VOICEOVER:

Everybody's got an opinion.

VOICEOVER:

Every Californian and Virginian.

VOICEOVER:

It's so hard to tell who to trust and who to ignore.

VOICEOVER:

Someone's gotta settle the score.

VOICEOVER:

Trey and Chelsey will help you choose who's views win which ones lose.

VOICEOVER:

Online haters are coming for you.

VOICEOVER:

Baby, it's time to Review That Review.

CHELSEY DONN:

Hello,

TREY GERRALD:

Well, hi Chelsey and hello listeners.

TREY GERRALD:

Welcome to Review That Review.

TREY GERRALD:

We are the podcast that is dedicated to reviewing

CHELSEY DONN:

reviews

TREY GERRALD:

that excited voice is Chelsey Donn

CHELSEY DONN:

and that excited voice is Trey Gerrald.

TREY GERRALD:

And when our excited voices come together, we form

VOICEOVER:

The.

TREY GERRALD:

how exciting

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm so excited.

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey, you know what I'm most excited about to hear your Complaint Diva 'cause 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Know that you've just been coming from quite A' situation in real time.

CHELSEY DONN:

So 'I, don't know if you wanna complain about that.

CHELSEY DONN:

Not leading the witness, but 'I wanna give you the floor too.

VOICEOVER:

Lodge A' complaints.

TREY GERRALD:

All right, well, hello listeners.

TREY GERRALD:

Um, it has now been 65 minutes since, uh, ChelseyBD and 'I started

TREY GERRALD:

We had to be in A' live chat with technical support for the company that we use to record.

TREY GERRALD:

None of this is interesting, but this is on top of the fact that 'I was out

TREY GERRALD:

Birthdays four and two respectively, and my husband and 'I had A' 5:00 PM flight.

TREY GERRALD:

So we got to the airport at three and it kept getting delayed and

TREY GERRALD:

We were told, because there was no captain for the plane.

CHELSEY DONN:

Nightmare.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay?

TREY GERRALD:

And then it just got canceled outta nowhere.

TREY GERRALD:

Like it was delayed like six times.

TREY GERRALD:

Right?

CHELSEY DONN:

so awful.

TREY GERRALD:

and, but 'I am so manic on my app, 'I saw that there was

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I quickly got us on really fast.

TREY GERRALD:

Like 'I 'I was even impressed with myself, but that was like, you know, A' 9:00 PM flight.

TREY GERRALD:

Then that got delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed another six times and they were telling us that

TREY GERRALD:

So we like were delayed until like 10 30 and then there were like good news, we're

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD literally three minutes later.

TREY GERRALD:

Attention, bad news.

TREY GERRALD:

We've had to close the gate again.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay then.

TREY GERRALD:

At 12 midnight, they canceled that flight.

TREY GERRALD:

No more flights out.

TREY GERRALD:

Attention.

TREY GERRALD:

We are not rescheduling or rebooking any flights at this terminal.

TREY GERRALD:

You must go to the customer assistance, which is directly behind you.

TREY GERRALD:

They had three agents.

TREY GERRALD:

The line was like eight gates long.

CHELSEY DONN:

my God.

TREY GERRALD:

so it was crazy.

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I was gonna Lodge this Complaint about airlines just canceling flights,

CHELSEY DONN:

Did you end up waiting in that line, or did you just call,

TREY GERRALD:

Well, at this point it's like midnight, right?

TREY GERRALD:

And 'I was like, why do we have to wait in the line?

TREY GERRALD:

Like I'll literally call.

TREY GERRALD:

So David waited in the line, 'I walked to another terminal, and 'I found another

TREY GERRALD:

And that line was even longer because 'I guess there was A' tornado that was due and.

TREY GERRALD:

Charlotte at four 30 in the morning and it was drizzling and we did see sporadic lightning.

TREY GERRALD:

But 'I do know that planes can fly above lightning, but 'I understand

TREY GERRALD:

But apparently every flight in Charlotte was canceled.

TREY GERRALD:

So

CHELSEY DONN:

You felt like Miranda Priestly.

TREY GERRALD:

mean 'I was sent, 'I sent you that gift,

CHELSEY DONN:

Prada?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yes.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I was sending it to

CHELSEY DONN:

gotta be something going out.

CHELSEY DONN:

Can 'I airlift her out of there?

TREY GERRALD:

but like, it's just maddening.

