They are filming on the street again. But the question is, what are they filming? Find out, after the theme tune.

Welcome and thank you for listening to episode 24 of that's a freebie titled everything is fine.

This week, I'm going to tell you about another Christmas present that I got one year. We're going to talk about the time we set a house guest on fire.

Moving on, we're also going to talk about the time that I stuffed Babybel into some stuffed peppers, and I'm going to tell you all about next week's episode also, as usual, we're going to have an AI question of the week, we're going to have a gripe of the week, and we're going to have a pick of the week, and I'm going to try something a little bit new at the end of this podcast.

I don't know what they're filming. That's the answer. I have absolutely no idea. The lights are out. The tent's out. Everything's out. They're filming something. I have absolutely no clue what it is. It's actually the opposite end of the street to where it usually is as well, so it's nowhere near where they usually film, and it's a little bit unusual actually because It's in a bit of a, it's almost a cul de sac area where they're filming and it's very tight. I'm surprised they can actually get all the equipment in there. There's been no warning about it so all the cars are parked where they're normally parked and a lot of people just dump the cars here as well while they go across to the Trafford Centre and things like that so I have a feeling they're struggling a little bit with the filming this time.

I'm going to start this episode with the Christmas present story. If you recall, in previous episodes, we've talked about KittyKat. We've talked about MyPal2. And we've talked about the time that I got Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain. Today, we're going to talk about the time where I got the wrong computer games. Or were they? picture this. It's Christmas morning. I'm well into opening presents. I'm a very excited little kid and I rip open this big, it was a really big box, and inside the box were computer games. Now I've talked before about how I like computers, I like technology. I opened this big box of games and I was really excited to be able to play some new games on my computer. I had a Commodore 64, And. I ripped the box open. It was a really, it was a big box because back then computer games used to come on tapes. Now, if you haven't seen this, I'd suggest having a look on YouTube. I'll see if I can find like some loading screens off YouTube of computer games, loading up when they were on tape, you'd put the tape into a cassette player built into the computer and it'd just play a series of sound and flashing lights. Sometimes you get a loading screen and this would essentially load the data into the computer via tape, and then it'd play. Sometimes you would wait 30 minutes, for a game to load in, and then it'll crash, and you have to do it all over again. Or, you'd go away, waiting for it to load in, you come back and it turns out it's been saying turn the tape over for the last 20 minutes, and you've not done it, so then it'll usually crash again, and you have to go and start again from the beginning, anyway, big box, because it's full of tapes. I think there's about, I actually have no idea, but I had a guess I'd say there was probably about eight tapes in there, so it's quite a long box, because for whatever reason, they're side by side, the tapes, I don't know why they pack them like that, but that's how they pack them.

So, I've ripped them open. I'm looking at the games and I'm like, wow, I've never even heard of any of these and I used to go and look at games. It was a game shop in, in the time where I lived that had cassettes upon cassettes upon cassettes. And I used to just go and look at them and do you obviously think about, Oh, what could I get?

What can I get? And I obviously never got any of them because I had no money to buy them, but that's half the fun. It's a bit like when you go to the video store. For those of people that went to the video store. It's the same thing. You'd spend hours looking at what you were going to watch and then you'd go away with something that you didn't really want to watch because they didn't have the latest thing in that you wanted to see anyway.

Similar thing with the computer game tapes. So I'm looking at the tapes and I realized quite quickly that they were for the wrong computer. So I had a Commodore 64 and in the top corner of the box it said Amstrad. I was like, no, and I responded in completely the wrong way. I got so angry. I remember one of my aunts had bought me the tapes.

And I remember going, Oh, she's so stupid. She's bought me the wrong ones. I really lost my temper over it. I was clearly a spoiled little kid at this point. I completely lost my temper, and I remember as my mum going, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, calm down. Why don't you wait and see? And that was the point where I realized, oh, maybe I'm getting a new computer as well.

