And again, very quickly, we're ended up with some questions for you to answer. Yeah. So we want you to think about that small first goal that you decided on yesterday. And what we'd like you to do is to write down on a piece of paper. All the different. Elements that make up that goal. So, what are the bits of that goal that feel comfortable? That feel easy. And then, which of the bits of that goal? That feel. A bit more uncomfortable, a little bit challenging. And then finally write down the parts of that goal that actually make you feel really nervous or a bit panicky. So perhaps where the main fears and worries are. Breaking that goal up into different parts. Depending on how you feel about them. Exactly. Yeah. And just trying to find out. You know, You're pinpointing what it actually is, what you're comfortable with. What's going to challenge you a little bit. And then what is like, yeah, no, I can't do that. So. Today's questions are. How challenging is it going to be to get you back driving? What has stopped you from doing this sooner? What barriers are you putting in front of you? To not take that first step. And what help do you need to take that first step? So you might find that you do actually need some help to take that. So, write those down, keep them in front of you again. You might have a little notebook by now, but yeah, just write them down. Keep referring to him to help you get back on the road, driving. Yeah. And we do recommend that you. Uh, not just listening to the podcast and not just thinking your answers to the question. We recommend that you're also writing things down. And the reason we say this is. Because it uses different areas of your brain. And that's important when you're looking at making a change and putting in some effort. It will help you reflect on the whole process. And we know that writing things down is much more likely to lead to success.
