Speaker AEva's on the show today to share her insight.
Speaker AWelcome, Eva.
Speaker AThank you for being on the show.
Speaker BHello.
Speaker BHello.
Speaker BAround the world.
Speaker BThis is super exciting to be able to connect with you and share some inspiring moments that each one of you are able to tap into that next level self.
Speaker BBecause if you're not allowing that to emerge on a daily basis, moment by moment, you are missing out.
Speaker AOh, absolutely.
Speaker AAnd I think a lot of people lose sight of that as we get into adulthood especially.
Speaker ARight, absolutely.
Speaker BAnd sometimes we find ourselves just so disconnected because we are missing that moment, those moments to recognize who we are internally at a soul level.
Speaker BAnd because we are missing out on that, we find ourselves lost at times.
Speaker AWe don't live in the moment.
Speaker AI think a lot of people are living for their gadgets.
Speaker AThey find their motivation on what they're seeing on Instagram reels and that kind of stuff.
Speaker AAnd on TikTok.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd in one way you can find some type of motivation.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BBut is that the truth of who you are, who I am, who we're becoming?
Speaker BAnd if we don't tap into getting to know ourselves, then we are following someone else in someone else's footsteps, and that's when we become a little bit fresh because that is kind of discrediting who we are at a soul level and then kind of following someone else's blueprint.
Speaker BAnd I feel that women, they miss out on that opportunity of getting to know themselves.
Speaker BThat's why embodiment is so important.
Speaker AIt really, really is.
Speaker ASo, Eva, I wanted to talk a little bit about you so our listeners get to know you.
Speaker AHow did all of this begin?
Speaker AWhat.
Speaker AWhat's your background?
Speaker BOh, this is a beautiful question, and I love sharing this story.
Speaker BI grew up in a very small town in the south, and I was very curious at a young age, and I asked a lot of questions, and I wanted to know why, for many things, why do people do this?
Speaker BWhy does some not do that?
Speaker BAnd then how does it apply to me?
Speaker BSo I went into the world and I started to work.
Speaker BI mean, I was also in the.
Speaker BIn the cosmetic industry.
Speaker BI was traveling the world, and I was in New York for a while, and I felt like I had to just go, go, go.
Speaker BI never knew how at that time, how to really tap onto me.
Speaker BAnd when you're in that go, go, go energy, I found myself very masculine.
Speaker BI really pushed down that feminine side of me, and it was all about headspace and getting things done and goal setting and moving forward with the quickness.
Speaker BAnd that's not bad.
Speaker BBut I certainly didn't know that feminine side of me.
Speaker BI didn't know that nurturing, that.
Speaker BThat really compassionate, you know, just coming home to my own body and myself.
Speaker BAnd because I pushed a lot of that down because it didn't seem like it was really welcomed in the world that I was in.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd even though it was in the beauty industry, I still hid that side of me so that I could stay competitive.
Speaker BAnd that competitive energy really did damage to me.
Speaker BIt really shut off that side of me.
Speaker BBeing this beautiful, delicious woman that we.
Speaker BWe women have.
Speaker BHave in all of us.
Speaker BIf we know how to tap into.
Speaker AIt, we bring some absolute power to the table.
Speaker AWhen we do pay attention to our feminine side, we.
Speaker AWe compliment the men in the room, and we can bring perspectives that they may not have.
Speaker AAnd when you're talking about the competitive nature, yeah, I think that women get caught up with that, especially in the corporate world, where they're maybe the only woman at the table, and they think they have to act like one of the guys, don't they?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BWell, sometimes the world.
Speaker BThe world, especially in where I was at, the corporate world, made me feel like that was the only way.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd even whenever I was in, you know, businesses where I was doing my own thing, I still didn't know that that side could be valued.
Speaker BEven though that's that feminine Side was.
Speaker BWas screaming to come out of me, because that was who I was at my core.
Speaker BBut I didn't know it.
Speaker BI didn't know that I could use both sides to be this powerhouse.
Speaker BSo that's how embodiment is.
Speaker BEverything came into being.
Speaker BI am able to now help women, powerful women like myself and yourself, really, really clean and expand and really tap into the truth of who they are, recognizing that both sides of them are so important to moving forward in a beautiful way.
