VOICEOVER:

[Theme Song]

Chelsey Donn:

hi,

Trey Gerrald:

hello, welcome listeners to Review That Review the podcast dedicated to reviewing

Chelsey Donn:

Reviews!

Chelsey Donn:

We're just like Siskel and Ebert only instead of reviewing cinematic masterpieces, we

Trey Gerrald:

that's Chelsey Donn,

Chelsey Donn:

And that's Trey Gerrald.

Trey Gerrald:

and together we are.

VOICEOVER:

The Review Queens!

Trey Gerrald:

To support the show while getting bonus content, including a

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey girl, how you doin?

Chelsey Donn:

I'm good.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, no major complaints swimming along through the day.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't really know where the day went today.

Chelsey Donn:

You ever have one of those days where you're just like, Where to go.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm having a little bit of that feeling, but other than that, you

Chelsey Donn:

How are you doing?

Trey Gerrald:

I'm good.

Trey Gerrald:

It's so interesting.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm going to induct someone today for a, My Royal Highness, which is very much wrapped

Trey Gerrald:

So I'm going to not share about it now so that I can fully dive in feeling unrestricted

Chelsey Donn:

I know I was almost going to talk about how, like, I

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause sometimes I feel like, oh, it's so hot.

Chelsey Donn:

And sometimes I'm like, it's so cold.

Chelsey Donn:

And then I was like, I shouldn't complain.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause it's like 70 degrees here.

Chelsey Donn:

So yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

but still, I mean, you're experiencing that.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, thank you for validating and thank you for that nice little teaser at the top.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, I'm going to be wondering the entire episode, what it is that that might be the theme.

Chelsey Donn:

So thank you for that.

Chelsey Donn:

Also for those of us who are not watching, Trey is wearing our Kvetcher hat.

Chelsey Donn:

It's beautiful.

Chelsey Donn:

It's a white Kvetcher hat with black stitching.

Chelsey Donn:

And so I was thinking, as I was looking at your Kvetcher hat that maybe, you

Chelsey Donn:

So what do you think, trey, do you think we should?

VOICEOVER:

Lodge A Complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

I do I today would love to lodge a complaint against something.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm very curious to get your input on because you are from New Jersey, Philadelly, Philadelly

Chelsey Donn:

Philadellyarea.

Trey Gerrald:

it Philadelphia and have since moved away.

Trey Gerrald:

So I feel like you and I have the opposite experience of this today.

Trey Gerrald:

I want to lodge a complaint against New Jersey's gas station attendants.

Trey Gerrald:

New Jersey, I believe is the single state and our nation of the United States of America

Trey Gerrald:

You can't do it.

Trey Gerrald:

They have- hire individual.

Trey Gerrald:

To take the little gas nozzle, type in your zip code for your credit card, select

Trey Gerrald:

You get out of your car, they look at you like you're a crazy person.

Trey Gerrald:

Like you're gonna do something violent.

Trey Gerrald:

I did not grow up that way.

Trey Gerrald:

I did not grow up in the state.

Trey Gerrald:

So it's already weird.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause I don't want to talk to people.

Trey Gerrald:

I also have had to Google multiple times.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you tip.

Trey Gerrald:

The gas station attendants, or do you not?

Trey Gerrald:

I just want to pump my gas.

Trey Gerrald:

Like I, it's not a difficult thing to do.

Trey Gerrald:

And so I, sometimes I don't want to have to sit there for three minutes waiting

Trey Gerrald:

Two,.

Trey Gerrald:

It's frustrating to me also, it's been a snowy time of year and that's terrible.

Trey Gerrald:

They're freezing.

Trey Gerrald:

They're not in good moods.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, I don't understand.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know what the pay rate for that job is, but that is a hard job.

Trey Gerrald:

You are dealing with inclement weather every single day and you, no one is

Trey Gerrald:

It really is an in and out, in and out fast, fast, fast paced.

Trey Gerrald:

So I just, I'm not into it.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't understand what the point is.

Trey Gerrald:

I also don't know what the general economic reason is.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know how much money that brings in revenues speaking, but I just think we

Trey Gerrald:

And that case you shouldn't be driving Chelsey.

Trey Gerrald:

Tell me what your thoughts are.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause I have a feeling you might have a different point of view.

Chelsey Donn:

You definitely came to the right person with this complaint.

Chelsey Donn:

Try because I am armed with a lot of knowledge about this that I would love to share with you.

Chelsey Donn:

So, first of all, The gas station attendants in New Jersey actually started after world war II.

Trey Gerrald:

How do you know this?

Chelsey Donn:

don't know, remember when I learned this, but I remember that it started,

Chelsey Donn:

And so part of that initiative, New Jersey started implementing these gas station workers.

Chelsey Donn:

So that is number one.

Chelsey Donn:

Number two.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I grew up in New Jersey, but I went to middle school and high school in Philadelphia.

Chelsey Donn:

I've been traumatized by this, on the reverse And usually I would remember to fill or

Chelsey Donn:

And I would need gas.

Chelsey Donn:

Like I can not get home without gas and I could not feel.

Chelsey Donn:

My gas tank.

Chelsey Donn:

Like it was terribly embarrassing.

Chelsey Donn:

I actually didn't know how to do it.

Chelsey Donn:

So I would have to ask a stranger if they could fill my tank.

Chelsey Donn:

So I was at a disadvantage now.

Chelsey Donn:

I obviously live in Los Angeles, so I fill my own tank now, and I know how to do.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank God.

