will give people powers and give people with pride powers.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo, like, when I was channeling, I could put my hands on someone and heal them, like, instantly.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd it was really weird.
Speaker AI was doing, like, I know what I was doing now, but there's something called primal reflex technique.
Speaker APrrt.
Speaker AI was doing a mix of prisoners prrt and ayurvedic energy points.
Speaker AEach finger actually represents.
Speaker ASo this is space, this is earth, this is fire.
Speaker AEach of these Vedic, you can make a ninja mudra.
Speaker AAnd if you prrt something while you ninja mudra it and you tap it to move the energy through, you will actually release a tissue boundary through the spiritual realm.
Speaker ASo I got lots of gifts.
Speaker AI got lots of gifts, but they weren't in service to me.
Speaker AThey were in service to the horde.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker ASo, you know, kind of what I would say here if we talk about I got to see all the dimensions.
Speaker AI got to see my family star trees.
Speaker AI got to see lots of things, and it was great.
Speaker AAnd I thought I was living the dream, but I was living the gifts of the principalities, the dragons of things that have existed here on this planet longer than we've been around.
Speaker AAnd those principalities, they love giving people with pride powers.
Speaker ASo I had to take a big chunk of humble pie, and luckily I didn't kill myself by getting wrapped up in a horde by being channeled.
Speaker AYou know, that's why I'm sharing the story, because it's really important that people understand.
Speaker AIt's like if you go into the spiritual realm, you light yourself up in the astral plane, and you're going to be like a tasty snack.
Speaker AAnd so I've been doing shamanic work for a very long time, helping people navigate and travel with their soul.
Speaker AWhen I magnified my ability, I actually created a shamanic crisis for myself.
Speaker BGeez.
Speaker BSo, so how.
Speaker BHow did you know that any of the stuff you just.
Speaker BJust said?
Speaker BSo how did you know that you were channeling a principalities in some sort of, you know, as opposed to the true.
Speaker BThe true.
Speaker BThe truth that you could be, oh,
Speaker Athey can't say that they are God, the creator.
Speaker ASo if you ask them, like, who is that voice?
Speaker AThey could say, I'm God.
Speaker ABut if you say, are you God, my creator?
Speaker AThey can't lie to you.
Speaker AIf.
Speaker AIf you say, are you Jesus Christ?
Speaker AThey cannot Lie to you because Jesus will come and just deal some whoop ass on them, okay?
Speaker AThey won't do it because what they can do is they can value bend the heck out of you.
Speaker AThey can value bend the heck out of you.
Speaker AThey can get you to do, you know, pretty much whatever.
Speaker AAnd so the easiest way they did it with me is they made me live through the rapture two times where I thought that the world was going to end and the world leaders needed to come and America was going to get nuked.
Speaker AAnd they, they had the best plot line there's actually.
Speaker AThey even had me cussing all the time because they had me convinced that the F word stand for fully under control and knowing.
Speaker AIsn't that funny?
Speaker AThey made acronyms up like this, dude, I have a story about Mary and Jesus and the, the star David that would blow your mind because they came up with it and they are so wise.
Speaker AThey are so wise you do not want to talk to them.
Speaker AAnd then, dude, my arm would claw like a dragon hand.
Speaker APrincipality was just in me.
Speaker AHe was just rage.
Speaker AHe was just waiting to just scratch someone and eat their soul.
Speaker AI.
Speaker AIt's crazy, man.
Speaker ASo I learned a lot.
Speaker AAnd that's, that's actually one of the reasons that I am knowing that I'm stepping to speaking is, is because the universe gave me this experience and it let me come out on the other side.
Speaker AAnd I was like, people need to understand because a lot of people are really curious about doing shamanic journeys.
Speaker AThey're very curious about doing plant medicine and they're just not as tapped in.
Speaker AAnd so like the doctor I work with actually has to deal with a lot of people that use altered states and get really effed up and they don't come out of it good like I do, you know?
Speaker AAnd I wouldn't even say I'm coming out of it.
Speaker ALike, to me it's not good.
Speaker ABut he's like, man, for a month, you're doing amazing.
Speaker ABut for me, I'm like, not where I used to be because like, I could usually have eight teachers at any given time.
Speaker AAnd I could have screen up, I could have a Google sheet building a system and I could have notes and I could do all three at the same time while the teacher's talking.
Speaker AAnd I can type verbatim.
Speaker AAnd so like my intellect usually is super high.
Speaker AYou get into the spirit realm, you don't use that intellect.
Speaker ASo like the other day I was walking with my wife and I was like, we should go right instead of straight.
Speaker AI Can just tell there's something going on.
Speaker AAnd she's like, well, straight's faster.
Speaker AI was like, fine, we'll go straight.
Speaker ABecause I'm not attached to anything.
Speaker AAs soon as we walk down the street, all of a sudden the garbage truck comes rolling by us, pulls right up in front of us.
Speaker AAnd we realize if we walk down the street, the whole time we're going to be behind the garbage truck, right?
Speaker AIt's like I was like, well, that's why the spirits told me to walk.
Speaker ASo we had to turn around and walk back the other way.
Speaker BOh my gosh.
Speaker AThe whole half mile would have been right behind the garbage truck.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker AAnd so anyway, just all sorts of things you can learn.
Speaker BSo how.
Speaker BOkay, so I'm going to ask you this and because this is what I love to do.
Speaker BAnd I, and I feel like because of all the things you've studied, you can answer this.
Speaker BHow would you ground this in some sort of sense of reality?
Speaker BSo for me, and I'll give you an example for me, I, I believe in channeling.
Speaker BI believe in the fact that we.
Speaker BCertain frequencies that our brain taps into and there are certain frequencies that exist that can, can channel a message just like a radio frequency can, right?
Speaker BSo, you know, knowing how the body's energy and, and million certifications you have, like, how do you take something like that that someone would say, like, what the heck are you talking about?
Speaker BAnd that doesn't make any sense.
Speaker BAnd put some legs on it.
Speaker APretty easy.
Speaker AThey have to understand bioenergy first.
Speaker ASo I'm certified in something licensed.