No new computer whatsoever. I was gutted. So I was like, yep, she's got me in the wrong tapes, but by this point I calmed down and I think I'd realized that I was just being a bit ridiculous in calling her stupid because it's very easy to buy the wrong thing if you don't know what you're buying.

So anyway, I put them to one side and I remember Mum saying, It's fine, we'll let her know and she'll be able to go and change them for the correct ones, don't worry. I was like, yep, okay, that's reasonable. I wasn't going to get to play on them anyway, at that time of year, because it was just a busy time of year anyway. It's Christmas, you're doing all kinds of things, right?

We had Christmas dinner. And after Christmas dinner, it was, always like relaxed time in the house. I still like to do that now, if possible. You don't sit down, you just chill out. the kids play with the toys. You watch TV this year. It will be the Dr. Who Christmas special. You chill. That's exactly what happened.

And then, So I'm upstairs playing with my new toys, and my mum shouted me down, and she said, Oh, there's one more present, we didn't notice it. So I bolts down the stairs, and there, set up in the living room, is a brand new Amstrad CPC computer. It was amazing. The previous computer is, it was essentially just a keyboard with a tape deck built into it and you plugged it into your television.

So I very rarely got to play on it, really, because we weren't the kind of households that had TVs in different rooms. We had one TV. So I very rarely got to actually play on the computer, really, but what happened is, this one, Has its own monitor. So it's one of the, well, I'm assuming one of the first computers with a monitor.

I think it came out in 1984, if memory serves me right. I seem to remember it being around that time. You know, when I've looked into it in the, in the future, I'll probably, post a link to the page on Wikipedia for it. I'm sure there is one, it's basically, it's a monitor and the screen is green. It's only green. It doesn't display any colors other than different shades of green, which sounds boring, it was a lot of fun back then. Bearing in mind, previously, it was nothing like that. It was, it was a lot of fun. I'm starting to think I didn't have a Commodore 64 because I seem to remember the Commodore 64 being after that, or a lot better than that.

I'm actually just going to quickly look that up. This has become a regular thing though, isn't it? Looking things up whilst, whilst I'm recording. Commodore 64. My typing speed hasn't gotten any better. no. Yeah, it was a Commodore 64 that I had. I dunno what made the Amstrad any better. It was the, the Amstrad. Yeah, I've just looked that up as well. That was, 1984. just like I thought. So I'll post links to both of these on Wikipedia. For those of you that have never heard of them, I feel bad for you if you've never heard of them.

But hey, they were a long time ago. There's probably things I've never heard of or even earlier. So yes, we got the Amstrad, uh, CPC, uh, again, I'll post links. I'll try and find some videos of it in action. but what was really good about it is you could program it. You got a book with it and it ran on basic.

And so you got a big book, that had, uh, essentially code that you could type into it. You could copy it, bit by bit into it, press run, and it'd run a program, and I remember, I know I never did it because I did not have the patience for that kind of thing. I wish I did now, because I would have learned a lot, and I'm sure it would have helped with the programming that I'm trying to learn now.

I do wish I did that, but I, I did try some of the smaller ones in my later years, but I never went for any of the bigger ones. there were some in there that were about 20 pages long of code that you just had to copy line by line in order to get this program to run. And I remember my mum used to do it.

She used to spend days sat at the computer and she'd say, Nobody go to the computer, nobody touch it, until I finish this. And then, so you could go on it for three days. And then she'd hit run at the end and it got error and she'd then have to go through it line by line trying to work out where the error was because it didn't tell you where your error was that you'd made, but it was a lot of fun and we, we all used to gather around it, for when she pressed the enter button to see, what it did.

cause she never told you what it did beforehand as well, which was great. So she'd spend three days, writing this code and I did a play like. Tic tac toe or something like that. So not only was that one a, a bit of a bad Christmas memory, but a good Christmas memory at the same time, because I was just being very spoilt. it was good because it, it had a lot of memories for years to come, because we had that computer for a very, very long time. I even remember one of my friends spilled orange juice over it. So the keyboard was very slow to type at one point, and it drove my mum insane, and you couldn't get another keyboard for it, because it was essentially, the keyboard was the whole computer, really. So it meant buying a whole new computer, and obviously that wasn't going to happen. Yeah, good times. If you can get your hands on one, it's worth doing.