Chelsey Donn:

Like that's a bit, that was a big deal for me when I learned how to do it.

Chelsey Donn:

But I like it.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like a nice luxury when I go home and I'm like, oh, I don't even have to get out of the car.

Chelsey Donn:

Like

Trey Gerrald:

I knew you were going to say I knew it.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, it's great.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, I don't have to touch the thing it's dirty, but I do agree that I feel bad for them.

Chelsey Donn:

A lot of the times when they're just out there, especially in inclement weather, rain, snow.

Chelsey Donn:

And they're still having to get out there and do it.

Chelsey Donn:

And I'm sure people aren't the nicest.

Chelsey Donn:

So I hear you like that sucks, but yeah, I think it's a luxury.

Chelsey Donn:

I imagine it's like anything else, you know, like what if you grow up somewhere you're

Chelsey Donn:

So like, it's, it's weird to you and I totally hear you.

Trey Gerrald:

Anyone who has any information, please call in about this.

Trey Gerrald:

We have two polarizing opinions, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

that's the power of us as a team that we really, we received the

Chelsey Donn:

And yet the same, you know, like we come full circle.

Trey Gerrald:

Alright.

Trey Gerrald:

That's my complainant.

Trey Gerrald:

Tell me, Chelsey, what want to Lodge A Complaint about.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what, um, I want a Lodge, A Complaint.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, you know what, nevermind.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't want to say that.

Chelsey Donn:

No, no.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, I want a Lodge, A Complaint about.

Trey Gerrald:

...is this bit?

Chelsey Donn:

I shouldn't tell you, forget it.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not going to tell you.

Chelsey Donn:

Wait, I want a lot.

Chelsey Donn:

I know I went to Lodge A Complaint about it's stupid.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not going to say that's what I'm lodging a complaint against Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

We got to stop.

Chelsey Donn:

you've gotten to the point of the conversation where you have said, I'm

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

You have to follow through.

Chelsey Donn:

I can't stand it.

Chelsey Donn:

Like when someone's looking at a phone or something and they start laughing, it's hilarious.

Chelsey Donn:

And then you go, what's so funny and they go nothing.

Chelsey Donn:

What is wrong with you?

Chelsey Donn:

What is, what is wrong with you?

Chelsey Donn:

You're you're setting up a premise.

Chelsey Donn:

You're you're you're at me with energy and excitement.

Chelsey Donn:

About something you want to share and then you're not sharing, or you're coming at me with sadness

Chelsey Donn:

And then you don't want to tell me, and then I have to like fight with you for you to tell me.

Chelsey Donn:

And we got to just stop now.

Chelsey Donn:

Listen, I'm trying to get better about gossiping, right?

Chelsey Donn:

It's against my religion, literally and figuratively, or literally in.

Chelsey Donn:

And I don't like to do it.

Chelsey Donn:

So sometimes I will censor myself, if I feel like I'm starting to talk badly about

Chelsey Donn:

I don't want to say that.

Chelsey Donn:

But if I have that thought, I at least have the courtesy to like segway or lie.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not going to make it the other person's responsibility that I had to self censor.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

Like if I'm talking to you about something and I'm like, and then like, she just.

Chelsey Donn:

It doesn't matter what she did, the point is blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Chelsey Donn:

At least I'm continuing on the conversation.

Chelsey Donn:

Like maybe I'm censoring myself a little bit, but I'm like pushing the ball forward.

Chelsey Donn:

I just hate it.

Chelsey Donn:

Do you have this situation with.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I think that what is the trigger for me over here is when I feel like someone is

Chelsey Donn:

yes.

Trey Gerrald:

sometimes it bothers me when I feel like it's just all for show or like, it's like,

Chelsey Donn:

I shouldn't say that this.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

It reminds me of like, I think it's an Ellen degenerates standup thing from before she had a

Trey Gerrald:

Anytime someone says fine.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like,

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, I

Trey Gerrald:

I don't want to ask what's going on.

Trey Gerrald:

Just say you're good.

Trey Gerrald:

like, don't give me fine.

Chelsey Donn:

I know

Trey Gerrald:

But then back to the phone thing, when someone's laughing

Trey Gerrald:

And they're like, Oh no, That is like instantly on the playground at recess in elementary school.

Trey Gerrald:

When you're excluded from the game,

Chelsey Donn:

I know.

Trey Gerrald:

can't see this.

Chelsey Donn:

is not for you.

Chelsey Donn:

This joke is, for other people that get picked before you in Dodge ball.

Trey Gerrald:

well I guess we have similarities when it comes to this, but not gas.

Trey Gerrald:

great.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, that was fun.

Trey Gerrald:

Thank you for sharing that complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

Coming from different points of view is why don't we use that to segue into some online reviews.

Trey Gerrald:

What are your third Google?

Chelsey Donn:

I think that would be the perfect segue.

Chelsey Donn:

Good idea.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do that.

Chelsey Donn:

As you know, we are your trustee Review!

Chelsey Donn:

Queens.

Chelsey Donn:

We each bring in a review from the internet that we feel needs to be inspected.

Trey Gerrald:

We read each other, the Review!

Trey Gerrald:

then we break it down together and we rate the impact of the review

Trey Gerrald:

It's a very Regal process that we love to call

VOICEOVER:

Assess That Kvetch.

Trey Gerrald:

and Chelsey, my, RQ-C, first, today.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All the butterflies let's do it.

Trey Gerrald:

Ciao.

Trey Gerrald:

Ciao.

Trey Gerrald:

See?

Trey Gerrald:

Oh wait.