Speaker ADr. Rene Kaishin trained me before, certified me before he passed away.
Speaker ABut he was a Boeing engineer, okay, who had a really bad extremity problem.
Speaker AI believe it was his knee.
Speaker AAnd he saw all the doctors in the west coast, in America couldn't fix him.
Speaker AAnd he was in China working for Boeing and he got an acupuncture session.
Speaker AAll of a sudden his knee pain went away and he went, that's really weird.
Speaker AWhy did that work?
Speaker AAnd so he was a doctorate in engineering.
Speaker AHe goes back and he's studies Arabic medicine, becomes a doctor in Arabic medicine.
Speaker AHe combines engineering, aerobic medicine and he bridges the gap and he calls it acals.
Speaker ASo I studied with Dr. Nin's team in France for two weeks.
Speaker AIt was like a super big intensive.
Speaker AI have the whole valise here.
Speaker AI don't have the actually have it.
Speaker AI show it to you a different time.
Speaker AI don't know if your audience wants to see if they want to see it.
Speaker AI'll do a thing with it.
Speaker ABut anyway, it measures b.
Speaker AIt measures bioenergy signals.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo it's called a Lekker antenna.
Speaker AYou can look it up.
Speaker AAnd it's like a dowsing rod on steroids.
Speaker ABecause the dowsing rod, if you've ever used one in Sedona, which is pretty cool, I did a whole tour in Sedona.
Speaker AWhat it does is it just drops when the energy changes, right?
Speaker ASo you can create different measurement systems.
Speaker AAnd so this lek antenna can measure different wavelengths.
Speaker A17.6 is the highest wavelength that it can measure.
Speaker AAnd at 17.6, that means that something is good for the body.
Speaker AIt's like pretty high resonance.
Speaker AHowever, any strong spirit, any thing that is of a higher plane is above 17.6.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker AAnd so all these higher energies that interact with us, they live above the frequency of 17.6.
Speaker AYou can take any.
Speaker BWill you.
Speaker BWill you go back to when you first talked about 17.6?
Speaker BI'm so sorry.
Speaker AOh, yeah, yeah.
Speaker A17.6 is the highest that that antenna can measure to.
Speaker AOkay, so imagine.
Speaker ABut there are higher frequencies in the same way that we can take a tuning fork and we can play a higher frequency, and a dog can hear the tuning fork, but we can't hear the tuning fork.
Speaker AMake sense.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo the frequencies that are higher that someone can hear, you would have to hold a high vibration to be able to hear that vibration, same way a dog would.
Speaker ASo people that train themselves to channel or for some reason can channel.
Speaker AThey can just hold, for some reason, a high vibration in their mind, and they can hear that signal, and then they can let it pass through them, like through their mouth, whatever.
Speaker AThat's all that's happening.
Speaker AAnd so I can get the antenna out, and I can measure your food, and I can tell you if that food's gonna be good for you or not.
Speaker AI can measure your medication.
Speaker AI could do your dosage.
Speaker AWe could do all that in the same way that people do muscle testing.
Speaker AThey're just using this as the feedback system.
Speaker AI use an antenna because it's a little bit more scientific.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd like this, I cannot adjust the number on.
Speaker ABut with the LECA antenna, I can slide it up to 17.6.
Speaker AI can use it for different effects, but that's all that's happening.
Speaker AIt's like, oh, yeah, you're a container.
Speaker ACan you hear it?
Speaker ACan you not hear it?
Speaker AIt's going to be based off your resonance, and then that's going to mix with your biology, right?
Speaker AAnd that's going to mix with your nervous system.
Speaker ASo I got a lot of bad stuff I picked up in my nervous system when I was channeling.
Speaker AAnd then I had to do a bunch of somatic healing, like, you know, years every night just to get that stuff out of my system.
Speaker BYeah, like what.
Speaker BWhat's.
Speaker BGo.
Speaker BGo into somatic healing.
Speaker AOuch.
Speaker ASo in.
Speaker AIn.
Speaker AIn the somatic healing model or system.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThat.
Speaker AThat I use.
Speaker AIf we want to just fast forward it through.
Speaker AIt was.
Speaker AIt was.
Speaker AIt was actually given to me by a teacher that was given to it when he lost everything and then basically was told he needed to balance his karma by using this gift.
Speaker AAnd then he basically healed a lot of the Bay Area with it, and then he was allowed to charge money for it.
Speaker ASo it was like a divine gift given to him.
Speaker ASo that's the version that I use.
Speaker ASo his name is Daniel.
Speaker ASo this is Daniel's ip given by spirit.
Speaker AThis is not mine.
Speaker AAnd so the first thing that you do is you need to start communicating with the body.
Speaker ASo a lot of people don't know what it feels like in their nervous system to get a signal from the nervous system that makes sense.
Speaker ASo you need an indicator.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd so the first thing you do is you just say, make a request that your soul or your spirit would say, would give you a sign.
Speaker AAnd then you just wait three seconds, no expectation, don't try to perform.
Speaker AAnd then something happens, maybe.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo then you need to get a calibrator first, but you don't want to perform for it.
Speaker AThat's really important because if you start performing spirituality, it's not a good thing.
Speaker ASo you just.
Speaker AThis is not energy work, by the way.
Speaker AThis is somatic.
Speaker AJust to be clear, because you asked for somatic, energy work is completely different.
Speaker ABall energy work is all intention.
Speaker AYou're like, moving things.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThis is somatic work.
Speaker ASomatic work shouldn't have energy component to it.
Speaker AIf you're mixing somatic and energy, you're doing something different.
Speaker ADon't call it somatic if you're doing it that way.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABecause once you start mixing your energy, you have an intention for the person that you're working with.
Speaker ASo if I say, todd, just take a second, close your eyes, and just say, hi, spirit.
Speaker AGive me a sign if you will.
Speaker AI'll just wait.
Speaker ACool.
Speaker ADid you get one?
Speaker AAwesome.
Speaker AMaybe it was a little left.
Speaker AAwesome.
Speaker ACool.
Speaker ANow if I said the same thing, Todd, we're gonna build a channel with your spirit.
