Welcome to Hot and Spicy Review.
Martin:I am Martin Lindeskogue.
Martin:Today I will do a short and sweet recording session that will turn into episode three of
Martin:his podcast.
Martin:We'll do an announcement all so, and I will do
Martin:a short review and then it will, as I said, turn into a podcast episode.
Martin:So I have also my notes for paper Dropbox and maybe the episode will be called add Spice to
Martin:the gringo Pepper sauce brand.
Martin:Review of Tabasco Scorpion paper Pepper Sauce
Martin:I had an article here in men's health that I will link to about the journey of Tabasco, the
Martin:brand and how Tabasco's hottest ever sauce is made.
Martin:And also in the future I will do reviews of hot sauces with the help of 33 drop drops of
Martin:hot sauce by 33 books.
Martin:And here you have a flavor, an aroma wheel
Martin:with different flavors.
Martin:For example, you could have sweet, salty
Martin:vinegar, smoky, et cetera.
Martin:And also, before I do this short review, you
Martin:see here.
Martin:Okay, yeah, waiting to stop it.
Martin:I will do.
Martin:I was planning to do announcement here of the
Martin:new co host.
Martin:I've had this idea for a long time and I like
Martin:to do solo shows, but also it would be nice to have an accountability partner and co host
Martin:bounce ideas back and forth.
Martin:And I have had several in mind during the
Martin:years here planning.
Martin:And now I had one that was interested and we
Martin:will see in the future how that will develop.
Martin:I got lots of inspiration by talking to this
Martin:person and also coming up with this idea because if individual has links or experience
Martin:of mexican food.
Martin:So that's with this gringo reference and
Martin:Tabasco, the regular one that you know about is the red one that is talking about taste
Martin:vinegary, you could say maybe it has this peppery and vinegar, but it's compared to
Martin:other hot sauces, pretty bland or not very strong regarding the Scoville grade.
Martin:But they have, as I said, this man's health article.
Martin:They develop and launched extra hot Tabasco.
Martin:And it's with this scorpion pepper sauce.
Martin:So it's pretty hot.
Martin:You see here with the flames here, it's five
Martin:of them.
Martin:So otherwise they have this jalapeno, the
Martin:green one, the red one, the original, and then you could have chipotle, the smoked one also.
Martin:And none of them are pretty hot.
Martin:So that's why it could be called by, if you
Martin:are used to mexican spicy food that you call it gringo pepper sauce.
Martin:So I will then do this test and as you can see, I have enjoyed it pretty much for a long
Martin:time.
Martin:Seriously, extra hot sauce.
Martin:So I will do it on a chip and then I will do a follow up.
Martin:So chip is coming from standard regular brand from a grocery store get sound effect and that
Martin:we were having ideas about how you could do that with this sensory and sound called and I
Martin:will see if I get that wording AsMR that I will include that wikipedia or some other
Martin:sources but you could learn more about that.
Martin:So short test and then I will prepare for
Martin:another thing here.
Martin:So it's going on today so I don't have much
Martin:left so I have to check it here you have it little on my finger or sunwater.
Martin:Really peppery.
Martin:Then it come with burning cessation.
Martin:So cheers.
Martin:Yeah, it's hot here you have it on the side.
Martin:My poor coaster.
Martin:Got a drop of sauce also.
Martin:Yes, that's hot.
Martin:So thanks for tuning in on this short live and
Martin:I will plan for the future here and see how it develops and how it goes and do this test
Martin:according to the aroma and flavor wheel by 33 drops of hot sauces by 33 books.
Martin:So again thanks for watching.
Martin:And I have to get some coffee and drinking
Martin:something and that could be a recommendation like yogurt.
Martin:You could have white bread or you could have this indian yogurt drink.
Martin:That could be good if you eat something that is this hot and spicy.
Martin:So cheerio.
Martin:Bye for now.