Trey Gerrald:

Uh, oh, um, Hmm.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't want to finish that sentence.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh,

Chelsey Donn:

know what,

Trey Gerrald:

oh, the gas attendance.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

VOICEOVER:

Review That Review.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So I was thinking like, what are those weird landmarks things that exist in

Chelsey Donn:

When I was doing that research, I came upon something called post alley gum wall in Seattle.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

So what this is is it's basically walls and walls and walls and walls of gum.

Chelsey Donn:

it.

Chelsey Donn:

That's all you need to know.

Trey Gerrald:

Like used chewed up gum?

Chelsey Donn:

Used, chewed up gum, that people put on the wall.

Chelsey Donn:

And then I guess maybe like it, it just collects over time and it's just, there's there's

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So as I was doing that, I came across this Review!, it's a

Chelsey Donn:

Here is listed as an elite reviewer as I was reading this Review!

Chelsey Donn:

I was a little bit confused.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm hoping that Trey, and maybe some of you listening can help clear some of this up.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm going to, I'm going to go ahead and read.

Chelsey Donn:

This is a three star Yelp review written by Sarah S who is an elite reviewer,

Trey Gerrald:

No boy.

Chelsey Donn:

Last review of 2018!

Chelsey Donn:

It's been a ride, Yelp, and working for you was a blast in 2017 into 2018.

Chelsey Donn:

I got to say.

Chelsey Donn:

I didn't mind.

Chelsey Donn:

My amazing boss and former Chicago cm, Alex S rolling out of his position

Chelsey Donn:

Dude was a legend.

Chelsey Donn:

All that aside.

Chelsey Donn:

Being just a regular old Yelp reviewer again has brought back my joy in

Chelsey Donn:

Enough of the sentimental crap!

Chelsey Donn:

On with the off this roller coaster of a year with my 269 review in 2018.

Chelsey Donn:

And I'm finishing off 2018 with the weird one, the gum wall at Pike Place in Seattle.

Chelsey Donn:

It's a local landmark in the alleyway below pike place market about 50 feet in length

Chelsey Donn:

This tradition of sticking gum on the wall began in 1993.

Chelsey Donn:

When it became an official tourist attraction in 1999.

Chelsey Donn:

It's only been scrubbed and scraped down once since then in 2015.

Chelsey Donn:

This is such an obscure little lore.

Chelsey Donn:

By sure, it's worth taking a few minutes between your eating and shopping to check it out...

Chelsey Donn:

If you can stomach it.

Chelsey Donn:

I knew I had to check out the gum wall while I was at pike place and was looking forward to it.

Chelsey Donn:

I had visions of taking cute pictures that would be totes Insta worthy

Chelsey Donn:

Well, it didn't work out that way.

Chelsey Donn:

I was so gross out once I was in the presence of all this half chewed, disgusting, moist

Chelsey Donn:

The thought of it right now makes me want to throw up.

Chelsey Donn:

I legit started dry heaving while I was there.

Chelsey Donn:

It looks all bright, beautiful color and fun and pictures.

Chelsey Donn:

But in person I couldn't handle it disgusto I took a couple of shots and promptly

Chelsey Donn:

It's one of those things.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm glad I saw, but heck no, I don't need to see it ever again, as long

Chelsey Donn:

Pass!

Chelsey Donn:

What happened in the beginning of the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

cause I'm still unsure.

Chelsey Donn:

It's now the third time I've read it like to myself and I still don't understand

Chelsey Donn:

Like if you're in a I, the only thing I can think of is that there's, they're

Chelsey Donn:

Like we're not making money as an elite reviewer, right.

Chelsey Donn:

Or.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, no, I at first, because you told us they're an elite Review!

Trey Gerrald:

or I was thinking, oh, this person's crazy.

Trey Gerrald:

And they thought they were working for you out, but they were reviewer.

Trey Gerrald:

But no, I, it sounds to me like they actually held a position for Yelp's headquarters.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause they talk about the boss who had endless events to go to.

Trey Gerrald:

And now they're just a normal reviewer.

Chelsey Donn:

Um,

Trey Gerrald:

the impression I got because you don't get paid as an elite.

Trey Gerrald:

Review!.

Chelsey Donn:

I know.

Trey Gerrald:

Regardless.

Trey Gerrald:

I do think it has nothing to do with this gum wall.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, it doesn't!

Chelsey Donn:

No.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Like I'm really having this feeling about Sarah S that I don't care.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know why you've put in so much personal information.

Chelsey Donn:

Also it's like, so arbitrary, like it's there.

Chelsey Donn:

It's what is the number of Review!?

Chelsey Donn:

Did they say.

Trey Gerrald:

269th.

Trey Gerrald:

Review!

Trey Gerrald:

in 2018 and I wrote it down.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, if it was like the 300th or like a nice, pretty round

Chelsey Donn:

So significant.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like somebody that's like, I'm going to like celebrate my 26th birthday.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's a really big deal.

Chelsey Donn:

And you're like, yeah, 25 and 30.

Chelsey Donn:

That's what you get.

Trey Gerrald:

I think for me, it's just, Hmm.

Trey Gerrald:

How do I want to say I'm getting a sense that Sarah S really takes their life

Trey Gerrald:

Meanwhile, the meat on the bones of this review are very minimal other than like the history

Trey Gerrald:

Auditioning to be an article writer at Buzzfeed.

Trey Gerrald:

Like why are you writing an article in your Review!

Trey Gerrald:

instead of just telling us, like you thought it was gross.