Speaker AI'm gonna sit here and I'm gonna hold the energy around you.
Speaker AYou can even feel me do it right now.
Speaker AAnd then I want your spirit to push back, and that'll be our sign.
Speaker ASee, like, that is a completely different process.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AIf we're mixing energies, we don't need to do all that.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABut so I'm going to give you.
Speaker AHow much time do we got?
Speaker APlenty of fruit wedding.
Speaker APlenty.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AGot plenty of time with the spirit.
Speaker AWith the spirit.
Speaker AOnce we have a relationship with our spirit, we want to ask them.
Speaker AOkay, where we're holding.
Speaker AAnd then I would actually look for certain limiting things that people have in their lives.
Speaker ALife.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo an example is withheld.
Speaker AShame.
Speaker AThey have shame in an area that they haven't let go.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo then I do a whole healing around that where I take them back into the timeline of their spirit in the earth soul.
Speaker AAnd I figure out, okay, we just real simply, it's just like, okay, cool.
Speaker AWhere do you feel that?
Speaker AWhat's the color?
Speaker AWhat's the emotion?
Speaker AWe use different entryways for different people.
Speaker AAnd then what we do from there is we are able to identify what that person needs.
Speaker AAnd then we witness them.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AWe just witness that so we can lead the nervous system.
Speaker AAnd that is also adding.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd then there's some other things you can do in prayers.
Speaker AYou can stack and all sorts of things that Dan does.
Speaker AThat's really great.
Speaker ABut that is an example of doing some medic healing where it's like, I'm going to witness this in my body until it has what it needs and it can transform, which is patience.
Speaker ATakes patience.
Speaker ASo an example is sadness.
Speaker APeople don't want to feel sadness.
Speaker APeople don't want to feel anger.
Speaker ASo, like.
Speaker ABut if you really sit with your sadness, it's not a great feeling, but you sit with your sadness, and eventually that sadness changes.
Speaker AJust like when we sat with Resistance.
Speaker ASo, like, whatever it is that human beings need to metabolize, we got to just sit with it.
Speaker AAnd I actually think that is the evolution of performance is to actually allow people to metabolize what they've been through.
Speaker ABecause otherwise you're just building performance on top of dysfunction and dysregulation.
Speaker AAnd that's not a great.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BSo then, like, how do you.
Speaker BHow do you not perform during this?
Speaker BBecause I'm going to give you a quick story.
Speaker BSo, yeah, when I did my NLP certification, I remember that there was these moments where the idea was to connect with our subconscious mind.
Speaker BThe idea was to ask a question.
Speaker BIt may be similar, maybe not, you know, you'll know what I'm talking about once I start saying it.
Speaker BBut the idea was that, that we're going to ask a question to our subconscious and, and it's going to respond.
Speaker BBut in reality, The idea is that we are going to ask a question to our subconscious mind and that it's going to respond.
Speaker BBut I found myself trying to consciously respond.
Speaker BI found myself having no, no response in the subconscious mind that I could, I could, I could hear at least.
Speaker BIt's like I'm asking myself a question and I'm noticing myself sitting there thinking about it, like cognitively running it through in my head.
Speaker BAnd so when you said you don't have to sit there with it, but.
Speaker BBut not perform, how.
Speaker BHow would you.
Speaker BHow would you talk about that?
Speaker AYeah, I would.
Speaker ADid you just ask yourself, is this my conscious or my subconscious?
Speaker BUh, I can't.
Speaker BI can't say I did.
Speaker BI mean, no, that's the easiest thing to do.
Speaker BThey kind of told me just go.
Speaker BJust go with whatever comes the fastest.
Speaker BAnd I'm like, yeah.
Speaker BI'm like, what was first?
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AWell, maybe that is your conscious mind.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker ABut if you were in doubt, like, maybe it is your subconscious.
Speaker AYou'd just be like, hey, are you my subconscious or my conscious?
Speaker AAnd it might just be like, I'm your subconscious.
Speaker AOh, okay, cool.
Speaker AMy subconscious is that fast.
Speaker ASo it like overrides, right?
Speaker AIt's like, okay, great, you're my subconscious.
Speaker AGreat.
Speaker ACan you lead me through this?
Speaker AYeah, just trust me.
Speaker ASee how that works?
Speaker ASo a lot of times people don't ask the clarifying question.
Speaker AAnd I've learned a lot by channeling, like, basically how to have those kind of conversations with either yourself or other spirits or whatever.
Speaker ABut it's also the same as.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AIt's kind of a little weird because, you know, you guys aren't all atmos bio certified, but when you use the lekker antenna, you can really only use it for a yes or a no.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd so a lot of the times when you're talking to the brain, you're trying to channel something, you have to keep it super low limbic.
Speaker ASo it's like, it's not trying to come up with a lot of big words or anything.
Speaker AIt's just like, is this a yes or no?
Speaker AAre you my subconscious mind?
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AOkay, great.
Speaker ANow if it's a no, I'm not.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ACan you help me access my subconscious mind?
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AThen you have to bring some Things in.
Speaker ADo I need to close my eyes to access you?
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AIs that enough to access subconscious mind?
Speaker ANo.
Speaker AWhat else do I need to do?
Speaker AYou need to put earplugs in.
Speaker AOkay, now you dulled the sound out.
Speaker ACan my subconscious mind now work from a safety.
Speaker AIf there's less sound stimulus list?
Speaker AAh, yeah.
Speaker ASee how that works?
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ASo that's how you can.
Speaker ACan kind of interact with yourself.
Speaker AThere's a lot of opportunities to learn yourself much better.
Speaker ALike, if I put earplugs in, I hear different voices than if I don't have earplug.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABecause you're dampening things.
Speaker ALike, think about autistic people.
Speaker AThey're always wearing the sound cuffs.
Speaker AWhy do you think that is?
Speaker ASo they can hear themselves better.
Speaker AIf they have to process all the mental stress of everything else coming to the brain through the auditory cortex, that's way too much for them.
Speaker AThey can't clarify their own thoughts.
Speaker AAnd so these are the same things that people can use, regardless of their autistic or not, to be able to get better wavelength into the brain.