Speaker BAnd when you're able to balance the masculine and the feminine, some beautiful, powerful things will happen for you.
Speaker AHow do you balance the feminine and masculine energy?
Speaker AI don't think a lot of women think about having any kind of masculine energy.
Speaker BGood question.
Speaker BFor me, there were times when I said, you know, there was this feeling in my tummy, there's this feeling in my hips, there's this feeling in my heart, there's this feeling in my soul that is so gentle, that's so kind, that's so loving, that's so nurturing.
Speaker BBut I'm scared to use it.
Speaker BI'm scared that I will be pushed around if I use this energy.
Speaker BSo I stayed on that side of me, that masculine side was that would, you know, really, like.
Speaker BI won't say crack the lip, but, you know, you just know how to get a meeting, you know, you know how to run a meeting.
Speaker BYou know how to be in charge of certain things.
Speaker BAnd then I said one day, I said, now, what if I use that goal setting, that intellectual side, and then tap into my heart and tap into that feeling of being nurtured and being compassionate and really collaborating with others?
Speaker BLet's see what happens.
Speaker BIt was like night and day for me.
Speaker BIt was this energy of just feeling calm and in my body and feeling even more powerful than I thought I was feeling before.
Speaker BIt was a power that wasn't true and real.
Speaker BIt was trying to live up to an expectation, Yet I felt like my soul was, like, dying.
Speaker BSo once I tapped into who I was at a soul level and recognized that I love being a feminine woman, but I also love that I have this intellectual side and that I have this brain power to manage and think through things, yet rest and just pull back at times and not be on the go all the time, you know.
Speaker AI think bringing the feminine energy into the picture makes people a better leader.
Speaker AYou bring out the best in people if you're nurturing.
Speaker AI think that a lot of times you'll see with a boss where they're more corporal in their approach, you get more pulling a chain rather than pushing it.
Speaker AAnd I think that that's something that women can bring to the T because, well, we're wired to raise children.
Speaker ASo I think it comes naturally.
Speaker BOh, it certainly does if you pay attention.
Speaker BAnd I had to learn how to pay attention to what my body was saying and how I was feeling when I was in that heavy duty, masculine, corporate energy of getting things done.
Speaker BI didn't really understand that you don't have to be in that, that type of leadership all the time.
Speaker BAnd for me, it was more damaging than helpful damaging, you know, not recognizing that, oh, I'm really tired and my body is saying that I'm tired to go and rest or to have that intuition when I'm in a meeting.
Speaker BAnd this information coming through my, my heart, coming through me, in, in my gut area, that saying no when I'm saying yes, I started to really pay attention to who am I being in this moment and how is this affecting me after the fact?
Speaker BAnd what I recognized was I was so tired after meetings.
Speaker BI was so tired after a day's.
Speaker BA day of work, A day, a day of work, because I felt like I was in the body of someone else and that person was not me.
Speaker BAnd when I started to learn how to tap into that quiet stillness and speak from a truth of my heart and my soul, life became this beautiful energy of flow.
Speaker AI think it's a matter of tapping into ourselves.
Speaker APeople don't always do that.
Speaker AAnd I do think that women, when they're climbing that corporate ladder, or even if it's not a corporate job per se, you will see a lot of them really exuding the masculine energy.
Speaker AThey, they almost are more rigid.
Speaker AYou see some of this and you have to wonder, are they overdoing that because they're really not being true to themselves?
Speaker BI would say speaking for my own self, yes, it's.
Speaker BYou're overdoing it.
Speaker BI was overdoing it.
Speaker BAnd I've worked in, I've worked corporate and I've worked in, you know, where it's been smaller, smaller businesses.
Speaker BI've worked both sides of it.
Speaker BAnd still that go.
Speaker BGetting energy can be so exhausting.
Speaker BAnd when you're competing with other men in.
Speaker BOr you feel like you have to live up to an expectation.
Speaker BWhen it was over, I would sometimes just feel like, this doesn't work.
Speaker BThis isn't who I really am.
Speaker BAnd what I'm recognizing is that more and more women are saying, no, this doesn't work for me.
