Speaker:the failures that a lot of people have. People like Jeff Asner, Russell Brunson.
Speaker:As I got to know them, I saw a lot of failures. And it really inspired me
Speaker:to just of what was possible once we harnessed the
Speaker:leveraging power of digital marketing, how to write an
Speaker:offer, how to craft a headline. This is what results-based marketing

Speaker:who is this podcast for? If you're a business owner or part of
Speaker:the marketing team, if you're a chief marketing officer or CMO, or
Speaker:you're the guy who runs the ads for the business, this is probably for you. If you're between
Speaker:$1 million and $5 million turnover, and you're serious as
Speaker:a heart attack about growing your business and generating results that
Speaker:can transform the top line revenue for your business, this is
Speaker:absolutely for you. who this podcast is not for. If you're
Speaker:just here for motivational hype and rah-rah, and if you
Speaker:want me to show you how to get more likes, more engagement, that
Speaker:sort of stuff, all the other vanity metrics that don't put revenue into
Speaker:your bank account, then you need to keep scrolling or tune into
Speaker:another podcast. About 10 years ago, I was living in the
Speaker:US. My wife and I and our two kids packed up, moved
Speaker:over to America, and we met some of the most brilliant
Speaker:digital marketers on the planet, people like Jeff Asner, Russell Brunson,
Speaker:the guys from Digital Marketer, Ryan Dice,
Speaker:Perry Belcher, Roland Fraser, a bunch of
Speaker:guys like that, met a guy named Frank Kern, all the classics and
Speaker:all the greats who are world-renowned and world-famous for the results they've
Speaker:produced in the digital marketing space. And it was really awesome to
Speaker:sort of rub shoulders with those guys as I met them at different conferences. And
Speaker:it really inspired me to just of what was possible once
Speaker:we harness the power, the leveraging power of
Speaker:digital marketing, how to write an offer, how to craft a headline. How
Speaker:to craft a grand slam, irresistible offer
Speaker:that can literally change the entire financial landscape
Speaker:of your business. I met a guy named Russell Brunson. You'll see behind
Speaker:me there's an award for ClickFunnels. It's a two-comma club
Speaker:award. It's where you make over a million dollars in revenue from one offer
Speaker:or one business. And this was just when ClickFunnels was
Speaker:getting started. In fact, I became fast friends with Russell. He
Speaker:took me to my first UFC fight, which was amazing. And
Speaker:yeah, just hanging out with him and just being in the environment of
Speaker:people who are making some serious results happen and
Speaker:getting to know them too. It's really interesting because you
Speaker:can look at people who have amazing results and sometimes it's
Speaker:easy, especially in social media, to just look at
Speaker:the A-reels. often you don't see the struggles and the setbacks
Speaker:and the failures that a lot of people have. And as I was getting
Speaker:closer to these big names in digital marketing, I saw a
Speaker:lot of and as I got to know them, I saw a lot of failures, I
Speaker:saw a lot of setbacks, and a lot of heartache. So
Speaker:if you're in business right now, and you've had some big setbacks
Speaker:in the past, maybe you're just still coming out of
Speaker:that COVID hangover. and you're looking for ways to grow your
Speaker:business, to really set your business onto
Speaker:a trajectory to get you to the next level where this is the reason why
Speaker:you got into business for in the first place. There's good news for
Speaker:you. You could be one campaign away from completely transforming
Speaker:the landscape of your whole finances and your whole business. That's
Speaker:really exciting. It's why I do what I do. It's
Speaker:that I just get so excited when I treat and my team treat other
Speaker:people's businesses as though they're ours and we can literally double,
Speaker:triple or quadruple businesses. That's the thing that gets us
Speaker:out of bed in the morning. We live for those stories because it transforms
Speaker:lives. When you transform top line revenue of a business, you
Speaker:transform families. You transform people's emotions, you
Speaker:transform people's options, right? They go from working underneath
Speaker:the business, under the weight of responsibility, to living
Speaker:their best life, to living above their business, taking large chunks
Speaker:of cash where they can have holidays, pay down debt, or
Speaker:even live a life of contribution. Hey, if you're a business owner making between
Speaker:one and five million a year and you want more consistent qualified leads
Speaker:to grow your business, then why don't we have a complimentary chat? I'm looking
Speaker:to personally invest $26,000 into seven individual
Speaker:businesses right now who are serious about scaling. Booking
Speaker:a call with me and my team using the link in the show notes below to see if
Speaker:you qualify. Now back to the episode. I just went to Bali a
Speaker:couple months ago now with Adam Hudson. He
Speaker:runs his own podcast called The Unemployable Podcast, which