TREY GERRALD:

We were literally at the airport for nine hours and like 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

To have two flights canceled and then because it was quote unquote weather like

CHELSEY DONN:

so if it's weather, they don't have to offer you anything.

TREY GERRALD:

Right, but 'I was literally like, okay, the first one

TREY GERRALD:

The second one was because of maintenance on the plane.

TREY GERRALD:

So what do you mean weather?

TREY GERRALD:

They're like, well, all flights out of Charlotte are canceled due to the thunderstorm.

TREY GERRALD:

'I was like, well, that's not what 'I was told.

TREY GERRALD:

So it's not the weather.

TREY GERRALD:

So that was just very shady.

TREY GERRALD:

'I know 'I could talk about this forever, and everyone has these horror stories when

TREY GERRALD:

Very much take for granted.

TREY GERRALD:

Like we just hop on A' plane and go where we wanna go.

TREY GERRALD:

And like the plane scenario is only an issue when it's A' Complaint to Lodge

TREY GERRALD:

'I don't even consider it, but it is

CHELSEY DONN:

that being said, 'I feel like it's been getting to be more and more of A'

CHELSEY DONN:

Otherwise, like that's my thing.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's like it's annoying 'cause 'I have to get up at like 2:00 AM but I'll do it.

TREY GERRALD:

Right.

TREY GERRALD:

And we did get, thankfully 'I was, we were able to sleep at my sister's house, but then

TREY GERRALD:

So it was like the apps just kept saying, unavailable, unavailable, unavailable.

TREY GERRALD:

So then we had to get like A' lock, super expensive lift.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause no one was trying to book the, you know, it was like, so, Bad.

TREY GERRALD:

Anyway.

TREY GERRALD:

'I don't wanna harp on it, but then here we are 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think maybe is Mercury in retrograde 'I?

TREY GERRALD:

Don't know what that means, but like we literally just spent 65 minutes ChelseyBD and 'I trying to

CHELSEY DONN:

Everything is delayed.

CHELSEY DONN:

Everything is without compensation.

CHELSEY DONN:

Life

TREY GERRALD:

you, you wanna know what 'I don't wanna delay any longer?

TREY GERRALD:

Is this online review that you have brought in because 'I don't

TREY GERRALD:

I'm so sick of

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay, 'I,

TREY GERRALD:

Um, if any of our listeners work for airlines, please call in and give me the tea.

TREY GERRALD:

Like just share anything that might be useful when we're in this conversation and, and these

TREY GERRALD:

Okay.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I do know that the flight attendants don't get paid until

TREY GERRALD:

were A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Lot of flight attendants like sitting with everyone, which 'I found to very interesting.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, ChelseyBD, should we do this show?

TREY GERRALD:

Let's do it.

CHELSEY DONN:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

Review, That, Review.

CHELSEY DONN:

As you know, we are your trustee, Review Queen.

CHELSEY DONN:

So we bring in reviews from the internet that we feel need to be inspected.

TREY GERRALD:

We read you the review, then we break it down and rate the impact of that

TREY GERRALD:

Now this is A' very regal process that we call

VOICEOVER:

Assess, That, Kvetch.

TREY GERRALD:

So ChelseyBD 'I must ask, what deliciousness are you

CHELSEY DONN:

That

TREY GERRALD:

wrote that into the script while 'I was sitting on hour

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I tried to write the grossest segue possible.

CHELSEY DONN:

That was, yeah, that was something.

CHELSEY DONN:

So speaking of long lines and waiting forever at places.

TREY GERRALD:

Mm-hmm.

CHELSEY DONN:

You know, there are certain places where we feel like this is sort of inevitable.

CHELSEY DONN:

One of those places is

TREY GERRALD:

A' Stadium.

CHELSEY DONN:

the D M V.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh my God.

TREY GERRALD:

I've looked up DMVs before.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay.

TREY GERRALD:

Tell me,

CHELSEY DONN:

So this review is from Yelp.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's A' two star review of the Van Nuys, D M b.

TREY GERRALD:

Can you spell Van Nuys?

CHELSEY DONN:

Sure Van, like v A', N van.

CHELSEY DONN:

And then second word, NS, n u y s.

TREY GERRALD:

D M V is Department of Motor Vehicles Perfect

CHELSEY DONN:

That's right.

CHELSEY DONN:

So this review is written by, you know, an elite reviewer.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause you know, 'I love those elites named Kari with A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

K,

CHELSEY DONN:

K A' R, 'I e,

CHELSEY DONN:

last name f.