Speaker BI was gonna.
Speaker BI was gonna ask that, actually, because it's like they're for the people who don't hear themselves.
Speaker BYeah, it's like.
Speaker BIt's like, how.
Speaker BHow would you build a practice where you can start hearing yourself?
Speaker BBecause I know a lot of people, they don't meditate or they meditate and they.
Speaker BThey do hear only themselves, which is some crazy mental chatter.
Speaker AThat's.
Speaker AThat's crazy.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ALike when I meditate, I would have.
Speaker AWell, how I reconnected with you is I got up in the middle of a dream and it told me to reach out to you.
Speaker ARemember that?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd it's like I knew that wasn't me because I was like, why would I want to talk to Todd for?
Speaker AThe guy had giant gauges in his ears and was cleaning at LA Fitness like 17 years ago.
Speaker AI was like, why do I want to talk to Todd?
Speaker AYeah, Todd.
Speaker AAnd I was like, but I got the download right.
Speaker AAnd so here's the thing.
Speaker AIf I'm breaking someone in easy, okay, here's what I'm going to do.
Speaker AI'm going to show muscle testing.
Speaker ASo they understand that there is a preference that their body has make sense.
Speaker AThere is like an energy.
Speaker AAnd so I'm going to break them with muscle testing.
Speaker BWhat's muscle testing?
Speaker BReal quick.
Speaker BGive a.
Speaker BGive a quick little.
Speaker APeople don't know muscle testing.
Speaker AYou have a Golgi tendon organization that gives you stability.
Speaker ASo if I Push here.
Speaker AMy, my deltoid, my lateral deltoid.
Speaker AThe, the polymers, they just slide together like that.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ANow if that signal doesn't come through on the goes, then the muscle's weak.
Speaker ASo you just test it and then you introduce something in the field.
Speaker ALike, my name's Todd Smith.
Speaker AOh, that was really weak.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause the electrical system went, oh yeah, if I'm not Todd Smith.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AAnd so you can use muscle testing so you understand consciously.
Speaker AI'm like, I'm Todd Smith.
Speaker ANo, I'm a wealthy person.
Speaker ANo, I'm successful at everything I do.
Speaker ANo, see that?
Speaker AAnd so now the subconscious is really showing you if the electrical circuit can work with your muscular system, that's where I'd start someone.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThen once I take them through maybe some meditation, some spiritual work, we're going to start playing with some spirit cards.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AReal simple.
Speaker AI have a deck that I love.
Speaker AIt was the first one my teachers taught me like nine, ten years ago.
Speaker AAnd it's animal spirit cards.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo we do animal spirit cards.
Speaker AThey pull an animal spirit card and they start looking for connections and understanding with that.
Speaker AThat's a really good gentle way to start people.
Speaker AThere's also self care cards.
Speaker AI like self care cards.
Speaker AIt's like start looking for the connections of the synchro synchronicities in your life.
Speaker AThat's what you're looking for.
Speaker AAnd then use some of these tools so you can start to understand.
Speaker AIf you do that, you start building a stronger connection to your spirit.
Speaker AIf you're in your brain all the time, it's going to be really hard to get there.
Speaker AAnd so you have to start looking outside of your brain.
Speaker AYou have to start looking at how the universe is bringing you things.
Speaker AThat's why I really like the animal cards.
Speaker ABecause you start seeing animals that you normally don't see and your brain starts going, wait a second.
Speaker AAnd then you start learning behaviors around animals and then you start learning that you have similar behaviors to be successful.
Speaker AI mean, it's just really cool.
Speaker ASo I love doing all that work.
Speaker BSo with all these things you can teach, I have to ask you, like what, what do you enjoy teaching the most?
Speaker AWell, I'll tell you, I don't enjoy teaching immunology the most, but that's the teacher that I learned from.
Speaker AHe's going to be teaching that all the time for me.
Speaker AAnd I don't enjoy teaching GI systems the most.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker ASo what we're talking about right now is what I enjoy teaching the most.
Speaker AMan, I love teaching the coaching, like what we, what we did with the role playing.
Speaker AIt's like I feel like I actually don't know anyone who can do that as well as I can.
Speaker AI don't say that from a place of big headedness.
Speaker AI just haven't met anyone that can do it.
Speaker AAnd my teacher that I learned from for half a decade, he was the one who kind of created that way of being in coaching.
Speaker AAnd he was a very special gift that he had.
Speaker AThat's why I studied half a decade with him to learn it.
Speaker AAnd then he was like, yeah, it's like you and me are the only two that know that, how to do that.
Speaker AAnd so for me I love teaching that because it's like every technique perishes when the person that carries it perishes.
Speaker AAnd so that is a gift to be able to.
Speaker AAnd we can talk about it like in from a sales perspective, but really from a coaching perspective.
Speaker ALike I love just being able to like someone gets on a sales call and they just like they're crying by the end of it because you just helped them undo their daddy issues.
Speaker AYou see what I'm saying?
Speaker AStuff up, faith forward.
Speaker AIt's like what is better than that?
Speaker ASo like that's, that's like number one for me.
Speaker ANumber two, I do really love the spiritual thing.
Speaker AI had this really strong experience with spirituality, living through the rapture.
Speaker AAnd so like I just want to help people take care of their spirit in a healthy way because I tried a lot of things and I got a lot of booms, I got a lot of gifts, I got a lot of insights, but not necessarily inside a healthy way.
Speaker AThe same way that someone can start a fitness program and destroy themselves.
Speaker AIt's like I'd like to stop people from experiencing that when they go into spirituality.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker ASo that for me is the other thing.
Speaker AThose two are top of mind for me.
Speaker AIt's like sales and coaching and spirituality.
Speaker AProtective spirituality I would call it.
Speaker BSo I heard you mention NLP earlier then and I know that that kind of bring, brings everything together as well.
Speaker BSo what's your, what's your experience with neuro linguistic programming?
Speaker AQuite simply, man, I read maybe a couple pages of a book a long time ago and understand the concept and then that that is it.