Trey Gerrald:

Meanwhile, why did they do a cleaning in 2015?

Trey Gerrald:

That's what I'm curious about.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know, maybe there was an event that happened who the hell knows.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, listen, I actually liked that part of the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

when Sarah, like, by the time we got over that initial saga that I

Chelsey Donn:

still, I'm still not convinced.

Chelsey Donn:

I understand.

Chelsey Donn:

Once we got through that part, I was like, oh, that's nice.

Chelsey Donn:

Because the gum is like so weird and arbitrary.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

And I read through a lot of reviews just because when I found this thing, I was like,

Chelsey Donn:

And none of them really answered for me, like why, when, how, you know what I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

Like a lot of them were like, it's gross or it smells like gum or,

Chelsey Donn:

But I liked that Sarah took an extra time to be like, this is the history of the thing.

Chelsey Donn:

Like that was actually nice.

Chelsey Donn:

And I think what impact, whether or not I was going to see something

Trey Gerrald:

It's interesting to me that Sarah S was so sickened by the site, but they'll

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, this is, I think this might be a first on the show where

Trey Gerrald:

I really think that Sarah S gets all points there.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I do

Trey Gerrald:

W okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So what about the spelling?

Trey Gerrald:

And.

Chelsey Donn:

It was very good, but there was one little error.

Chelsey Donn:

I can't remember where it was.

Chelsey Donn:

It was, it was minor though.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, okay.

Chelsey Donn:

but tiny.

Trey Gerrald:

then truthful, shady.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't think Sarah's being shady.

Trey Gerrald:

I think Sarah is being a little indulgent, but

Chelsey Donn:

but she is an elite reviewer.

Chelsey Donn:

We know these elite reviewers do tend to be indulgent.

Chelsey Donn:

There's this pattern of, of this kind of behavior and indulgence.

Chelsey Donn:

So the indulgence in the second two thirds of the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

doesn't really bother me.

Chelsey Donn:

It's more like

Trey Gerrald:

the first,

Chelsey Donn:

was completely unnecessary.

Trey Gerrald:

right.

Trey Gerrald:

As far as the experience here, you know, the more I thought about it, the more I

Chelsey Donn:

So gross.

Trey Gerrald:

especially if it's like a random alleyway behind like the original

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I liked that.

Chelsey Donn:

They also touched on again.

Chelsey Donn:

I obviously have more information about this gum wall than, than anyone probably at this point.

Chelsey Donn:

But what I did like is a lot of people will go to this wall for the Instagram shots,

Chelsey Donn:

And I think that.

Chelsey Donn:

I liked that Sarah brought that up and was like, yeah, I thought I was going

Chelsey Donn:

But when I got there, it was so gross that I like quickly took a few shots and

Chelsey Donn:

Like maybe we skipped the gum wall if we're just there for the photo.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

And I was going to bring this up in my assessment because I, I feel like because Sarah.

Trey Gerrald:

Was negligent and uh, reaching their goal of being the talk of the gram.

Trey Gerrald:

I think Sarah then put it onto the Yelp review by saying I'm going to be the Yelp.

Chelsey Donn:

Interesting, interesting, interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

They did include some photos.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

Good vault.

Chelsey Donn:

None of them are Instagram worthy.

Chelsey Donn:

They are like photos of other people taking their photos in front of the wall.

Trey Gerrald:

What do you think of the humor entertainment level?

Chelsey Donn:

I was entertained when I write it.

Chelsey Donn:

I thought there was an attempted humor.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't think again, like I was rolling over, like I was for that ball Review!

Chelsey Donn:

which at world cherries of fire, but I thought it was like, it wasn't boring.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, maybe it was the top, but it was like colorful ish.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I was entertained because it's just interesting to me.

Trey Gerrald:

okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So.

Chelsey Donn:

Is there anything else we should consider before we crown it?

Trey Gerrald:

No, I think I could crown.

Trey Gerrald:

I think I could crowd.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

I think I can crown Sarah ass.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

So Chelsey and I each have our own set of one to five crown cards in an effort

Trey Gerrald:

We will simultaneously reveal our or hitting.

VOICEOVER:

Queens are Tabulating.

VOICEOVER:

Total Score!.

Chelsey Donn:

Interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So Trey is holding up three crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm holding up four crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, why are you holding up three crowns for Sarah ass?

Trey Gerrald:

I just gave three because The overall impact for me is Sarah S.

Trey Gerrald:

Gave me a book report on this and, and on their life, I just, I felt like they could

Trey Gerrald:

It's grammar and spelling is pretty great.

Trey Gerrald:

think they're being truthful.

Trey Gerrald:

I think it's a common experience.

Trey Gerrald:

I was entertained maybe not for the right reasons, but, and then as far as a deal

Trey Gerrald:

other 268 reviews.

Trey Gerrald:

now.

Trey Gerrald:

So that's why I gave Three,.

Trey Gerrald:

What about you Chelsey?

Trey Gerrald:

Why did you give for crowns?

Chelsey Donn:

I feel like I was being extra generous today.

Chelsey Donn:

I thought about doing three and a half.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe I should have done three and a half.

Chelsey Donn:

I threw Sarah the extra crown because you know, like we discussed, I sort of differ from ULI.

Chelsey Donn:

I liked the historical.

Chelsey Donn:

Background stuff.

Chelsey Donn:

That was a nice, additional aspect of the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

that a lot of the other reviewers didn't include.

Chelsey Donn:

And, you know, she gave it three crowns, not one.

