Hello, everyone, everywhere.
Speaker APastor Bob Thibodeau here.
Speaker AWelcome to the Faith Based business podcast for today.
Speaker AIt's so blessing.
Speaker AIt's just a blessing every time we get together to come around and help you grow your business, you know, get recognized, earn that income that you're looking for, make that growth that you're trying to get.
Speaker AAnd last time we shared about, you know, just go for it.
Speaker AJust, just get started.
Speaker AAnd we've been talking about, you know, stopping your need to stop procrastinating to stop your, you know, redoing all of your efforts every couple of weeks trying to build the absolute best product that you can or training and then go and launch it and see if it works.
Speaker AYou know, don't waste time on that stuff.
Speaker AThat's what we've been talking about these past weeks or so.
Speaker ASo today, let me go ahead and share this screen.
Speaker AWe'll get started because I want you to just get out there and launch it.
Speaker AJust go for it.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AYou know, I shared last week, you know, how to get some feedback on your ideas, how to use emails and surveys to get your list to provide you with the areas they need help on and all of that.
Speaker AIf you miss that, go back and catch up because that's where we're building on right now.
Speaker AThat's some great information that we went over.
Speaker AHey, man.
Speaker AYesterday, as I said, I shared how I get an idea for new training.
Speaker AI don't go out there and do a whole bunch of market tests.
Speaker AI don't try to figure it all out exactly what the perfect three products are that will sell the best.
Speaker ANo, I do not do that.
Speaker AI just create the training that I believe is going to work and I put it out there and see what happens.
Speaker AIf it sells really well, praise God, great.
Speaker AI build on it.
Speaker AIf it doesn't sell well, I look at it and say, okay, can I fix it?
Speaker AIs there something that I need to tweak on here?
Speaker AAnd if it really does poorly, like nobody even clicks on the links type thing, I just throw it out, okay?
Speaker AI chalk it up to trial and error.
Speaker AIt didn't work.
Speaker APut it in the trash file, don't worry about it anymore, and then go find the next thing to try.
Speaker AAnd don't take, don't take your success personal.
Speaker ALike, I'm so great, everything's great.
Speaker AAnd don't take your failures personal.
Speaker ALike, you know, I, I just can't do this anymore.
Speaker ADon't take it personal.
Speaker ANo matter which way it goes, just get out there and do it though.
Speaker AYou know, if you're failing on this one, come up with the next project, go out there and try it again.
Speaker ADon't shut me down when I'm preaching good so soon.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker AHallelujah.
Speaker AHere's the thing.
Speaker AIf you'll try something, at least something, every single month for an entire year and you fail nine times during the year, what does that mean?
Speaker AIt means you still have three successes.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AThat's batting.250.
Speaker AIf you're playing baseball, you're a.250 hitter.
Speaker AYou, you know, you're, you're one of them good ones there.
Speaker AYou're consistent.
Speaker AYou're one of them people they can trade for millions of dollars for.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AIf you're a.250 hitter in baseball, you're doing pretty good.
Speaker AWell, it's the same way in marketing.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker ABut if you do nothing all year, or you just try, you, you work three, four, five, six months on this one project and you putting all your eggs in one basket and you go for it and then fail, what do you have?
Speaker ASix months of wasted effort.
Speaker ABut if you put all your effort in to that one thing and it's a success, maybe you might have one success for the entire year again.
Speaker AMaybe.
Speaker ABut if you'll try and allow yourself to fail.
Speaker AHear what I'm saying now.
Speaker AIf you allow yourself to fail, you will find that in the long run, you'll have more successes than failures.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AThink about it.
Speaker AIf you allow yourself, you say, okay, I'm going to do this.
Speaker AIf it works, great.
Speaker AIf it don't, I'll move on to the next thing.
Speaker AAnd you keep track.
Speaker AYou're going to find that one thing.
Speaker AYou might find several of those one things that work and Amen.
Speaker ABut let's say so far you've done everything right.
Speaker AYou've been in business now a couple of months, maybe even a couple of years.
Speaker AYou've gotten anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand subscribers.
Speaker ANow you're making a few sales.
Speaker ABut you're thinking that, you know, there may be a demand for something similar in your niche.
Speaker AYou're, you know, you, you, you want to try something different.
Speaker AWell, you already have an email list, so you don't need to go back to the beginning of this training.
Speaker AUse AdWords and Facebook ads and all that all over again.
Speaker ALike we started with this training to start driving traffic.
Speaker AYou don't have to go through all that again.
Speaker AYou can just send an email, say an email survey to your existing list to the people who are already trusting you.
Speaker AYou just send them an email and ask them, hey, are you interested in this new topic?
Speaker AIf so, would you help me out by filling out this quick survey?
Speaker AAnd if you will fill it out, I'll give you.
Speaker AAnd guess what we're going to go to now?
Speaker AThink about it.
Speaker AIf you fill this survey out, what are we going to do?
Speaker AWe're going to send them an opt in form and a cheat sheet.