Speaker ASo like I can, I can reference nlp, you know, from the understanding that the words are the way that you see the world, but I don't like sit around and be like, let me figure out how to NLP something.
Speaker AWhat I've learned more so is that there are easy words to use with people.
Speaker APeople, and there are easy routes.
Speaker AThere's like decision trees.
Speaker ALike, when I talk to people, like, you brought a thing to me.
Speaker AIt's like, Tony Robbins says this all the time.
Speaker ALike, there are only like five or six primary patterns that Tony Robbins, one of my mentors for therapy, is a good friend of Tony Robbins.
Speaker AAnd so when he's in the hot tub and he's talking to Tony, Tony will say, like, there's actually only like six general patterns that people have.
Speaker AI can just tell, like, which of the six it's going to be.
Speaker AAnd that's just how I coach people live during the events.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ABecause he's like, oh, which one is it?
Speaker AOkay, so same.
Speaker ASame idea.
Speaker AIt's like there's only like four or five things that it could be.
Speaker AAnd then once we exit that tree, we move to the next tree.
Speaker AAnd then there's phases.
Speaker ASo inside of, I have a sales system called sold.
Speaker AAnd inside of that Sold sale system, it goes through the different phases that people have to travel through.
Speaker AAnd then it goes through different questions.
Speaker AAnd it goes.
Speaker AGives the exact question you could use, permutations of questions, these kind of things.
Speaker AAnd that's what I was using with my clients, teaching them these kind of things.
Speaker AAnd I like sales, but I love sales from a coaching perspective.
Speaker ASo, like, if I'm teaching someone how to be a health coach and I'm teaching them how to sell, that is like double frosting for me.
Speaker AI teach sales for the sake of sales.
Speaker AIt's still cool because I love sales, but it's not the same as when I teach someone who I know is going to take that sales and focus on it as being a coach and transformation.
Speaker AThat's.
Speaker AThat's the best for me.
Speaker BNo, that's huge.
Speaker BAnd like, that was such a powerful thing for you to.
Speaker BTo put together is for people to understand how sales and personal training and coaching and all these things is taking people through a process of healing, allowing them to make a decision that is ultimately going to change their life.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd as Tony Robbins says as well, it's like it usually is from that just one decision.
Speaker BThey're like, oh, it took me 10 years to.
Speaker BTo get to make that decision.
Speaker BIt's like, no, it didn't.
Speaker BIt really took you one moment.
Speaker BIt really took you one moment.
Speaker AOne moment.
Speaker AAnd sometimes you just need the right container for it.
Speaker ALike, you have to be safe.
Speaker AYou have to feel the space.
Speaker AIt has to be presented in a way where you feel like it's in alignment.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd that when that happens, it's just like my wife was sharing, you know, a little earlier about when she wanted to start her business and she asked me like, oh, I just got laid off, do I start my business now?
Speaker AAnd I said, well, you just got laid off.
Speaker AIt's Covid.
Speaker ASo people aren't really hiring.
Speaker AYou got a nice severance package.
Speaker ASo if you don't start your business now, would you ever really start it?
Speaker BYeah, the most cushy conditions.
Speaker ABut then she went and started the business.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABut like I didn't tell her, go start the business.
Speaker AMy question was, would you ever really start it if you didn't do it with all these advantages now?
Speaker AAnd then she answered the question for herself.
Speaker AShe's been successful ever since.
Speaker ABut I learned that even coaching your wife, it's like, I don't coach my wife.
Speaker AI just ask her questions about how she's doing and then she own conclusions.
Speaker AAnd that's the same thing with a lot of coaching, you know.
Speaker ABut some people, they want more like in disc, if they're a high C, they want more strategy.
Speaker AYou know, your high C people, they just need a ton of plan.
Speaker AI'm super high C. So I get it.
Speaker AWhen I talked to my psychiatrist, I was like, I want to see the whole two years of what we're going to be doing.
Speaker AIf you show me the full two years, I'll feel so good about what we do.
Speaker AI won't have any anxiety.
Speaker ABut if I every session and we're going to talk about my feelings, I'm not going to like that you see the difference.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd so like then he's like, sure, I'll take an hour and I'll show you what I'm writing in my book and everything.
Speaker AAnd then we'll just basically you'll know where we're trying to go over your whole life.
Speaker AAnd I was like, great, we did that the other day.
Speaker AI feel great because I'm high school.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker ASo you have to do it for the person in alignment.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd so if someone else is trying to take their, their program and create clarity for people, you know, create a two year plan for people or, or just give them the roadmap.
Speaker BWhat advice do you have for someone going from just one on one coaching to productizing to going one to many?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAll my advice, I usually try to customize for people in real case scenarios, but you know, that might be a little lengthy.
Speaker ASo the first thing I would, I would want to understand is like, who do they love serving the most?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ANot like who pays them the most, but like, who do you love serving the most?
Speaker ABecause there's a lot of ways to get paid in life.
Speaker AAnd so if they're just looking at it from a money perspective, that's not really going to be the icing.
Speaker ASo if we want it to be sweet, let's start with who do you love working with the most?
Speaker AThen?
Speaker ADo they meet the minimum viable barrier of being able to pay what you need to survive?
Speaker AThen we can go from there.
Speaker AAnd then from there we just look at the model.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo like I have in front of me this thing that I showed you, art piece.
Speaker AAnd it's flipped, right?
Speaker ABut it's okay.
Speaker APerformance.
Speaker AWe're talking about evolving performance.
Speaker ASo what is an evolution of performance?
Speaker AThe idea that people should metabolize things.
Speaker AHow about business?
Speaker APeople want to perform business.
Speaker AWell, how's it.
Speaker AHere's a new idea.
Speaker AArt versus scale, system versus values.
Speaker AMakes sense.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo now we're evolving from performance.
Speaker AWe're getting deeper sports and the body you want to perform there.
Speaker AIt's sacrifice, it's specificity.
Speaker AIt's metabolizing whatever pain or food you put your body through.
Speaker AHow many bodybuilders live off of protein shakes and artificial sweeteners and get bad stuff through their skin because their GI's almost, you know this.
Speaker AHow many of them take supplements or steroids or TRT or anything?