I wonder where that one went. I actually have no idea what happened to that computer.

I've actually got a second Christmas story for you this year. this year? Today. I mean, it is this year, but it's not the second one this year. this one actually is from, last Christmas, and it's about the time that we had a guest over for Christmas. usually every year we do have somebody, additional to our own family over for Christmas. I say additional to our own family, like we'll have the mother in law over, or, actually it's nearly always the mother in law now that I think about it but last year was a little bit different. The mother in law was going to one of my sister in law's houses We had somebody over from our church, so I went and collected her, brought her over. We, well, obviously the plan was have Christmas dinner and then I'll take her home her family lives quite far away, so she wasn't able to go down to her family's this year like she normally does.

So it was, we thought it'd be nice to bring her into our house. Only it didn't go very well. In the grand scheme of things, it was okay by the end of it, but yeah, it was a bit of a disaster. we made Christmas dinner, it was great, laid it all out on the table, and every year we try and get a a get a pass the parcel type game and they did pass the sprout this year.

So we, we bought it from, I think we got it from Aldi or somewhere like that. it's usually the places that sells this kind of thing. So we, we've got this past the sprout and it's basically, it's a, it's a series of gifts wrapped up in a green crate paper with googly eyes and a nose on it. So it looks like a sprout and you take a layer off at a time, and you pass it around the table. So we're passing it around the table. We passed it around a few times and it got to my son, and his turn then was to pass it to me, but instead of going round the table, he went over the table, And we all went, no, no, no, no, no! And it was too late. As he went over the table, a bit of the crate paper landed on the candle that was on the table and it started setting on fire. I grabbed it thinking, the sink's only just behind me, I could turn around and dump it in the sink, and as I grabbed it, it started, it just went, the flames just went, and it was, it was burning my hand, so I was like, ah! So I, I had to drop it because it was burning. of course that meant I dropped it on the candle. So then the rest of the crate paper set on fire, and before we knew it, the fire's running down the table towards our special guest, and we're like, No! No! So I ran into the kitchen, I grabbed a jug, with water, and I dumped it on top of the fire, and sure enough, that put the fire out pretty quickly.

But the funniest part of it all was during this time, our guest just sat there, Eating a Christmas dinner as if nothing was happening. And I was, can only imagine that she's thinking, oh no, what have I got myself into? so yeah, it was, it was quite a funny time. We, luckily we always make way too much Christmas dinner and, I think my Christmas dinner was ruined and maybe my son's Christmas dinner was ruined.

'cause it was just floating by the end of it. So what we did is obviously just dished up a new lot. so we, we ended up with a brand new tablecloth with a hole in it. and yeah, it was quite funny.

You might remember a couple of weeks ago I mentioned, it might have even been a week ago, actually. I honestly can't remember anymore. I lose track of where I'm up to, but I'm pretty sure. It was a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned about how I, I didn't realize that the car door was not open. I thought it was frozen and was trying for ages to open the car and it turned out that actually the door was just locked. And I said at the time that me doing stupid things isn't going to be a common reoccurring topic on this podcast. It turns out I was wrong. I did another stupid thing this week and I thought I'd share it with you.

Because, why not?

I decided one night last week that we would have stuffed peppers for tea, and I decided to do chicken and chorizo with, vegetable rice, stuffed into the peppers, and, usually what I do is I, I, grate up a bunch of cheese and I fill the bottom of the pepper with cheese first, I put a layer in the middle and then I put grated cheese on top.