Chelsey Donn:

And I felt like, okay, it's.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, right,

Chelsey Donn:

it seems sort of like, cool.

Chelsey Donn:

If you're here to take a photo and this is like, what you want, like,

Chelsey Donn:

I thought there was, I thought it was, you know, a decent Review!

Chelsey Donn:

all around minus that first part.

Chelsey Donn:

I think if, if Sarah had just started after that paragraph, it would have been even more queenly.

Chelsey Donn:

So that was why, what was four crowns for Sarah?

Trey Gerrald:

Excellent funny, find

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's take a quick break.

Chelsey Donn:

And when we come back, we can get into RQ-T's Review!

Chelsey Donn:

can't.

Chelsey Donn:

Wait, is it on theme?

Trey Gerrald:

woop woop.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, my Review!

Trey Gerrald:

will tie into my zinger spoiler.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, there's usually a thing.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm all right.

Chelsey Donn:

Can't wait to hear.

VOICEOVER:

Hold your crown.

VOICEOVER:

We'll be right back.

Trey Gerrald:

Are you ready for a game?

Trey Gerrald:

And to take a quick spin on the Meryl-Go-Round.

Chelsey Donn:

Chelsey Donn:

I thought it was Thanksgiving cause the, the Turkey came back.

Chelsey Donn:

But I am ready.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

'I don't feel like an icon.

VOICEOVER:

Most of the days, I feel like 'I can't!' That's with an, A'..

Chelsey Donn:

All right, Trey and I have each picked a rotten scathing, pithy

Trey Gerrald:

Just like queen Meryl, who does it all.

Chelsey Donn:

before the clock runs out.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Try it.

Chelsey Donn:

Whereas using her from today.

Trey Gerrald:

I have a one star review from amazon.com for Rounderbum

Trey Gerrald:

This is written by amazing two exclamation mark.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

And their subject is Hurts and their review from 2018 reads crushes your junk.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, do you think that they bought the wrong size?

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe,

Trey Gerrald:

Oh man.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know, baby.

Chelsey Donn:

if we're crushing the junk.

Chelsey Donn:

probably should have gone up a size, just the thought.

Chelsey Donn:

Not, not to blame you, but anyway, I'm gonna strap you into just like, I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I feel kind of pure today.

Chelsey Donn:

So can I, can I strap you into like a crown?

Chelsey Donn:

Is that okay?

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Are you ready?

Trey Gerrald:

I am.

Trey Gerrald:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

Two, One, GO!.

Chelsey Donn:

Yankee

Trey Gerrald:

Crushes your junk,

Chelsey Donn:

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey Donn:

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you for giving us the read, even though you're not getting the point.

Chelsey Donn:

All

Trey Gerrald:

It took you so long.

Trey Gerrald:

Ah,

Chelsey Donn:

All right, fine.

Chelsey Donn:

I'll give you spy.

Chelsey Donn:

right, I'll give you a spy then.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

was

Chelsey Donn:

great job, Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

Damn Gina.

Chelsey Donn:

Good

Trey Gerrald:

What is your zinger today?

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey?

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

My zinger is a Google review for target.

Chelsey Donn:

And this review is written by Daniel P.

Chelsey Donn:

The review is Connor.

Chelsey Donn:

You're not the father.

Chelsey Donn:

Matt is, yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know why Daniel P decided to go to this forum to let Connor know.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, That's it.

Chelsey Donn:

It's a review of target from Daniel P Connor.

Chelsey Donn:

You're not the father.

Chelsey Donn:

Matt is

Trey Gerrald:

okay.

Trey Gerrald:

well, obviously I'm going to strap you in some Maury Povich.

Chelsey Donn:

okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Yay.

Chelsey Donn:

Love it.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

are not the father.

Trey Gerrald:

Are you ready?

Chelsey Donn:

I am ready.

VOICEOVER:

Three, Two, One, GO!.

Chelsey Donn:

The father.

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey Donn:

Carter.

Chelsey Donn:

You're not the father,

Trey Gerrald:

slapstick,

Chelsey Donn:

not the father.

Trey Gerrald:

auctioneer

Chelsey Donn:

The father, Matt is

Trey Gerrald:

Shakespeare.

Chelsey Donn:

Connor.

Chelsey Donn:

You're not the father.

Chelsey Donn:

Matt is

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, breaking news

Chelsey Donn:

Connor.

Chelsey Donn:

You're not the father about his.

Trey Gerrald:

six.

Trey Gerrald:

sex.

Chelsey Donn:

You Andiva, take your crown, take your crown, your crown,

Trey Gerrald:

was a really funny zinger.

Trey Gerrald:

You just randomly found that.

Chelsey Donn:

correct?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, she did.

Chelsey Donn:

Sometimes you find a Daniel.

VOICEOVER:

Review That Review.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, right.

Chelsey Donn:

We are back from that rousing game break and Trey, it is your turn.

Chelsey Donn:

Where is your Review!

Chelsey Donn:

from this week?

Trey Gerrald:

All right today, I have a one star review from yelp.com

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

written by Bobby T for Rounderbum men's but enhancing underwear.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, hold on.

Chelsey Donn:

Hold.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, questions before we get started.

Chelsey Donn:

So is this the same product as the zinger?

Chelsey Donn:

Like the same exact product?

Trey Gerrald:

So interesting.

Trey Gerrald:

So the product?

Trey Gerrald:

is for one of the pairs of underwear.

Trey Gerrald:

This Yelp review is for the store in west Hollywood, the storefront

Chelsey Donn:

And what is it called again?

