Unknown:

Hello, and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm

Unknown:

your host Aurora. And I'm very happy to spending some time with

Unknown:

you today. Thank you so much for being here. It just made my

Unknown:

favorite tea, licorice tea. And it is Saturday morning, I

Unknown:

schooled here in Canada. And today I want to record a

Unknown:

meditation for when you want to stop when you want to stop and

Unknown:

take a break and just relax into your energy and just be with

Unknown:

yourself be more do less. So a lot of times we are caught in

Unknown:

worry and resentment and anger in to do mode. And it is very

Unknown:

critical to get things done in life that we have those islands

Unknown:

that we create that space where we can recharge our batteries

Unknown:

and just rest and relax with what is and stop wanting stop

Unknown:

needing. Stop asking for stop being in a mode that is draining

Unknown:

at times, and especially over a longer period of time. It can

Unknown:

also severely affect our sleep, and in doing so our well being.

Unknown:

So find a comfortable seat. And let's get started. As I said in

Unknown:

my first couple of meditations adjust your sitting position

Unknown:

over your sit bones for your sit bones, both pressing into the

Unknown:

ground. And then tip your pelvis slightly forward to make a

Unknown:

little bit of an arch in the lower back. And then you'll see

Unknown:

that your shoulders automatically go back, your

Unknown:

heart opens up to the front of the room. And you can rest your

Unknown:

hands on your thighs with palms open to the sky or facing down

Unknown:

for a more grounding sensation. Maybe he'll roll your shoulders

Unknown:

up and back. do this a couple times. And then let your

Unknown:

shoulders rest a little bit pushed away from your ears a

Unknown:

little bit pressed down towards the ground. Have your chin

Unknown:

slightly tucked to elongate your neck. And then if you feel like

Unknown:

it today, close your eyes. Come and take your breath. really

Unknown:

feel your breath feel the cold air coming in through your nose

Unknown:

and a warm air exiting your body. Maybe you feel your heart

Unknown:

beating at a slower beat. Relax but less than little muscles

Unknown:

around your eyes around your mouth. Relax your jaw. Beautiful

Unknown:

resting bitchface. So it is in those times where we are caught

Unknown:

up and to do less than feelings and missions and accomplishments

Unknown:

that we need meditation the most. Where we need to stop.

Unknown:

Maybe even go into birds perspective and be okay with

Unknown:

what is accept where we are at. Bay. Big inhale and exhale. Big

Unknown:

inhale and exhale. If you are overall happy with where you at

Unknown:

today,

Unknown:

then that simply means that every decision you made, every

Unknown:

action you took, led you to this moment here. And you may

Unknown:

continue on this path. If you feel you are in a constant fight

Unknown:

or flight mode, and you're not okay with what you're at, with

Unknown:

where you're at, then this moment of peace will help you to

Unknown:

find the energy and the inspiration and creativity. To

Unknown:

change your path.

Unknown:

You can stop right here, and you can change your path. As

Unknown:

whatever is bugging you, whatever you don't like. Let go

Unknown:

of it now. And after this magnification, focus on what you

Unknown:

want, what you need.

Unknown:

But right now, you sit here with yourself and accept what is take

Unknown:

a big inhale and exhale. Big inhale and exhale. Again, relax

Unknown:

the muscles around your eyes, your forehead. Every thought

Unknown:

that comes up, let it go. Let it float away. Come back to your

Unknown:

breath. And relish this moment. Not having an opinion and

Unknown:

judgment. Just being in the moment. Big inhale. Big exhale.

Unknown:

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Unknown:

Continue at your own rhythm. relax the muscles around your

Unknown:

eyes, your jaw, your neck muscles, your shoulders. Come

Unknown:

back to your breath.

Unknown:

Very good

Unknown:

Bring your hands to heart center and pray position bow your head

Unknown:

down press your thumbs into your heart and know that it is okay

Unknown:

to not want to not judge to not have an opinion to not being in

Unknown:

fight or flight mode. It is okay to just be Namaste thank you so

Unknown:

much for being part of this meditation today. It really

Unknown:

means a lot to me to have you here with me meditating and

Unknown:

taking a break from a busy life. Please connect with me over

Unknown:

I know and friends that requested episodes and

Unknown:

meditations but I would love to know people that are listening

Unknown:

to me and yeah, hear what they need, what they would like to

Unknown:

hear. Thank you so much. And until next time, take real good