Speaker AD ball.
Speaker AAnd then they end up getting beet red and have cardiac issues or their skin, they get psoriasis of the liver.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AThat's all specific.
Speaker AAnd it's all sacrifice.
Speaker AYou have to metabolize all that stuff.
Speaker AAnd I know that.
Speaker AAnd there's on season, there's off season for a reason.
Speaker ALike you don't want to be on that stuff all season.
Speaker ASo, you know, I take the different pillars.
Speaker AI would take the different pillars that your client needs that you love working with.
Speaker AAnd then I would break each of these pillars down, just like I'm talking about the principles of each pillar.
Speaker AAnd then I would take your principle, which are specifically the things.
Speaker AWhat are you specifically good?
Speaker ASo, like, I'm specifically good around helping people get out of pain because I'm a therapist.
Speaker AAnd so if someone comes to me and they say, like, I want to work with you on my body, I'll say, that's awesome.
Speaker ALike, I have a pro boxer I work with.
Speaker AIt's like, okay, cool.
Speaker AI'm not going to have you start lifting weights just because I know how to Lift weights.
Speaker AThat's not going to be specific to what you need.
Speaker AIt's like, let's look at what you specifically.
Speaker ASo we have to start understanding where our principles and concepts actually fit in for our avatar, if that makes sense.
Speaker AStart connecting all those things together.
Speaker AThen we can just start building subsystems, and then you can even build worksheet templates.
Speaker BI think that's what everyone needs and has no idea how to really go down that route.
Speaker AAnd so if we take business, sports and body spirit beyond effort, and we take stability and metabolism, that's six things inside a system that would be like evolving performance system as an example.
Speaker AAnd then inside of each of those six, there's like four or five things.
Speaker ASo now I got 30 permutations, and then each one of these things I might want to hit, I create one specific template or worksheet for.
Speaker AAnd so you see, it's like we just talked about this and I just drew this out on a mind map.
Speaker AAnd now we have probably 30 systems around evolving performance.
Speaker BPowerful, powerful.
Speaker AThat's how it works.
Speaker BGeez.
Speaker BSo what would you say is the single moment when you made a system?
Speaker BThat it was like, oh my God, why didn't I do this forever ago?
Speaker AEvery system I make, every system I make, every five minutes.
Speaker AI've learned now that as I take a course, I make the system, I don't wait to go back.
Speaker AAnd so when I sit in a weekend course, I will create a whole system.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd that's really important.
Speaker ALike, I started doing that years ago because I realized whenever I didn't have a system, I regretted it.
Speaker AAnd so like in training now, there's two things.
Speaker AYou got to create a system and then you got to train the system.
Speaker AMakes sense.
Speaker ALike, you can't just hand people complex instructions and all these things.
Speaker AYou have to give them the experience that becomes the barrier.
Speaker ASo like, where I actually feel better in life now because I have no problem making systems.
Speaker AEvery seminar I go to, whether I use it or I don't use it, I make it a system.
Speaker AI could show you systems for pretty much anything inside health fitness because that's like my main domain that I love to live in.
Speaker ABut it's training the system, if you're trying to scale it, that is important.
Speaker ABecause once you train the system, you realize where the gap is and their understanding and your understanding.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo like, same thing with pizzas.
Speaker ALike, oh, if I made 10,000 pizzas, I thought if I made a system, they'd be able to replicate that, but I forgot that the experience of someone who's never made a pizza before is different than 10,000 pizzas.
Speaker ASo I may have just taken the new training at Domino's and went, oh, this is great.
Speaker AThey say it works for everyone, but I go roll it out with my staff and find out it doesn't.
Speaker ABecause they designed this pizza system for people that own pizza shops that have made 10,000 pizzas.
Speaker AMakes sense.
Speaker AAnd so that's where people actually have regret.
Speaker AThey have buyer's regret is not in building the system.
Speaker AIt's in training the system.
Speaker AOnce you train and use it, then you get the benefit, Then you get the expected production.
Speaker BSo I'm going to ask you a tough question, and I feel like you've kind of already answered this, but in everything that you've learned, like, again, the reason I wanted to bring you on, too, is because of how many freaking certifications you have, man.
Speaker BLike, it's.
Speaker BIt's crazy, it's impressive, and it makes me wonder.
Speaker BIt's like, on the one end, you know, chasing certifications from a place of incompleteness, which I know a lot of people do.
Speaker BI've done myself, you know, but then also, like, getting to the point of.
Speaker BOf being at the end of the road, if you will, and you've done 30, 40 certifications.
Speaker BIt's like you've realized now the truth is, or the simplest way, or the most, you know, valuable thing that you can share with people now, like, what is it?
Speaker ASo the.
Speaker AThe certification thing is really interesting.
Speaker AWhen I first started, I took information for the sake of thinking information would improve me.
Speaker AAnd so I built out this whole wall of gym certifications.
Speaker ANow what I.
Speaker AWhat I didn't realize is that I needed to be trained in all those things that make sense.
Speaker ALike, I couldn't just go to a weekend course and know it.
Speaker ALike, when I trained with Martin, like, and spent a weekend doing sprint mechanics with him, it's like, I got exposed to sprint mechanics, but I didn't become a master from doing sprint mechanics for 60 minutes.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker ASo you get exposed to a lot of information, and then you end up looking at what works well for you.
Speaker ASo, for example, I don't sprint a ton because after a lot of weight training, I don't have good elasticity.
Speaker AMakes sense.
Speaker ASo elasticity is your ability as an athlete to absorb a force and then reproduce, reduce it.
Speaker AAnd the more weight training you do, the more elasticity you lose because the eccentric length is too long.
Speaker AAnd also, the weight training doesn't have a step through.
Speaker ASo I do a split squat.
Speaker AI'm up and down, but in reality I should be propulsing forward.
Speaker AAnd so the muscle tissues, they actually warp their attachments because there's no propulsive mechanism to them.
Speaker AAnd so just because I did a lot of or just because I did a certification for sprint training doesn't mean I go and sprint all the time because it doesn't really fit my body.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABased off time that I want to allocate.