TREY GERRALD:

I've never seen Carrie spelled this way.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't think 'I have either.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I usually see it like Kerry.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like Kerry from Sex in the city.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

Or even maybe like A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, 'I was gonna say even A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

K E R R Y.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like yeah, but Kerry, well, although 'I, Kerry and Kerry are different,

CHELSEY DONN:

This review is written by Kerry F.

CHELSEY DONN:

So should we jump in?

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Can't wait.

TREY GERRALD:

Carrie, what you got for us

CHELSEY DONN:

What you got, Carrie?

CHELSEY DONN:

Here we go.

CHELSEY DONN:

This D M V is probably the oldest in the valley and is in desperate need of upgrades.

CHELSEY DONN:

They do A', fair job of corralling people, but it's in need of more seating.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thank God.

CHELSEY DONN:

The wait after receiving A' number in the first line was only an hour.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I went, yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I went without an appointment to register my car, which 'I forgot to do.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I was two days past my due date, never again.

CHELSEY DONN:

They also have A' machine for registration renewal, but you can't be past your

TREY GERRALD:

No.

CHELSEY DONN:

Because getting A' seat is like owning A' Bitcoin.

CHELSEY DONN:

You don't wanna get up ever until your number is called.

CHELSEY DONN:

Did 'I mention they have only two screens and you can barely hear the numbers being called.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's A' pretty stressful situation.

CHELSEY DONN:

So having sat for an hour before my number was called and just finishing my coffee

CHELSEY DONN:

bad.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

oh no.

CHELSEY DONN:

O M G, the restroom was one of the most disgusting I've encountered in A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Long time urine everywhere on the floor, the fumes were vile.

CHELSEY DONN:

Felt like 'I was standing in an Andy Gump

TREY GERRALD:

what?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I am tempted to call OSHA on them.

CHELSEY DONN:

No excuses for this when they are literally raping us in fees.

CHELSEY DONN:

Isn't this A' state run facility, all the billions you generate and you can't afford, A',

CHELSEY DONN:

Question mark.

CHELSEY DONN:

This place needs to be shut down and remodeled.

CHELSEY DONN:

Two stars.

CHELSEY DONN:

Are for the nice employees.

TREY GERRALD:

Wow.

CHELSEY DONN:

Everyone was pleasant that 'I encountered.

CHELSEY DONN:

Please, please make an appointment and don't come here without A' mask and hand sanitizer and

CHELSEY DONN:

They cannot accommodate if you need to sit.

CHELSEY DONN:

And then they did include two photos of the bathroom.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I can share my screen, although 'I, I'm afraid to do so, but 'I will, I'm gonna zoom in here.

CHELSEY DONN:

Definitely doesn't look good.

CHELSEY DONN:

Is really giving, like kind of no offense to gas stations, but like gas station bathroom vibes.

CHELSEY DONN:

Looks very dirty.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah, but 'I don't, 'I can't distinguish what's going on with the sink.

TREY GERRALD:

Why is the sink

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think the sink is just like dirt, like it's just like dirt, like all around it.

CHELSEY DONN:

And like chipping or something?

TREY GERRALD:

It is interesting.

TREY GERRALD:

This faucet here is like an old timey, like single spigot, but you can see two little metal plates

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh, good observation.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

Then 'I do wanna just point out for anyone that's not on our Patreon

TREY GERRALD:

To be honest with you, 'I thought 'I would see puddles of pee based on the descriptive narrative

TREY GERRALD:

' CHELSEY DONN: I.

TREY GERRALD:

can't!, imagine the pee because of the way that the toilet paper is sticking to the floor.

TREY GERRALD:

'I mean it isn't.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

You can see like you wouldn't be able to pick up some of this toilet paper with one go.

TREY GERRALD:

It would like disintegrate.

TREY GERRALD:

But I'm gonna say something weird here.

TREY GERRALD:

This isn't that offensive to me.

TREY GERRALD:

This looks like A', very standard men's bathroom

CHELSEY DONN:

Interesting comment on the men's versus women's, but should we talk about Carrie?

TREY GERRALD:

Okay.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah, so 'I 'I had one of those, like, you know, like when you're in A' movie theater and

TREY GERRALD:

'I had that moment when Carrie was complimenting the pleasant employees,

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

But then that only is worthy of two stars.

TREY GERRALD:

Now, 'I get that.