Speaker BWhen women, we have Hormones.
Speaker BMen have hormones too.
Speaker BBut we women should be paying special attention to how the hormones fluctuate through the day.
Speaker BAre we making more cortisol spikes in our bodies because we're becoming so stressed?
Speaker BBecause we are out of sorts of who we are?
Speaker BSo I really help women to sit and think about it and find out where.
Speaker BWhere they.
Speaker BWhere they are in their lives and in their business, and whether they're corporate, corporate or entrepreneurs, or leading their businesses.
Speaker BAnd what does it feel like to be in that energy all day long.
Speaker BAnd majority of the women say, it's not me, it's not who I am.
Speaker BBut what happens, though, whenever you are in that energy and you are getting paid in a certain way, it's hard to let go.
Speaker BI had to let go.
Speaker BAnd when I did let go, it was.
Speaker BI didn't know myself.
Speaker BAnd that not knowing myself was the best opportunity to get to know who I was.
Speaker BAnd I continue to expand and open myself to this new energy of who I am.
Speaker BAt a core level, how does somebody.
Speaker AGet to know themselves and be aware of the fluctuations during the day and that sort of thing?
Speaker BWell, I say I tell women all the time, get out of your head and drop into your heart.
Speaker BGet out of your head and drop into your body.
Speaker BSee what you're feeling, feel what you're feeling, acknowledge that you may be feeling great in the moment and you may not be.
Speaker BAnd if you are not, ask yourself why those feelings, those experiences are all data.
Speaker BIt's data to your body, your emotions, your energies to tell you something about where you are.
Speaker BAnd to me, that is beautiful information for that next level woman.
Speaker AIt's a matter of personal awareness when you're talking about in the moment.
Speaker AI think a lot of people don't necessarily live in the moment.
Speaker AThey're thinking about what's gonna be going on two hours from now, a day from now, a month from now.
Speaker AAnd they're not in tune like they should be.
Speaker AWe kind of lose that ability as we go into adulthood.
Speaker AChildren, I think, live more in the moment.
Speaker AAnd when you think about it, they're more open to opportunity when they do that.
Speaker AIs that part of it?
Speaker APeople aren't living in the moment.
Speaker AAnd then you've got the conditioning we have where women are taught to say yes rather than know yes.
Speaker BAnd speaking of living in the moment and being childlike, that was a part of me at my core, but I also pushed that down.
Speaker BThat part of being childlike is carefree.
Speaker BIt's just being.
Speaker BJust being expanded and curious as I said in the beginning of my own growth.
Speaker BAnd when we shut that off, we become programmed in a whole different way.
Speaker BAnd then we are too hardwired for something different.
Speaker BSo when I'm working with women, I am helping them to understand that hardwired program can be changed.
Speaker BIf we recognize in the moment, it's almost like being an inspector, a private investigator of your own life, of your own thoughts, of your own way of being.
Speaker BAnd when we are in that, that, that, that new feeling we have, that new intention of really paying attention to ourselves.
Speaker BAnd when we recognize in that moment, because every moment is so special, it's so important, that's how we change when we are aware of the now.
Speaker BAnd you're right, people are so, so future forward and living so far in the future until they don't understand where they're at.
Speaker BAnd when they're living in the future, that future is sometimes led by fear, afraid of failure, afraid that things are not going to turn out the way that it should.
Speaker BBut in the moment is where the juic happens that we begin to shift from out of the old and into the new.
Speaker BAnd that new is what helps the future come into the now.
Speaker ABask in the joys of the moment and what's going on currently.
Speaker AYou know, when you think about it, people say, gee, time just flew by.
Speaker AWell, you really weren't paying attention when things were happening in the moment.
Speaker AStay tuned for more of Women Roadworks warriors coming up.

Speaker AEva Simone lives and breathes.
Speaker AShe's not only a powerhouse in feminine intelligence, she's one of the top momentum experts in the country, helping women step into their next level selves with purpose, joy and confidence.
Speaker AWith a master's in industrial and organizational psychology, a background in cosmetic arts, and three decades of experience across industries, Eva's the real deal.