Speaker ASo for me, a lot of times what I look for is what's missing as a whole and the value in my life.
Speaker AAnd then I go train that.
Speaker AI used to take lots of certifications because I didn't want to miss out.
Speaker AI'd just take continued education and all these things.
Speaker AAnd now I really just ask myself, like, who am I here to serve?
Speaker AIf I, if I know who I'm here to serve or I know the gap I have in my own problem, like, I can't fix this for my, myself or my audience, then I know there's something else for me to go learn, and then I will go and search for that.
Speaker ABut by general rule of recommendation, like, one thing that I started studying last year and this year was airway.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AWhy I started studying airway is because when I went to Peru, I couldn't breathe well, my son couldn't breathe well, and other people were fine, but I didn't realize, like I have a grade four tongue tie, and so that creates in airway occlusion.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd so the reason I started studying that was my son's, my 6 year old, he could not actually open his jaw big enough to get an X ray.
Speaker AAnd so he would cry every time they would try to shove the film into his mouth.
Speaker AAnd so by doing oral myofascial exercises, he was able to open his mouth big enough that he could get the X ray film in.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AAnd I understood that if he didn't get the X ray would be a problem.
Speaker AAnd I also understood that if he didn't train his tongue a certain way, his teeth wouldn't come incorrectly and that his airway would shrink.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker ASo my son led me to research airways so I could help him by being the father that I wanted to be rather than pull the teeth out and have his airway shrink.
Speaker ASo that's how I usually end up taking courses now is not because either I need it for me or someone that I love and care about very deeply, they need it.
Speaker ABut I don't take courses for the sake of Taking courses, you know, anymore.
Speaker AI did that a lot, you know, over the last 15, 20 years, but not anymore.
Speaker ABecause there's plenty of things that can be done.
Speaker AAnd I also just keep the people that have the best body of knowledge.
Speaker AI prefer to actually just send my clients to them.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd just be like, hey, I think this person would be great.
Speaker ANow the only time that that runs into an issue is when that person's communication is not great or that person's client fulfillment is not great.
Speaker AAnd then people be like, they never message me back.
Speaker AI hear this all the time.
Speaker AThey never message me, can you just work with me?
Speaker ABecause they never messaged me back.
Speaker AAnd so then I'm like, okay, I have the skills, I can do it.
Speaker AAnd usually what ends up happening is I follow up with that doctor or practitioner and they just mentor me on the case.
Speaker ABut they won't get back to the client because they don't like working with clients.
Speaker AThey like working with doctors.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker AAnd that happens all the time for like, people don't understand.
Speaker AIt's like if they get on a call, if the doctor gets on a call with me and I'm training this system and you spend 60 minutes, I've got a year plan for you in 60 minutes.
Speaker AIf he gets on a call with you and he has to explain everything to you, that's three and a half hours.
Speaker AAnd you don't even have a 30 day plan.
Speaker AYou think the doctor wants to spend three and a half hours to do that again and again with you for a year?
Speaker ALike they don't want to do it.
Speaker AAnd so like it's so much energy to convey this to someone.
Speaker AAnd so that's really where I am very blessed that I get to do and be that channel.
Speaker AYou could say, okay, where I can sit with the doctor for 60 minutes and get a year long program versus someone can spend three and a half hours and just end up confused and not even know what they're supposed to do for two weeks.
Speaker AAnd that's just frustrating for the practitioner and it's also frustrating for the client.
Speaker BSo that leads me to then that.
Speaker BDo you ever feel just completely overwhelmed with all the things that you could teach a client?
Speaker AYou know what?
Speaker ANo.
Speaker ABecause the client will always tell me what they need.
Speaker BSo you just use whatever tools you need.
Speaker BIt's just nice to have.
Speaker ABecause if, like, if I leave my ego at the door, it's really simple.
Speaker AIt's like most clients, 90% of the time are going to need to emotionally regulate themselves.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker AThen they're going to tell me what they're really here for.
Speaker AAnd if I don't make it about me, I won't go.
Speaker AWell, I know a lot of stuff and so we should do all this fancy stuff.
Speaker AI would just go.
Speaker AThe easiest and simplest way for us to start this process is xyz.
Speaker ASo it's really simple for them.
Speaker AAnd then I can give them an easy barrier.
Speaker ALike, you know, I could sell everyone $60,000 programs and be like, oh, that's the only way you can work with me.
Speaker ARealistically, I'd rather be like, hey, it's $2,000 a month.
Speaker AI'll work with you for a month, try some things, see how it goes, you like, it makes sense to you, we keep on going.
Speaker ASo I'd rather do that.
Speaker AAnd the reason why is I don't need every single conversation with me to be a transformation experience.
Speaker AI've kind of gotten over that my first five years.
Speaker AIt had to be because I was training as a sales coach, if that makes sense.
Speaker ALike every single conversation is like, I had to be the coach's coach.
Speaker AAnd I was held to a really high standard.
Speaker AAnd I was like, I have to sell these 60k programs, 80k programs, whatever, 30k.
Speaker AYou know, it's like everything had to be five figures out of principle because people were paying me to teach them how to do that.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker ALike I had pressure on me that I felt like probably self inflicted to sell the same amount of.
Speaker ABecause I hired a 60k coach, I felt like I needed to charge 60k.
Speaker AThat makes sense.
Speaker AThe only way for me to prove I was a good enough guitarist was to play the piece over and over again until my practitioner said, you played that better than me.
Speaker AAnd so my ego made it about that.
Speaker ANow I don't have that anymore because I've been doing it so long.
Speaker ASo it's just like I'd rather it be accessible for you and I'd rather us go on this journey together.
Speaker AIf it's right for you, it's great.
Speaker AAnd if it's not, now there are certain stipulations.
Speaker ASo like, if someone's like, I'm going to do GI program, but I'm going to do it for 30 days.
Speaker AIt's like GI system can de inflame in 30 days.
Speaker AYou're not going to heal a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or a candida problem in 30 days.
Speaker AThat's just not how it works.
Speaker ASo for those people, I'm just like, listen, we can do six months, right.
Speaker AOr we can do 90 days.
