Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today I want you to think about the opportunities that you have before you.

Speaker A

And these opportunities really will transcend the way you walk through life.

Speaker A

One opportunity is to become at peace with yourself.

Speaker A

Be at peace with your past.

Speaker A

Be at peace with those things around you.

Speaker A

Be at peace with the people in your life.

Speaker A

Be at peace with where you are right now.

Speaker A

Be at peace.

Speaker A

And the other opportunity you have before you is to find harmony with those people in your life.

Speaker A

So finding peace within and finding harmony with others.

Speaker A

Now that's not always easy, is it?

Speaker A

To find peace within and or harmony with others.

Speaker A

Yet that's where we want to go, don't we?

Speaker A

We want to be able to have the skills and the fortitude and the wisdom to actually know when to speak up and know when to let something go in order to live in harmony with others.

Speaker A

And that same skills, those same skills give you internal peace, the peace that you are actually living the life that is meant for you and that you are doing the best you can in every moment.

Speaker A

Not figuratively, not pretend, but like, really.

Speaker A

And that includes, in order to do that, in order to have peace, of course, we must claim our innocence, right?

Speaker A

We must claim our innocence and be gentle with ourselves, because as we do that, we will be able to look at others through a lens of innocence and actually live in better harmony with others.

Speaker A

See, when you're not at peace, there's a restlessness, isn't there?

Speaker A

There's a restlessness and there's something that is not satisfying.

Speaker A

There's something that's bugging you.

Speaker A

You may not even know what it is.

Speaker A

But there's a restlessness.

Speaker A

Now, that restlessness might be asking you to grow and to change and to shift and to wake up and to do something that you're afraid to do.

Speaker A

That restlessness might be the nudge that you're looking for.

Speaker A

But you and I know the difference between that restlessness.

Speaker A

That's like, I want to get going, I want to get on my horse and ride versus the restlessness that, you know, something isn't qu and that steals our peace.

Speaker A

So I just want you to take a few minutes today and whether sit in a chair, lie down and just center yourself.

Speaker A

Just center yourself and take a nice deep breath.

Speaker A

And you can do a simple centering exercise repeating the phrase peace in, peace out.

Speaker A

Breathing in, peace in as you breathe in and peace out.

Speaker A

Now, if those words don't resonate with you, you can say whatever word you like.

Speaker A

You can say, I am willing to be at peace inside and I'm willing to be in harmony outside.

Speaker A

You can say something like that, but it's about stopping and re anchoring, right?

Speaker A

Regrounding yourself to remind yourself that no one gets to steal your peace.

Speaker A

No one gets to steal your peace.

Speaker A

No one can steal your peace.

Speaker A

By the way, you're the one that gives it up.

Speaker A

So no one can steal your peace.

Speaker A

And you're the one that has to keep it sacred.

Speaker A

You're the one that has to keep it safe.

Speaker A

And then as you do that, it will be way easier to live in harmony with others.

Speaker A

It'll be way easier to connect and feel like you belong whether they invite you or not.

Speaker A

Because you're going to belong to something larger than any one person or any one group.

Speaker A

You're going to belong to life itself.

Speaker A

So today I really invite you to stop.

Speaker A

Maybe more than once today, maybe three times today, maybe five times today, and just anchor.

Speaker A

I'm willing to claim peace.

Speaker A

I'm willing to be peace.

Speaker A

I'm willing to live in peace.

Speaker A

And then as you breathe out, you can say, also I release anything, anything that's taking away my peace.

Speaker A

So you could do that as well.

Speaker A

So I'm giving you options because I want you to find one that resonates with you.

Speaker A

Peace in, peace out.

Speaker A

Peace in, peace out.

Speaker A

There is peace within and there is peace without.

Speaker A

How good it is to know that peace is your birthright.

Speaker A

And that peace of mind also gives you a level of confidence and a level of just anchoring yourself to the earth itself.

Speaker A

It gives you a grounding and a peace and a, I just want to say, a confidence.

Speaker A

Because when you have peace, life gets way easier.

Speaker A

It is the thing I want you to protect at all costs, your peace of mind.

Speaker A

And maybe not like you used to or like I used to in fear.

Speaker A

I would just cut people out and that would help me keep my peace, right?

Speaker A

Because I would just cut people out of my life all the time.

Speaker A

Anybody who didn't agree with me, well, that's not true.

Speaker A

Peace.

Speaker A

So today, my friends, peace.

Speaker A

That's your opportunity today.

Speaker A

And then how to learn the skills, how to gain the skills, how to practice the skills in order to have more harmony with others.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