Speaker AShe teaches how to lead from intuition, embracing both feminine and masculine energies, and create a life you actually love.
Speaker AEva in our last segment, we were talking about living in the moment and how so many people don't do that and they miss out.
Speaker ABut when you're somewhere else in your head, you're not living life, are you?
Speaker BAnd it's, it's, it became very obvious to me that when you're in your head that much and you're not living in the present, you're missing out on so much.
Speaker BYou're missing out on you just being aware of the now.
Speaker BThere's so many beautiful things that are happening around us in the now if we just slow down enough to see it.
Speaker BBut when we're in that go, go, go energy all the time, chasing from one thing to the, to the other, that's when we become out of balance.
Speaker BAnd bringing yourself back to balance, bringing yourself back to calm, back to peace, back to knowing that this moment is the most important moment was a game changer for me and it continues to be a game changer for other women because women, they want to have, they want to be in this beautiful energy of who they are, but they need the permission.
Speaker BSo I help them to get that permission and really align to who they are and then move forward from that new Place of alignment.
Speaker AYou talk a lot about embracing authentic self expression and discovering and celebrating your unique gifts and talents inside and out.
Speaker AHow does somebody do that?
Speaker ABecause I think a lot of times women are reluctant to say what they really want to say based on how they're going to be perceived.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BYou know, there was one time I used to be afraid of, of, of saying what I really felt because I hadn't really thought about what it is that I desired, how I wanted to, to show up in, in my life and in the world.
Speaker BSo for the woman who does not really know how to step forth and speak her truth, I really recommend giving her, giving themselves time to just think.
Speaker BWhat do I want today?
Speaker BWhat is in my soul to say?
Speaker BAnd the reason that we sometimes can't say what we really feel and want is because we're afraid of being judged, we're afraid of not being liked, we're afraid of being kind of like outcasted out of the community.
Speaker BSo we hold things in and then we become a bit of a mini me for other people.
Speaker BAnd then for me, I said, there's only one person that can be me and I'm holding myself from being me.
Speaker BSo I did a complete overhaul of my thinking of myself and how I want it to show up in the world.
Speaker BAnd I said, if it's, if it is really elevating me to the next level, then let's take a chance and see if it can help someone else.
Speaker BAnd here's what I found to be true.
Speaker BWhenever I stepped into my authentic truth, what that meant to me for my soul's blueprint, I started to notice in the beginning it can trigger people because you're not going with the crowd.
Speaker BBut what I started to notice is that people, meaning women, started to wake up to themselves and started to feel more powerful, be more confident, you know, with, stand in their own truths and you know, would kind of listen to where I was coming from and then said, oh, that's a possibility.
Speaker BOh, maybe I can do that.
Speaker BSo sometimes all it takes is one person to stand in their own truth, to feel confident, to have the courage to be themselves.
Speaker BAnd to me, that is a beautiful bow to humanity.
Speaker AI imagine initially it feels uncomfortable doing that because we are kind of taught to growing up, we don't want to be different.
Speaker AYou know, you want to be part of the crowd, you want to wear the same kind of clothes, this and that.
Speaker ASo we lose our authenticity and our individuality as we grow up.
Speaker ASo it's breaking that mold and finally going back within ourselves and.
Speaker AAnd listening.
Speaker ABut once you master it, I would imagine you're not going to be mad at yourself because you said yes to something.
Speaker AYou wanted to say no.
Speaker AYou can feel free to take the power back, right?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BAnd you know, it's so true.
Speaker BYou know, there were so many times that we just said yes, but we really, really meant no.
Speaker BAnd we were mad with ourselves for saying yes when we.
Speaker BWhen we.
Speaker BWhen we really meant no.
Speaker BSo I tell ladies I said.
Speaker BAnd they laugh when I say this.
Speaker BI said, no is really a complete sentence.
Speaker AYes, it is.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BAnd it's hard in the beginning to say it because you feel like you're going to disappoint someone.
Speaker BBut to me, when you don't speak your truth, you are abandoning the most important person in the world, yourself.
Speaker BAnd who wins with that?