TREY GERRALD:

They were, their comment was the, the whole review gets two stars only

TREY GERRALD:

But I'm just saying, 'I was like, oh, 'I love that.

TREY GERRALD:

They're ending with this positive thing about the personnel.

TREY GERRALD:

And then 'I was like, wait, I'm really confused on the thesis here from Carrie.

TREY GERRALD:

Is that.

TREY GERRALD:

'I, this needs to be remodeled.

TREY GERRALD:

Like it's such A' funny, like it's such A' funny, find ChelseyBD.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause it's like such A' weird, specific like gripe, like 'I understand that it's

TREY GERRALD:

Oldest in the valley, what's going on?

TREY GERRALD:

The screens are too little and you, there's only two you can't hear.

TREY GERRALD:

It's like there's not enough seating.

TREY GERRALD:

People pee.

TREY GERRALD:

There's vile, I'm gonna call osha, which 'I think OSHA is only when you're employed,

CHELSEY DONN:

'I did look it up.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I did

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

And then they end with like, this needs to be remodeled.

CHELSEY DONN:

But maybe like the OSHA was like they're standing up for the employees that work

TREY GERRALD:

Sure.

TREY GERRALD:

Right.

CHELSEY DONN:

environment, right?

TREY GERRALD:

Also when Carrie first introduces this whole, like 'I finished

TREY GERRALD:

'I was like, oh my God.

TREY GERRALD:

The terror of like leaving the waiting room to go pee, and then your number gets called.

TREY GERRALD:

But that isn't even where Carrie was going.

TREY GERRALD:

Carrie then went into the nightmare of the vile smells

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah, well 'I think it and also, but Carrie was saying like they didn't even, it's

CHELSEY DONN:

seat.

CHELSEY DONN:

Because once you have A' seat, it's like if you get up, like there's A' million

TREY GERRALD:

and then 'I 'I think 'I might just be like too, not in the loop, but like

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay, so the Bitcoin analogy, 'I feel like has it, this is over two

CHELSEY DONN:

You know, it's so to have A' whole Bitcoin is worth A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Lot of money,

TREY GERRALD:

So to have A' seat at the D M V is worth A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Lot of money.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause they don't have enough seats.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay, sure.

CHELSEY DONN:

Or was Donn.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't know what's happening with crypto these days, but 'I do remember that,

TREY GERRALD:

yeah, yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

the value was very

TREY GERRALD:

know what 'I think the most glaring dropping of the ball when we talk about

TREY GERRALD:

The biggest offense here, Carrie does not tell us what time of day or which

CHELSEY DONN:

Ooh,

TREY GERRALD:

week they went, because if you really want to be making A' point,

CHELSEY DONN:

mean yes to just devil's advocate that A' little bit

CHELSEY DONN:

Carrie's not really complaining about the weight.

CHELSEY DONN:

They're almost blaming themselves.

CHELSEY DONN:

They're saying, make an appointment because 'I didn't.

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I had to wait an hour after waiting in line, which honestly was not even as bad as 'I thought.

CHELSEY DONN:

So carrie's major Complaint here, contrary to most people's Complaint when they go

CHELSEY DONN:

It's always about the weight.

TREY GERRALD:

And the attitude

CHELSEY DONN:

And the attitude that comes with the weight carrie's not even complaining about that.

CHELSEY DONN:

If anything carrie's saying like, the weight is sort of on me because 'I didn't have an

TREY GERRALD:

A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Good point.

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause they even sort of say like, 'I only had to wait an hour.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, which is remarkable.

CHELSEY DONN:

Right 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think Carrie was like 'I went to the D M V 'I, understood 'I was gonna be waiting.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I wasn't in A' Rush.

CHELSEY DONN:

Even the hour wait, whatever it was, was less than 'I anticipated.

CHELSEY DONN:

That's not even my problem.

CHELSEY DONN:

My problem is that

CHELSEY DONN:

it's gross.

CHELSEY DONN:

And there was some queenly information, like if your registration wasn't expired

CHELSEY DONN:

gone to the machine and been done.

CHELSEY DONN:

But it was like her own fault that she won't ever do that again.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

'I was curious, like, how do you forget to do that, Carrie?

TREY GERRALD:

But whatever

CHELSEY DONN:

'I mean it happens.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I like 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I wanna validate that.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause 'I feel like, it's like you lose that piece of mail or you just like, it slips your mind.