Speaker AHey man, we go back to what works.
Speaker AWe know it works.
Speaker AThat's why we're going to do it this way.
Speaker APraise God for whatever topic it is that you're branching out into.
Speaker ADo you see how all of these things are fitting together, folks?
Speaker APraise the Lord.
Speaker AThey all tie together over and over and over again.
Speaker AYou know, could you use ad traffic when you're two years into this?
Speaker AYeah, you could if you wanted to.
Speaker ABut if you use your own email list, you'll actually get a deeper leverage of responses than Raw Leads will provide.
Speaker AIf you have a, let's say over the course of a year you've built up 300 people on your email list.
Speaker AWhy go back to Facebook ads and, and things like that to get another thousand eyes on your product when you know 950 of them won't even give you the time of day?
Speaker AI just look good at that moment in time they clicked on it.
Speaker AAnd then you end up with 50, 60 people who are interested, but only about 5 of them will actually join your email list or something like that.
Speaker AWhy go back and start all over again when you have 300 people on your email list that will now give you feedback on your new program?
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AWhy start over again?
Speaker ABecause the folks on your email list let me get this out of the way so you can see it.
Speaker AThe folks on your email list trust you a whole lot more than the person who came from Google, AdWords or Facebook ads.
Speaker AThat more than they'll trust you.
Speaker AOkay, you can use this method to create deeper and deeper trainings, right?
Speaker AThat's what it takes is that high trust factor.
Speaker ASo how can you go about doing this?
Speaker AI'm so glad you asked again.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AYou have your existing training.
Speaker AAfter promoting it, you send out surveys as we talked about.
Speaker AWhat do people think about it, Review it, improve it where necessary, continue to send out email surveys about, you know, to your niche and, and just like we've been talking about asking what problems they are having right now and you just do this over and over again.
Speaker AThen when something new pops up, you'll quickly be able to identify the problem.
Speaker AOnce you've identified the new problem for your niche, you can then work on developing a solution to the problem.
Speaker AIf you stay active in this, doing this on a daily, weekly basis, you continuously go through these same problems.
Speaker AYou will be on the cutting edge of your niche because you're receiving current feedback.
Speaker AEvery time you send out a new survey, you'll be one of those people that are looked at as being an innovator in your niche.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause you are constantly checking the pulse of your niche.
Speaker AYou are staying out in front by delivering answers to problems as they develop before everybody else.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AOnce a new problem's been identified, you develop a solution to that problem.
Speaker AThen you go in and create training.
Speaker ANow that you have the solution, you develop another training program that answers the new problem that your surveys have shown you exists.
Speaker AIt doesn't have to be perfect.
Speaker AWe'll get out.
Speaker AWe'll get into all that later, okay?
Speaker ABut get something out there that offers a quick solution to this issue.
Speaker APut it all together into a new training program and get it out there to the masses and see what happens.
Speaker AStart with your existing customers.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AThen to your email list.
Speaker AGo to them first.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause you already have a relationship with them.
Speaker AThen start your social media promotions on your existing accounts and all that stuff because you do have followers there.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AYou have followers on there.
Speaker AThey're just not customers.
Speaker AThey're not on your email list.
Speaker ABut you do have followers.
Speaker ASo add them to the mix.
Speaker AAt the end of your marketing, you haven't spent any money or very little anyways, so you should already be driving sales just from your existing list.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker AThat's how it works, folks.
Speaker ADon't shut me down when I'm on a roll.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker AHallelujah.
Speaker AOnce you market your new training, once you send it out there and start to promote it, be sure to ask for those testimonials.
Speaker ATestimonials are like golden nuggets to include in your email marketing campaign.
Speaker ANow your new training becomes your existing training and the process starts all over again.
Speaker AYou have your existing training.
Speaker AYou send out a survey, ask people what they thought.
Speaker AYou continue to look for a new problem.
Speaker AOnce you've identified a new problem, you develop the solution and then you create the training and then you market and you do it all over again.
Speaker AThat's.
Speaker AThat is the plan.
Speaker AThat is the marketing plan, folks.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker AThat's enough for today, okay?
Speaker AI try to keep these trainings short.
Speaker AThat's enough for today.
Speaker ALet me Go ahead and stop this share here.
Speaker APraise the Lord, folks.
Speaker AJust launch and see what happens.
Speaker AThat's what I'm trying to tell you.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker ANext time, we'll take it up there.
Speaker AI just want to encourage you to pull the trigger.
Speaker AJust pull the trigger and see what happens.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker ABecause once you market your new training and you start to promote it, be sure to ask for those testimonials.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABe sure to ask for them.
Speaker ANext time.
Speaker AI want to encourage you.
Speaker AJust pull the trigger.
Speaker AThat's what we're going to talk about next time.
Speaker AI want to get into it now, but I.
Speaker AI can't.
Speaker AI've already gone way over what I normally do.
Speaker ATill next time, it's Pastor Bob reminder, you be blessed in all that you do.