So it's also nice and cheesy. I got all the stuff for the peppers, I basically, I cooked the chicken, I threw in the chorizo, I Mix it all together, throw in like my herbs, garlic, all that kind of stuff. I throw in some rice, I just use packeted rice, so it's pretty much already cooked anyway. So throw it in, mix it all together, let it all heat up and then usually what I'll do there is I might even sprinkle some cheese into that, and mix it up so that it all, mixes quite nicely before I then start stuffing the peppers. I have done that in the past. it works fairly well. It depends on your cheese, really. Anyway, came to add the cheese this time and I realized that we didn't have any cheese.

So I was a bit like, oh no, I've missed the vital ingredient because the cheese is what makes stuffed peppers. anyway, I decided. that the next best thing that we had in the fridge was, Babybel. So I thought, Babybel is just cheese, so I did a quick Google search.

I was like, does Babybel melt? I found loads of things that say, yes, absolutely. Babybel melts like any other cheese. So brilliant. But I decided just in case it goes wrong, what I'm better off not doing. is grating it and mixing it all in because if it doesn't melt, because I don't like non melted cheese, I'm a bit weird like that. I can't eat cheese unless it's been melted and it's hot. I just, I find it gross, too creamy. So I thought to myself, what I'll do, I'll chop the baby bell up into smaller pieces. So that I can then remove it if necessary or I can eat round it if it, if it comes to it.

So I did just that. I chopped it into quarters and I pushed the baby bell down inside the peppers and I then chopped it into finer slices and laid it on top of the peppers and then I popped the peppers in the airfryer.

They were in there for, I think, about 20 minutes it takes, I can't remember to be honest, but yeah, I reckon it was about 20 minutes that they were in there, and I pulled them out, and the baby bell had gone rock solid. It didn't melt at all, it just went, I'm talking stones . It was, it was actually like pulling a clove of garlic out and trying to eat a clove of garlic that had gone hard.

It was gross, so anyway, I, as I'm dishing it up, I thought, at least we can eat around it. I, you know, I, I planned for this mistake. So I'm, I'm giving them out. It was only me and my wife having the stuffed peppers. The kids don't really like them. They'd already eaten earlier anyway, we were eating quite late cause my wife finished work late that night. and I, I said to her, look, I'm really sorry about the baby bell. You'll just have to eat around it. She's What you on about? so I explained about the baby bell and the chopping it up. I said, it's, it's just gone rock solid.

And she said, why don't you just use regular cheese? And we haven't got any, I forgot to buy some. I didn't realize that we didn't have any cheese because it's something we nearly always have. We've got loads of cheese, but we haven't. I looked in the fridge. She's like, you didn't look very well. I did look very well. She's like, go look again. It's like, okay. So I opened the fridge, looked. No cheese whatsoever, right? I looked in, we, we have a container where we keep the cheese, like a, it's, it's actually like an office tidy thing, we just put the, the cheese in that and then slide it into the fridge.

I was like, there's no cheese in there. And she's look harder. I'm like, there's no cheese. And then she did that thing, you know, that, that, that wife said to do. She got up, and I knew at that moment, because she got up and started walking over, that there must be cheese somewhere. Because no wife gets up and starts walking over unless they are 100 percent sure.

And she, she opened the fridge door and she looked in the fridge and she went, are you for real? I was like, yeah, I'm for real. There's no cheese in there. And she's like, do you see that big blue bag? And I, and I looked. And there is, honest to God, a blue bag in the fridge that's taken up the entire middle shelf, and I'm not joking there. The entire middle shelf, it's massive. And I was like, yeah, I see that big blue bag. She's like, that big blue bag that you must have taken out of the fridge to look in the place where the cheese usually is. I'm like, yeah, I did. I took that blue bag out. I put it on the side and I look for for cheese.

And she's look in the blue bag. The blue bag was full to the brim of grated cheese. There was so much cheese that I could have probably made about 200 stuffed peppers with it. so anyway, the moral of the story there is, don't use Babybel in stuffed peppers, and always trust your wife when she says there's cheese.