TREY GERRALD:

So like 'I, do think that this is seeping in unique value

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

' TREY GERRALD: I roll my eyes when 'I

CHELSEY DONN:

Right,

TREY GERRALD:

like 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Doesn't even approach it.

TREY GERRALD:

'I mean 'I even was inferring it and you just reminded me that wasn't

TREY GERRALD:

Like, so it really is unique.

TREY GERRALD:

This might be like the most unique approach to A' subject matter that's ever been

TREY GERRALD:

So that's like so exciting.

TREY GERRALD:

But 'I also, we do have to sort of tackle this little dropping that Carrie.

TREY GERRALD:

Throws in towards the ending here.

TREY GERRALD:

And before we talk about the R word, 'I, do wanna talk about the fees?

TREY GERRALD:

Because 'I think it's interesting to bring up the conversation about fees and then talk

TREY GERRALD:

And like if we're paying all these fees, why is there p on the floor?

TREY GERRALD:

Why is it not large enough to accommodate the people in this county?

TREY GERRALD:

Like why are there not enough screens?

TREY GERRALD:

Like why aren't there seats?

TREY GERRALD:

Like, what's going on?

CHELSEY DONN:

By the way, do you know what Andy Gump was?

TREY GERRALD:

No.

TREY GERRALD:

Is that someone from Forrest Gump?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

That's what 'I thought at first, but 'I just looked it up.

CHELSEY DONN:

So Andy Gump is like A' Porter Potty.

TREY GERRALD:

Oh,

CHELSEY DONN:

It's A' Porter potty company.

TREY GERRALD:

uh, is that like local to Van Nuys or something?

CHELSEY DONN:

don't know.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I wouldn't have not known it if 'I hadn't looked it up, but that

TREY GERRALD:

Did they capitalize it?

CHELSEY DONN:

Yes.

TREY GERRALD:

Okay.

TREY GERRALD:

Interesting.

CHELSEY DONN:

is Andy Gump, portable restrooms and luxury trailers.

CHELSEY DONN:

So maybe it's like A' industry thing.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I don't really know, but

TREY GERRALD:

All right.

TREY GERRALD:

And then obviously 'I think that they, you know, say the R word, which is

TREY GERRALD:

Don't think it's excusable.

TREY GERRALD:

If this was written two years ago, like 'I think we all know, especially

TREY GERRALD:

Like we

CHELSEY DONN:

not to just throw that around.

TREY GERRALD:

when we're talking about fees, but Donn don't know that it really dings anything for

CHELSEY DONN:

'I know 'I mean.

CHELSEY DONN:

It was A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Little bit like surprising when it happened.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I think like it.

CHELSEY DONN:

It just like didn't really feel like it was really necessary.

CHELSEY DONN:

It definitely took the review into A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Angry turn,

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

That like we weren't really feeling before that.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like before that we were just feeling like, I'm gonna tell you the way it is.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like this is gross.

CHELSEY DONN:

Do this, this, and this to avoid it.

CHELSEY DONN:

And then when we went there and then we went to the OSHA and then our

CHELSEY DONN:

More angered place, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Agree.

TREY GERRALD:

Do you now, were you entertained, is there humor here aside from this one sentence here?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I was entertained, 'I, think for similar reasons to what you're bringing up.

CHELSEY DONN:

Just because like 'I was expecting when 'I was going through D M V reviews to

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm sure it is smelly, but 'I don't think that they, you know 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't know 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Just it.

CHELSEY DONN:

It was entertaining in that it stood out

CHELSEY DONN:

amongst the other reviews for me.

TREY GERRALD:

and it defied my expectation, which is sort of interesting and exciting.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I think that Carrie knows the assignment as an elite.

TREY GERRALD:

That's right.

TREY GERRALD:

Spelling, A' grammar is good for the most

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

then truthful, shady

CHELSEY DONN:

'I mean?

CHELSEY DONN:

What are they being shady about?

CHELSEY DONN:

Just like this, the location itself and like the bad bathroom 'I, mean 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't really think that's shady.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I think

CHELSEY DONN:

they did

TREY GERRALD:

you're right.

CHELSEY DONN:

A' compliment sandwich, you know, well, they didn't really

CHELSEY DONN:

So 'I don't think that maybe it's like inanimate object building, but 'I don't think they're

TREY GERRALD:

'I think 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Can crown carry?

TREY GERRALD:

How do you feel?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I think 'I can crown.

