Speaker:

You.

Speaker:

Let's talk about the hidden business growth strategy no one talks about.

Speaker:

No, I used to think that success was about getting the right strategy, the

Speaker:

right offer, the right audience.

Speaker:

Like, if I could just unlock this one missing piece, everything would

Speaker:

fall into place and I would be.

Speaker:

It would be overnight success.

Speaker:

And it isn't that those things don't matter, because they absolutely do.

Speaker:

But it never happens that way.

Speaker:

And maybe you've thought the same.

Speaker:

If I could just get this one thing figured out, if I could just

Speaker:

find that one strategy.

Speaker:

And, you know, I've learned, and what I know now is that business isn't just a

Speaker:

series of strategies or a ton of hard work or, you know, working on your laptop

Speaker:

all day to get something built.

Speaker:

It is not just about the external things that you build.

Speaker:

It's about you, your growth, your mind management and your energy.

Speaker:

Because no matter what marketing strategy you try, what business model you pick, or

Speaker:

what shiny new system you invest in, your business will always be a reflection of.

Speaker:

Of you.

Speaker:

I can remember having a conversation with a young woman who was, you know, building

Speaker:

a business of her own online, and we had gotten off on this tangent about taking

Speaker:

notes and how we were both like, love to take notes.

Speaker:

So we had notebooks full.

Speaker:

And I do I have notebooks full.

Speaker:

Many, many, many notebooks.

Speaker:

And at some point in time, I switched to a digital notebook or an E Ink tablet.

Speaker:

And this is what I take my notes in now, because it just makes it easier.

Speaker:

I can actually find things, you know, with paper notebooks.

Speaker:

Like, if I remembered something that I had written, you know, six months ago, I had

Speaker:

no idea, if I was lucky, I'd know which notebook it was in if I was lucky.

Speaker:

But chances are I didn't.

Speaker:

And even then, I had no idea where it was in the notebook.

Speaker:

Right?

Speaker:

It's not like there's some table of contents automatically

Speaker:

generated in a paper notebook.

Speaker:

Although that would be really awesome if it did.

Speaker:

So I switched to the E Ink tablet, and then at least that way I'm

Speaker:

able to label all of my notes.

Speaker:

I can see I can put, you know, these note files that are labeled, I

Speaker:

can put them into folders.

Speaker:

I can better organize my notes and find them easier.

Speaker:

Plus, I can carry it with me everywhere.

Speaker:

And when I told her about this, she was fascinated and she was so excited.

Speaker:

And she was like, oh, this is going to make such a huge difference for me

Speaker:

and I am going to order it today.

Speaker:

And she reached out to me by email to get the details, and I was happy to Share.

Speaker:

And she ordered it and she was like, this is going to be it.

Speaker:

This is going to be the key thing to keep me organized and moving forward.

Speaker:

And a couple of weeks later, I spoke with her and I said, how is

Speaker:

the, the new Ink tablet? And.

Speaker:

And she's like, oh, you know, it's, it's okay.

Speaker:

I'm, I'm like not really using it as much as I should.

Speaker:

And I could hear that disappointment in her voice that it wasn't the thing

Speaker:

that made the difference for her.

Speaker:

And this is what I caution against, because we see this all the time in,

Speaker:

in coaching businesses when it's that shiny object syndrome, right?

Speaker:

Like, you see that thing and then somehow in your mind, you think that thing is

Speaker:

going to be the thing that makes it so that tomorrow, by this time, you're going

Speaker:

to this incredibly successful business.

Speaker:

And unfortunately, it's just not the case.

Speaker:

So, as I said,

Speaker:

you know, no matter what marketing strategy you try, what business model you

Speaker:

pick, what shiny new system you invest in, your business will always

Speaker:

be a reflection of you.

Speaker:

And that means the biggest personal growth journey you will ever take is this one.

Speaker:

Basically, how you experience yourself is how you experience business.

Speaker:

And you like to think that you can separate business from personal stuff,

Speaker:

that you can somehow show up and do the work and then keep everything

Speaker:

else in a tidy little box.

Speaker:

And it just doesn't happen that way because there's this one little issue.

Speaker:

Your business mirrors how you experience yourself.

Speaker:

If you constantly second guess yourself, your business will feel

Speaker:

fragile and uncertain.

Speaker:

If you expect things to be hard, everything will feel

Speaker:

like an uphill battle.

Speaker:

If you don't trust yourself to make decisions, you'll always be looking for

Speaker:

the next expert, the next blueprint, the next shortcut, AKA constant learning mode,

Speaker:

or AKA getting ready to get ready to get ready.

Speaker:

You know what I mean?

Speaker:

So when you grow internally, when you learn to trust yourself

Speaker:

and give yourself grace because you're going to make mistakes,

Speaker:

to manage your mind, to shift your energy, your business shifts

Speaker:

too, right alongside you.

Speaker:

Because remember, it's a reflection of you.

Speaker:

Suddenly clarity comes easier.

Speaker:

And regularly decisions don't feel so heavy or difficult.

Speaker:

Opportunities appear because you're open to them.

Speaker:

When you're in that state of mind where you're frustrated and discouraged or maybe

Speaker:

even angry, you shut down your ability to see, to literally see

Speaker:

opportunities around you, right?

Speaker:

Because that's not where your mind is.

Speaker:

And so you miss them.

Speaker:

This is the way everything works.

Speaker:

Neville Goddard said, the world is a mirror forever reflecting what

Speaker:

you are doing within Yourself.

Speaker:

Which means if business isn't growing, who isn't growing either?

Speaker:

The real question is, if this is the case, where are you resisting growth?

Speaker:

What reservations do you have, what hesitations do you have and why?

Speaker:

You know, we crave certainty as human beings.

Speaker:

It's normal. We want certainty.

Speaker:

We want to know absolutely that something is going to happen in the

Speaker:

way that we want it to.

Speaker:

But growth requires openness to all possibilities, even the ones

Speaker:

you can't fathom or see.

Speaker:

One of the biggest reasons you get stuck in a no growth state

Speaker:

is because you crave certainty.

Speaker:

You want to know, will this work?

Speaker:

What if it fails?

Speaker:

What if I put in all this time and energy and effort and it still doesn't take off?

Speaker:

Certainty feels safe.

Speaker:

It's why you hesitate, overthink, and wait for the perfect moment, which

Speaker:

never comes, by the way.

Speaker:

Because if you just had proof, you'd feel confident moving forward,

Speaker:

you wouldn't hesitate, right?

Speaker:

Of course not.

Speaker:

If I could tell you, say that your name is Clara.

Speaker:

Clara, your business is going to hit that tipping point and skyrocket.

Speaker:

October 2, 2025.

Speaker:

If you're Clara, would you keep doing what you're doing?

Speaker:

Because this is contingent on that, right?

Speaker:

That October date when you hit the tipping point is contingent on you keeping

Speaker:

doing what you're doing and not stop.

Speaker:

Would you do it? Of course you would.

Speaker:

Because you know, you have certainty that it is going to all work.

Speaker:

But we don't get to have that kind of certainty, right?

Speaker:

Because like I said, if you just had proof, you'd feel

Speaker:

confident moving forward.

Speaker:

But business doesn't give you proof first.

Speaker:

It gives you experiences.

Speaker:

And those experiences, they're either going to grow you or keep you stuck,

Speaker:

depending on how you choose to see them.

Speaker:

You can see challenges as roadblocks, or you can see them as part of the process.

Speaker:

You can see failure as a sign to quit, or you can take it as feedback and adjust.

Speaker:

Because at the end of the day, it's not the circumstances to that determines your

Speaker:

success, is how you navigate the circumstances.

Speaker:

And I know that sounds like some ridiculous motivational poster that you

Speaker:

see in the hallway of some corporate building.

Speaker:

And I'm sorry, but it's true. It's true.

Speaker:

How you see it is whether you shut doors and you close out the

Speaker:

ability to see opportunities.

Speaker:

And if you stop growing, then guess what?

Speaker:

Your business is going to stop growing too.

Speaker:

Create your own growth and business success from the inside out.

Speaker:

Here's what I know for sure. We'll.

Speaker:

We'll. We'll tiptoe around that word certainty.

Speaker:

You don't have to wait for the world to change before you thrive.

Speaker:

I know there's a song that's similar to this.

Speaker:

Forgive me for not knowing it, but yeah, that makes me think of

Speaker:

something I've heard before.

Speaker:

You don't need permission to grow, and you don't need certainty to move forward.

Speaker:

You just need a desire to move forward.

Speaker:

What you do need is a willingness to commit to your own expansion, no matter

Speaker:

how tough it might feel at times.

Speaker:

Because this isn't just about building a business.

Speaker:

It's about creating your own economy, your own way of doing things, your own impact.

Speaker:

Take it seriously, but don't let it consume you.

Speaker:

Because business, it's just one small part of the bigger picture that's you.

Speaker:

The real journey is the one where you become the person who can be the

Speaker:

business that you want to create.

Speaker:

Your business grows when you grow, and the further you're willing to take

Speaker:

it, the greater the impact.