Speaker BSo, and the reason why I say who wins with that, if you are using all of your energy abandoning yourself, you've also not being truthful to the person that you're not being truthful to.
Speaker BSo save yourself some time and speak your truth.
Speaker BSave yourself some energy to speak your truth.
Speaker BAnd I, when I learned that, and that it was okay.
Speaker BBut I'll be honest, in the beginning, it was like I was a sore thumb.
Speaker BIt was.
Speaker BI stuck out like a sore thumb.
Speaker BAnd, and, and at first I said, should I be doing this?
Speaker BShould I be this way?
Speaker BAnd then I said, oh, my gosh, you're being pulled down the rabbit hole.
Speaker BWhat is the advantages, Eva, of not speaking your truth?
Speaker BIt means that you're losing yourself.
Speaker BYou don't know who you are.
Speaker BWhen you're not speaking your truth, you're not connecting to that truth.
Speaker BAnd once I really stood in my truth, whether whether a person liked it or not, it became so much easier to be me.
Speaker BAnd I was like, why wouldn't we?
Speaker BWhy are we taught this?
Speaker BWhy are we taught in school?
Speaker BWhy are we taught in our homes?
Speaker BWhy are we taught in relationships not to speak our truth?
Speaker BTo me, when you're authentic, people can say, yes, I see who she is.
Speaker BShe's not this today and that tomorrow.
Speaker BShe's being as true to herself as she can be.
Speaker BAnd that's a win.
Speaker AOh, it absolutely is.
Speaker AWell, you're going to gain respect from other people.
Speaker AAnd I can see where it would be uncomfortable at first.
Speaker ABut if you don't embrace your authentic self and speak your truth, I think that's where burnout can happen, because people are getting just entrenched in something that just doesn't fit, and they're doing more than they need to be doing instead of saying, okay, no, this is what I need.
Speaker APlease listen to me.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker BAnd I think that's why so many people have burnout, because they are moving in a direction that does not align to them.
Speaker BAnd someone said to me, you know, when I'm not in my truth, I feel like I'm an imposter.
Speaker BAnd I said, I think you are.
Speaker BIf you're not living your truth, you are living in the energy and in the footsteps of something and someone else that you don't align to.
Speaker BAnd the sooner that you can release that, the quicker your energy will go out, the more you'll feel alive, the more you'll tap into this energy of you being the most beautiful human on the planet.
Speaker BWe should not miss out on that.
Speaker BI was speaking to a client recently.
Speaker BI'm like, if we miss out on the opportunity of being our true selves, it is a life not well lived.
Speaker BI don't want that.
Speaker BI don't want that for anybody.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker AYou know, I think a lot of people started looking at themselves during the pandemic.
Speaker APeople felt really, really lost when everything was just turned on its head.
Speaker AAnd if they really didn't know themselves, they really didn't know where to find an anchor or a foundation.
Speaker ABecause I think a lot of people were just addicted to the routine and working like robots.
Speaker AAnd all of a sudden, all of that changed.
Speaker AThey were stuck at home having to do different things.
Speaker AI think people either grew or unfortunately, some of them started drinking and using drugs because they were unhappy with what they saw in the mirror.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BAnd for that time, for me, it was really difficult, but the most beautiful experience that I could have ever had.
Speaker BI had gone through a major awakening.
Speaker BAnd that awakening was heart wrenching.
Speaker BIt was just like, who am I?
Speaker BWho am I becoming?
Speaker BWhere am I going?
Speaker BWhat.
Speaker BWhat is happening in my world?
Speaker BWhat is happening into my life?
Speaker AWhat is.
Speaker BWhat.
Speaker BWhat have I.
Speaker BHave I been told a lie about life?
Speaker BHave I been told a life, a lie about how I can be?
Speaker BAnd when I sat down, because as you know, we had a lot of time and I looked at these thoughts that I had where I was in life, and I said, I am going to.
Speaker BI'm going to use this time to change everything about me, everything that I was doing, everything.
Speaker BEvery.
Speaker BEvery thought I'd had, I really challenged those thoughts in those things.
Speaker BAnd what I recognized was that I could have a whole different way of being, that where I was going, I could just shift in a moment.
Speaker BAnd be on a totally different trajectory.