Gonna do something a little bit different now. I'm gonna talk about next week's episode. So next week is episode number 25, and for long time listeners, you'll know that I've been talking about doing something special for the 25th episode. I've been talking about creating, or trying to create, a fully AI generated episode, and that's exactly what I'm going to do. As an extra special, and I can't believe it worked out this way, it's going to be released on Christmas Day. So episode 25 is going to be released on the 25th of December. Now that is earlier on in the week. I think it's, it's Christmas Day Monday this year? Yeah, I think it is, isn't it?

So instead of the episode on Thursday, it's going to be on Monday. And if you remember, I originally was going to have a holiday and not produce an episode, but this all just came together so well. I was originally going to publish this episode in, in January as the first one of January, but I've changed my mind, I'm going to do it on Christmas Day instead. Obviously, I don't expect you to listen on Christmas Day. That's absolutely fine. I spent Christmas Day with your family. I'm just going to release it on Christmas Day, and if you happen to get the chance to listen to it, great. It's not going to be a particularly long episode.

I've actually already pretty much completed it, and it's, I think it's about 15 minutes long at the very most. I actually think it's about 12 if memory serves me right. I obviously got a couple more things to do. I haven't added a, a generated intro to it yet for the, for the audio. So I need to do that.

I'm trying to work out a way of making that 100 percent automated, not automated AI generated. Although saying that that is a hundred percent AI generated anyway. So because I get chat GPT to write the prompt and then so on and so forth. so I've got a few things that you probably need to know beforehand going in, and what I will do is that the next episode after episode number 26, I will probably talk in a bit of detail how I actually created it. but yeah, the things that are worth knowing before we go into it is, it will be completely AI generated. So AI is going to generate the script. it's also going to be read by an AI voice as well, which I'm quite excited about now. I've heard the AI voice, I, again, I will go into more detail next week about the AI voice, but there's, there's different qualities of voice that you can get, and the version that's available to me right now is okay. It doesn't sound bad. I don't, I personally, I don't think it sounds like me. however. You'll be a better judge of that because nobody can ever hear themselves the same way everybody else does. I'd be interested to know what, what you guys think of the recording. Sorry, not the recording, the reading of, of the AI voice.

I'm finding it really hard to say this. Now, what I have done, and again, I will go into more detail about this, in the next episode. Well, in the 26th episode. I've also commissioned a more accurate AI voice and I'm going to use that in a future one. I'm going to probably do a follow up AI generated episode. Maybe we do it for episode 50, And I'm going to get the better AI voice to read the next one. so yeah, we'll see how that goes. I am not going to perform any edits whatsoever. What I've done, I've basically gotten ChatGPT to write different parts of the script at different times, and I've tried my absolute hardest not to read it and or listen to it. All I've done is I've put it together. Piece by piece. So I've no idea how much sense it will make. I've obviously noticed little bits of it as I'm going along. It's hard to not read like the first line and the last line to see where you, where you're going to. it seems to have done a fairly good job from what I can see already.

I will sound like Draco Malfoy while I'm reading it. I've noticed that when I, when I play the odd little bit and it's not got the context right from what I can gather. I try to, to ask it to write it as if it was chat GPT, it's more doing it as chat GPT and me presenting it. I think that's kind of how it's done it from what I could gather.

we'll see when we listen to it. I'm going to listen to it as well. and see, what it sounds like. and there is also a little rebrand going on as well. You might notice on this episode, assuming everything worked okay. that we've got a new album artwork as well. That's the one that's here to stay, for quite some time.

I've recreated the bee character on there. The entire thing is created by me rather than. Using, like stock, images. so that, there's no issues in the future in case. I don't, I don't know if there's a problem. I mean, it's all stock imagery anyway. So it's stuff that you're allowed to use. but just in case for the future,

So yeah, have a look at that if you haven't already. it should be there this week, but if not, it'll definitely be there on next week. So I don't know how long it takes these things to update once you, once you update them

As usual, just before starting the podcast today, I generated a AI question for this week. And this week's question is, imagine you could create a new Olympic sport that combines elements of two existing sports. What would those sports be? And what would the hybrid sport look like?