CHELSEY DONN:

Carrie, should

CHELSEY DONN:

we

TREY GERRALD:

right, let's do it.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

So ChelseyBD and 'I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards and an effort

TREY GERRALD:

We will simultaneously reveal our rating.

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

VOICEOVER:

Go to school.

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay, the Queens are unanimous.

CHELSEY DONN:

Four and A' half crowns.

CHELSEY DONN:

Four.

CHELSEY DONN:

And A' half crowns.

CHELSEY DONN:

Trey, you go first.

CHELSEY DONN:

Why four?

CHELSEY DONN:

And A' half crowns for Carrie F.

TREY GERRALD:

You know, this is 'I 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Almost wanna say five, like 'I almost wanna make this A', Review.

TREY GERRALD:

Queen 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Think the raping and fees is like A' little.

TREY GERRALD:

It's just so like you, you could have said that with so many other vocabulary words.

TREY GERRALD:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

That it, like 'I just sort of feel like, eh, and I'm not, you know, 'I, just 'I

TREY GERRALD:

And so in many other places and 'I love that they included photos and 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

'I four and A' half.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause 'I think it really, as 'I said it, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

It's such A' unique perspective.

TREY GERRALD:

It really is not what 'I thought we would be talking about today.

TREY GERRALD:

And it's really funny and 'I appreciate that they really ying and yanged, they really

TREY GERRALD:

Which, you know, again, defying expectation, spelling, grammar was, was solid.

TREY GERRALD:

It is sort of like enlisting in me that bring A' little portable stool

TREY GERRALD:

Sanitation gloves and they even say, bring A' mask.

TREY GERRALD:

Like, be prepared to walk into like A' 1970s government building,

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

TREY GERRALD:

So that's why 'I said four and A' half, nearly, nearly Review Queen for me.

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD, why did you say four and A'?

TREY GERRALD:

Half 'I?

CHELSEY DONN:

'I said four and A' half.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause 'I feel like there's A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Lot of queenly information here.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I learned that 'I could use A' machine, uh, in the D M V if 'I needed to 'I know

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I think Carrie did A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Really good job of communicating all that in A' clear way.

CHELSEY DONN:

So that was why 'I went with four and A' Half Crowns.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I took off A' Half Crown also because of the R comment.

CHELSEY DONN:

Thought was A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Little bit intense.

CHELSEY DONN:

The OSHA.

CHELSEY DONN:

Maybe was A' joke in there, but 'I didn't really get it.

CHELSEY DONN:

A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Hundred percent.

CHELSEY DONN:

And 'I really love my review Queens to have that extra element of humor or

CHELSEY DONN:

So that was why 'I went with four and A' half, but nearly A', Review, Queen.

CHELSEY DONN:

And really good job Carrie and 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't think I'll be going to the Van Nuys D M V anytime soon, if 'I can avoid it.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah, 'I heard.

TREY GERRALD:

All right, well good job ChelseyBD.

TREY GERRALD:

That was

CHELSEY DONN:

Thanks.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yeah,

CHELSEY DONN:

' TREY GERRALD: I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Love A'.

CHELSEY DONN:

Random two star.

CHELSEY DONN:

'cause you never know what you're gonna get.

CHELSEY DONN:

Right, exactly.

CHELSEY DONN:

Two stars are, are not as, not very common.

CHELSEY DONN:

So always excited to find one.

CHELSEY DONN:

And with that excitement in mind, Trey 'I, think we've officially reached

CHELSEY DONN:

'I would love to know who you are inducting for.

VOICEOVER:

My Royal line is,

TREY GERRALD:

All right, so I'm really proud of myself for this.

TREY GERRALD:

So 'I in all of my travel upset, the most remarkable, amazing experience.

TREY GERRALD:

Finally happened and 'I know that 'I have previously complained about this on the show.

TREY GERRALD:

ChelseyBD 'I had my very first experience doing mobile app ordering of Starbucks at an airport 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Wow.

TREY GERRALD:

At Newark Liberty International in good old New Jersey, this brand new

CHELSEY DONN:

That's so cool.

TREY GERRALD:

'I literally was in and out in less than four minutes.

TREY GERRALD:

'I have never had A' more pleasant coffee experience, and 'I will tell you it was bustling.

TREY GERRALD:

Like the roped off stanchions was completely full.

TREY GERRALD:

Three.

TREY GERRALD:

Swivel S'S through.