Trey Gerrald:

Rounderbum.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Just want to make sure I had all that.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

And do you understand what rounderbum is?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Like it's basically like reverse Spanx so that it looks like you have a nap, a nice round,

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

it's okay.

Chelsey Donn:

It's in the right, you know, space

Trey Gerrald:

It's actually, I think it's in the spot that used to be American

Chelsey Donn:

real estate.

Chelsey Donn:

That makes sense.

Chelsey Donn:

That makes sense

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So here we go.

Trey Gerrald:

This is Bobby T's Review!.

Trey Gerrald:

This is written on November 13th, 2020.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

As you all can see my reviews are always very positive I love to support businesses.

Trey Gerrald:

However, this business does not deserve to be supported I bought some things from them

Trey Gerrald:

I was not allowed to do so on one of the compression shirts I sent it back to them

Trey Gerrald:

And they would not accept returns after they said they would which took about two weeks

Trey Gerrald:

I am alerting everyone at my west Hollywood chamber of commerce which I'm very loudspeaker.

Trey Gerrald:

And my email database of 850,000 people that I spend my 25 year career of being

Trey Gerrald:

You can buy the same items on eBay for $8 and 65 cents which I just ordered three

Trey Gerrald:

Also on my eBay account you can see I have bought over 700 things on it so I know how to shop.

Trey Gerrald:

But wait, there's more!

Trey Gerrald:

They replied to their own Review!.

Trey Gerrald:

So the first one was November 13th.

Trey Gerrald:

Now it's November 20th, which is my sister's birthday.

Trey Gerrald:

Bobby T writes again.

Trey Gerrald:

Updated Review!.

Trey Gerrald:

I sent an exchange back three weeks ago and I'm still getting the run-around I

Trey Gerrald:

What is going on with Rounderbum and that they're closed is this company not solvent

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, so, okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So the reason you're running out of breath here is because Bobby T is seemingly

Chelsey Donn:

right?

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I only took a breath when I was

Chelsey Donn:

Oh

Trey Gerrald:

was my, um, that was my exercise today,

Chelsey Donn:

God.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean,

Trey Gerrald:

which I think, I think that's appropriate since Bobby T.

Trey Gerrald:

Shares that they have a database of eight, 850,000 people on their email list.

Trey Gerrald:

So you would think they would know how to write sentences.

Chelsey Donn:

Give me a break.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

One question right off the bat.

Chelsey Donn:

And we've, I think talked about this before.

Chelsey Donn:

What do we think when people start their reviews with the whole line, which we've heard a million

Trey Gerrald:

You know, I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm kind of have to, like, I can see.

Trey Gerrald:

I want to believe them.

Trey Gerrald:

I want to believe that's true, but I also recognize that you can set up the reader in a

Trey Gerrald:

So then I sort of just ignore it because I don't know if I'm being manipulated or not.

Chelsey Donn:

Same.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm like doth protest too much or not.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

There's something like everybody in their mother.

Trey Gerrald:

says that.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Once as to know that when they returned the clothes at Ross, they so gently

Trey Gerrald:

I think I just, I had to point out here in the second updated Review!

Trey Gerrald:

Bobby T says.

Trey Gerrald:

I was ready to buy more, but in the first original Review!, they're going to go to the chamber

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, my God.

Chelsey Donn:

I feel like I'm like, have you been, why do you watch shark tank?

Chelsey Donn:

I feel like I'm channeling my, like Mr.

Chelsey Donn:

Wonderful.

Chelsey Donn:

This season has gotten anger management.

Chelsey Donn:

So every

Trey Gerrald:

Oh,

Chelsey Donn:

he will do this thing where he's like, I just want to eviscerate you,

Chelsey Donn:

And I'm having like a little bit of that feeling with Bobby for some reason, because.

Chelsey Donn:

Also.

Chelsey Donn:

So I first turned off by the positive thing, then turned off by the 850,000 emails,

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause it's like, you're just really showing your hand, Bobby, you know,

Chelsey Donn:

If you don't pay attention to me, I'm going to slander you to 850,000 people.

Chelsey Donn:

So you better pay attention to me.

Chelsey Donn:

Like.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

It's really whiny and like begging attention.

Chelsey Donn:

And I don't know much about the west Hollywood chamber of commerce, but like, is it just

Trey Gerrald:

And we'll open the floor.

Chelsey Donn:

We'll open the floor at one point.

Chelsey Donn:

And Bobby is always the one that's like, I have something to say about the trash.

Chelsey Donn:

I have something to say about the parking I have, you know, like he's

Chelsey Donn:

And on the one hand, I almost respect that because I know exactly who Bobby is.

Chelsey Donn:

But on the other hand, when we're going into the truthful element of this and we're

Trey Gerrald:

does, it does come across to me as shady because Bobby T self-identifies

Chelsey Donn:

yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Which I'm very,

Chelsey Donn:

that as your complaint last week.

Trey Gerrald:

oh, that's right?

Trey Gerrald:

But they're saying that they are allowed speaker at the chamber of commerce.

Trey Gerrald:

So it makes me think that Bobby has learned in their 25 year career that

Trey Gerrald:

So if I complain the loudest, I'm going to get what I want.

Trey Gerrald:

And so a little bit of this feels to me, They didn't give you a 100% refund, which

Trey Gerrald:

And then they said, no, but we'll give you half store credit.

Trey Gerrald:

So therefore you think the store should close.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, and so therefore you go on here and you just spout all the stuff about you.

Trey Gerrald:

And this I'm like, I don't want to go here because I don't think it's necessary.