Speaker BAnd that's what happened.
Speaker BIt was the most beautiful experience that I could have ever had.
Speaker BAnd that's that also was what embodiment was about, just having that awakening and saying, do you like where you're going in business?
Speaker BDo you like where you're going in life?
Speaker BDo you like where you're going in your body?
Speaker BDo you like how your health is going?
Speaker BAnd when I answered those questions, some of them I was happy about, some I was not.
Speaker BAnd the ones that I was not happy about, I made major shifts.
Speaker BAnd the ones that I was happy about, I said, this can only get better.
Speaker BSo that's what I did.
Speaker BSo every day for me is a new next level.
Speaker BAnd that's what I teach, teacher, teach these women.
Speaker BJust because you are where you are in this one second does not mean that you can't shift in another five minutes.
Speaker BAnd that's beautiful.
Speaker AWell, I think getting to know yourself and doing a real inventory allows you to do that.
Speaker ABecause if you really don't know yourself, you aren't going to really know how to respond.
Speaker AYou're just going to go with you know the moment, but not necessarily in a genuine way and you deny yourself.

Speaker ASo grab your journal, your coffee, or maybe just take a deep breath because what Eva shares next might just shift something inside you.
Speaker ALet's dive back in, Eva.
Speaker AYou're really teaching women how to get in touch with themselves and finding their inner power, which is so important.
Speaker AAnd isn't that part of the process?
Speaker AYou talk about creating a life you love, basically getting out of that cycle that you're stuck where you don't see any growth, you're still living with the past, programming and having trouble moving forward, setting intentions.
Speaker AThat would be the next step.
Speaker ARight after you kind of do a real intense self inventory of what you wanted, who you are.
Speaker BOh, absolutely.
Speaker BAnd another big component of that is learning to not react.
Speaker BBecause when you don't know who you are and you've not had that time to really do a deep dive into you, into who you've been, who you are, who you're becoming, a lot of reacting happens because the emotions are all over the place.
Speaker BYou are confused and confused on where you're going and how you see the world.
Speaker BAnd a lot of times we are reacting and reacting from the first people who came into our lives, our parents, our teachers, our first jobs, our friends.
Speaker BAnd that may not be working for you at 30 years old, 40 years old, 50 years old, 60 years old, or whatever age you're in, but some of us never take the time to even ask ourselves, does this work for me now?
Speaker BNo, they don't even ask because they just think that's who they are and that's just where it's going to be forever.
Speaker BAnd that's so not the case.
Speaker BIf they set a new intention.
Speaker BSo that's what we talk about, we set new intentions, but with the intention, we learn how to hold a new way of being.
Speaker BBecause what happens with the brain and the mind in our mindset when we are not on board fully in mind, body and soul and spirit, something can like, you know, override us and then we're back to floor one.
Speaker BAnd if that happens, I help women to understand.
Speaker BYes, there'll be times where both sides of the brain, brain are not on board.
Speaker BBut we help to embody in, in the heart through the energy of love of ourselves and knowing that we do have the possibility of something different and Then when we step into the confidence of love and we're knowing that we can go somewhere different, it's a whole new ball game for us.
Speaker BAnd that's where we really feel that something new is possible.
Speaker BAnd I really honor women who even gives themselves the opportunity for something new.
Speaker AYou're going to be open to life with that kind of perspective.
Speaker AAnd when you're setting intentions, you know yourself, you're manifesting your dreams, you're going to have the confidence so that if you do run into an obstacle, which you're going to have, that's the way life is, and you're going to have some pushback from people, you'll know how to react.
Speaker AIt probably takes practice, though, doesn't it?
Speaker BYes, practice.
Speaker BAs I said earlier, you have to be almost a private investigator of your own thoughts, because if you're not aware of what you're thinking and, and how you are, you know, presenting in the world and internally, then that, that, that you're on a program, that you're just on autopilot.
Speaker BSo when you're setting the intention of something different, to manifest something different, you have to be different.
Speaker BAnd if you can't hold the vibration of something new, and I really help women to hold the vibration of something new by being a mirror to them, it's more of the same for you.
Speaker BAnd we don't want that.