Before I answer, just remember to any new listeners, You can go to thatsafreebee.com and you can answer this question as well. You can comment on every episode just by clicking on the title of the episode under the all episodes button and you can add your comments to it or if you want you can use the little ask me a question button and you can ask Me a question that I could read out on the podcast or you can just send me feedback send me anything that you want I'm completely happy to take any feedback on board, or anything you'd like to see more of or less of completely happy with that.

so don't forget thatsafreebee.com. No, I decided that I would like to mix and what I actually did before I started recording. When I saw that question, I thought, actually, I want to make sure that I actually do pick two, actual Olympic sports and I don't get mixed up between sports and non Olympic sports.

because I know some of them. You don't really expect to be there actually, sometimes when, when the Olympics are on, you're like, I didn't realize you could do that. so I went through the official list of all of the sports, that are in the Olympics. And I decided to pick ski jumping and archery, mostly because I thought it would be really, really cool.

Imagine this. You, you've, you've got your bow and arrow in hand. You're shooting down a massive ramp ready. You Fly up into the air, and instead of thinking about your landing, which you still need to nail, by the way, you've got a bow and arrow in your hand, and you've got three arrows, and there's a series of targets around you, either in the air, on the ground, or, they can only be in the air or on the ground, or somewhere in between, I suppose, but somewhere in between is still in the air, and you get points based on the targets that you hit, whether they're the smaller targets, the larger targets, you know, which area of the target you get, whether you get a bullseye, you get the outer ring, inner ring, all that kind of stuff, you only get three shots. And you get style points as well based on the poses that you can pull.

in between those shots. So you, you fire you can either do a pose whilst you're firing or after you've fired and then the judges will score you based on what you've done. And then also you get, scored on the landing as well. I think it'd be really cool. Obviously quite difficult for spectators, that one.

This week's gripe of the week is people that stand in doorways. Yep, I just triggered you all, didn't I?

There's nothing more annoying than trying to get out or into a shop and there's just people stood there Chatting away in the doorway as if nothing happened or the worst one is when you're behind somebody who's walking out the shop They get to the front door and they can't remember if they want to go left or right So they just stop and look around I find that extremely annoying.

Now it happens in all kinds of places. So yes, it happens when you're coming out of shops. the other one I don't like is when this, this ties into the Sunday shoppers thing, but when everybody stands around a doorway of somewhere that's closed. So just With, with shopping centers, they, they stand in front of the doors that you go into so that all the staff can't get in there you know, the people that are gonna open the shops that they wanna go into, they can't get in there and, and you're like, excuse me, excuse me, excuse me. Can I get through? Can I get through? And you get dirty looks and you're like, I'm the person you want in there. so I can open that shop that you're queuing to get into.

People do it on transport. that's. quite possibly one of the worst ones. We've, we've been through that one before though, so we have actually talked about people, standing in the doorway as you're getting on and off trains and trams and things like that, but they do it on buses as well. the doors open on the bus, you step off and then you walk into the person who got off in front of you because they've just stopped and had a look around.

So I get you need to get your bearings. You want to understand where you are, but move away first, walk into the area that you're going to, and then have a look around. People do it on the pavement. on the pavement is a little bit different sometimes because yes, people stand in groups talking and they can see you walking towards them, but they still stand in the group.

They don't move to let you pass. So you end up having to go on the road to get past them, all that kind of stuff. Again, we've touched on that a little bit. when we talked about, school pickup times. but you also get those people as well that walk in a big line across the pavement as well. And your only option is to walk through the middle of them.