Trey Gerrald:

But Bobby T is a very famous person.

Trey Gerrald:

I.

Trey Gerrald:

Recognized them instantly.

Trey Gerrald:

Also, their name is very famous and they have appeared on like E and like,

Trey Gerrald:

So even that makes me feel like don't, you know who I am energy.

Chelsey Donn:

it.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, that's interesting because I didn't know that.

Chelsey Donn:

And I, I still don't.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, I, maybe I live under a rock, but I still don't know who

Chelsey Donn:

And I still got that vibe, you know, even without knowing.

Chelsey Donn:

So I think that that is very front and center.

Chelsey Donn:

What was the time between the two Review!.

Trey Gerrald:

One week it was the 13th and then the 20th.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Here's where I'm very confused.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Three dozen three,

Trey Gerrald:

Oh yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

pairs quick math, 36 36 pairs of underwear.

Chelsey Donn:

30 to 31 days a month.

Chelsey Donn:

Why do we need so much underwear that we got, whatever we got, we returned, we bought 36 pairs.

Chelsey Donn:

We said, they're on their way.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, we're bragging about how fast I'm going to get them all that.

Chelsey Donn:

So you have them.

Chelsey Donn:

And then a week later you're trying to go back and buy them.

Chelsey Donn:

How many pairs do you need?

Chelsey Donn:

Because in addition to the 36 pairs of underwear, I can't imagine you're

Chelsey Donn:

Like, it seems like a nighttime thing.

Chelsey Donn:

So, or maybe not, I could be wrong.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe you them all day, either way 36 is a lot of underwear and then they referenced

Chelsey Donn:

So Bobby T isn't just wearing this underwear.

Chelsey Donn:

Clearly.

Chelsey Donn:

They were other kinds of underwear.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I want to clarify it is a little murky on the details

Trey Gerrald:

says that they bought some things from them.

Trey Gerrald:

The item is too small and they ask if they could exchange the ones they did not open.

Trey Gerrald:

And they were not allowed to do so on one of the compression shirts.

Trey Gerrald:

So they must've purchased compression shirts and underwear.

Trey Gerrald:

And it sounds like they wouldn't take a return back from the compression shirt, which

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Like you think you wouldn't take back underwear because it's like, if you've had your hearts all

Trey Gerrald:

But no, you're right.

Trey Gerrald:

They do say three dozens.

Chelsey Donn:

pairs.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

So it's all like three dozen sets that you're like, oh, it could be a shirt.

Chelsey Donn:

And this like three,

Trey Gerrald:

Oh wait.

Trey Gerrald:

You know what.

Trey Gerrald:

on E-bay they bought three

Chelsey Donn:

That's what I'm saying.

Trey Gerrald:

uh,

Chelsey Donn:

they bought 36.

Chelsey Donn:

They're bragging about the fact that they're going to get it real quick, faster than they could have,

Chelsey Donn:

Then a week later, they're talking about going back to the store and getting more.

Chelsey Donn:

Is this a one-star review?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

have a five plus star Review!

Chelsey Donn:

you're so passionate about these underwear that you wrote, not one, but two reviews within

Chelsey Donn:

Clearly there must be something really great about this underwear.

Chelsey Donn:

If you're buying so much of it, maybe I should go pick some up,

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey.

Trey Gerrald:

That is like a really great point.

Trey Gerrald:

I didn't even pick up,

Trey Gerrald:

on that.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, obviously spelling and grammar is horrifying.

Trey Gerrald:

We've both kind of find this to be shady, common experience or a fluke.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause they.

Chelsey Donn:

What is the experience?

Chelsey Donn:

What is the experience that I can't return?

Chelsey Donn:

All my items.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, that's what I'm saying.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, if you're this angry, you're going to go to the chamber of commerce, please.

Trey Gerrald:

Quote what the return policy was that you're saying they're not

Chelsey Donn:

Why are we so upset?

Chelsey Donn:

I want to

Trey Gerrald:

that's a

Chelsey Donn:

I missing something?

Chelsey Donn:

All I know is that we're upset because I can't get a hundred percent refund.

Chelsey Donn:

I can only get 50% store credit.

Trey Gerrald:

Half

Chelsey Donn:

Is that the thesis?

Trey Gerrald:

yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

It was lost in the Michigan costs.

Chelsey Donn:

I barely could see the point anymore.

Trey Gerrald:

So, is it humorous?

Chelsey Donn:

No.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't think so.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, again, like it's funny because again, I don't know

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, I'm sure you're a great person.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know Bobby T but the character that I'm getting of Bobby tee off

Chelsey Donn:

It's not humor necessarily, but I am entertained by this character walking around the world.

Chelsey Donn:

And I do think I get a lot of personality, I think for me is almost a part of the humor.

Chelsey Donn:

Assessment is personality and there is personality here.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like oozing from the page.

Trey Gerrald:

I guess I just I'm.

Trey Gerrald:

I am unsure about the experience as we pointed out.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, I can't tell if this is common or fluke.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, I don't know if Bobby misinterpreted what the return policy was or if they're actually

Trey Gerrald:

So I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

If there was a reply from owner here, I would be curious if they would

Chelsey Donn:

Like these are undergarments, like they are on private, whatever.

Chelsey Donn:

Like we don't accept them back.

Chelsey Donn:

Uh, we will give a 50% refund cause essentially we have to donate the product

Chelsey Donn:

That's like Bobby T should have gotten the memo and didn't get the memo.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't

Chelsey Donn:

No deal breakers.