Speaker ABut if I sell it to you as a sampler and you think that's supposed to deliver the outcome, you're going to have an unmet expectation of that.
Speaker AOkay, so there are caveats to that.
Speaker ABut you know that to answer your question, it's pretty clear to me when I talk to someone what they need.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd I've gotten some good, I have a good interview process for that and I also have gotten some good vision gifts from the universe on how to understand and where to start people.
Speaker BOkay, so I've got, I got a double, a double headed question here.
Speaker BI'm going to ask you and we'll wrap it up.
Speaker BI'm curious, two things.
Speaker BOne is if you could go back in time and you're a new trainer, which certification do you get first?
Speaker ADo they have, do they have one that's going to allow them to work at a commercial gym so they can get experience with clients yet or not?
Speaker AThey don't have anything, let's say.
Speaker BWell, they have a personal trainer certification and they're, they're, they're, they're fairly successful.
Speaker BThey just, they want to level up.
Speaker AThey don't own their own spot.
Speaker BLet's say no.
Speaker BLet's, let's say no.
Speaker BLet's say no.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo if you don't own your own spot, you're working at a commercial gym,
Speaker Bbut you're thinking about it.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BEveryone thinks about it, right?
Speaker AI don't know the reason I actually didn't really want to own my own spot.
Speaker AI would have been really happy.
Speaker ALike the reason I was at LA Fitness for multiple years as the head trainer there was because they just let me do whatever.
Speaker ASo there was no point in me taking on extra stress.
Speaker ALike I was interested in going and learning and studying with the coaches, right.
Speaker AAnd so I would just come in and blast as many sessions as I could three days a week and then leave.
Speaker AAnd then my clients would come in and just use all the gear and it was just fantastic.
Speaker ALike, I don't, I don't need to be a person who owns gym.
Speaker AActually I own it because it allows me to have people that I can mentor and I can then run things out of the facility.
Speaker ABut let's say someone's like, I want to start a gym and they're already good at training, then I, I wouldn't even worry about getting any more training certs because you're not going to get a business because you have another training cert.
Speaker AWhat I would do instead is I'd get a business mentor.
Speaker AAnd I would.
Speaker AThat's what I did.
Speaker AI was like, you know, I studied with an Olympic strength coach, and he was an Olympics.
Speaker AHe brought people to the Olympics in swimming and rowing.
Speaker AThat was his specialty.
Speaker AAnd after I studied with him for one quarter, he said, you know way more about training than you need to.
Speaker AAnd so I have nothing to teach you.
Speaker AIn fact, you're kind of teaching me some stuff.
Speaker AAnd so then he was just like, why don't you go and study business?
Speaker ABecause I'm not good at business.
Speaker AAnd he said, I will connect you with Luca Hosfar, who's just great at business.
Speaker AAnd that's how I met Luca.
Speaker AIt was referred by my teacher.
Speaker AMy teacher told me, don't study with me.
Speaker AIt's not a good use of your time.
Speaker AI'm going to send you to the next teacher.
Speaker AAnd so if someone's coming to me right now and they're just like, I'm a great trainer and I want to own my own business, well, you just need a business mentor then.
Speaker ASo it's like.
Speaker ABut I wouldn't recommend that you go spend your money on more training, because that will never get you your own business.
Speaker AThat's in the wrong direction.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AHopefully that won't be the disappointing answer.
Speaker BNo, no, I. I was kind of hoping you'd say that, honestly, because it's like, yeah, going back, it's like, do you continue functional diagnostic nutrition?
Speaker BLike, there's.
Speaker BI've been a personal trainer.
Speaker BThere's so many different routes you could take.
Speaker BAnd it's just like, do you keep getting more certifications or.
Speaker BAnd broaden your.
Speaker BAnd have all these tools in your toolbox, or do you really like learning how to build a business and how to scale?
Speaker BBecause even if they're not opening a gym, maybe they want to scale online.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BAnd it's like, I don't want to keep doing this one to one life.
Speaker BAnd so what is it?
Speaker BAnd I. I think that's a very good answer that it probably is business mentorship.
Speaker BAnd the last question is.
Speaker BI know there's.
Speaker BI know there's a certification next.
Speaker BI know there is.
Speaker BI know there's one coming for you.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BSo what is it?
Speaker AI'm in two Certs right now.
Speaker AI'm in the airway certification.
Speaker AAnd the other one's called Move Med.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AI'm doing a move Med Level 1.
Speaker AThat's what I'm in right now.
Speaker ASo Move Med is.
Speaker AIt's about learning how to just.
Speaker AJust try this with me.
Speaker AClose your lips, pinch your nose, and inhale, and you'll feel your body expand from the inside.
Speaker AYou feel that?
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo it's about recapturing space inside your body.
Speaker AWhen muscle tissue has compressed and closed the space, there's a very sneaky way to re.
Speaker AEnlarge the body from the inside.
Speaker ASo think about, like, a back pain is the muscle tissue is pushing on your organs, and then when it senses that your back starts to hurt.
Speaker ASo what I'm learning to do is actually recreate pumps in the body from the inside to maintain space and to regain buoyancy in the body that people lose from strength training.
Speaker ASo that's what I'm currently studying.
Speaker BJeez, that's crazy.
Speaker BThat's crazy.
Speaker BAll right, all right.
Speaker BWell, thank you, Isaac, for being on the show, man.
Speaker BI want people to be able to find you, so let us know you know what your Instagram title is.
Speaker BFacebook.
Speaker BIf it's probably just your name, website, wherever people can.
Speaker BCan get to know you more.
Speaker AYeah, Isaac Ho trainer on Facebook.
Speaker AThat's the easiest way to see what I post.
Speaker AYou're probably gonna be disappointed if you go there, because it's gonna be a lot of my artwork.
Speaker AI don't know, a lot of my sketches.
Speaker BGreat.
Speaker AAnd then if you want to check out my gym, you want to reach out to me, you want to ask me any actual professional questions, Best way to reach me, Biometry dot com.
Speaker AYou'll see.
Speaker AThere's a box up there.
Speaker AIf you click that in, you're like, I have a question for Isaac.