Speaker:is really awesome. So we went and helped out in
Speaker:Bali with guys who don't have vision. They're blind. And
Speaker:a lot of these guys are farmers. They come from Java. And to
Speaker:be there, to be a part of a community of, you know,
Speaker:people who are living on $11 a day, average income,
Speaker:and to be able to set someone free who's been blind for three years and they have surgery
Speaker:in an hour and then we come back the next day and then they
Speaker:can see, which means we've set not only them free, they can
Speaker:go back to work, but kids can go back to school instead of leading granddad
Speaker:around. And children can go back to work instead of
Speaker:leading their elderly parents around. And the elderly parents can go and
Speaker:get back into farming. It's a little bit different how they do that. But business success
Speaker:affords us the opportunity to do that sort of stuff, to live
Speaker:a life of contribution, to make a difference in people who don't live
Speaker:in a first world country like us. That's why I love it,
Speaker:that's why it's important, and that's why your success is
Speaker:important as well. We're going to be sharing a bunch of
Speaker:different things, really results-based tips that work,
Speaker:strategies, tactics, things that'll move the needle in your top-line
Speaker:revenue for business. I'm very passionate about it. We
Speaker:often see customers and clients who come to us who have
Speaker:been burnt horribly by other digital marketers who
Speaker:promise them the world but deliver them a map or an atlas. And
Speaker:that's that really gets me angry and it gets me fired
Speaker:up for what it can be like. ...once you start measuring the
Speaker:right things... ...instead of measuring what we call vanity metrics. So
Speaker:the vanity metrics are things that don't matter. Like likes,
Speaker:shares, engagement, reach. All the things that don't put
Speaker:money into your bank account. So we take a very different approach with
Speaker:our style. We're looking at the number one metric... ...which is how
Speaker:much it costs you to acquire a customer. And
Speaker:then it becomes just the situation of mathematics, right? So
Speaker:the other day we had a client who was... marketing
Speaker:for a seminar and he wanted to charge $495 for
Speaker:the seminar and then upsell to another course
Speaker:of about $1,500 course and then his ultimate course at $40,000 a
Speaker:course. And so my advice to him was like, let's not
Speaker:charge $497 for the seminar because they don't know you. Let's
Speaker:have the seminar for free. And so he said,
Speaker:no, I don't want to do that. I want to charge people
Speaker:at least $97 because it's valuable. And my
Speaker:experience is that people won't upgrade. They
Speaker:won't buy more if there's no skin in the game. It's like, understand how
Speaker:you say that. But let's let the data guide us. Let's
Speaker:let the data help us to make our decisions. So how about
Speaker:we just try this? for two weeks out before the seminar.
Speaker:So his cost per acquisition for someone to register
Speaker:for the event was over $400. And then
Speaker:once we marketed the seminar for free, the cost dropped down
Speaker:to about $40. Now it's about $20 as we've been optimizing
Speaker:the offer. What's really interesting is when we look at the numbers, there's
Speaker:about one in three people who attend. So out of
Speaker:the one in three people that attend, it's now $20 per
Speaker:lead. One in three people attend, so it's $60 to have someone
Speaker:in the room. Now 5% of the people who are in the room purchased
Speaker:the $40,000 product. And so what that means is
Speaker:5% of $40,000 is $2,000. So
Speaker:what that means is that it costs us $60 to have someone in
Speaker:the room, and every person that's in the room is worth $2,000. Would
Speaker:you do the trade? Would you exchange $60 if someone paid you
Speaker:$2,000? Most people would say yes. This is what results-based marketing
Speaker:is all about. It's about knowing your numbers. It's about understanding
Speaker:your business. And it's about getting clear on what your objectives are
Speaker:and how to hit them with precision accuracy. That's what this
Speaker:podcast is all about. I'm going to share with you over a decade of
Speaker:knowledge, expertise, learning, failures along
Speaker:the way so that you can have the best of the best of some of the best campaigns that
Speaker:we've worked on for ourselves internally in our own marketing. And
Speaker:we're going to cover things like Facebook marketing, email marketing,
Speaker:cold email marketing, LinkedIn marketing. A whole bunch of stuff, website
Speaker:design, how to craft an offer, how to really reach into your
Speaker:customer's heart and find out what's really going on for them
Speaker:so that you can craft a grand slam irresistible offer
Speaker:that really resonates with them and gives them some really strong calls
Speaker:to action and transforms the top line of your business.
Speaker:I'm really excited to share a whole bunch on this journey with you. I'm
Speaker:so grateful that you're here today and I'm looking forward to sharing more. Thanks