Trey Gerrald:

now I think I could crown Bobby's here.

Chelsey Donn:

I like feel bad.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm going to have to stop talking about them, but I'm ready to crown them.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's crown by.

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

Chelsey Donn:

Interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm holding up a half.

Chelsey Donn:

Crown.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey is holding up one crown.

Chelsey Donn:

I was like going back and forth 13 and a half crown in one crown.

Chelsey Donn:

I'll go first.

Chelsey Donn:

I gave Bobby T a half crown because like I said, at the end of the day, I'm not

Chelsey Donn:

is.

Chelsey Donn:

I wish that whatever the thesis statement that was being made here, Made clearly, but because

Chelsey Donn:

I can't even really walk away with this armed with the knowledge I

Chelsey Donn:

So for that reason, there's not really a ton of impact.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm a little bit confused.

Chelsey Donn:

Like I said, reverse impact for me.

Chelsey Donn:

This product seems great.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe I should go get it.

Chelsey Donn:

So for that reason, half crown, why one crown for, for Bobby T from

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I felt like all I walk away with after reading this is

Trey Gerrald:

Sides, et cetera, please like please proofread and add punctuation.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like, that's just obnoxious at this point.

Trey Gerrald:

And I gave it the one crown, because it was funny to me that Bobby T was so mad and spiteful.

Trey Gerrald:

That's what it felt like to me.

Trey Gerrald:

So that's why he gave it one crown.

Chelsey Donn:

I hear you.

Chelsey Donn:

I was definitely going back and forth between both.

Chelsey Donn:

So, thanks.

Chelsey Donn:

That was fun.

Chelsey Donn:

Thanks for bringing that in right now.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm super curious who that is, say all right, my queen, we have reached

Chelsey Donn:

Who are you?

Chelsey Donn:

Inducting trey for?

VOICEOVER:

My Royal Highness

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, so here we go.

Trey Gerrald:

Here's the completion of my teas up top.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey season two of Cheer came out last month.

Trey Gerrald:

So I'm watching it late, but, Okay

Trey Gerrald:

So anyone who did not watch Cheer was a documentary series on Netflix that followed

Chelsey Donn:

collegiate, right?

Trey Gerrald:

And it's actually a junior college.

Trey Gerrald:

And what was so fascinating about the program or about the television show is that

Trey Gerrald:

And I think that it affects me emotionally because anytime I see anyone that's a professional dancer.

Trey Gerrald:

There's something that is so emotional to me about that level of discipline and commitment.

Trey Gerrald:

And so this, the whole Cheerleading thing, so much of season one is sort of stripping

Chelsey Donn:

those of us who have seen bring it on, you know,

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

but it literally is bring it on, on crack because they're doing like

Trey Gerrald:

Being held up there, like the third person on top.

Trey Gerrald:

And these people that are doing the Cheering are in their early twenties.

Trey Gerrald:

And there is a shelf life to being able to do that to your body.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

There's just, it's just the highest of highest stakes.

Trey Gerrald:

And it's so much about teamwork and like, it just very moving.

Trey Gerrald:

There's a reason.

Trey Gerrald:

It sort of became a sensation.

Trey Gerrald:

So season two has just come out and it gets very meta because it's

Trey Gerrald:

Famous.

Trey Gerrald:

And so they're still trying to put their routine together.

Trey Gerrald:

They want to like get to Daytona and, you know, they just have this extreme goal.

Trey Gerrald:

That's so taxing.

Trey Gerrald:

They're like puking, trying to like get their bodies conditioned.

Trey Gerrald:

And then all of a sudden COVID happens the middle of this second season.

Trey Gerrald:

And then all this other stuff happens.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm not going to talk about it.

Trey Gerrald:

But anyway, that's what I've been doing all week has been like Bingeing.

Trey Gerrald:

two.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

But My Royal Highness induction today as the creator, the executive producer

Trey Gerrald:

He is a multi Emmy winner.

Trey Gerrald:

I just think the idea is so.

Trey Gerrald:

Obviously going to be interesting.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like sports.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, there's so much sport content, but it's a sport that people don't think of as a sport.

Trey Gerrald:

They think it's the silly thing.

Trey Gerrald:

So there's so much to strip away and then just the storytelling is so fraught and emotional.

Trey Gerrald:

And then I thought, how did you ever have a season two, like the first season

Trey Gerrald:

So like, what's story after that?

Trey Gerrald:

And I honestly think season two is better than season one and it goes

Chelsey Donn:

post COVID.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

It goes off into like six different places like you don't.

Trey Gerrald:

is, it is so fascinating.

Chelsey Donn:

huh?

Trey Gerrald:

So I just, I am inducting Greg Whiteley, kudos to you for

Chelsey Donn:

Pivoting.

Trey Gerrald:

Pivoting.

Trey Gerrald:

and trying to figure out like, okay, the Metta ness of watching them, trying

Trey Gerrald:

And then the coach on dancing with us.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, it just is so fascinating.

Trey Gerrald:

And I think that ultimately the thesis statement of the show is what do we put up

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Which I think is just so much more important to look at examine questions showcase

Trey Gerrald:

You know, it's like, it actually is an intelligent story for reality television.

Trey Gerrald:

And it's highlighting these people that are committed to something that other people laugh

Trey Gerrald:

I'm involved.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm there.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm, I'm watching.

Trey Gerrald:

So I'm inducting you, Greg Whiteley for your genius.

Trey Gerrald:

Genius first and second season of Cheer on Netflix.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

Greg Whiteley.

Chelsey Donn:
