I was talking to somebody about if you're a basketball player and you go in the gym and you only work on your shot, does that make you a better basketball player?

It does, but it doesn't.

Cuz I still got to work my defense, I got to work on my handles, I got to work my pass.

I got to work on everything.

I got to train throughout to become.

He ain't the most skilled player, but you know what I'm saying?

To get to that level, you got to train all the way through everything.

So I'm really trying to shout D row.

I'm really trying to cycle through all of this and understand all of this and incorporate all of this in life.

And then on top of that, man, dealing with my kids, dealing with my woman.

What I learned this week, Jay and I talked to you a little bit before we came.

Imma be open and honest about my life because we're asking me and to do it.

I'm learning something about myself and we spoke about it on the last show and it was controlling your emotions, controlling your feelings.

And for the most part, I'm.

I'm better than a lot.

But that doesn't mean I'm good.

And it's not where.

That doesn't mean I'm.

I'm where I'm supposed to be.

It's growing.

Yeah.

I'm growing through the growing pains right now.

And the emotion that I struggle with, that I think is just a man thing, is anger.

You let everything build up inside of you and you're ready to lash out.

And I'm not telling you that my kids weren't in the wrong.

I'm not telling you that my woman's not in the wrong.

But what I am telling you is I am in the wrong because we spoke about it.

Everything falls back on dad anyway every time.

So before I can point the finger at you and you made me angry.

I got three point at me saying why are you letting yourself get to the anger?

Yeah, yeah.

You got to look in the mirror dominion.

Yeah.

Because I ain't going to lie.

I do the same thing sometimes.

Like, but then too, at the end of the day it's, you know, once you let that anger out, it's like I feel for the person I let.

The ang out on, man.

And so that's how, you know that's God working with you.

Cuz he's, he's correcting you right in it.

Because I got every reason to tell you why you wrong.

I got every reason because nobody said I was wrong in what made me angry.

Yeah.

But what I am wrong.

Good.

What I am wrong in is settling in that anger and that's what happened to me.

Yeah.

I'm having a feeling like now I gotta apologize.

Even though I feel like I'm right.

And I've been, I want to be right all the time.

Yeah.

So now I gotta go talk to, to my kids or I gotta go talk to my woman.

And it's because it's like, even though I have a right to be here to at this level, that's not how I'm supposed to be dealing with you.

Especially when I'm able to walk away from the world and the world's not dealing with my anger.

Now what if you got that person that really don't have that, that, that release area, you know what I'm saying?

To where they can be able to like release that anger.

Because we got a lot of stuff that's built up, you know, it's not just even on the dad's side, just as men.

And this is mean, you know what I'm saying?

So it's just like, like that's why we created, you know, the platform because we got to be able to express, you know, ourselves with other guys and not trying to take advantage of another guy.

And so it's that it was going around for social media.

I don't know if it still is.

We listen, we don't judge.

Yeah.

So for men you got to have guys around you that, that listening don't judge you.

Number one.

Yeah.

But number two, you have to find an outlet and we're gonna go deeper into this later on in the show because I, I got a story I wanted to tell you that we were talking about with that woman.

But you have to find your release.

So whether it be the gym, that's why I go to the gym and work Out.

Y' all see fat right now, but eventually I'm gonna get there.

You can just call like, hey, Junior, let's.

I'm just going off and they back there letting their daddy had his little vin session.

And then I get a call from my mom, and her mom was like, I heard you lost.

And I'm about to go off on her.

I'm on campus.

Because she plays at a college, but I don't see no fields.