Speaker BWe don't want more of the same for any individual.
Speaker BWe want them thriving and expanding and going to that next level daily, not just once a year for New Year's Eve, or yeah, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, but daily, moment by moment.
Speaker BBecause we now know that the potential for humans is beyond what we could have ever imagined if they understand that there is a potential and that potential is just waiting for them to discover.
Speaker AAbsolutely, yes.
Speaker ALive every day like it's a New Year's resolution.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd it would be baby steps, certainly.
Speaker ABut once you start getting into this process, it probably isn't as daunting.
Speaker AAnd the rewards would be well worth it.
Speaker APeople can really see their life change.
Speaker AAnd I think women will be better in all aspects of their life as parents, in their social life, with their relationships and at work.
Speaker AAnd this is where you talk about, too, the power of feminine leadership, leading with compassion and intuition and a deep understanding of your own worth.
Speaker AUnless you get to know yourself, you're not going to be able to do that.
Speaker AAnd this would make people a better leader, wouldn't it?
Speaker BAbsolutely.
Speaker BWhat I recognize, and I continue to see it Sometimes we women don't feel worthy of stepping into new roles of power.
Speaker AOh, imposter syndrome, right?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BWe don't feel, we don't feel worthy.
Speaker BAnd that negative self talk just keeps us in these loops of not moving forward.
Speaker BAnd we could be moving forward in one category but pulled back into a deep hole in other categories.
Speaker BAnd I really work with women of understanding all of the, all of the categories of live of their lives and the nuances of just shifting in the moment and how that makes them feel and how that is.
Speaker BWhen we think about feminine leadership, those nuances and those shifts in the moment moments can change a community, can change the trajectory of a meeting, can change the energy of um, something that could have been an argument, but now it's where people have more clarity.
Speaker BSo I help women be the leaders of their, of their lives and balance both sides of them so that everyone around them is affected but in a positive way, that each person is moving to their next level.
Speaker BEven through the words that this woman is saying.
Speaker BEvery woman has the ability to bring, to bring up everyone around them.
Speaker BAnd I think that's where we women can really step into that new next level of power so that the generations to come can also benefit.
Speaker AI love that when we empower ourselves, we're empowering the world.
Speaker AWhen you think about it, and I think too many of us, and this would be men and women, they don't seem to know themselves, do they?
Speaker AThey, they go with the flow, they're robotic, they're conditioned and they break away from themselves.
Speaker AIt's a self defeating prophecy, if you will.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BAnd then I, you know, I almost started to laugh when you were saying that because you know, I get that we're, we're, we're robots through the day.
Speaker BWe, we're robots in our relationships, we're robots in our marriages, we're robots in our, with our friendships, we're robots at our job.
Speaker BWe're just robots all day.
Speaker BAnd then when you find someone, and I'm going to say like these women that are, that are really coming out and you know, coming into this powerful energy of embodiment, waking people up around them.
Speaker BAnd I find this, this to be a little bit interesting at first, Some people will get uncomfortable and will not be happy about it.
Speaker BIt's like, what are you doing?
Speaker BYou're disrupting my world.
Speaker BThis is, what are you doing?
Speaker BI'm enjoying the way that I am.
Speaker BBut deep down inside when they recognize, oh, there's a different way, you start to see this beautiful shift in the community and around it, with family members, with friends, with colleagues.
Speaker BAnd to me, it starts to be this beautiful domino effect.
Speaker BWe're not knocking anybody down.
Speaker BWe're actually.
Speaker BThe wave of this embodiment is actually expanding women and men to these beautiful next levels.
Speaker BAnd when I look at individuals, like, there was someone I was speaking to and I. I saw their husband was feeling the.
Speaker BThe benefits of what she has shifted in her.
Speaker BAnd I'm like, oh, my goodness, this is beautiful.
Speaker BMore and more people need to understand how to balance both sides of them so that men can feel like, oh, okay, I feel like I know where I'm.
Speaker BI'm going with this.
Speaker BWomen can feel like, oh, okay, I know where I'm going with this.
Speaker BAnd everybody can go to that next level and feel proud doing it.