It's just, just make room for everyone. Honestly, it's so frustrating. but the worst one, the absolute worst one is when people get to the top of an escalator. You get to the top of the escalator and they stop. And this is what actually made me think of this one. I was going up an escalator the other day, like two or three days ago, going up the escalator, and there was a woman in front of me and we got to the very top of the escalator and she didn't even clear the top step. She's just stood. You know, like when your feet like just lift off the step and it goes onto the platform above you and it's just there. She just did that and stopped there to put her gloves on.

So she stood there putting her gloves on. In the meantime, I banged into the back of her. The next person banged into the back of me. Before we know it, we're all, we're literally like dominoes all hitting each other. And she's going, Oh, what you're doing? Oh, just move. Get out the way. So yeah, don't do that.

Don't do that at all.

That brings me to this week's Pick of the Week. And the Pick of the Week, as has been happening over the last several weeks, is self care. you may recall that we've already covered meditation and we've covered journaling. I hope you got something out of that. again, if you haven't listened to the previous episodes or you haven't yet managed to act upon them, but you feel like you should have, do feel free to go back to the show notes for those episodes.

There are links in the show notes that will take you to resources that will be able to help you out, this week's act, however, is a little bit different. You don't need any resources for these ones. This is just something that's generally good for you anyway, regardless of self care and it's getting out of the house. There is a reason why people say when you're not feeling yourself or you're feeling a bit down, a bit of fresh air will do you good, and it's because it does. It's not really all about the fresh air, but the fresh air does help, it's about the movements. It's about the exercise. It's about the getting out of that environment that you're stuck in.

I remember many years ago when I went through a period of depression, I was on depression tablets, which helped, but they weren't the only thing that helped. The thing that helped is what I started doing on my days off from work, I would go for a walk. I would go to like local, Um, like National Trust places and go for walks around those areas and it made a real difference just getting out of the house, getting moving, seeing people, believe it or not, even if you're not a people person, like I am not much of a people person, really, I would much rather just be on my own, doing my own thing and. that generally would keep me happy, but going out and just being around other people, whether you were with those other people or whether you were just in the vicinity of those other people does make a real big difference. and the movements is the other thing.

I guess exercise ties into this a little bit as well, because that's what you're getting. Basically, you're getting exercise at that point, which is great for your body and great for your mind. And when you get out, it does make a big difference. Just as any of the things I've spoken about over the last three weeks make a difference. It's about finding the one that suits you or the group that suits you and sticking with them because it doesn't happen straight away. It can take a little while. So if you do anything. Out of all the three that I've suggested over the last three weeks, I would say that getting out of the house and getting a bit of fresh air is probably the best thing for you. But again, if you go to thatsafreebee.com, you can comment on the episode about what you think is great for people. You can tell me all about the experiences you've had and let's see if we can help somebody this time of year.

You may remember a few episodes ago, I decided to try something new with the finale of the podcast. Decided to go from telling a joke at the end of it to asking a question. And, I'm not gonna lie, that flopped . I actually got several bits of feedback about that. If you remember, I asked the question about a straw. Does the straw have one hole or does it have two holes? if I remember rightly, that was the question. And the question was good. Don't get me wrong. I did get some feedback. with people's opinions that were different to mine or the same as mine, whatever. However, I think people were so used to the bad joke at the end of the podcast that it just killed it a little bit.

I did get a lot of feedback saying don't ever do that again. However, I think I found a question that is worth trying. So I'm gonna, instead of telling you a story at the end of this podcast this week, I am going to ask you another question. And again, go to thatsafreebee.com or thatsafreebee on pretty much all social media.

In fact, it's worth pointing out just while I remember as well, as of this week, the podcast is now going to be available on YouTube as well. Cause YouTube have added the ability to, upload a podcast RSS feed and that's what I've done. So you should find that by the time this episode goes live, all of the previous episodes will also be on there.

do feel free to check that out. So you can also comment on the YouTube page if you as well, if you want to, but I'd love to hear your feedback on this one. I'd love to know what you guys do because it's a contentious one in our household. So the question is, do you keep your jam? In the cupboard of a fridge.
