G'. Day. My name is Mike. You're listening to Lone Wolf Unleashed, where I help
Speaker:you switch off sooner and live larger.
Speaker:This week is the last week of the year that I'm going to be releasing
Speaker:episodes, but I'm going to talk a little bit more about that later
Speaker:today. We're going to do a debrief on how my event
Speaker:went on the 5th of December. It was my first event. It
Speaker:was Freedom Forward. It was a full
Speaker:day workshop that walked through my 5Ps. We had a great
Speaker:turnout of around 10 people. And it
Speaker:was a wonderful time to be able to walk people
Speaker:through how I help people, but also for
Speaker:them to be able to have the time and space to be able to really
Speaker:think through what the processes of their business look like. The
Speaker:day started, I was super nervous presenting in front of people.
Speaker:You know, once I got in the groove, it was much better. We started out
Speaker:just with an opening where I walked people through what
Speaker:it was like and why. We set up systems to really get them to
Speaker:think about why they started their business in the first place,
Speaker:to think about what they want their lives to look like and how
Speaker:they want their business to serve their lives. That was really
Speaker:rewarding. And I think, you know, as we walked through the day, the thing that
Speaker:really stuck out to me was that people didn't engage
Speaker:with the goals that much. They didn't deal with the big
Speaker:stuff that much. What they did was they really focused in on, shared on
Speaker:the really tiny things, the really small
Speaker:moments. Now I have done an episode on Moments. You can go
Speaker:back and listen to that one. It was really interesting to
Speaker:hear people just share what moments they
Speaker:wanted more of. And that was almost entirely
Speaker:unprompted. I was like, oh, no, we want to. We want to see what our
Speaker:Next, you know, 12, 24 months looks like, right? And they're like,
Speaker:I just want to walk my dog more. It was really interesting
Speaker:just hearing how they engaged with that.
Speaker:And, you know, then we moved through and the way that we
Speaker:structured the day was that we had a presentation space and we had a
Speaker:workspace. It was all in the same room as a big day and
Speaker:in a big room. And I will be putting up
Speaker:some photos on my website from the day so you can see what
Speaker:it's like. But basically what we did is we had a time
Speaker:for me to present to people and then a time for us to work through
Speaker:the workbook and doing the different activities that were in there, to really
Speaker:think through the structure of their business, to think through their
Speaker:processes. And how to make things better. The key takeaway for me
Speaker:was at the end, they started to form up a
Speaker:roadmap of the different types of things that they can implement to improve how
Speaker:their business works. What became abundantly
Speaker:clear throughout the day is that the participants who were there
Speaker:didn't know how to move forward with implementing.
Speaker:They're like, okay, this is a great idea, or now I've got this on paper.
Speaker:I don't actually know, like, what the first step is to
Speaker:implement this thing is. And it was really nice to be
Speaker:able to hear that because I've been running this since
Speaker:July and to be able to have that sort of
Speaker:validation there for me to go, okay, this is something that I
Speaker:can really help you with. You know, you have your roadmap here, but you're really
Speaker:busy, right? How do you move forward with
Speaker:that? How do you have accountability and taking
Speaker:massive action towards doing this if you already
Speaker:have not much time? It was really, really nice to be
Speaker:able to engage with people and move through
Speaker:how they can actually implement this in
Speaker:2026. Now, there's a whole range of different processes here that
Speaker:people work through. We had a very broad range of
Speaker:different types of business owners in the room. Most of them were solo or,
Speaker:or very, very small business. But we had anything from
Speaker:cleaners to electricians to
Speaker:claims management help to authors
Speaker:or publishing. It was really, really
Speaker:interesting to hear different people's experiences.
Speaker:And I'm just so thankful that I had
Speaker:the opportunity to engage with such a broad range of people. I think one of
Speaker:the things that working in this type of line of work is the
Speaker:number of different industries that you get to engage with. I've worked in everything
Speaker:from agriculture to insurance in a really large enterprise space.
Speaker:But to be able to engage people, you know, I want to be able to
Speaker:see the whites on their eyes. I want to be able to see and work
Speaker:with them. Do you know what I mean? And I want to hear
Speaker:what they have planned. I want to hear
Speaker:how they themselves are struggling with this
Speaker:thing called business. Right? Because we all do, we
Speaker:all do that in some way. You know, to be able to
Speaker:see those little light bulb moments about how they can
Speaker:make things better is really rewarding. I did wrap the day
Speaker:on giving a launch offer to the participants.
Speaker:I'm launching the community in January. I'm
Speaker:finalizing the content for that now. But basically the premise
Speaker:of it is going to be that we have this roadmap. You
Speaker:have things that you want to work on next year that
Speaker:are going to move the needle in terms of how your operations in
Speaker:your business works, you don't know how to get there, you don't
Speaker:know how to implement, you don't know where to get started.
Speaker:That's what the pack is for. It is going to help you
Speaker:move forward through making those plans and those
Speaker:strategies come to life.
Speaker:So I want to put this to you. There is going to be a launch
Speaker:offer as well. For my podcast listeners, the normal
Speaker:price is 2,500 US per quarter.
Speaker:What we can do is the launch offer is going to be, you can get
Speaker:into the community. It's up to 10 seats. The
Speaker:first 10 seats of the community is going to
Speaker:be a thousand dollars US for each quarter. That is for as
Speaker:long as you like to be in there. That is for a lifetime.
Speaker:One thing I will say is on the day I said, look, there is going
Speaker:to be annual pricing, but I can't recommend that because, you know, if you get
Speaker:the results in the first 90 days, then there's no point in continuing.
Speaker:One of the participants said, oh, that's awfully integral of you. Why would you
Speaker:not try to upsell? And I said, look, my interest is
Speaker:your best interest. I sacrifice all the
Speaker:time on trying to maintain transparency. Yes, I
Speaker:would love for you to be able to sign up and get the discount for
Speaker:annual pricing. It would normally be around eight grand US
Speaker:a year. But honestly, if you're finding results in the first quarter, I'm
Speaker:not going to encourage you to sign up for the annual plan straight away. Get
Speaker:in there, see what it's like, see what results you get. I
Speaker:promise you it's going to be something that if you commit to it,
Speaker:it's going to start freeing you up hours. You're going to be starting to implement
Speaker:these things that will basically change your business and change
Speaker:your life. I just want to say thank you so much. This is my
Speaker:last episode of the year. I'm not sure where content is going next year yet.
Speaker:I'm sort of making up a plan. If podcasting does not
Speaker:continue, you can head over to my YouTube channel, Mike
Speaker:Fox Lone Wolf Unleashed. You can head over there. The link to that will
Speaker:be in the description of the episode. And I want to
Speaker:thank you for taking this journey with me. It's been a labor of love
Speaker:doing the podcast and I just want to thank you so much
Speaker:for you and your time. I know there's so many things you can be doing
Speaker:right now other than listen to me, but I just want to thank. I'm so.
Speaker:I'm just filled with gratitude, so I just want to put that out there. I
Speaker:just. I thank you so much for listening this year with me,
Speaker:and I wish you and your family a merry Christmas. I hope you
Speaker:have some time off. Make sure you take some time off. Don't spend your
Speaker:Christmas at the laptop, okay? Make sure you take some time to yourself.
Speaker:Make some plans for next year. Don't go too hard,
Speaker:and I'll see you in 2026.