TREY GERRALD:

So it's not that they like were slow and 'I was the only one ordering 'I

CHELSEY DONN:

so

TREY GERRALD:

A' mobile order.

TREY GERRALD:

They had so many people working in the back, 'I could not believe it because they never

TREY GERRALD:

So I'm hoping that this is A' sign that like the world is shifting

CHELSEY DONN:

great.

TREY GERRALD:

Airports will start doing this.

TREY GERRALD:

Have you ever mobile ordered at an airport?

CHELSEY DONN:

Never, and that would be such A', 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Don't even go to Starbucks at an airport because I'm immediately intimidated by

CHELSEY DONN:

Everyone else in that line needs Starbucks more than 'I do.

CHELSEY DONN:

Like, I'm not even gonna get

CHELSEY DONN:

into that fight.

CHELSEY DONN:

It's not even worth it.

TREY GERRALD:

it was so remarkable.

TREY GERRALD:

And whoever, like 'I,

CHELSEY DONN:

'I am literally gonna do that the next time 'I go to Newark.

CHELSEY DONN:

I'm gonna see if 'I can do mobile ordering from the one in my terminal.

TREY GERRALD:

God.

TREY GERRALD:

It was such A' game change.

TREY GERRALD:

It was so slick and fast.

TREY GERRALD:

And imagine if 'I had been at that terminal instead of the Charlotte terminal.

TREY GERRALD:

And 'I could have ordered 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Could have perused before 'I even got up outta my seat.

CHELSEY DONN:

you would've gotten yourself like A' cake pop just to like reward yourself for

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh

TREY GERRALD:

mean such, A' 'I know it's such A'.

TREY GERRALD:

Silly, silly thing.

TREY GERRALD:

But you know, 'I do operate with Starbucks and Dunking Donuts by doing mobile

TREY GERRALD:

So the fact that it's never turned on as an option at airports has always been very frustrating,

TREY GERRALD:

So of course, 'I like immediately.

TREY GERRALD:

Pulled out my phone and wrote it in my notes app to induct this because whoever is responsible

TREY GERRALD:

You deserve all of the accolades.

TREY GERRALD:

You are truly A', Queen, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

I'm like, 'I.

TREY GERRALD:

Literally had my coffee in my hand within four minutes.

TREY GERRALD:

It was the most epic experience ever.

TREY GERRALD:

Little did 'I know 'I was walking into A' true nightmare on the other side of that trip.

TREY GERRALD:

But regardless where in the happy time now.

TREY GERRALD:

So ugh, mobile ordering at airports.

TREY GERRALD:

Get into it everyone.

TREY GERRALD:

You're My, Royal, Highness.

CHELSEY DONN:

Yes, this is so funny.

CHELSEY DONN:

Rebe, you'll say Next week when 'I have my induction, it's sort of similar, which is

CHELSEY DONN:

just the way that we operate, but 'I am so happy that that worked out.

CHELSEY DONN:

At least one leg of your flight was was somewhat enjoyable,

TREY GERRALD:

exactly.

CHELSEY DONN:

but that really does take us full circle, so

CHELSEY DONN:

thanks for that induction.

TREY GERRALD:

Well, thank

CHELSEY DONN:

was great.

TREY GERRALD:

Thank you for receiving that induction 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Always.

TREY GERRALD:

TREY GERRALD:

CHELSEY DONN:

Okay.

TREY GERRALD:

for Chipotle.

CHELSEY DONN:

All right.

CHELSEY DONN:

Or as my mom calls it, Chipotle

TREY GERRALD:

Chipotle.

TREY GERRALD:

So if you wanna find out what made ChelseyBD say,

CHELSEY DONN:

'I 'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Almost wanna the call on the air and ask if there's A' Lucy that works at this

TREY GERRALD:

Right.

TREY GERRALD:

'cause Carrie had to pee from the coffee.

CHELSEY DONN:

That's right.

TREY GERRALD:

'I feel like D M V should have coffee makers.

TREY GERRALD:

Yeah.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

CHELSEY DONN:

Think so too.

CHELSEY DONN:

That would be nice.

CHELSEY DONN:

It'd be nice if really they had anything to make the experience more enjoyable.

TREY GERRALD:

Although, I'll tell you, when all of this was happening at the airport, it

CHELSEY DONN:

And people are their worst selves at the airport.

CHELSEY DONN:

'I.

TREY GERRALD:

'I the dmv, like 'I can imagine if there was just A' hot

CHELSEY DONN:

Oh, you're right.