Speaker BAnd then there's less tension and friction and things falling apart, and people can feel like they're moving in a new direction.
Speaker BThat is specifically what they want.
Speaker AAt a core level, it's a win win.
Speaker BIt is.
Speaker BIt really is.
Speaker AEva, do you work with people individually, online?
Speaker ACan people reach out to you?
Speaker BYes, I work with them online.
Speaker BI work with them in person.
Speaker BI do.
Speaker BYou can find me at embodiment is everything.com.
Speaker Bwe are doing courses.
Speaker BWe're doing some online masterminds.
Speaker BThere's some beautiful things that are happening.
Speaker BAnd speaking of men and women, it's called Swipe Right Slay the Dating Game for women who are, you know, ready to step into the dating game again.
Speaker BAnd they don't really know how or they don't feel confident, and they need to balance that masculine and feminine side so that they can feel like they are.
Speaker BBecause sometimes when women are really powerful and they're CEOs and executives and entrepreneurs and dentists and doctors and lawyers or whoever is standing in their power, they don't know how to really balance themselves at home.
Speaker BI know about this.
Speaker BIt used to be me.
Speaker BSo we're going to be talking all about that.
Speaker AExcellent.
Speaker AYou have some really interesting topics on your website.
Speaker AYou've got a Feminine Be With Me session.
Speaker AFour week session called From Ugh to Ooh la La.
Speaker ACouples Edition.
Speaker AI love that title.
Speaker AAnd then from Meh to Magnific, the Self Love Journey session.
Speaker AThen you have miracles and magic sessions.
Speaker AI love this.
Speaker AYou cover all kinds of different topics that people can explore.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BAnd what I love about the names, the names are sometimes how I felt where I just didn't know, like, ugh, like, what's going on here and why am I not embodying these energies that are so I want so deeply, I want so badly.
Speaker BI just didn't know that I had to have them to emerge from me.
Speaker BA lot of women don't know how to have them to emerge from them.
Speaker BSo they're great names.
Speaker BSo thank you for appreciating them.
Speaker AThey are.
Speaker AThey really are.
Speaker ASo do you have some nuggets you could share with our listeners?
Speaker AMaybe some tips for them to start in this journey of self discovery?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BSo I'm a part of something that I call the fight 5am club.
Speaker BI wake up early in the morning and the first thing I do and it could, then, you know, every other week I could change it a little bit.
Speaker BBut there are three components to the 5am Club.
Speaker BThe first part is meditation and reflection.
Speaker BDeep reflection, kind of thinking about where I'm.
Speaker BWhere I'm at in the moment and where I'm going and if those, if I'm aligning to what I truly want.
Speaker BThe second part is I read something that is of value, that's opening me up to something different.
Speaker BIt could be studying a language, it could be reading something positive, it could be something motivational, it could be history.
Speaker BIt could be whatever it is that I need in the moment.
Speaker BAnd then third thing is exercise.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BAnd then this morning I did really deep stretching.
Speaker BAnd what I notice over months of doing this is that I take that time for me to start my day, to turn my internal thermostat on the inside of me to the highest level that I can before I speak to anyone else.
Speaker BAnd with that, that is a beautiful aha.
Speaker BTo get you on the right path in the morning.
Speaker AIt opens you up, doesn't it, to possibilities.
Speaker BYes, yes.
Speaker BAnd another thing that it helps is it keeps me grounded and in the moment so that I can be aware of those moments when those new opportunities are aligned.
Speaker BBecause sometimes when we're not paying attention, we don't even see the opportunities.
Speaker AThat's for sure.
Speaker AAnd people say, oh, how did I miss that?
Speaker AWell, you weren't living in the moment.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker AEva, what is your website again?

Speaker BThey can email me at lovembodimentiseverything.
Speaker BWe would love to hear from people.
Speaker AThis has been great.
Speaker AI think you're going to encourage a lot of people and maybe get them to change their perspectives.
Speaker AThat's good for the world, not just for women.
Speaker BTotally.
Speaker BTotally.
Speaker BIt's been so much fun to share to share some of what I'm doing with, with my audience and I'm hoping that I've been helpful for your Audi, your audience.
